Claims (10)
- 一种虚拟营业厅系统,包括:虚拟现实VR客户端及与所述VR客户端通信连接的VR后台服务器;所述VR客户端,设置为向所述VR后台服务器发送业务请求,接收所述VR后台服务器反馈的所述业务请求的响应消息,并展示根据所述响应消息获取到的所述VR资源;所述VR后台服务器,设置为根据所述业务请求获取与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息,并将所述指示信息携带在所述响应消息中发送给所述VR客户端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,还包括:与所述VR后台服务器通信连接的营业厅后台服务器;所述VR后台服务器,设置为将所述业务请求发送给所述营业厅后台服务器,并将所述营业厅后台服务器反馈的与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息,携带在所述响应消息中发送给所述VR客户端;所述营业厅后台服务器,设置为根据所述VR后台服务器发送的业务请求,确定与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息,并将所述指示信息反馈给所述VR后台服务器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,还包括:设置为存储业务与VR资源的对应关系的业务数据库;所述营业厅后台服务器,设置为查询所述业务数据库存储的所述业务与VR资源的对应关系,并根据查询结果确定与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,还包括:分别与所述营业厅后台服务器和所述业务数据库通信连接的VR资源管理服务器,以及与所述VR资源管理服务器通信连接的VR资源提供服务器;所述营业厅后台服务器,还设置为在根据所述对应关系未查询到与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息后,向所述VR资源管理服务器发送VR资源生成请求;所述VR资源管理服务器,设置为根据所述VR资源生成请求,实时生成VR资源,并根据所述实时生成的VR资源,更新所述业务数据库存储的所述业务与VR资源的对应关系;所述VR资源提供服务器设置为存储所述VR资源管理服务器实时生成或预先生成的VR资源;所述VR客户端设置为根据携带在所述响应消息中的VR资源的指示信息,从所述VR资源提供服务器中获取VR资源。
- 根据权利要求4所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,所述VR资源管理服务器,还设置为对所述VR资源提供服务器存储的VR资源进行以下任意管理操作:对VR资源的删除操作、对VR资源的修改操作、对VR资源的增加操作、对VR资源的查询操作。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,还包括:与所述VR后台服务器通信连接的声纹认证子系统;所述声纹认证子系统设置为根据语音信息进行身份验证;所述VR后台服务器还设置为通过所述VR客户端获取用户的语音信息,并通过与所述声纹认证子系统的交互,获取所述用户的身份验证结果,并在身份验证通过后根据所述业务请求获取与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的虚拟营业厅系统,其中,还包括:与所述VR后台服务器通信连接的联络中心子系统:所述联络中心子系统,设置为接收所述VR后台服务器的排队请求,向所述VR客户端传输业务人员的视频数据,供用户通过所述VR客户端与所述业务人员进行交互。
- 一种业务处理方法,应用于虚拟营业厅系统中的VR后台服务器,所述虚拟营业厅系统还包括与所述VR后台服务器通信连接的VR客户端;所述方法包括:接收所述VR客户端发送的业务请求;根据所述业务请求获取与所述业务请求相对应的VR资源的指示信息;将所述指示信息携带在所述业务请求的响应消息中,发送给所述VR客户端,供所述VR客户端展示根据所述响应消息获取到的VR资源。
- 一种电子设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求8所述的业务处理方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求8所述的业务处理方法。
