现有的电子烟只需经过简单的操作就能将上盖旋下,从而向储液管内加液。这就使得儿童在拿到电子烟后,易误将电子烟的上盖旋下,从而接触到储液管内存储的烟液或其他类似烟液等物质,从而对儿童构成安全隐患。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,为了非常适合市场的需求,本发明有必要提供一种对儿童提高安全防护性的电子烟的弹性锁止机构、雾化器及电子烟。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种弹性锁止机构,所述弹性锁止机构用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括设有开口端的储液组件,所述弹性锁止机构包括上盖,所述上盖可拆卸地盖设在所述储液组件的开口端,所述弹性锁止机构还包括旋盖、上卡持件、下卡持件以及弹性件,所述旋盖套设在所述上盖的外周,所述上卡持件设置在所述旋盖上,所述下卡持件设置在所述上盖上,所述弹性件安装在所述旋盖和所述上盖之间,所述弹性件阻碍所述上卡持件与所述下卡持件互相卡持,下压或上拉所述旋盖时,所述弹性件被压缩或拉伸,使得所述上卡持件与所述下卡持件互相卡持,进而使得转动所述旋盖时带动所述上盖一起转动,从而打开或封闭所述储液组件的开口端。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖包括上盖底壁以及形成在所述上盖底壁上的连接周壁,所述连接周壁与所述上盖底壁围成一容置腔,所述旋盖包括旋盖顶壁、形成在所述旋盖顶壁外周的旋盖外周壁以及形成在所述旋盖顶壁底面上的旋盖内周壁,所述旋盖外周壁与所述旋盖内周壁之间形成一环形空间。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上卡持件固设在所述旋盖的环形空间内,所述下卡持件固设在所述上盖的容置腔内,所述上卡持件的底面凸设有至少一个卡块,所述下卡持件的顶面开设有至少一个与所述卡块配合的卡槽,或所述下卡持件的顶面凸设有至少一个卡块,所述上卡持件的底面开设有至少一个与所述卡块配合的卡槽。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述卡槽沿圆弧方向的长度大于或等于所述卡块沿圆弧方向的长度。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖还包括形成在所述连接周壁顶侧向外侧延伸的上盖周缘以及垂直形成在所述上盖周缘的顶面的顶端周壁,所述上卡持件固设在所述旋盖的环形空间内,所述下卡持件固设在所述上盖周缘上,所述下卡持件套设在所述 上卡持件的外周,所述上卡持件周壁的底端向外侧伸有周缘,所述周缘上向上凸设有至少一个卡块,所述下卡持件的顶端设有环形的盖顶壁,所述盖顶壁上向下凸设有至少一个凸起。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述弹性件的一端固设在所述旋盖内周壁上,所述弹性件的另一端在安装时抵持至所述上盖底壁的顶面,或所述弹性件的一端固设在所述上盖底壁的顶面上,所述弹性件的另一端在安装时抵持至所述旋盖内周壁上。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖上开设有至少一个第一进气槽,所述旋盖上开设有至少一个第二进气槽,所述旋盖相对所述上盖转动时,所述第一进气槽与所述第二进气槽逐渐对齐或交错开。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖的外周面上设有凸柱,所述凸柱凸伸至所述第二进气槽内,且所述第二进气槽在轴向上的宽度大于所述凸柱的直径。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述弹性锁止结构还包括通气管以及解锁件,所述上盖和所述下卡持件一体设置形成所述通气管,所述旋盖和所述上卡持件一体设置形成所述解锁件,所述通气管上设有止动凸台/止动凹槽,所述解锁件上对应设有止动凹槽/止动凸台。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述通气管上设有止动凸台,所述弹性件上设有阻挡凹槽,所述止动凸台与所述阻挡凹槽配合,使得所述弹性件套设在所述通气管的外侧。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述弹性件为橡胶或硅胶材质。
