本发明实施例设置人机交互装置供用户输入交易请求数据,并发送所述交易请求数据至所述控制器,其中,所述交易请求数据包括交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据,所述控制器的交易信息生成单元接收来自人机交互装置的所述交易请求数据,从所述交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据中分别提取交易信息、身份信息和权益渠道信息,以得到交易请求信息,并将所述交易请求信息通过数据平台通讯接口发送至数据平台,所述数据平台通讯接口还用于接收所述数据平台基于所述交易请求信息反馈的实际支付信息和权益信息,其中,所述实际支付信息和所述权益信息是所述 数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库后计算得到。由此可见,本发明实施例中的交易终端提供了交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据的统一入口,相比现有技术,不再需要用户在支付时先通过其他终端输入身份信息向其他网络平台请求反馈已经获得的优惠权益,经确认后才能在交易终端以新的实际支付信息进行支付,而是直接通过同一交易终端的统一发送交易请求数据即可获得最终应付的支付信息,减少了终端与网络平台之间的数据流的交互次数,从而节省了交互数据占用的资源,提高交易系统的效率。

具体实施方式
如背景技术所言,在实际应用场景中,存在一些与本次实际支付相关的网络服务平台,因此,需要用户首先在本次消费相关的网络平台进行操作后,才能通过商户安装的交易终端进行支付。例如,一些优惠活动网络服务平台提供了与本次消费相关的优惠活动信息,这些优惠活动信息可以让用户享受到对应的权益,从而对实际支付产生影响。在这种类似的应用场景下,现有技术的交易终端存在使网络交易系统效率较低的问题。
本发明实施例设置人机交互装置供用户输入交易请求数据,并发送所述交易请求数据至所述控制器,其中,所述交易请求数据包括交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据,所述控制器的交易信息生成单元接收来自人机交互装置的所述交易请求数据,从所述交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据中分别提取交易信 息、身份信息和权益渠道信息,以得到交易请求信息,并将所述交易请求信息通过数据平台通讯接口发送至数据平台,所述数据平台通讯接口还用于接收所述数据平台基于所述交易请求信息反馈的实际支付信息和权益信息,其中,所述实际支付信息和所述权益信息是所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库后计算得到。由此可见,本发明实施例中的交易终端提供了交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据的统一入口,相比现有技术,不再需要用户在支付时先通过其他终端输入身份信息向其他网络平台请求反馈已经获得的优惠权益,经确认后才能在交易终端以新的实际支付信息进行支付,而是直接通过同一交易终端的统一发送交易请求数据即可获得最终应付的支付信息,减少了终端与网络平台之间的数据流的交互次数,从而节省了交互数据占用的资源,提高交易系统的效率。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和有益效果能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
图1是本发明实施例的一种交易终端的结构示意图。如图1所示交易终端10可以包括:人机交互装置101、控制器102和数据平台通讯接口103。
所述人机交互装置101,适于供用户输入交易请求数据,并发送所述交易请求数据至所述控制器,其中,所述交易请求数据包括交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据。
所述控制器102包括交易信息生成单元,所述交易信息生成单元适于接收来自所述人机交互装置的所述交易请求数据,从所述交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据中分别提取交易信息、身份信息和权益渠道信息,以得到交易请求信息,并将所述交易请求信息通过数据平台通讯接口发送至数据平台。在具体实施中,所述交易终端10与所述数据平台耦接。
所述交易请求信息包括所述交易信息、所述身份信息和所述权益 渠道信息。在本发明一实施例中,所述控制器102可以将所述交易请求数据处理成所述交易请求信息,使得数据格式可以满足所述数据平台处理信息的需要。
