用于解决问题的方案
本发明鉴于上述的问题,采取了以下的方案。
即,本发明的洗衣机的特征在于,具备:内桶,用于收容洗涤物;外桶,收容该内桶;密封件水封部,具有设置于所述外桶的上端部与所述内桶的上端部之间的密封件,以禁止水从所述外桶漏向外侧;曲径部,采用曲径构造,在该密封件水封部的内侧将比该密封件水封部低的筋设置于外桶罩与内桶的上端部之间;以及加高桶,与所述外桶罩一体地设置,用于贮留高于所述内桶的上端的水位的水。
此外本发明的特征在于,加高桶具有与内桶的上端部连续的下端部、以及构成为直径从下端部朝向上方逐渐增大的大径上端部。
此外本发明的特征在于,在加高桶的侧壁设置有溢水孔,并且具备能使水从该溢水孔向外部溢出的溢水软管。
发明效果
以上,根据说明的本发明,通过具备曲径部,采用曲径构造,在密封件水封部的内侧将比该密封件水封部低的筋设置于外桶罩与内桶的上端部之间,从而使得即使设定水位抬高使衣物欲进入内桶的上端部与外桶的间隙,也能通过曲径部抑止绕入。
此外,由于将洗涤过程和/或漂洗过程时的最高水位设定得比内桶的上端部高,因而当曲径构造部内因水位上升而处于空气聚集的状态时,因为水因空气聚集而被阻挡不能绕入,所以即使水位抬高也能防止内桶内的水跑到外桶侧,可以增加水量以有效地实施洗涤过程、漂洗过程。
因为还设置了加高桶,该加高桶与外桶罩一体地设置,用于贮留高于内桶的上端的水位的水,所以能得到与将内桶容积增大的洗衣机相同的效果。
此外,根据加高桶具有与内桶的上端部连续的下端部以及构成为直径从下端部向上方逐渐变大的大径上端部的本发明,能更有效地实现容积的增大,并且能使向洗涤物的内桶的投入取出也更容易进行。
此外,根据在加高桶的侧壁设置溢水孔,并且具备能使水从该溢水孔向外部溢出的溢水软管的本发明,能使溢水软管的连接位置的自由度有效地加高。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明的一实施方式进行详细说明。
图1是表示本实施方式的洗衣机1的外形的立体图。图2是表示在本实施方式的洗衣机1中看到的状态的外观图。此外,图3是表示同一洗衣机1的主要的内部构造的剖视图,在同一图中适当地省略了洗衣机1的驱动部分、与控制相关的部分以及与控制相关部分的图示。
本实施方式的洗衣机1是能适合在例如家庭中使用的洗衣机,具有:内桶4,用于收容洗涤物;外桶3,收容该内桶4;以及机壳,将这些内桶4以及外桶3以能从外侧很好地看到的方式进行收容。此外在本实施方式中除了上述外桶3、内桶4以及机壳之外,还具有:洗衣斗(hopper)7,安装于外桶3的上部;减振器6,安装于外桶3的下侧;以及曲径部8,设置于内桶3上端与内桶4之间。
此处,本实施方式的洗衣机1的特征在于,具备:密封件水封部34,具有设置于外桶3以及内桶4的上端部之间的密封件35以禁止水从外桶3向外侧漏;以及曲径部8,采用曲径构造,在该密封件水封部34的内侧将比该密封件水封部34低的筋81、82设置于外桶罩32与内桶4的上端部之间。
以下,关于构成洗衣机1的各构成要素的构造进行说明。首先机壳2如图1以及图2所示,呈有底大致圆筒形状,与收容于内部的外桶3隔开俯视观察大致均匀的尺寸地分离。机壳2具有:机壳主体20,将上端开放的圆筒状的筒状体22设为主体;底壁21,设置于机壳主体20即筒状体22的下方端并从下方支承外桶3;固定盖24,固定于机壳主体20的上端并俯视观察呈圆环形状;以及可动盖25,该可动盖呈俯视观察大致正圆形状,可活动地设置于该固定盖24并使机壳主体20的上端向外部有选择地开放且能形成使形成于内桶4上端部的内桶侧开口43向上方开放的盖侧开口28。
机壳主体20具有:筒状体22,呈由例如透明或者半透明的丙烯酸等树脂构 成的筒状;配线罩23,遍及该筒状体22的上下地设置并用于收容各种配线;以及底壁21,在机壳主体20的底面侧从下方间接地支承外桶3。固定盖24在内周侧具有开口为大致正圆形状的盖侧开口28,并具有可以开闭活动地支承可动盖25的铰接部26。而且,设置有供水部27,该供水部设置于从该铰接部26向圆周方向位移的位置并用于向内桶4供水。
外桶3是配置于机壳2的内部的有底筒状的构件,可以在内部贮留洗涤水。该外桶3具有:外桶桶体31,用于贮留水;外桶罩32,设置于该外桶桶体31的上端;以及密封件水封部34,夹在外桶桶体31以及外桶罩32之间,防止水漏到外部。密封件水封部34具有设置于外桶罩32的下侧的水封构件36和用于防止漏水的密封件35。此外,关于该密封件水封部34附近的具体结构在后面进行说明。
