胶框,所述胶框包括底框以及垂直于所述底框的竖边框,所述竖边框上设置有贯穿所述竖边框的胶框插槽,所述竖边框上还设置有第二卡接结构,所述胶框的竖边框与所述前壳的连接框相对设置,且所述前壳插槽与所述胶框插槽位置对应,所述第一卡接结构和所述第二卡接结构配合卡接;
连接件,所述连接件包括插接部,所述插接部可依次配合插入所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽内。
在组装该固定结构时,首先将胶框上的胶框插槽与前壳上的前壳插槽对准,并使第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构配合卡接,使前壳与胶框不能发生沿垂直于显示装置周向方向上的相对错动;然后将连接件的插接部依次配合插入前壳插槽和胶框插槽内,使前壳与胶框不能发生沿显示装置周向方向上的相对错动。
在一个实施例中,所述连接框上设置有多个所述前壳插槽,所述竖边框上设置有多个所述胶框插槽,多个所述前壳插槽与多个所述胶框插槽一一对应,并且所述连接件为多个,多个所述连接件分别插入一一对应的所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽内。
在一个实施例中,每个所述连接件包括两个所述插接部。
在一个实施例中,所述连接框上的两个相邻设置的所述前壳插槽之间设置有限位肋板,所述连接件的两个插接部之间设置有凹槽,所述插接部插入所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽后,所述限位肋板位于所述凹槽内且与所述凹槽的内壁贴合。
在一个实施例中,每个所述连接件包括固定部,所述固定部上设置有安装孔,所述显示装置的背板上设置有可与所述安装孔配合连接的紧固件。
在一个实施例中,所述固定部与所述连接框靠近所述背板的端面相抵靠,且与所述竖边框靠近所述背板的端面相抵靠。
在一个实施例中,所述连接框靠近背板的端面以及所述竖边框靠近背板的端面均设有沉槽,所述固定部位于所述沉槽内。
在一个实施例中,所述固定部和插接部一体成型。
在一个实施例中,所述连接件由板材折弯制成。
在一个实施例中,所述连接件由连续模制成。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括如上所述的固定结 构。
当需要组装显示装置的前壳和胶框时,只需将第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构配合卡接,并且将连接件插入对准后的前壳插槽和胶框插槽内即可完成前壳和胶框的连接。当需要维修时,只需将连接件抽出并将第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构分离即可将前壳和胶框分离。因此,与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的固定结构及包括所述固定结构的显示装置的拆装方便快捷且效率高。而且,由于无需在前壳上设置boss柱,从而减小了前壳的前面框的宽度,增加了产品的美观程度;并且连接件的结构简单,体积较小,无需制作模具即可进行生产,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等术语指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所 示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
显示装置是用以将产品所接收到的信号通过显示屏以图像的形式体现出来的装置。如电视机中的显示装置是将电视机的电子线路分离出来的视频信号通过显示屏显示成图像的装置。
本发明的实施例提供一种固定结构,用于固定显示装置的前壳与胶框。如图2所示,所述固定结构包括:前壳1,胶框2以及连接件3。前壳1包括前面框11以及垂直于前面框的连接框12,连接框12上设置有贯穿连接框的前壳插槽121,连接框12上还设置有第一卡接结构122。胶框2包括底框21以及垂直于底框的竖边框22,竖边框22上设置有贯穿竖边框22的胶框插槽221,竖边框22上还设置有第二卡接结构222。胶框2的竖边框22与前壳1的连接框12相对设置,且前壳插槽121与胶框插槽221位置对应。第一卡接结构122和第二卡接结构222配合卡接,以限定前壳1和胶框2在垂直于显示装置周向方向上的相对位置。连接件3包括插接部32,插接部32可依次配合插入前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221内,以限定前壳1和胶框2在显示装置周向上的相对位置。
