Abstract

一种汽车控制器的程序刷写方法、装置、系统及终端,其中,该系统包括:终端(30),用于获取与硬件刷写工具(20)对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具(20)进行通信,以及接收汽车控制器组(10)通过硬件刷写工具(20)发送的汽车控制器组(10)的基础信息,并根据基础信息获取汽车控制器组(10)中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;硬件刷写工具(20),用于接收汽车控制器组(10)的基础信息,并将基础信息发送至终端(30),以及接收终端(30)根据基础信息返回的程序文件,并将程序文件刷写至汽车控制器组(10)中相应的控制器中。该系统方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车控制器的程序刷写方法、装置、系统及终端。
背景技术
基于环境、能源和技术发展的因素,新能源汽车是当前和未来汽车发展的趋势,其中,纯电动汽车是主流产品。
为了适应时代和客户的需求,新能源汽车上的控制器(即,ECU(Electronic Control Unit)电子控制单元)越来越多,在生产或者使用汽车的过程中,通常需要向汽车中的多个控制器中刷写程序或者更新程序。每个ECU的功能不同,其内置的应用程序也不同,故需要对每个ECU刷写不同的应用程序。
相关基于UDS(Unified diagnostic Services,统一诊断服务)的CAN总线控制器刷写控制方法的过程为:对于某一个待刷写的控制器,首先控制该待刷写的控制器进入预编程阶段,并获取可向该待刷写的控制器刷写程序的硬件刷写工具,然后,获取与该硬件刷写工具对应的上位机软件,上位机软件获取适合该控制器的程序文件,硬件刷写工具将程序文件刷写入该待刷写的控制器。
然而,由于汽车中的控制器数量较多,并且供应商开发的不同的刷写工具和刷写方法只适用于各自控制器,例如,控制器支持的硬件刷写工具为A,如果硬件刷写工具A不在时,则用户无法通过其他的硬件刷写工具完成对该控制器的程序刷写或者更新,这对于整车厂来说造成了很大的困扰,极易引起刷写工具的混乱,从而造成使用不便,工作效率较低。因此,汽车控制器的程序刷写技术仍需改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,该系统方便了用户对汽车控制器的程序 进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种汽车控制器的程序刷写方法。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种汽车控制器的程序刷写装置。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种终端。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提出的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,所述系统包括汽车控制器组、硬件刷写工具和终端,所述汽车控制器组通过高速通信链路与所述硬件刷写工具连接,所述硬件刷写工具与所述终端连接,其中:所述终端,用于获取与所述硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收所述汽车控制器组通过所述硬件刷写工具发送的所述汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;所述硬件刷写工具,用于接收所述汽车控制器组发送的所述基础信息,并将所述基础信息发送至所述终端,以及接收所述终端根据所述基础信息返回的程序文件,并将所述程序文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
根据本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,终端获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并控制硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述汽车控制器组挂接在集线器上,所述集线器一端与所述硬件刷写工具的接口相连,另一端与所述汽车控制器组的各个控制器的接口相连。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述汽车控制器组通过诊断串行接口与所述硬件刷写工具相连。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述硬件刷写工具包括PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第二方面提出的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,汽车控制器组与所述硬件刷写工具连接,所述硬件刷写工具与所述终端连接,所述方法包括以下步骤:所述终端获取所述硬件刷写工具的通信协议,并根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信;所述终端接收所述汽车控制器组通过所述硬件刷写工具发送的所述汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;所述终端向所述硬件刷写工具发送所述程序文件,以使所述硬件刷写工具将所述程序 文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。

在本发明的一个实施例中,所述硬件刷写工具包括PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。

