优选地,所述机身组件还包括弧形外壳、挡板、容置腔、电板槽以及电池槽,所述弧形外壳与所述挡板连接,并围合形成所述容置腔,所述挡板用于隔开所述机身组件与所述储水腔,所述水泵系统设于所述容置腔内,所述电板槽置于所述弧形外壳上,与所述挡板相对,所述控制主板设于所述电板槽内,所述电池槽位于所述弧形外壳与所述安装端正对且远离所述安装端的一侧上,所述独立电池设于所述电池槽内。
优选地,所述手柄上还设有功能键,所述功能键嵌在所述弧形外壳上,与所述控制主板连接,所述功能键为三个,一个用于开启喷水功能及拍照功能,一个用于开启录像功能,还有一个用于开启所述照明灯并重复点按进行调节照明亮度;或者,所述功能键为四个,分别用于开启喷水、拍照、录像以及照明功能。
优选地,还包括显示终端,与所述图像获取装置连接,用于显示所述图像获取装置获取的图像。
优选地,所述显示终端是手机或者电脑。
优选地,还包括如下特征中的至少一个:所述显示终端上设有虚拟灯光调节按键,所述虚拟灯光调节按键用于开启所述照明灯并调节所述照明灯的亮度;以及,所述显示终端上设有虚拟拍照按键与虚拟录像按键,所述虚拟拍照按键用于开启拍照功能,所述虚拟录像按键用于开启录像功能。
优选地,所述显示终端与所述图像获取装置无线连接。
优选地,所述手柄呈圆柱形。
优选地,所述清洁头在离所述工作端的端面预设距离处呈弯折设置。
优选地,所述喷嘴与所述图像获取装置正对间隔设置,且所述图像获取装在所述工作端的端面上的分布面积大于所述喷嘴在所述工作端的端面上的分布面积。
优选地,所述照明灯为LED灯。
优选地,所述LED灯设有多个,且分别位于所述喷嘴及所述图像获取装置的两侧,并与所述喷嘴构成U字形。
优选地,所述图像获取装置为互补金属氧化物半导体摄像头。
优选地,所述摄像头为近焦摄像头,且所述摄像头的直径小于5.5mm。
本发明的技术方案中,可视化洗牙器在普通洗牙器的基础上增加了可视化功能,可以将牙齿的情况实时清晰的呈现在显示终端上,使用者无需对着镜子就能清楚的看到自己口腔内各个牙齿的情况,做到有针对的有效清洁。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种可视化洗牙器。
参考图1至图5,在本发明一实施例中,该可视化洗牙器10包括清洁头20以及手柄30。清洁头20与手柄30构成一整体。
清洁头20包括安装端100及工作端200。安装端100将清洁头20与手柄30连接,在本实施方式中,安装端100与手柄30的连接方式为套接。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,安装端100与手柄30的连接方式还可为螺纹连接,或者,手柄30与清洁头20不可拆卸连接。进一步,作为本实施方式的优选,手柄30设为圆柱形,使得手握仪器时更舒适。安装端100为大端,工作端200为小端,两者平滑连接,且清洁头20在距离工作端200的端面一定位置处设为弯折状,使得更方便清洁,达到无死角多方位的清洁效果。
工作端200的顶部端面上集成有相互独立的喷嘴210、照明灯220以及图像获取装置230。喷嘴210用于喷射出用来清洁牙齿的清洁水。照明灯220用来点亮口腔,有助于图像获取装置230拍摄清晰的画面。图像获取装置230用来获取口腔内部牙齿图像。
如图2所示,在本实施方式中,喷嘴210与图像获取装置230正对间隔设置,且图像获取装置230在端面上的分布面积大于喷嘴在端面上的分布面积。照明灯220采用的是高亮发光二极管(LightEmittingDiode,LED)灯,有六颗,位于喷嘴210及图像获取装置230的两侧,并与喷嘴210构成U字形,保证图像获取装置230获取的图像最为清晰。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,照明灯220的数目可根据实际情况而定。
进一步,作为本实施方式的优选,图像获取装置230采用的是互补金属氧化物半导体(ComplementaryMetalOxideSemiconductor,CMOS)摄像头。传统USB数据输出型的前端摄像头的直径一般都大于5.5mm,而本实施方式采用的摄像头是经过前端专门定制的微型近焦摄像头,直径小于5.5mm,可以对人体的口腔牙齿进行清晰观察,设计比较人性化,克服了数据输出型的前端摄像头太粗的缺陷。
当使用可视化洗牙器10时,使用者手握住手柄30,将清洁头20对准牙齿,通过开启喷嘴210、照明灯220以及图像获取装置230,就能在用于显示图像的设备上清楚的看到口腔内部牙齿情况,达到边清洗边观察牙齿清洁情况的目的。
如图3所示,手柄30上设有控制主板310,控制主板310上集成有数字信号处理器(DigitalSignalProcessor,DSP)312、无线模块314以及微控制单元(MicroControlUnit,MCU)316。
工作端200上的图像获取装置230采集牙齿口腔信息并将其转换成第一电信号,DSP312用于接收图像获取装置230输出的第一电信号,并对第一电信号进行压缩、失真度调节和去噪处理后得到第二电信号,再将第二电信号传递到无线模块314上,最终无线模块314将第二电信号发送至用于显示图像的设备上。整个过程中,MCU316用于控制图像获取装置230、DSP312以及无线模块,协调整个系统的工作。