此外,本发明还提供一种具有上述任一弹性锁止机构的雾化器。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述雾化器还包括导烟组件、雾化组件以及储液组件,所述雾化组件设置在所述储液组件的内腔中,所述弹性锁止机构可拆卸地盖设在所述储液组件上,且所述弹性锁止机构的一端与所述导烟组件连接,所述弹性锁止机构的另一端与所述雾化组件连接。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖上一体连接有一连接管,所述连接管相对所述上盖的一端为出口端,所述连接管的出口端与所述雾化组件连接,所述导烟组件包括出烟管以及进气管,所述出烟管从所述旋盖的顶端穿入并伸入至所述连接管内,所述进气管安装在所述连接管的出口端并套设在所述出烟管上,所述进气管连通所述出烟管的管道与所述雾化组件的内腔,所述出烟管的外周壁与所述连接管的内周壁之间形成有导气间隙,所述进气管的外周面上开设有至少一个导气槽,所述导气槽连通所述导气间隙与所述雾化组件的内腔。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述雾化头内设置有加热元件,所述储液组件包括储液管及设置在所述储液管底端的导电底座,所述雾化头设置于所述储液管内,所述储液管的内周壁与所述雾化头的外周壁之间形成储液空间,所述导电底座与所述加热元件电性连接。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述雾化器还包括雾化头、雾化管、通气管、解锁件以及进出气分离管,所述上盖和所述下卡持件一体设置形成所述通气管,所述旋盖和所述上卡持件一体设置形成所述解锁件,所述通气管的下端与所述雾化头可拆卸地连接,所述解锁件套设在所述通气管的上端外侧,所述通气管套设在所述进出气分离管的外侧,所述雾化管的一端与所述雾化头连通,所述雾化管的另一端与所述进出气分 离管紧配。
再有,本发明还提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括设有开口端的储液组件以及上述任一雾化器。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述电子烟还包括外壳以及电池组件,所述电池组件和所述储液组件均设置在所述外壳内,所述储液组件设有储液腔,所述雾化器的一部分套设在所述储液腔之中。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述雾化器的底部设置有第一电接触件,所述储液组件设置有与所述第一电接触件电性连接的第二电接触件
一种电子烟的弹性锁止机构,包括上盖,上盖可拆卸地盖设在储液组件的开口端,弹性锁止机构还包括旋盖、上卡持件、下卡持件以及弹性件,旋盖套设在上盖外周,上卡持件固设在旋盖内,下卡持件固设在上盖内,弹性件安装在旋盖与上盖之间,阻碍上卡持件与下卡持件互相卡持,下压或上拉旋盖,弹性件被压缩或拉伸,使得上卡持件与下卡持件相卡持,进而转动旋盖带动上盖一起转动。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖包括上盖底壁、形成在上盖底壁上的连接周壁,连接周壁与上盖底壁围成一容置腔,所述旋盖包括旋盖顶壁、形成在旋盖顶壁外周的旋盖外周壁以及形成在旋盖顶壁底面上的旋盖内周壁,旋盖外周壁与旋盖内周壁之间形成一环形空间。

此外,本发明还提供一种具有所述弹性锁止机构的雾化器。
一种雾化器,包括导烟组件、雾化组件、储液组件以及所述的弹性锁止机构,所 述的弹性锁止机构的一端安装在雾化组件的顶端并可拆卸地盖设在储液组件上,导烟组件安装在弹性锁止机构相对雾化组件的一端并连通雾化组件的内腔,储液组件包括储液管,储液管内容置雾化头,储液管的内周壁与雾化头的外周壁之间形成储液空间。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述上盖还包括一体连接在上盖底壁底面上的连接管,所述导烟组件包括出烟管、进气管,所述出烟管的末端伸入连接管内,所述进气管安装在连接管的出口端并且套设在出烟管的末端,出烟管的外周壁与连接管的内周壁之间形成有导气间隙,进气管的外周面上开设有至少一个的导气槽,连通导气间隙与雾化组件的内腔。
再有,本发明还提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括所述的雾化器,雾化器的底端安装有电池组件。