显示装置周向方向是指沿显示装置的外边环绕的方向,垂直于显示装置周向方向是指插接部32的插接方向。在组装该固定结构时,首先将胶框2上的胶框插槽221与前壳1上的前壳插槽121对准,并使第一卡接结构122和第二卡接结构222配合卡接,使前壳1与胶框2不能发生沿垂直于显示装置周向方向上的相对错动。然后将连接件3的插接部32依次配合插入前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221内,使前壳1与胶框2不能发生沿显示装置周向方向上的相对错动。
当需要组装前壳1和胶框2时,只需将第一卡接结构122和第二 卡接结构222配合卡接,并且将连接件3插入对准后的前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221内即可完成前壳1和胶框2的连接。当需要维修时,只需将连接件3抽出并将第一卡接结构122和第二卡接结构222分离即可将前壳1和胶框2分离。因此,与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的固定结构拆装方便快捷且效率高。而且,由于无需在前壳1上设置boss柱,从而减小了前壳1的前面框11的宽度,增加了产品的美观程度;并且连接件3的结构简单,体积较小,无需制作模具即可进行生产,降低了生产成本。
为确保连接强度,如图2所示,连接框12上设置有多个前壳插槽121,竖边框22上设置有多个胶框插槽221,并且多个前壳插槽121与多个胶框插槽221一一对应。连接件3为多个,多个连接件3的插接部32分别插入一一对应的前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221内。多个连接件3将前壳1和胶框2在其周向上进行插接,使得组装后的固定结构的连接强度高,不会出现连接位置脱开的情况,确保了固定结构在使用时的稳定性。
如图3所示,每个连接件3可以包括一个固定部31和设置于该固定部上的两个插接部32。每个连接件3上设置有一个固定部31,使得该连接件3在被固定到显示装置的背板上时的连接强度较高,不会出现连接部位失效的情况。连接件3上的插接部32的数目为多个,在连接件3的尺寸一定的情况下,每个插接部32的尺寸都不大。在插入对应的插槽内后,插接部32在使用过程中即使受到较长时间的集中应力作用,也不容易发生开裂甚至断裂的情况。当插接部32的数目为二时,插接部32与固定部31之间的连接强度较高,这使得在降低插接部32出现损伤的情况下,连接件3在工作时不会出现固定部31和插接部32的连接部位脱开的情况,确保了连接件3的正常工作。
为使连接件3在安装时能够快速定位,如图2所示,在连接框12上的两个相邻设置的前壳插槽122之间设置有限位肋板123,在连接件3的两个插接部32之间设置有凹槽33。当插接部32插入对应的前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221后,限位肋板123位于凹槽33内且限位肋板123远离前面框11的表面与凹槽33的内壁贴合。当连接件3的插接部32插入前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221后,位于连接框12上的限位肋板123远离前面框11的表面与凹槽33的内壁贴合,便于组装人员观察连 接件3的插接部32是否完全插入前壳插槽121和胶框插槽221内,方便组装人员对其进行定位。同时,限位肋板123远离前面框11的表面与凹槽33的内壁贴合还能使连接件3不能沿垂直于前面框11的方向发生晃动,使前壳1和胶框2的连接更为稳固。
为保证连接件3的强度,如图3所示,固定部31和插接部32一体成型。固定部31和插接部32一体成型后,这两个部件之间无连接部,则不会出现连接部位由于应力较高导致固定部31和插接部32脱开的情况,确保了连接件3的正常工作。
为降低连接件3的生产成本,提高连接件3的生产效率,如图3所示,连接件3由板材折弯制成。板材是目前工厂在生产中最易得到的成品,其生产技术成熟且生产成本较低。因此,使用板材折弯制成连接件3,能够降低连接件3的生产成本。而且,由于板材的可加工性较高,使用板材折弯制成连接件3的生产工艺难度相对不高,因此能够进行快速生产,从而提高连接件3的生产效率。
为进一步提高连接件3的生产效率,连接件3由连续模制成。连续模是指由多个工位组成,各工位完成不同的加工,各工位顺序关联,在冲床的一次行程中完成一系列的不同的冲压加工。连续模具有加工速度较快、加工过程中工件无需进给移动等特点。由于连接件3结构简单,体积较小,使用板材折弯制成连接件3的生产工序简单,因此可以使用连续模进行快速批量生产。
为确保固定结构不会因长时间使用或是其他外力因素出现错位的情况,将连接件3与显示装置的背板(图中未示出)相连接。如图3所示,在固定部31上设置有安装孔311,显示装置的背板上设置有可与安装孔311配合连接的紧固件(图中未示出)。通过将紧固件与安装孔311配合连接,将组装完成后的固定结构与显示装置的背板连接起来,使得该固定结构在装配到显示装置后不会出现错位的情况。而且,该连接方式方便快捷且便于拆卸,方便操作。