内桶4是在外桶3内与外桶3同轴配置并且被可旋转自如地支承的有底筒状构件。内桶4是内部可以收容洗涤物,其壁面具有许多通水孔的普通构件。如图3所示,在内桶4的内周面的上端侧,设置有向内侧突出成圆环状的平衡器41和在该平衡器41的下侧向内侧突出的三个提升筋42。并且在本实施方式那样的纵型全自动洗衣机1中,在内桶4的底部中央,可旋转自如地配置有通过由假想线图示的驱动装置50驱动的波轮(搅拌翼)5。
波轮5是具有大致圆盘形状的波轮主体和形成在波轮主体的上表面的多个叶片部的普通构件。这样的波轮5将贮留于外桶3内的洗涤水进行搅拌产生水流。驱动装置50虽然在同一图中只用假想线图示了位置,但是将未图示的电机作为主体,使向内桶4的底部延伸出的驱动轴旋转,使内桶4、波轮5旋转。洗衣机1在洗涤过程中主要只使波轮5旋转,在脱水过程中使内桶4和波轮5一体地高速旋转。
另外,在本实施方式中,在机壳2内外桶3以及内桶4从下方经由减振器6支承于机壳2的底壁21。另外,外桶3并没有由吊棒从侧面或上方支承。即通过本实施方式的洗衣机1避免了配置吊棒,从而使从上方观察洗涤物的可视性进一步加高,关于这一点在后面详细叙述。该减振器6是从下方支承运转中的外桶3并用于有效地减少运转中的外桶3产生的振动的构件。该减振器6具有:内轴61,固定于机壳2的底壁21;外轴62,覆盖该内轴61的外侧并固定于外 桶3侧;以及弹簧63,是用于通过夹在该外轴62的下端以及机壳2的底壁21侧并随着外桶3的上下活动或振动适当地伸缩从而使传给机壳2的振动减小的压缩螺旋弹簧。此外,在外轴62与外桶3之间以及内轴61与底壁21之间,设置有缓冲橡胶64。在本实施方式中该减振器6如图2以及图3所示,从外桶3底部,在俯视观察不突出的范围内,配置在最大径的位置或者其附近。此外,在本实施方式中该弹簧63以在脱水时弹簧不紧贴的程度,并且在运转中外桶3不倾斜的程度降低弹性常数。
另外,在本实施方式中如上所述,以使洗衣斗7夹在从外桶3的上侧起具体地说是从固定盖24的盖侧开口28起到内桶侧开口43之间的方式设置。
洗衣斗7如图2以及图3所示,设置于盖侧开口28以及内桶侧开口43之间并作为用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43引导的接水引导件发挥功能,并且用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43引导。
该洗衣斗7由构成为透明或半透明的树脂性的一体成型品构成,具有呈大致锥形状即圆锥形状的洗衣斗主体71和从该洗衣斗主体71的下端部向外侧延伸出的突出部72。作为突出部72的内缘的开口部分的直径形成为大致与内桶4侧开口对应的直径。此外,洗衣斗主体71具有:大径上端部73,在其上端开口比内桶侧开口43大;折回端74,设置于该大径上端部73;以及溢水孔75,是设置于洗衣斗主体71的上下方向中间位置的任意位置的开口,用于设定洗涤过程以及漂洗过程的上限水位。
该洗衣斗7的材料为树脂材料,其中,也有时使用比外桶3使用的材料比重的小的材料,与外桶3相比,是轻型构造。
另外,在溢水孔75的外侧,如图2以及图4所示,连接有用于将水从溢水孔75向机外排出的溢水管76以便于避免水贮留到溢水孔75的上侧。该溢水管76将俯剖面观察呈弯曲的椭圆形状的部分作为主体以便于有效利用弯曲成呈圆筒形状的机壳2与外桶3之间的圆周状的空间。并且因为用于从溢水管76向机外排水的机构以及构造是已有的机构以及构造,所以省略说明。
除此之外,在本实施方式中,特别是图4所示,固定盖24的盖侧开口28 的内周设为将内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方开放的形状以及大小,将设置于内桶4的上端部分的内桶侧开口43的大致整体设为向上方开放的形状以及大小。换句话说,盖侧开口28的开口边缘位于内桶侧开口43的任何位置的外侧。
另外,在本实施方式中洗衣斗7作为用于贮留比内桶4的上端高的水位的水的加高桶发挥功能。换句话说,本实施方式的洗衣机1的特征在于,将洗涤过程和/或漂洗过程时的最高水位设定得比内桶4的上端部高。除此之外,在本实施方式中如上所述,由于将机壳主体20的筒状体22、可动盖25以及洗衣斗7设为透明或者半透明,因而在洗涤中,容易看到经由固定盖24上升至洗衣斗7的水面附近的洗涤物,从侧面的话也容易经由筒状体22以及洗衣斗7从侧面看到水面附近的洗涤物。换句话说,优化了洗涤物的可视化。并且通过将筒状体22设为透明或者半透明,使得内部的机构元件的可视化也一并加高。由此,加高了使用者对运转状态的把握、维护操作的便利性。
此外,虽然在本实施方式中,清洗时使洗衣斗7作为加高桶发挥功能,但是通过设为大致锥形状即圆锥形状从而在脱水时,将洗涤物向作为脱水桶的内桶4内引导,能使其可靠地收纳于内桶4内。
