该烧烤炉的进料斗3通过燃料进料机构和点火燃烧机构与燃烧炉2连接,点火燃烧机构的风叶21在转动过程中产生的风量进入到进风道17内并从进风口19进入到燃烧炉2中,为燃烧炉2中的燃料提供燃烧所需的氧气,从而控制燃烧炉2内燃料的燃烧程度,燃料进料机构采用螺旋送料的方式进行送料, 储存在进料斗3内的燃料从送料筒23上的进料口24进入到螺旋送料杆22与送料筒23的内壁之间所形成的送料腔内,在螺旋送料杆22转动过程中,燃料随着螺旋送料杆22被传送到其端部的燃烧炉2内进行燃烧,实现了自动送料;而且该烧烤炉的燃料采用生物燃料颗粒,便于螺旋送料杆22送料,也可以有效利用树屑,秸秆以及纸屑之类的废料,在燃烧炉的上方处设有分火板33,分火板33使得燃烧炉2所喷出的火接触面积均匀,从而炉体的烧烤腔内的温度更加均匀;在烧烤腔内设有隔热板34,烧烤腔的一侧设有感温棒35,进料斗3的下方设有控制箱27,在控制箱27内设有控制电机20和旋转电机26转速的控制器以及温度控制旋钮36,通过温度控制旋钮36可以调节炉体1内部的温度,而且感温棒35将炉体1内的温度实时感应并将温度的信号反馈给控制器,从而通过控制器来控制螺旋送料杆22为燃烧炉供送燃料,使得炉体1内的温度保持在温度控制旋钮36所设置的温度,保持了炉体1内温度的稳定性;烤网6的下方处设有斜置的集油板7,集油板7包括上端部和下端部,在烧烤炉炉体1上位于集油板7的下端部的一侧处设有出油嘴8,在出油嘴8上悬挂有篮子9,篮子9内可以放置一次性纸杯或者其他器具用于收集集油板7所接收的油脂,烤肉产生的油脂落入到集油板7上,由于集油板7是斜置的,废油脂顺着集油板7的上端部流向下端部,并从出油嘴8流进到篮子9中,实现了废油收集,防止燃烧废油产生异味,保证了良好的烧烤环境,而且集油板7可自由拆卸,便于清洗,使用方便,排烟囱13的端部设有排烟风扇14,排烟风扇14加快排烟速度,排烟囱13的管壁上设有多个吸尘板15,吸尘板15对烟尘中的颗粒物进行吸附,而且排烟囱13管壁上的多个吸尘板15相互交错设置,有效地增大了吸尘板15的吸附面积,被处理后的烟气排放到空气中,降低了环境污染。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种节能环保型烧烤炉,包括炉体,在炉体内设有燃烧炉,炉体的一侧设有进料斗,其特征在于,进料斗通过燃料进料机构和点火燃烧机构与燃烧炉连接,在燃烧炉的上方处设有分火板,炉体由上盖和底座组成,上盖与底座之间围成烧烤腔,在烧烤腔内设有烤网,所述烤网的下方设有斜置的集油板,集油板位于所述燃烧炉和分火板的上方,集油板包括上端部和下端部,在烧烤炉炉体上位于所述集油板的下端部的一侧处设有出油嘴,在出油嘴上悬挂有篮子;
    在烧烤腔内设有隔热板,烧烤腔的一侧设有感温棒;
    所述炉体上设有投料口,在投料口处设有与上盖活动连接的盖板,盖板上设有把手;
    所述炉体的一侧设有与其内腔连通的排烟囱,在排烟囱的端部设有排烟风扇,排烟囱的管壁上设有多个吸尘板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述点火燃烧机构包括由多个挡板围成密封的进风道,进风道的一端与所述燃烧炉连接,进风道的另一端密封连接有安装腔,在安装腔内设有进气机构,燃烧炉的周面上设有与所述进风道连通的进风口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述进气机构包括电机以及与电机连接的风叶,风叶的出风端位于所述进风道的开口处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述燃料进料机构包括设置在所述进料斗底部的螺旋送料杆,在螺旋送料杆的外侧套设有送料筒,所述进风道套设在送料筒的外侧,螺旋送料杆与送料筒的内壁之间形成送料腔,送料腔与所述燃烧炉连通,在送料筒上设有进料口,进料口与所述进料斗的底部连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧炉的一侧设有电子点火器。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述螺旋 送料杆的一端连接有旋转电机。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述进料斗的下方设有控制箱,在控制箱内设有控制所述电机和旋转电机转速的控制器以及温度控制旋钮,所述进料斗内设有上安全网,控制箱的底部设有下安全网。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述底座的下方设有储存柜,储存柜的底部设有滚轮。