如图4所示,手柄30上还设有独立电池320,控制主板310上还集成有与独立电池320连接的电源模块318。电源模块318包括电源管理单元3182以及降压单元3184。电源管理单元3182与独立电池320连接,用于对独立电池320进行充电并检测其工作状态。降压单元3184与独立电池320连接,以使独立电池320电压降压后再为图像获取装置230、DSP312、无线模块314以及MCU316供电。
具体的,降压单元3184将独立电池320电压3.7V降至3.3V,3.3V电压给图像获取装置230、DSP312、无线模块314以及MCU316供电。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,具体独立电池320电压降到多少,可根据具体情况进行相应的调整。
进一步,作为本实施方式的优选,独立电池320为可充电电池,可为锂电池也可为纽扣电池。
结合图5,手柄30包括机身组件300以及用于储存清洁水的储水腔400。机身组件300一端与安装端100连接,储水腔400设于机身组件300的周向上,并与喷嘴210连通。控制主板310及独立电池320设于机身组件300上。
机身组件300包括水泵系统(图未示),水泵系统(图未示)包括电机(图未示)和与电机(图未示)连接的水泵(图未示),电机(图未示)与独立电池320连接,获取独立电池320提供的电能并带动水泵(图未示)工作,水泵(图未示)与储水腔400以及喷嘴210分别连通,用于将从储水腔400内抽取的清洁水传送至喷嘴210。
机身组件300还包括弧形外壳330、挡板340、容置腔(图未示)、电板槽350以及电池槽360。弧形外壳330与挡板340连接,并围合形成容置腔(图未示)。挡板340用于将机身组件300与储水腔400隔开。水泵系统(图未示)设于容置腔(图未示)内。电板槽350位于弧形外壳330上,与挡板340相对设置,可正对也可斜对。控制主板310设于电板槽内。电池槽360位于弧形外壳330与安装端100正对且远离安装端100的一侧上。独立电池320设于电池槽360内。
手柄30上还设有功能键370。功能键370嵌在弧形外壳330上,与控制主板310连接。在本实施方式中,功能键370为三个,一个轻按开启喷水功能,重按同时开启拍照功能,一个按下则开启录像功能,还有一个用于开启照明灯220,并可进行重复点按来调节照明灯220的亮度。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,功能键370也可为四个,分别用于开启喷水、拍照、录像以及照明功能。
在本实施方式中,可视化洗牙器10还包括显示终端40,与图像获取装置230连接,用于显示图像获取装置230获取的图像。也即用于显示无线模块314发送的信息。
作为本实施方式的优选,显示终端40通过无线方式与图像获取装置230连接,使得可视化洗牙器10具有便携性。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,显示终端40还可通过信号线与图像获取装置230进行有线连接。
另外,在本实施方式中,显示终端40为手机或者电脑。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,显示终端40也可为其他具有显示功能的设备,如电视、平板等,只要有上网功能且能安装相应的应用软件的设备即可。
显示终端40上还设有虚拟灯光调节按键500、虚拟拍照按键600以及虚拟录像按键700。
其中,虚拟灯光调节按键500用于开启照明灯220并调节照明灯220的亮度。当需要调节照明灯220的亮度时,按下显示终端40上的虚拟灯光调节按键500,无线模块314接收虚拟灯光调节按键500的信息并传送至MCU316,MCU316接收并发送亮度调节控制信号来进行对照明灯220的亮度调节操作。
虚拟拍照按键600用于开启拍照功能,虚拟录像按键700用于开启录像功能。当需要进行拍照或者录像时,用户可根据自己的习惯选择使用手柄30上的功能键370或者选择使用显示终端40上相应的虚拟按键。这样,可使该可视化洗牙器10的操作方便灵活。
进一步,可视化洗牙器10除能够实时显示口腔内牙齿的清洁情况外,还能实现其他扩展功能,如图像旋转、冻结、录像回放预览、文件管理等,只需在显示终端40上安装相应的应用软件的客户端,然后在应用软件上操作即可。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,包括:
    手柄;以及