为了实现上述目的,本发明第三方面提出的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,第一获取模块,用于获取硬件刷写工具的通信协议;通信模块,用于根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信;接收模块,用于接收所述硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息;第二获取模块,用于根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;发送模块,用于向所述硬件刷写工具发送所述程序文件,以使所述硬件刷写工具将所述程序文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
根据本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,通过第一获取模块获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并通信模块根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收模块接收硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并第二获取模块根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并发送模块将对应的程序文件发送给硬件刷写工具,以使硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述硬件刷写工具包括但不限于PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第四方面提出的终端,包括第三方面实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置。
根据本发明实施例的终端,先获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并控制硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。

如图1所示,本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,包括:汽车控制器组10、硬件刷写工具20和终端30。其中,
汽车控制器组10通过高速通信链路与硬件刷写工具20连接,硬件刷写工具20与终端30连接,其中:
终端20用于获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;
硬件刷写工具20用于接收汽车控制器组的基础信息,并将基础信息发送至终端,以及接收终端根据基础信息返回的程序文件,并将程序文件刷写至汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
在本发明的一个实施例,上述终端可以是个人计算机PC、平板电脑等具有各种操作系统的硬件设备。
其中,程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
其中,需要理解的是,不同的控制器所支持的程序文件的格式可能不相同。
具体地,在将汽车控制器组10、硬件刷写工具20和终端30建立连接后,终端可先获取硬件刷写工具20的型号信息,并根据型号信息确定出该硬件刷写工具20所支持的通信协议,然后终端获取该通信协议,并通过该通信协议与硬件刷写工具20进行通信。
终端30向硬件刷写工具20获取汽车控制器组10中的基础信息的指令,硬件刷写工具20从汽车控制器组10中读取各个控制器的基础信息,并将所获取到的基础信息发送给终端30,终端30根据获取到的基础信息确定出每个控制器对应的程序文件,并控制硬件刷写工具200向将对应的程序文件刷写至相应的控制器中,以完成控制器刷写程序。
其中,上述基础信息可以包括控制器的型号信息、硬件标识码、硬件版本和软件版本等信息。
其中,上述硬件刷写工具可以为PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具等工具和周立功硬件刷写工具等硬件刷写工具中的一种。
例如,汽车控制器组当前与3个控制器相连,分别为控制器1、控制器2和控制器3,假设汽车控制器组所支持的硬件刷写工具为硬件刷写工具A,如果硬件刷写工具A不在,此时,用户可通过硬件刷写工具B刷写程序,在用户将硬件刷写工具B与终端相连后,终端获取该硬件刷写工具B所支持的通信协议,并根据该通信协议与硬件刷写工具B和汽车控制器组进行通信,假设终端获取到适合控制器1的程序文件为程序文件1,且程序文件1的格式为HEX文件,控制器2的程序文件为程序文件2,且程序文件2的格式为S19文件,控制器3的程序文件为程序文件3,且程序文件3的格式为BIN文件,需要理解的是,由于汽车中的控制器很多,终端还可以预先定义向每个控制器刷写程序的顺序,假设顺序为控制器2、控制器3和控制器1,则终端根据顺序控制硬件刷写工具B先将程序文件2刷写入控制器2中,然后将程序文件3刷写入控制器3中,最后将程序文件1刷写入控制器1中。
在本发明的一个实施例中,汽车控制器组10挂接在集线器上,集线器一端与硬件刷写工具20的接口相连,另一端与汽车控制器组的各个控制器的接口相连。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,汽车控制器组10还可以通过诊断串行接口与硬件刷写工具20相连。
综上所述,可以看出,该实施例的终端支持各种硬件刷写工具,并可控制硬件刷写工具将控制器所需的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中。另外,该终端可以根据控制器的基础信息确定该控制器所需要的程序文件的格式,并提供该控制器所支持的格式的程序文件。
其中,需要理解的是,在控制器中包含程序后,终端还可以获取控制器中的程序版本信息,并确定该程序版本信息与终端中提供的该控制器对应的程序版本信息是否相同,若不相同,则终端控制硬件刷写工具将终端中的程序版本所对应的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中,以更新该控制器中的程序,以使控制器运行更加稳定,进而可为提供更加稳定的服务。
