Abstract

Description
本发明涉及汽车格栅装配技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车格栅装配装置。
汽车格栅一般由电镀框、塑料本体、连接电镀框和塑料本体的铁条装配而成。装配时,先将电镀框、塑料本体、铁条进行预安装,人工检查合格后,再将预安装好的格栅放置在气压工装的下压模上,然后再通过启动上压模向格栅移动,使电镀框和塑料本体上的卡扣压紧,完成格栅装配固定。目前,格栅装配完后,预装好的铁条在压装过程中有移位的风险,需要人工将格栅取出后,人为对格栅的装配点进行检查,特别是铁条末端的位置,因此工作效率低,费时费力,且人工检查不彻底,靠人工检查会存在误差,检查不准确,无法保证格栅是否装配合格。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车格栅装配装置,能够实现自动检测,且装配和检测同步进行,工作效率高,保证产品质量。
为实现本发明的目的,采取的技术方案是:
一种汽车格栅装配装置,格栅至少包括本体、框体、连接本体和框体的连接条,该汽车格栅装配装置包括上压模、驱动上压模上下移动的第一驱动装置、用于放置格栅的下压模、用于检测连接条末端的行程开关、与第一驱动装置和行程开关电性连接的控制器,上压模和下压模相对设置,上压模上设有行程开关。
本体、框体和连接条预装配完成后,将预装配完的格栅准确放入下压模,控制器同时启动第一驱动装置和行程开关,第一驱动装置使上压模向格栅移动,行程开关也随着上压模一起移动,上压模与下压模对接后,使框体和本体上的卡扣压紧,完成格栅装配固定,且同时行程开关到达连接条末端位置,如果行
程开关的触头触碰到连接条末端,则说明格栅装配合格;如果行程开关的触头未碰到连接条末端,则说明格栅装配不合格,实现自动检测。且装配和检测同步进行,不增加额外作业工序和作业时间,提高格栅的组装效率,节省工作人员、提高工作效率,保证产品装配质量的一致性。
下面对技术方案进一步说明:
进一步的是,汽车格栅装配装置还包括工作台,下压模设置于工作台上、并与工作台滑动连接。下压模与工作台滑动连接,下压模可以前后移动,将预装好的格栅放置在下压模前,先将下压模拉出,便于格栅的安装和格栅在下压模上的准确定位。
进一步的是,工作台上设有与下压模滑动连接的导轨。下压模通过导轨实现和工作台的滑动连接,且导轨还起导向作用,防止预装好的格栅在移动过程中变位,影响装配工作。
进一步的是,汽车格栅装配装置还包括驱动下压模滑动的第二驱动装置,第二驱动装置与控制器电性连接。通过第二驱动装置驱动下压模滑动,操作简单省力。
进一步的是,工作台的底部均布有至少三个调节支脚。通过调节支脚调节工作台的平衡性,保证工作台面的水平,使格栅的装配更准确。
进一步的是,汽车格栅装配装置还包括水平仪,水平仪放置于工作台上。通过水平仪监测工作台面的水平度,也便于调节支脚的调节。
进一步的是,工作台的底部均布有至少三个滚动轮。当需要移动工作台上,将调节支脚往上移动,滚动轮对工作台进行支撑,并便于工作台的移动,使工作台的移动更省力,操作更方便。
进一步的是,汽车格栅装配装置还包括报警器,报警器与控制器电性连接。当格栅装配固定后,行程开关的触头未触碰到连接条末端时,行程开关将信息发送至控制器,控制器控制报警器进行报警,提醒工作人员,使汽车格栅装配装置更智能。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明在本体、框体和连接条预装配完成后,将预装配完的格栅准确放入
下压模,控制器同时启动第一驱动装置和行程开关,第一驱动装置使上压模向格栅移动,行程开关也随着上压模一起移动,上压模与下压模对接后,使框体和本体上的卡扣压紧,完成格栅装配固定,且同时行程开关到达连接条末端位置,如果行程开关的触头触碰到连接条末端,则说明格栅装配合格;如果行程开关的触头未碰到连接条末端,则说明格栅装配不合格,实现自动检测。且装配和检测同步进行,提高格栅的组装效率,节省工作人员、提高工作效率,保证产品装配质量的一致性。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1至图3所示,一种汽车格栅装配装置,格栅10至少包括本体110、框体120、连接本体110和框体120的连接条130,该汽车格栅装配装置包括上压模20、驱动上压模20上下移动的第一驱动装置30、用于放置格栅10的下压模40、用于检测连接条末端131的行程开关50、与第一驱动装置30和行程开关50电性连接的控制器(附图未标识),上压模20和下压模40相对设置,上压模20上设有行程开关50。