    清洁头,包括安装端与工作端,所述安装端与所述手柄连接,所述工作端的端面上集成有相互独立的喷嘴、照明灯以及图像获取装置,所述喷嘴用于喷射出用来清洁牙齿的清洗水,所述照明灯用于点亮口腔,所述图像获取装置用于获取口腔内部牙齿图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述手柄上设有控制主板,所述控制主板上集成有数字信号处理器、无线模块以及微控制单元,所述数字信号处理器用于接收所述图像获取装置输出的第一电信号,并将其处理后得到第二电信号后传递到所述无线模块上,所述无线模块再将第二电信号传送至用于显示图像的设备上,所述微控制单元用于控制所述图像获取装置、所述数字信号处理器以及所述无线模块,协调整个系统的工作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述手柄上还设有独立电池,所述控制主板上还集成有与所述独立电池连接的电源模块,所述电源模块包括电源管理单元以及降压单元,所述电源管理单元一端用于与电源适配器连接,另一端与所述独立电池连接,用于对所述独立电池进行充电并检测其工作状态,所述降压单元与所述独立电池连接,以使所述独立电池电压降压后,再为所述图像获取装置、所述数字信号处理、所述无线模块以及所述微控制单元供电。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述手柄包括机身组件以及用于储存清洁水的储水腔,所述机身组件一端与所述安装端连接,所述储水腔设于所述机身组件的周向上,并与所述喷嘴连通,所述控制主板及所述独立电池设于所述机身组件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述机身组件包括水泵系统,所述水泵系统包括电机和与所述电机连接的水泵,所述电机与所述独立电池连接,获取所述独立电池提供的正常电压并带动所述水泵工作,所述水泵与所述储水腔以及所述喷嘴分别连通,用于将从所述储水腔内抽取的清洁水传送至所述喷嘴。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述机身组件还包括弧形外壳、挡板、容置腔、电板槽以及电池槽,所述弧形外壳与所述挡板连接,并围合形成所述容置腔,所述挡板用于隔开所述机身组件与所述储水腔,所述水泵系统设于所述容置腔内,所述电板槽置于所述弧形外壳上,与所述挡板相对,所述控制主板设于所述电板槽内,所述电池槽位于所述弧形外壳与所述安装端正对且远离所述安装端的一侧上,所述独立电池设于所述电池槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述手柄上还设有功能键,所述功能键嵌在所述弧形外壳上,与所述控制主板连接,所述功能键为三个,一个用于开启喷水功能及拍照功能,一个用于开启录像功能,还有一个用于开启所述照明灯并重复点按进行调节照明亮度;
    或者,所述功能键为四个,分别用于开启喷水、拍照、录像以及照明功能。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,还包括显示终端,与所述图像获取装置连接,用于显示所述图像获取装置获取的图像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述显示终端是手机或者电脑。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,还包括如下特征中的至少一个:
    所述显示终端上设有虚拟灯光调节按键,所述虚拟灯光调节按键用于开启所述照明灯并调节所述照明灯的亮度;以及
    所述显示终端上设有虚拟拍照按键与虚拟录像按键,所述虚拟拍照按键用于开启拍照功能,所述虚拟录像按键用于开启录像功能。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述显示终端与所述图像获取装置无线连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述显示终端与所述图像获取装置无线连接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述显示终端与所述图像获取装置无线连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述手柄呈圆柱形。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述清洁头在离所述工作端的端面预设距离处呈弯折设置。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴与所述图像获取装置正对间隔设置,且所述图像获取装在所述工作端的端面上的分布面积大于所述喷嘴在所述工作端的端面上的分布面积。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述照明灯为LED灯。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述LED灯设有多个,且分别位于所述喷嘴及所述图像获取装置的两侧,并与所述喷嘴构成U字形。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述图像获取装置为互补金属氧化物半导体摄像头。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的可视化洗牙器,其特征在于,所述摄像头为近焦摄像头,且所述摄像头的直径小于5.5mm。