除此之外,在本实施方式中特别是如图5所示,通过在外桶3的下部配置减振器6,并且将作为加高桶的洗衣斗7构成为轻巧型,从而能增加被减振器6支承的部分的固有振动频率,能进一步减小脱水时的振动的同时抑制外桶3的倾倒方向的力矩,并且,使从减振器6传来的振动减小。
进而在本实施方式中,虽然因为洗衣斗7固定于外桶3不能旋转,另一方面内桶4当然构成为可旋转,但是尽管如此却不会从内桶4与洗衣斗7之间漏水。
即在本实施方式中,特别是如图6所示,曲径部8是形成于遍及洗衣斗7、外桶3以及内桶4的上端的区域的构件,具有:上侧筋81,设置于洗衣斗7的突出部72并向竖直方向下方延伸出;下侧筋82,设置于内桶4的上端并向竖直方向上方延伸出;以及空气聚集部83。密封件35设置于外桶3的上端,并且,设置于包括上侧筋81的前端部的假想平面的竖直方向上方的位置,将外桶3的上端和突出部73密封。由此,能防止空气聚集部83的空气超过密封件35漏出外桶3外。
当水蓄积至内桶4的平衡器41的上方时,曲径部8内的液面形成为与上侧筋81的前端部大致在同一平面上,在该液面与该液面上方的突出部72的内周面之间,形成有空气聚集部83。通过形成空气聚集部83,使得即使洗衣斗7内的水要从上下的筋81、82之间向外侧移动,因为在密封件35附近已经形成有空气聚集部,向外侧移动的水也会被该空气聚集部83强力抑制。此外,由于设置有密封件35,因而即使水超过空气聚集部83浸入,也能防止流到外桶3外。由此,可以有效地减少外桶3与洗衣斗7的连接所需的紧固元件的件数。
如上所述,本实施方式的洗衣机1通过具备曲径部8,,采用曲径构造,在密封件水封部34的内侧将比该密封件水封部34低的筋设置于外桶罩32与内桶4的上端部之间,从而使得即使设定水位上升而使衣物将要进入内桶4的上端部与外桶3的间隙,也能通过曲径部8制止其进入。
此外,即使在本实施方式中将洗涤过程和/或漂洗过程时的最高水位设定得比内桶4的上端部高,由于当因水位上升而处于在曲径构造部8内形成有空气聚集部83的状态时,所以水会因被空气聚集部83阻挡不能绕入,即使水位抬高也能有效地防止内桶4内的水跑到外桶3侧。
此外在本实施方式中,通过使用洗衣斗7,该洗衣斗与外桶罩32一体地设置,作为用于贮留高于内桶4的上端的水位的水的加高桶,从而使得虽然使用简单的结构但是能获得与将内桶4的容积增大的洗衣机相同的效果。
此外,通过使作为加高桶发挥作用的洗衣斗7,成为具有与内桶4的上端部连续的下端部以及构成为直径从下端部向上方逐渐变大的大径上端部73的大致圆锥形状,从而能有效地实现容积的增大,并且能使向洗涤物的内桶4的投入取出更容易进行。
而且在本实施方式中,根据在洗衣斗7的侧壁设置溢水孔,并且具备能使水从该溢水孔向外部溢出的溢水软管的本发明,能使溢水软管的连接位置的自由度与水位的上限位置的自由度一致,只通过变更独立于内桶4的洗衣斗7的形状就能进行上限水位的设定。
以上,虽然对本发明的一实施方式进行了说明,但是本实施方式的结构不局限于上述的方式,可以进行各种变形。
例如,虽然在上述实施方式中公开了由沿上下方向延伸的筋形成的结构作为曲径部,但是当然只要是能实现迷宫式密封形状的构件即可,例如也可以是通过局部的筋沿倾斜方向或水平方向延伸出从而实现迷宫式密封形状的方式。
此外虽然在上述实施方式以及变形例中公开了洗衣斗、可动盖,甚至机壳主体的大部分由透明的材料构成的结构,但是当然只要是能实现各自的功能的构件即可,不论透明还是有色。
其它结构在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内可以进行各种变形。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    内桶,用于收容洗涤物;
    外桶,收容该内桶;
    密封件水封部,具有设置于所述外桶上端部与所述内桶的上端部之间的密封件,以禁止水从所述外桶漏向外侧;
    曲径部,采用曲径构造,在该密封件水封部的内侧将比该密封件水封部低的筋设置于外桶罩与内桶的上端部之间;以及
    加高桶,与所述外桶罩一体地设置,用于贮留高于所述内桶的上端的水位的水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述加高桶具有与所述内桶的上端部连续的下端部、以及构成为直径从所述下端部朝向上方逐渐增大的大径上端部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述加高桶的侧壁设置有溢水孔,并且具备能使水从该溢水孔向外部溢出的溢水软管。