一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括进气管、解锁件及阻挡件,所述进气管的上端外侧套设有所述解锁件,所述阻挡件套设在所述进气管外侧,且设置在所述进气管与所述解锁件之间,进气管上设有止动凸台/止动凹槽,解锁件上设有止动凹槽/止动凸台,所述阻挡件为弹性件,所述阻挡件上设有与所述止动凸台配合的阻挡凹槽,当按压解锁件使所述止动凹槽与止动凸台互相卡合时,所述电子烟处于可被解锁状态。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述电子烟还包括设置在外壳之中的电池组件和储液组件,所述储液组件设有储液腔,所述雾化组件的一部分套设在所述储液腔之中。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述进气管的外周设置有连接螺纹,所述储液组件还包括与所述连接螺纹配合设置的螺纹环,所述连接螺纹与螺纹环配合将进气管与储液组件可拆卸连接。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述螺纹环设置在所述储液腔的上端。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述进气管的下端与所述雾化头可拆卸连接,所述进气管的靠近上端的周侧向外延伸形成凸沿,所述进气管的下端与所述凸沿之间形成有连接部,所述连接螺纹设置在所述连接部的外周。

在其中一个实施方式中,所述电子烟还包括可拆卸的烟嘴,所述进出气分离管远离所述雾化管的一端设有安装孔,所述烟嘴的一端插入所述安装孔内。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述的弹性锁止机构通过先下压或拉伸旋盖并且克服一定的弹力,旋盖与上盖卡合后,然后旋转旋盖带动上盖一起旋转,如此,有利于对上盖旋转操作的保护,因此,所述的电子烟的弹性锁止机构、雾化器及电子烟,具有儿 童防护功能,防止被儿童轻易地误取下,可以达到防止儿童接触烟液进而误食烟液的有益效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明的第一实施例提供一种雾化器,包括用于电子烟的弹性锁止机构1、导烟组件2、雾化组件3以及储液组件4。弹性锁止机构1的一端可拆卸地盖设在储液组件4的开口端,另一端与导烟组件2连接,雾化组件3设置在储液组件4的内腔中并与弹性锁止机构1相对导烟组件2的一端连接。
请查阅图2、3,注液时,需要下压弹性锁止机构1,使得弹性锁止机构1的两端互相卡持,才能进一步旋转弹性锁止机构1并将其从储液组件4上取下露出储液组件4的开口,从而进行注液。由于儿童操作动作单纯,较难想到需要通过下压再旋转这一系列动作才能取下弹性锁止机构1,因此,可以达到防止儿童接触烟液进而误食烟液的有益效果。并且,弹性锁止机构1还具有调节往雾化组件3进气的功能。
弹性锁止机构1包括上盖10、旋盖20、上卡持件30、下卡持件40以及弹性件50。上盖10可拆卸地盖设在储液组件4的开口端,旋盖20套设在上盖10外周,上卡持件30固设在旋盖20的内,下卡持件40固设在上盖10的内,弹性件50设置在上盖10和旋盖20之间,阻碍上卡持件30和下卡持件40互相卡持。下压旋盖20,弹性件50被压缩,上卡持件30和下卡持件40互相卡持,旋盖20能够带动上盖10转动。
上盖10包括上盖底壁11、形成在上盖底壁11上的连接周壁12、形成在连接周壁12顶侧向外侧延伸的上盖周缘13以及垂直形成在上盖周缘13的顶面的顶端周壁 14。连接周壁12与上盖底壁11围成一容置腔。顶端周壁14上沿圆周方向开设有至少一个第一进气槽141。进一步地,上盖10还包括一体连接在上盖底壁11底面上的连接管15,并且连接管15与所述由连接周壁12与上盖底壁11围成的容置腔连通。
旋盖20套设在上盖10上,旋盖20包括旋盖顶壁21及垂直地形成在旋盖顶壁21外周的旋盖外周壁22。旋盖顶壁21的中心开设有一中心孔23,对应中心孔23的周边,旋盖20进一步包括设置在中心孔23的周边并且垂直旋盖顶壁21设置的旋盖内周壁24,从而在旋盖外周壁22与旋盖内周壁24之间形成一环形空间。旋盖外周壁22上沿圆周方向开设有至少一个第二进气槽221。
上卡持件30呈圆环结构,其通过与旋盖内周壁24的外侧过盈配合从而固设在所述旋盖20的环形空间内。上卡持件30的底面凸设有至少一个卡块31。