所述交易信息为对应于具体交易标的的信息,例如可以包括交易总金额信息和权益金额信息。其中交易总金额信息可以是本次交易的总金额。权益金额信息可以是能够享受优惠权益的金额,具体可以根据所述交易终端10所在的商户的设置进行计算获得。例如,当所述交易终端10所在的商户设定从第二件商品起可打折时,权益金额信息则需从消费总金额中扣除第一件商品的金额后得到。
所述身份信息为唯一识别用户身份的标识,例如可以是证件号码、手机号码、银行卡号和会员卡号等。在具体实施中,所述交易终端101可以通过识别用户标识卡来确定所述身份信息。
在具体实施中,所述数据平台可以将同一用户的所有身份信息进行关联,也可以对应该用户的所有身份信息生成一个用户ID,以便用户识别和用户管理。例如,数据平台中存储的身份信息为银行卡号,当数据平台获取同一用户的手机号码时,可以将所述银行卡号与所述手机号码进行关联,从而使得数据平台后续可以通过识别该用户的银行卡号来获取手机号,或者也可以通过识别用户ID来获取其他的身份信息。
所述权益渠道信息表征具体能为用户带来交易优惠权益的渠道,所述权益渠道信息可以是不同的网络平台,例如优惠活动平台A提供针对在当前商户消费具体消费对象的优惠活动信息,所述优惠活动平台A即为一权益渠道信息,在另一实例中,所述权益渠道信息还可以是银行的网络平台。
所述数据平台通讯接口103,适于接收所述数据平台基于所述交易请求信息反馈的实际支付信息和权益信息,其中,所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库后,再根据所述交易信息计算得到所述实际支付信息和所述权益信息。
所述实际支付信息可以包括用户实际需要支付的金额。
所述权益信息为对所述实际支付信息产生影响的信息。所述权益信息存储于权益信息库中,所述权益信息库存储了不同的权益渠道为当前消费提供的权益信息,例如第一优惠活动平台针对在当前商户B消费水果可以打八折优惠,第二优惠活动平台针对在当前商户B消费水果可以打九折优惠,本例中的折扣优惠即为所述权益信息,并与所述权益渠道信息对应。
在具体实施中,所述权益信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库得到,所述实际支付信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益信息和所述交易信息计算得到。
在具体实施中,所述数据平台获得所述权益信息和所述实际支付信息可以通过以下方式获得:
所述数据平台首先根据所述权益渠道信息得到权益渠道信息指向的权益信息库,再结合所述身份信息查询所述权益信息库,以得到所述权益信息,进一步地,所述数据平台根据所述权益信息和所述交易信息计算得到所述实际支付信息。例如,交易信息中可以包括交易金额,而权益信息中包含折扣等信息,由此,根据交易金额和折扣信息就可以计算出实际支付金额,实际支付信息可以包括实际支付金额以及其他适当的信息。
在实际应用场景中,基于所述数据平台反馈的所述实际支付信息,用户可以使用所述交易终端直接进行确认支付。而现有技术中,首先要通过其他终端查询网络优惠平台是否存在所述权益信息,再计算实际支付信息,然后才能在通过交易终端按照实际支付信息进行支付。由此可见,现有技术中提供的交易终端使得在实际应用中不得不通过其他终端再次访问网络优惠平台才能确认权益信息和计算实际支付信息,从而在终端与网络优惠平台间需要进行多次的数据交互,网络优惠平台对终端的访问进行处理也需要占用平台资源。因此,相比现有技术,本发明实施例的交易终端通过统一计算实际支付信息所 需数据的入口,简化了终端的交互操作,减少了终端与网络服务平台间的交互次数,进而提高网络交易的效率,提高了与交易终端耦接的交易系统(在本发明实施例中又称为数据平台)的处理效率。
下面结合其他实施例对所述人机交互装置101进行详细的说明。
在具体实施中,所述人机交互装置101可以包括二维码识别部件,所述身份信息数据和/或权益渠道信息通过所述二维码识别部件扫描二维码获得。请参照图2,图2示出了在实际应用中本发明实施例的一种交易终端。所述二维码识别部件可以是摄像头201。
在具体实施中,所述人机交互装置101可以包括卡片识别部件,所述身份信息数据通过所述卡片识别部件识别卡片中携带的信息获得。用户标识身份的卡片可以是银行卡和会员卡等,所述卡片携带信息的类型可以是芯片式的,也可以是磁条式的。例如,参照图2所示,所述卡片识别部件可以是能识别磁条式卡片的部件204,也可以是能识别芯片式卡片的部件205。
在具体实施中,所述身份信息数据可以是银行卡号、会员卡号和手机号等。当同一用户的多种身份信息数据已经关联时,通过卡片识别部件识别银行卡的卡号或者其他身份标识卡的卡号时,所述数据平台可以将通过其中一种身份信息关联到其他的身份信息。
在具体实施中,所述人机交互装置201可以包括输入部件,适于基于用户的操作输入所述权益渠道信息数据、所述交易信息数据和/或身份信息数据。结合图2,所述输入部件可以是键盘203,也可以是可进行信息输入的触摸屏。
在具体实施中,所述人机交互装置201可以包括显示部件,适于向用户显示所述实际支付信息、权益信息以及计算所述实际支付信息时所基于的权益渠道信息。结合图2,所述显示部件可以为电容式触摸屏202。