具体地,固定部31上设置的安装孔311可以是螺纹孔,此时紧固件为螺栓,通过将螺栓旋拧在螺纹孔内使显示装置的背板与连接件3固定。
为避免固定部31占用额外的空间,如图2和图5所示,固定部31与连接框12靠近背板的端面125相抵靠,且与竖边框22靠近背板的 端面223相抵靠。组装完成后,固定部31与连接框12靠近背板的端面125相抵靠,且与竖边框22靠近背板的端面223相抵靠,此时固定部31与连接框12以及竖边框22之间均无间隙。连接件3的厚度较小,避免了固定部31占用额外空间造成该固定结构厚度增加,影响最终显示装置外观的美感。而且,在该尺寸下的连接件3在组装时定位方便,组装完成后连接件3不易从连接位置处脱开,使得该固定结构在组装完成后能够被完整地转运,便于直接进行下一步的装配工序。
为进一步减小该固定结构在组装完成后的厚度,增加最终装配出的产品的美感,如图2、图4以及图5所示,连接框12靠近背板的端面以及竖边框22靠近背板的端面均设有沉槽,并且固定部31位于所述沉槽内。连接框12上的沉槽124和竖边框22上的沉槽224共同将固定部31容纳在其中。该固定结构在组装完成后连接位置的厚度仅为连接框12或是竖边框22的高度,从而使得最终装配出的产品的厚度较小,更符合用户的审美。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括如上所述的固定结构。该显示装置的生产成本较低,组装或维修时的拆装过程较为方便快捷。而且,由于显示装置的前壳1的前面框11较窄,使得该显示装置的外观富有美感,更符合用户的审美。
由于在本实施例的显示装置中使用的固定结构与上述固定结构的各实施例中提供的固定结构相同,因此二者能够解决相同的技术问题,并达到相同的预期效果。
关于本发明实施例的显示装置的其他构成等已为本领域的技术人员所熟知,在此不再详细说明。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种固定结构,其特征在于,包括:
    前壳,所述前壳包括前面框以及垂直于所述前面框的连接框,所述连接框上设置有贯穿所述连接框的前壳插槽,所述连接框上还设置有第一卡接结构;
    胶框,所述胶框包括底框以及垂直于所述底框的竖边框,所述竖边框上设置有贯穿所述竖边框的胶框插槽,所述竖边框上还设置有第二卡接结构,所述胶框的竖边框与所述前壳的连接框相对设置,且所述前壳插槽与所述胶框插槽位置对应,所述第一卡接结构和所述第二卡接结构配合卡接;
    连接件,所述连接件包括插接部,所述插接部可依次配合插入所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接框上设置有多个所述前壳插槽,所述竖边框上设置有多个所述胶框插槽,多个所述前壳插槽与多个所述胶框插槽一一对应,并且所述连接件为多个,多个所述连接件的插接部分别插入一一对应的所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定结构,其特征在于,每个所述连接件包括两个所述插接部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接框上的两个相邻设置的所述前壳插槽之间设置有限位肋板,所述连接件的两个插接部之间设置有凹槽,所述插接部插入所述前壳插槽和所述胶框插槽后,所述限位肋板位于所述凹槽内且与所述凹槽的内壁贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于,每个所述连接件包括固定部,所述固定部上设置有安装孔,所述显示装置的背板上设置有可与所述安装孔配合连接的紧固件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定部与所述连接框靠近所述背板的端面相抵靠,且与所述竖边框靠近所述背板的端面相抵靠。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接框靠近背板的端面以及所述竖边框靠近背板的端面均设置有沉槽,所述固 定部位于所述沉槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定部和插接部一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接件由板材折弯制成。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接件由连续模制成。
  11. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~10中任一项所述的固定结构。