下卡持件40呈与上卡持件30相匹配的圆环结构,下卡持件40通过与连接周壁12的内侧过盈配合从而固设在所述上盖10的容置腔内。下卡持件40的顶面开设有至少一个卡槽41,用以与上卡持件30上的卡块31配合,且卡槽41沿圆弧方向的长度大于或等于卡块31沿圆弧方向的长度。当上卡持件30的卡块31伸入卡槽41内相对卡槽41转动预设角度后,卡块31与卡槽41的侧壁相抵持,继续转动上卡持件30可带动下卡持件40一起转动。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述至少一个卡块31设置在下卡持件40的顶面,对应地,所述至少一个卡槽41设置在上卡持件30的底面。
可以理解地,所述的过盈配合这一连接方式均可由螺纹连接替代。
弹性件50为压缩弹性,其一端卡固在旋盖内周壁24上,另一端在安装时抵持至所述上盖10的容置腔内的底面(即上盖底壁11的顶面)。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述弹性件50的一端固设在所述上盖10的容置腔内的底面(即上盖底壁11的顶面),另一端在安装时抵持至旋盖内周壁24的底面。
弹性锁止机构1装配后,旋盖外周壁22的内侧贴合顶端周壁14的外侧,上卡持件30固设在所述旋盖20的环形空间内,下卡持件40固设在所述上盖10的容置腔内,且下卡持件40的卡槽41与上卡持件30的卡块31相对,弹性件50安装在上盖10和旋盖20之间,弹性件50的一端卡固在旋盖内周壁24上,另一端在安装时抵持至上盖底壁11的顶面。旋盖20下压,上卡持件30的卡块31嵌入至下卡持件40的卡槽41内,然后转动旋盖20,卡块31相对卡槽41转动预设距离后抵持卡槽41的侧壁,继续转动旋盖20可带动上盖10一起旋转,从而可将弹性锁止机构1从储液组件4上取下。
此外,上盖10的顶端周壁14外周面上突设有凸柱(图未示),用以在装配时凸柱凸伸至旋盖外周壁22上的第二进气槽221内,如此可限制旋盖20从上盖10上在轴向方向脱离;并且第二进气槽221在轴向的宽度较凸柱的直径大,从而使得旋盖20可相对上盖10下压预设的距离,即上卡持件30相对下卡持件40具有卡合或分离的移动空间。
导烟组件2包括烟嘴201、出烟管202以及进气管203。烟嘴201的一端为吸取端,另一端为螺接端。出烟管202呈喇叭状,其喇叭口的一端内螺接烟嘴201的螺接端,该端的外周形成有外周缘。出烟管202的另一端用以伸入至上盖10的连接管15 内。进气管203固设在连接管15的出口端内,连通出烟管202与雾化组件3,以使得雾化组件3内腔的烟雾流向出烟管202并进一步流向烟嘴201。
雾化组件3包括雾化头301,雾化头301具有内腔。雾化头301的一端连接上盖10的连接管15的出口端,以供其内腔通过进气管203与出烟管202连通。雾化头301的另一端为加热元件。
储液组件4包括储液管401及设置在储液管401底端的导电底座。储液管401内容置雾化头301,储液管401的内周壁与雾化头301的外周壁之间形成储液空间,以供容置烟液。所述导电底座与雾化头301端部的加热元件电性连接。
雾化器装配后,连接管15的出口端螺接至雾化头301的内腔顶端(即相对加热元件的一端)内,导烟组件2安装在弹性锁止机构1上,出烟管202的一端从旋盖顶壁21的中心孔23穿入,并且出烟管202的外周缘抵贴至旋盖顶壁21的端面上,出烟管202的末端(相对外周缘的一端)伸入连接管15内并且邻近连接管15的出口端,出烟管202的外周壁与连接管15的内周壁之间形成有导气间隙。进气管203套设在出烟管202的末端并且进气管203的外周面抵贴连接管15的内周壁,如此,进气管203连通雾化头301内腔与出烟管202管道。进一步地,在进气管203的外周面上开设有至少一个导气槽231,导气槽231连通进气管203的两端,以供连通导气间隙与雾化组件3的内腔。本实施例中,导气槽231为进气管203的外周面上在轴向方向开设的倾斜槽。如此,导气间隙连通导气槽231形成一导气通道,外部气体通过旋盖外周壁22的第二进气槽221、顶端周壁14的第一进气槽141进入至导气间隙,再经导气槽231进入至雾化组件3内。
通过旋转旋盖20相对上盖10转动,使得第一进气槽141与第二进气槽221逐渐对齐或交错开,可以调整第一进气槽141与第二进气槽221重合后形成的进气通孔的大小,从而调节外部气流进入导气通道的气流量,达到调节往雾化组件3进气的功能。
实施例2
实施例2的结构与实施例1的结构大致相当,其区别在于,实施例2中的上卡持件60、下卡持件70和实施例1中的上卡持件30、下卡持件40的结构及设置方式不同。实施例2中,上卡持件60呈圆环结构,其通过与旋盖内周壁24的外侧过盈配合从而固设在所述旋盖20的环形空间内。上卡持件60周壁的底端向外侧伸有周缘,所述周缘上向上凸设有至少一个卡块61。