需要指出的是,本领域的技术人员可以理解,触摸屏可作为显示 部件,也可以作为输入部件,在此不做限制。
在具体实施中,所述人机交互装置还可以包括打印装置,适于打印所述实际支付信息、权益信息以及计算所述实际支付信息时所基于的权益渠道信息。对应参照图2,所述打印装置可以是图2中的部件207,对于图2所示的交易终端中,可以在打印装置207中放入专用的打印纸进行打印。所述打印装置207与所述控制器102耦接。
需要指出的是,本领域的技术人员可以理解,打印的信息除上述的实际支付信息、权益信息以及计算所述实际支付信息时所基于的权益渠道信息外,还可以包括其他信息,例如交易时间、交易流水号、交易终端标识号和商户号等,在此不做限制。
图2中所示的交易终端10还包括其他部件,例如电源开关206等,例如为交易终端具体实施而设置的其他与外部设备连接的接口等等,本领域技术人员可以理解为具体实施本发明的技术方案应该适应性设置的其他部件,在此不再赘述。
图3是本发明实施例中的一种控制器的结构示意图。如图3所示的控制器30,可以包括交易信息生成单元301;
所述交易信息生成单元301适于接收来自所述人机交互装置的所述交易请求数据,从所述交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据中分别提取交易信息、身份信息和权益渠道信息,以得到交易请求信息,并将所述交易请求信息通过数据平台通讯接口发送至数据平台。数据平台根据权益渠道信息查找与身份信息相关联的权益信息,然后再基于该交易信息和权益信息计算得到实际支付信息。
在具体实施中,所述控制器30还可以包括交易记录查询请求单元302,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作生成交易记录查询请求,并通过所述数据平台通讯接口发送所述交易记录查询请求至所述数据平台,所述数据平台根据所述述交易记录查询请求查询交易记录数据库,得到交易记录数据,其中,所述交易记录数据存储所述数 据平台生成的交易流水号,以及交易流水号对应的交易终端标识、商户标识、实际支付信息、权益信息和计算实际支付信息所基于的权益渠道信息。
其中,所述交易流水号在所述数据平台得到所述实际支付信息和所述权益信息时生成并存储,唯一标识依次所述实际支付信息的产生,与所述实际支付信息和所述权益信息存在对应关系,同时,计算实际支付信息所基于的权益渠道信息与所述交易流水号也存在对应关系。
在具体实施中,所述控制器30还可以包括交易记录接收单元303,适于接收所述数据平台反馈的交易记录数据,并发送所述交易记录数据至所述人机交互装置以呈现给用户。
在具体实施中,所述交易记录数据通过所述人机交互装置的显示部件显示于用户,也可以通过所述人机交互装置的声音输出部件以音频的方式输出给用户。
在具体实施中,所述控制器30还可以包括参数设置单元304,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作设置商户标识,以供所述交易终端发送至所述数据平台,由所述数据平台参照所述商户标识计算分账信息。
所述分账信息是所述数据平台基于所述实际支付信息和分账比例信息计算所得,所述分账比例为商户与其他网络服务平台(例如优惠活动平台)之间的服务对价的比例信息。所述数据平台根据所述商户标识以及所述权益渠道信息可以查询分账比例信息数据库得到所述分账比例信息。
在具体实施中,所述控制器30还可以包括用户管理单元305,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作增加或删除终端用户信息和终端用户权限信息并保存。
所述终端用户信息为可以操作所述交易终端30的操作人员的相 关信息,可以包括账户和密码等信息。通过设置所述终端用户信息和所述终端用户权限信息可以提高使用所述交易终端30进行支付的安全性。
在具体实施中,所述控制器30还可以包括支付方式确定单元306,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作选择支付方式,选择的支付方式发送至所述数据平台以用于重新计算所述实际支付信息。
在具体实施中,在所述权益信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库得到,并且所述实际支付信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益信息和所述交易信息计算得到后,所述数据平台可再根据用户操作选择的支付方式确定支付方式权益信息,重新计算所述实际支付信息。其中,所述支付方式权益信息也可以对最终的实际支付信息产生影响,让用户可以享受更多的优惠权益。
