Description

触控式电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子器件领域,尤其涉及一种触控式电子烟 。
背景技术
随着健康意识的提高,传统的纸烟正逐渐被电子烟替代。现有技术中的电子烟的开关和自动开关均涉及精细的机械结构,而电子烟由于使用时的按压频率高,这两种开关在实际使用过程中都不同程度地存在开关失灵的现象。此外,现有的开关在壳体上开设通孔,然后在该通孔中设置开关,因为电子烟的壳体本来就比较小,要在上面开设通孔会影响到壳体的强度,影响电子烟表面轮廓的流畅,影响美观,并且增加了工艺流程,而且不便于装配。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中需要在壳体上开设通孔来安装触摸开关而使得工艺流程较为复杂且安装不方便,提供一种直接在壳体表面设置触控模块的触控式电子烟。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:提供一种触控式电子烟,包括壳体和控制器,所述触控式电子烟还包括设置在所述壳体外的用于产生触发信号并发送给所述控制器的触控模块。
优选地,所述触控模块包括柔性电路板以及设置在所述柔性电路板上的感应电路。
优选地,所述柔性电路板呈套筒状,所述柔性电路板套接在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
优选地,所述柔性电路板呈与所述壳体的外侧壁面的适配的曲面状,所述柔性电路板设置在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
优选地,所述柔性电路板粘接在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
优选地,所述柔性电路板上设置有与所述感应电路连接的无线发射器,所述控制器设置有用于接收所述无线发射器发出的信号的无线接收器。
优选地,所述壳体包括用于收容雾化器组件的第一壳体、用于收容电源的第二壳体以及设置于其间的固定套,所述固定套的端部与所述第一壳体和/或所述第二壳体可拆卸地连接;所述触控模块设置在所述固定套上。
优选地,所述固定套的一端和所述第一壳体通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连;所述固定套的另一端与所述第二壳体通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连。
优选地,所述柔性电路板上设置有感应电路的部位设置有触摸标识。
优选地,所述触控模块外表面贴有保护膜。

本发明触控式电子烟相对于现有技术具有如下有益效果:将触控模块设置在壳体的外侧壁面上,不用在壳体上开设通孔即可实现触控模块的安装,具有减少工艺流程、便于装配的有益效果。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了本发明一些实施例中的触控式电子烟,采用触摸触控模块20上对应区域来产生开触发信号的方法,避免了因长时间按压传统按压式按键而使得手指疼痛或者使得该传统式按压按键损坏。该触控式电子烟包括壳体10、触控模块20、控制器(未示出)以及用于安装控制器的硬质PCB板30、雾化组件、电源以及发光组件。硬质PCB板30、控制器、雾化组件以及电源均设置在壳体10内,电源、触控模块20、雾化组件、发光组件分别与控制器连接。触控模块20用于产生触发信号,并将该触发信号发送给控制器;该触控模块20环绕设置在壳体10的外侧壁面上。控制器用于该触控式电子烟的整体控制。雾化组件用于将烟草提取物雾化,以模拟吸烟时的烟雾效果。发光组件设置在壳体10的一端,通过发光来模拟吸烟时烟头的燃烧。
本发明采用将触控模块20设置到壳体10外侧壁面的方法,可以不用在壳体10上开设通孔来安装开关,缩短了工艺流程,并且装配更为方便。
壳体10大致呈纵长柱状结构,其在该实施例中可包括用于收容雾化组件的第一壳体11、用于收容电源的第二壳体12以及设置在第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间的固定套13,该三者均大致呈圆筒状。固定套13的两端分别与第一壳体11和第二壳体12可拆卸地连接。 第一壳体11上远离所述固定套13的一端设置有吸嘴。该吸嘴可拆卸地设置有用于保持其清洁的吸嘴盖 。
固定套13的一端和第一壳体11可以通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连;固定套13的另一端与第二壳体12可以通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连。如图2所示,固定套13上靠近第一壳体11一端的外沿上,沿平行与固定套13轴向的方向设置有卡扣131,该卡扣131扣接在第一壳体11上。