本体110、框体120和连接条130预装配完成后,将预装配完的格栅10准确放入下压模40,控制器同时启动第一驱动装置30和行程开关50,第一驱动装置30使上压模20向格栅10一侧移动,行程开关50也随着上压模20一起移动,上压模20与下压模40对接后,使框体120和本体110上的卡扣140压紧,完成格栅10装配固定,且同时行程开关50到达连接条末端131位置,如图4所示,如果行程开关50的触头触碰到连接条末端131,则说明格栅10装配合格;如图5所示,如果行程开关50的触头未碰到连接条末端131,则说明格栅10装配不合格,实现自动检测。且装配和检测同步进行,不增加额外作业工序和作业时间,提高格栅10的组装效率,节省工作人员、提高工作效率,保证产品装配质量的一致性。
在本实施例中,框体120为电镀框,本体110为塑料材质,连接条130为铁条,格栅10的各个部件还可以根据实际需要采用其他材质。
如图1所示,汽车格栅装配装置还包括工作台60,下压模40设置于工作台60上、并与工作台60滑动连接。下压模40与工作台60滑动连接,下压模40可以前后移动,将预装好的格栅10放置在下压模40前,先将下压模40拉出,便于格栅10的安装和格栅10在下压模40上的准确定位。
在本实施例中,工作台60上设有与下压模40滑动连接的导轨610。下压模40通过导轨610实现和工作台60的滑动连接,且导轨610还起导向作用,防止预装好的格栅10在移动过程中变位,影响装配工作。下压模40和工作台60之间还可以通过其他方式进行滑动连接。
如图1所示,汽车格栅装配装置还包括驱动下压模40滑动的第二驱动装置70,第二驱动装置70与控制器电性连接。通过第二驱动装置70驱动下压模40滑动,操作简单省力。
在本实施例中,第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置70均为气缸,第一驱动装置30有两个,第一驱动装置30通过支架630安装于工作台60的上方,第二驱动装置70安装于下压模40的内部,第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置70还可以根据实际需要设置为其他驱动方式,也可以根据实际需要设置在其他位置。
如图1所示,工作台60上还设有与第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置70一
一对应的启动开关620,便于第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置70的打开和关闭。
如图1所示,工作台60的底部均布有至少三个调节支脚80。通过调节支脚80调节工作台60的平衡性,保证工作台60面的水平,使格栅10的装配更准确。
汽车格栅装配装置还包括水平仪(附图未标识),水平仪放置于工作台60上。通过水平仪监测工作台60面的水平度,也便于调节支脚80的调节。
如图1所示,工作台60的底部均布有至少三个滚动轮90。当需要移动工作台60上,将调节支脚80往上移动,滚动轮90对工作台60进行支撑,并便于工作台60的移动,使工作台60的移动更省力,操作更方便。
如图4和图5所示,汽车格栅装配装置还包括报警器100,报警器100与控制器电性连接。当格栅10装配固定后,行程开关50的触头未触碰到连接条130末端时,行程开关50将信息发送至控制器,控制器控制报警器100进行报警,提醒工作人员,使汽车格栅装配装置更智能。

- 一种汽车格栅装配装置,格栅至少包括本体、框体、连接所述本体和所述框体的连接条,其特征在于,包括上压模、驱动所述上压模上下移动的第一驱动装置、用于放置格栅的下压模、用于检测所述连接条末端的行程开关、与所述第一驱动装置和所述行程开关电性连接的控制器,所述上压模和所述下压模相对设置,所述上压模上设有所述行程开关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,还包括工作台,所述下压模设置于所述工作台上、并与所述工作台滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,所述工作台上设有与所述下压模滑动连接的导轨。
- 根据权利要求3所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,还包括驱动所述下压模滑动的第二驱动装置,所述第二驱动装置与所述控制器电性连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,所述工作台的底部均布有至少三个调节支脚。
- 根据权利要求5所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,还包括水平仪,所述水平仪放置于工作台上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,所述工作台的底部均布有至少三个滚动轮。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的汽车格栅装配装置,其特征在于,还包括报警器,所述报警器与所述控制器电性连接。