下卡持件70呈圆环结构,其内径较上卡持件60的外径大,可套设上卡持件60。下卡持件70通过与顶端周壁14的内侧过盈配合从而固设在上盖10的上盖周缘13上。下卡持件70的顶端设有环形的盖顶壁,所述盖顶壁上向下凸设有至少一个凸起71,用以与上卡持件60上的卡块61配合。当上卡持件60的卡块61被上拉至与凸起71同一水平面后,卡块61的上端与下卡持件70的盖顶壁相抵持,阻止上卡持件60进一步向上运动,转动上卡持件60至预设角度使得卡块62与凸起71的侧壁相抵持,继续转动上卡持件60可带动下卡持件70一起转动。弹性件50的一端卡固在旋盖内周壁24上,另一端在安装时抵持至所述上盖10的容置腔内的底面(即上盖底壁11的顶面)。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述弹性件50的一端固设在上盖10的容置腔内 的底面(即上盖底壁11的顶面),另一端在安装时抵持至旋盖内周壁24的底面。
可以理解地,所述的过盈配合这一连接方式均可由螺纹连接替代。
实施例2中,弹性锁止机构1装配后,旋盖外周壁22的内侧贴合顶端周壁14的外侧,上卡持件30固设在旋盖20的环形空间内,下卡持件40固设在上盖10的上盖周缘13上,且下卡持件70顶端的凸起71位于上卡持件60的卡块61的上方,凸起71与卡块61位置相对应,弹性件50的一端卡固在旋盖内周壁24上,另一端在安装时抵持至上盖底壁11的顶面。上拉旋盖20,弹性件50被拉伸,上卡持件60的卡块61上移至与凸起71同一水平面,然后转动旋盖20,卡块61相对凸起71转动预设距离后抵持凸起71的侧壁,从而带动上盖10一起旋转。
实施例2中的弹性锁止机构1应用于雾化器的调气原理与实施例1中的弹性锁止机构1应用于雾化器的调气原理相同,在此不再进行说明。
实施例3
请参阅图7,具有实施例1或实施例2所述雾化器的电子烟,包括安装在雾化器底端的电池组件5。具体地,导烟组件2的烟嘴201连接在旋盖20的顶端,电池组件5连接在储液管401的底端。使用电子烟时,电池组件5对雾化器供电,用户通过烟嘴201吸烟。吸烟时,气流通过第二进气槽221、第一进气槽141流入至导气间隙,再经导气槽231进入至雾化头301的内腔。混合雾化后的烟液流经出烟管202,从烟嘴201流出。
由上述可知,用户需要通过克服一定的弹力先下压或拉伸旋盖20,使得旋盖20与上盖10卡合后,才能旋转旋盖20带动上盖10一起旋转,如此,有利于实现对上盖10旋转操作的保护,因此,所述弹性锁止机构1、具有所述弹性锁止机构1的雾化器及电子烟,具有儿童防护功能,上盖10不易被儿童误取下,可以达到防止儿童接触烟液进而误食烟液的有益效果。
实施例4
如图8至图17所示为本发明的另一种电子烟,包括雾化器817及与雾化器817连接的主体部分816。本实施例中,所述雾化器817、主体部分816两者可拆卸地连接在一起。根据本实施例的一个实施方式,主体部分816包括一体设置的电池组件83与储液组件87,根据本发明的其中一个实施例,电池组件83与储液组件87均设置在所述外壳85之中,具体地,所述外壳85包括一端设置有开口的空腔,储液组件87设置在该空腔之中,储液组件87设置有储液腔87-1,具体地,储液组件87包括一呈杯状体的透明或者半透明结构,例如,可以用透明树脂或者玻璃制成,储液腔87-1的底端被第二电极接触件7-2所封闭,防止烟液从储液腔87-1的底部漏出,雾化器817的一部分套设在所述储液腔87-1之中,这样,储液腔87-1的上端(即开口端)就被雾化器817所封闭,而雾化器817的另一部分则裸露在外部,形成电子烟外表的一部分。外壳85还设置有视窗820,便于用户从视窗820观察储液腔87-1内的烟液情况,判断是否需要加注或者更换烟液。
所述雾化器817包括雾化头810、雾化管811、通气管812、解锁件813、进出气分离管814及弹性件818。通气管812的下端与雾化头810可拆卸地连接,具体地可以是螺纹连接,所述通气管812上端外侧套设有解锁件813。弹性件818套设在通气 管812外侧,且设置在通气管812与解锁件813之间。通气管812的上端内侧设置有内螺纹,进出气分离管814相对设置有与通气管812的上端的内螺纹配合的外螺纹,通气管812与进出气分离管814通过内螺纹和外螺纹连接在一起,即,通气管812通过内螺纹套设在进出气分离管814的外侧。进出气分离管814位于所述通气管812内的一端与雾化管811紧配,进出气分离管814远离雾化管811的一端与烟嘴815连接,具体地,雾化管811的一端与雾化头810连通,而雾化管811的另一端则与进出气分离管814紧配,使得雾化头810中形成的烟雾可以自雾化管811经由进出气分离管814、烟嘴815而被用户吸食。弹性件818为具有弹性的材质制作而成,本实施例中,所述弹性件818为橡胶或硅胶材质,这种材质的弹性件818可以兼具弹性以及可靠性,能够在较长的使用时间内发挥作用,而不会太早出现老化的现象。