该固定套13用于供触控模块20环绕设置在其外侧壁面上。并且该固定套13的内侧壁面上设置有两个卡槽。该两个卡槽沿着固定套13的轴向设置,并且槽口正对。硬质PCB板30卡接在该两个卡槽中。固定套13与第一壳体11以及第二壳体12之间的可拆卸地连接,使得该触控式电子烟在出故障时便于把固定套13拆卸下来,分别对触控模块20和硬质PCB板30进行检测和修理或者直接更换。
触控模块20包括柔性电路板和设置在柔性电路板上的感应电路。该柔性电路板可以呈套筒状结构,这种结构使得触控模块20可以很容易就套接到固定套13的外侧壁面上;其环绕安装在固定套13上后边缘与第一壳体11和第二壳体12齐平。柔性电路板还可以呈与壳体10的外表面适配的曲面状,这便于将触控模块20沿着壳体10的侧壁面设置安装;可以采用粘接的方式将触控模块20粘接到壳体10上;进一步地,将触控模块20粘接到固定套13上。柔性电路板还可以呈与壳体10的端部匹配的形状,可以将柔性电路板设置安装到壳体10的端部上。
触控模块20可以通过导线与控制器连接。该柔性电路板上设置有感应电路的位置设置有触摸标识132,以方便用户容易触摸到设置有感应电路的区域。并且为了保护感应电路以及使得该触控模块20更美观,可以在触控模块20表面贴一层透明的保护膜。
该触控模块20可以是电容式感应模块,也可以是电阻式感应模块。该电容式感应模块和电阻式感应模块分别与电容触摸屏和电阻触摸屏的原理相同,故不细述。
控制器与触控模块20的触发信号之间的对应关系可以预先设定。在本实施例中,可事先将控制器设置为:第一个触发信号使得控制器持续工作,第二触发信号使得控制器结束工作。也可以将控制器设置为:持续的触发信号才能使得控制器工作,当手离开设置有触摸标识132的部位的时候,控制器停止工作。
雾化组件包括加热元件以及套设在加热元件外的用于储存烟草提取物的储油棉。加热元件与控制器相连。
发光组件设置在第二壳体12上远离固定套13的一端。其包括控发光二极管以及灯帽。灯帽采用透光材料制成,其套设于发光二级管外。在使用者触摸该触摸标识132的时候,控制器控制发光二极管发光,以达到模拟烟头燃烧的效果,使得该产品与香烟更加相似。
电源设置在第二壳体12内,其可以是锂电池、干电池或者其它充电电池等。
在另一实施例中,触控模块20还可以在上述实施例的基础上,设置一个用于将触发信号发送出去的无线发射器,该无线发射器设置在柔性电路板上,并与感应电路连接。对应地,硬质PCB板上设置有用于接收无线发射器发出信号的无线接收器,该无线接收器与控制器连接。这样可以不用在固定套13上开设通孔,也不用导线,即可实现将触控模块20产生的触发信号传递到控制器,缩短了工艺流程。这样触控模块20可以安装在壳体10上任意位置,而不需要考虑走线问题。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种触控式电子烟,包括壳体和控制器,其特征在于,所述触控式电子烟还包括设置在所述壳体外的用于产生触发信号并发送给所述控制器的触控模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述触控模块包括柔性电路板以及设置在所述柔性电路板上的感应电路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板呈套筒状,所述柔性电路板套接在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板呈与所述壳体的外侧壁面的适配的曲面状,所述柔性电路板设置在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板粘接在所述壳体的外侧壁面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板上设置有与所述感应电路连接的无线发射器,所述控制器设置有用于接收所述无线发射器发出的信号的无线接收器。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体包括用于收容雾化器组件的第一壳体、用于收容电源的第二壳体以及设置于其间的固定套,所述固定套的端部与所述第一壳体和/或所述第二壳体可拆卸地连接;所述触控模块设置在所述固定套上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定套的一端和所述第一壳体通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连;所述固定套的另一端与所述第二壳体通过螺纹相连、扣接相连或者磁吸相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的触控式电子烟,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板上设置有感应电路的部位设置有触摸标识。