例如,所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息得到所述权益信息为八折优惠,基于用户选择的支付方式为银行卡支付,该银行卡支付方式对应的支付方式权益信息为优惠十元,则所述数据平台在按照优惠的权益信息计算实际支付信息后,再按照优惠十元的支付方式权益信息重新计算所述实际支付信息。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,所述控制器30还可以包括其他的功能单元,在此不做限制。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例的方法及系统做了详细的介绍,本发明并不限于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种交易终端,其特征在于,包括:人机交互装置、控制器和数据平台通讯接口;其中:
    人机交互装置,适于供用户输入交易请求数据,并发送所述交易请求数据至所述控制器,其中,所述交易请求数据包括交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据;
    所述控制器包括交易信息生成单元,所述交易信息生成单元适于接收来自所述人机交互装置的所述交易请求数据,从所述交易信息数据、身份信息数据和权益渠道信息数据中分别提取交易信息、身份信息和权益渠道信息,以得到交易请求信息,并将所述交易请求信息通过数据平台通讯接口发送至数据平台;
    数据平台通讯接口,适于接收所述数据平台基于所述交易请求信息反馈的实际支付信息和权益信息,其中,所述权益信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益渠道信息和所述身份信息查询权益信息库得到,所述实际支付信息由所述数据平台根据所述权益信息和所述交易信息计算得到。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述人机交互装置包括二维码识别部件,所述身份信息数据和/或权益渠道信息通过所述二维码识别部件扫描二维码获得。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述人机 交互装置包括卡片识别部件,所述身份信息数据通过所述卡片识别部件识别卡片获得。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述人机交互装置包括显示部件,适于向用户显示所述实际支付信息、权益信息以及计算所述实际支付信息时所基于的权益渠道信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述人机交互装置包括输入部件,适于基于用户的操作输入所述权益渠道信息数据、所述交易信息数据和/或身份信息数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述人机交互装置包括打印装置,适于打印所述实际支付信息、权益信息以及计算所述实际支付信息时所基于的权益渠道信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:
    交易记录查询请求单元,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作生成交易记录查询请求,并通过所述数据平台通讯接口发送所述交易记录查询请求至所述数据平台,所述数据平台根据所述述交易记录查询请求查询交易记录数据库,得到交易记录数据,其中,所述交易记录数据存储所述数据平台生成的交易流水号,以及交易流水号对应的交易终端标识、商户标识、实际支付信息、权益信息和计算实际支付信息所基于的权益渠道信息;
    交易记录接收单元,适于接收所述数据平台反馈的交易记录数据,并发送所述交易记录数据至所述人机交互装置以呈现给用户。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:
    参数设置单元,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作设置商户标识,以供所述交易终端发送至所述数据平台,由所述数据平台参照所述商户标识计算分账信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:
    用户管理单元,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作增加或删除终端用户信息和终端用户权限信息并保存。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的交易终端,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:支付方式确定单元,适于基于用户对所述人机交互装置的操作选择支付方式,选择的支付方式发送至所述数据平台以用于重新计算所述实际支付信息。