进一步地,进出气分离管814设有安装孔814-1,烟嘴815的一端插入所述安装孔814-1内,方便用户更换烟嘴815。
通气管812上设有止动凸台812-1,所述弹性件818上设有与止动凸台812-1配合的阻挡凹槽818-1,解锁件813上设有止动凹槽813-1,按压解锁件813并压住弹性件818,使得弹性件818被压扁,因弹性件818在厚度上变薄,止动凸台812-1与止动凹槽813-1之间的间距减小,所述止动凹槽813-1与止动凸台812-1互相卡合,此时电子烟即处于可被解锁状态,所谓可被解锁状态是指:继续施予按压的力并结合其他例如旋转的作用力,即可带动雾化器817,从而与电子烟其他部件,如主体部分816相分离,从而可进行加注烟液或者更换雾化头等动作。可以知晓的是,止动凸台和止动凹槽的位置也可以互换,所起到的技术效果是相同的,此处不再赘述。可以知晓的是,本实施例中,通气管812设置在储液组件87的开口端,且通气管812上还设置有止动凸台812-1,解锁件813套设在通气管812外侧,且解锁件813上还设置有止动凹槽813-1,因此,在本实施例中,通气管812既作为上盖,也作为下卡持件,解锁件813既作为旋盖,也作为上卡持件。即,通气管812、解锁件813及弹性件818共同构成弹性锁止机构。
具体地,所述电子烟处于锁持状态时,阻挡凹槽818-1套设在通气管812的止动凸台812-1上,弹性件818的上部稍突出于该止动凸台812-1,这时,若不对解锁件813施加向下的作用力,就无法使得止动凹槽813-1与止动凸台812-1相接触甚至使两者卡持,旋转解锁件813只能是空转,而无法将雾化器817、主体部分816两者拆分开来;反之,若对解锁件813施加向下的作用力,则可以旋转解锁件813从而拆分。通过设置阻挡凹槽818-1,使弹性件818可套设在止动凸台812-1上,上述设置相较于将弹性件818放置在通气管812上部与解锁件813下部之间,具有如下优点:1)雾化器817的长度缩短,电子烟的空间利用率提高(如,相同长度的电子烟,雾化器817的长短减小,主体部分816的长度就相对增加,进而可以增加主体部分816的储液量);2)用户仅需对解锁件813施加较小的作用力,便可对电子烟进行解锁操作,方便用户拆分雾化器817。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述止动凸台812-1与止动凹槽813-1的位置可以进行互换,即,止动凸台812-1设置在所述解锁件813上,止动凹槽813-1相对于止动凸台812-1设置在通气管812上,所述阻挡凹槽818-1与止动凸台812-1配合设 置。
本实施例中,所述解锁件813为环状体,且同时具有解锁与调节进气的功能。可以理解地,根据实际生产需要,所述解锁件813可为仅具有解锁功能的部件,也可为兼具解锁及其他功能的部件,所述其他功能可以为调节进液等。
进一步地,通气管812靠近上端的周侧向外延伸形成凸沿812-2,该凸沿812-2可防止弹性件818向下移动,也可以起到遮蔽作用。通气管812的下端与凸沿812-2之间形成有连接部812-3,该连接部812-3的外径大于通气管812下端的外径,连接部812-3的外周设置有连接螺纹,所述雾化器817通过该连接螺纹与主体部分816螺纹连接。
进一步地,雾化头810底部设置有第一电接触件810-1,雾化器817通过第一电接触件810-1与主体部分816电性连接。
所述主体部分816包括电池组件83及与电池组件83一体设置的储液组件87。
所述储液组件87内设有储液腔87-1,通气管812部分伸入并收容于储液腔87-1中,雾化头810也收容于储液腔87-1中。储液组件87靠近电池组件83的一端设置有第二电接触件87-2,当雾化器817安装于主体部分816上时,第二电接触件87-2与第一电接触件810-1电性连接。储液组件87还包括与电池组件83过盈配合的螺纹环89,螺纹环89与通气管812的连接部812-3螺纹配合,螺纹环89设置在储液腔87-1的上端,通过该螺纹环89可以将电池组件83与雾化器817螺纹连接在一起。
电池组件83包括外壳85、收容于外壳85内的电池819、安装在外壳85内的线路板组件支架86、安装在线路板组件支架86上的线路板组件84、安装在外壳85末端的电池垫82及与外壳85过盈配合的电池底盖81。螺纹环89与通气管812的连接螺纹配合,将主体部分816、雾化器817两者螺纹连接在一起。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,电池组件83与储液组件87为螺纹连接、卡扣连接等。
装配时,雾化管811与进出气分离管814过盈配合,烟嘴815的一端插入进出气分离管814的安装孔814-1内,将弹性件818套在通气管812上,使得阻挡凹槽818-1卡在止动凸台812-1上,解锁件813安放于通气管812上端,进出气分离管814与通气管812螺纹连接,雾化头810与通气管812螺纹连接,至此形成雾化器817。螺纹环89与外壳85过盈配合,线路板组件84安装于线路板组件支架86上,并将线路板组件84上的引线分别与电池819和储液组件87焊接,将焊接在一起的线路板组件84、线路板组件支架86、储液组件87和电池819装入外壳85中,最后将电池底盖81与外壳85过盈配合,至此组装成主体部分816。
使用过程中,当需要将雾化器817从主体部分816上旋下时,先向下(即,朝向主体部分816的方向)按压解锁件813,解锁件813压住弹性件818,使得弹性件818发生弹性形变;之后,继续按压解锁件813使得止动凹槽813-1与止动凸台812-1相卡持,此时转动解锁件813则整个雾化器817发生转动。即,本实施例的电子烟需要通过向下“按压”加“旋转”两者操作相继作用于解锁件813,才可将雾化器817从主体部分816上拆卸下来。这样,成人用户在参阅说明书或者其他资料之后,了解到上述的操作步骤后,可以知晓如何分离雾化器817与主体部分816,从而进行注液或 者更换雾化头810的操作,且该操作简单,无需对电子烟的众多零部件进行拆卸。对儿童而言,由于该雾化器817的拆卸操作并非简单的旋转或按压可以实现,而是需要两种操作的特定组合方可实现,且该拆卸操作需作用于特定的部件(即,所述解锁件813),儿童则无法或者很难知晓,从而可防止儿童接触或者误食烟液,起到了良好的儿童防护效果。
当解锁过程中,用户停止施加于解锁件813上的向下的作用力时,弹性件818自身的弹性恢复,使得止动凹槽813-1与止动凸台812-1分离,此时,再旋转解锁件813也只是空转,无法将雾化器817从主体部分816上拆卸下来,如此使电子烟回到锁持状态。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种弹性锁止机构,所述弹性锁止机构用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括设有开口端的储液组件,所述弹性锁止机构包括上盖,所述上盖可拆卸地盖设在所述储液组件的开口端,其特征在于:所述弹性锁止机构还包括旋盖、上卡持件、下卡持件以及弹性件,所述旋盖套设在所述上盖的外周,所述上卡持件设置在所述旋盖上,所述下卡持件设置在所述上盖上,所述弹性件安装在所述旋盖和所述上盖之间,所述弹性件阻碍所述上卡持件与所述下卡持件互相卡持,下压或上拉所述旋盖时,所述弹性件被压缩或拉伸,使得所述上卡持件与所述下卡持件互相卡持,进而使得转动所述旋盖时带动所述上盖一起转动,从而打开或封闭所述储液组件的开口端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述上盖包括上盖底壁以及形成在所述上盖底壁上的连接周壁,所述连接周壁与所述上盖底壁围成一容置腔,所述旋盖包括旋盖顶壁、形成在所述旋盖顶壁外周的旋盖外周壁以及形成在所述旋盖顶壁底面上的旋盖内周壁,所述旋盖外周壁与所述旋盖内周壁之间形成一环形空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述上卡持件固设在所述旋盖的环形空间内,所述下卡持件固设在所述上盖的容置腔内,所述上卡持件的底面凸设有至少一个卡块,所述下卡持件的顶面开设有至少一个与所述卡块配合的卡槽,或所述下卡持件的顶面凸设有至少一个卡块,所述上卡持件的底面开设有至少一个与所述卡块配合的卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述卡槽沿圆弧方向的长度大于或等于所述卡块沿圆弧方向的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述上盖还包括形成在所述连接周壁顶侧向外侧延伸的上盖周缘以及垂直形成在所述上盖周缘的顶面的顶端周壁,所述上卡持件固设在所述旋盖的环形空间内,所述下卡持件固设在所述上盖周缘上,所述下卡持件套设在所述上卡持件的外周,所述上卡持件周壁的底端向外侧伸有周缘,所述周缘上向上凸设有至少一个卡块,所述下卡持件的顶端设有环形的盖顶壁,所述盖顶壁上向下凸设有至少一个凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述弹性件的一端固设在所述旋盖内周壁上,所述弹性件的另一端在安装时抵持至所述上盖底壁的顶面,或所述弹性件的一端固设在所述上盖底壁的顶面上,所述弹性件的另一端在安装时抵持至所述旋盖内周壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述上盖上开设有至少一个第一进气槽,所述旋盖上开设有至少一个第二进气槽,所述旋盖相对所述上盖转动时,所述第一进气槽与所述第二进气槽逐渐对齐或交错开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述上盖的外周面上设有凸柱,所述凸柱凸伸至所述第二进气槽内,且所述第二进气槽在轴向上的宽度大于所述凸柱的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述弹性锁止结构还包括通气管以及解锁件,所述上盖和所述下卡持件一体设置形成所述通气管,所述旋盖 和所述上卡持件一体设置形成所述解锁件,所述通气管上设有止动凸台/止动凹槽,所述解锁件上对应设有止动凹槽/止动凸台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述通气管上设有止动凸台,所述弹性件上设有阻挡凹槽,所述止动凸台与所述阻挡凹槽配合,使得所述弹性件套设在所述通气管的外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的弹性锁止机构,其特征在于:所述弹性件为橡胶或硅胶材质。
  12. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括如权利要求1-11任一项所述的弹性锁止机构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括导烟组件、雾化组件以及储液组件,所述雾化组件设置在所述储液组件的内腔中,所述弹性锁止机构可拆卸地盖设在所述储液组件上,且所述弹性锁止机构的一端与所述导烟组件连接,所述弹性锁止机构的另一端与所述雾化组件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖上一体连接有一连接管,所述连接管相对所述上盖的一端为出口端,所述连接管的出口端与所述雾化组件连接,所述导烟组件包括出烟管以及进气管,所述出烟管从所述旋盖的顶端穿入并伸入至所述连接管内,所述进气管安装在所述连接管的出口端并套设在所述出烟管上,所述进气管连通所述出烟管的管道与所述雾化组件的内腔,所述出烟管的外周壁与所述连接管的内周壁之间形成有导气间隙,所述进气管的外周面上开设有至少一个导气槽,所述导气槽连通所述导气间隙与所述雾化组件的内腔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述雾化头内设置有加热元件,所述储液组件包括储液管及设置在所述储液管底端的导电底座,所述雾化头设置于所述储液管内,所述储液管的内周壁与所述雾化头的外周壁之间形成储液空间,所述导电底座与所述加热元件电性连接。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括雾化头、雾化管、通气管、解锁件以及进出气分离管,所述上盖和所述下卡持件一体设置形成所述通气管,所述旋盖和所述上卡持件一体设置形成所述解锁件,所述通气管的下端与所述雾化头可拆卸地连接,所述解锁件套设在所述通气管的上端外侧,所述通气管套设在所述进出气分离管的外侧,所述雾化管的一端与所述雾化头连通,所述雾化管的另一端与所述进出气分离管紧配。
  17. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括设有开口端的储液组件以及如权利要求12-16任一项所述的雾化器。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括外壳以及电池组件,所述电池组件和所述储液组件均设置在所述外壳内,所述储液组件设有储液腔,所述雾化器的一部分套设在所述储液腔之中。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器的底部设置有第一电接触件,所述储液组件设置有与所述第一电接触件电性连接的第二电接触件。