根据本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,终端获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并控制硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种汽车控制器的程序刷写方法。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法的流程图。其中,汽车控制器组与硬件刷写工具连接,硬件刷写工具与终端连接,如图2所示,本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法包括以下步骤:
S1,终端获取硬件刷写工具的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信。
其中,上述终端可以是个人计算机PC、平板电脑等具有各种操作系统的硬件设备。
具体地,在监控到硬件刷写工具与终端连接后,终端获取硬件刷写工具的型号信息,并根据型号信息确定硬件刷写工具所支持的通信协议,并获取通信协议。
其中,上述硬件刷写工具可以为PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具等硬件刷写工具中的一种。
也就是说,该终端中具有一个可以支持各种硬件刷写工具的上位机软件,由此,使得用户通过一个上位机软件即可实现对整车的所有控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,并且使得用户不再需要对不同控制器所对应硬件刷写工具进行区别,通过任意一个硬件刷写工具即可实现对控制器的程序的刷写。
其中,位于终端上的上位机软件在通过硬件刷写工具与汽车控制器组件建立连接后,上位机软件上自动生成控制器列表界面,并且控制器列表界面还可以显示该车辆的车型信息。此时,用户可根据需求点击需要刷写程序的控制器,上位机软件将获取用户点击的控制器的程序文件,并将对应的程序文件发送给硬件刷写工具,以使硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷入对应的控制器中。
在上位机软件上显示控制器列表界面后,在接收到用户查看某个控制器的配置文件的指令时,上位机软件展开显示对应的控制器的配置文件的内容,对于每个控制器来说,每个控制器的配置文件内容包括驱动文件(即为刷写过程的驱动文件)、程序文件、刷新选项 文件、刷写程序文件(即刷写流程规范的文件)和外部文件路径文件、CRC校验文件和安全访问控制文件。其中,外部文件路径文件支持打开本机目录,选择驱动文件和数据文件,下次打开软件,路径自动显示在界面上,无需再次配置。
其中,驱动文件、程序文件、刷新选项文件、刷写程序文件是实现对控制器程序进行刷写所必须的文件。外部文件路径文件、CRC校验文件和安全访问控制文件是可选的文件。
需要理解的是,每个控制器的配置文件内容是预先导入至上位机软件中的。
其中,上位机软件上显示的刷新选项的配置界面,如图3所示。通过图3可以看出,用户可对设置刷新硬件的波特率、通道、ECU(控制器)的物理寻址ID、功能寻址ID及响应ID,其中,在用户将配置界面中的相关选项进行配置后,对应的内容将被保存至刷新选项文件中,需要理解的是,在第一次使用该上位机软件时,用户需要对控制器的上述信息进行配置,当用户再次使用该上位机软件对同一车型的车辆刷写程序的过程时,参数自动显示在配置界面中,用户无需重新配置,减少了用户重新配置参数的时间,进而可提高向控制器刷写程序的效率。
另外,需要说明的是,该上位机软件还对用户的权限进行管理,在研发权限下,支持设置刷新硬件的波特率、通道、ECU的物理寻址ID、功能寻址ID及响应ID;在售后权限下,仅支持设置刷新硬件的波特率和通道。另外,该上位机软件还支持在配置文件以外的路径下,选择驱动文件及数据文件。
需要理解的是,在整车生产的过程,或者售后服务的过程中,为了避免刷写混乱,并不是所有的终端均可以安装该上位机软件,只有被授权且与该上位机软件所支持的硬件条件相匹配的终端可以安装该上位机软件。
其中,在向控制器刷写程序的过程中,上位机软件上还提供状态监控及报文记录的界面,如图4所示,通过图4可以看出,刷新过程中支持显示刷新进度、通信日志及通信报文,通信报文格式需存储为.asc格式,并可应用Vector工具追溯。
S2,终端接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件。
其中,上述基础信息可以包括控制器的型号信息、硬件标识码、硬件版本和软件版本等信息。
具体地,在终端与硬件刷写工具进行通信的过程中,终端可向硬件刷写工具获取汽车控制器组中的基础信息的指令,硬件刷写工具从汽车控制器组中读取各个控制器的基础信息,并将所获取到的基础信息发送给终端,终端根据获取到的基础信息确定出每个控制器对应的程序文件。
S3,终端向硬件刷写工具发送程序文件,以使硬件刷写工具将程序文件刷写至汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
具体地,在终端中的上位机软件根据控制器组的基础信息确定出每个控制器的程序文 件后,由于车辆中包含多个控制器,通常上位机软件会预先定义一个刷写控制器程序的顺序,然后,上位机软件按照这个顺序控制硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中。
其中,程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。由于不同的控制器所支持的程序文件的格式不同,因此,终端中的上位机软件在获得控制器组的基础信息后,终端中的上位机软件可根据基础信息确定每个程序所支持的程序文件的格式,并将对应格式的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中。
需要理解的是,该汽车控制器的程序刷写方法不仅适用于向控制器刷写程序,还可以用于对控制器的程序进行更新。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在控制器中包含程序后,终端还可以获取控制器中的程序版本信息,并确定该程序版本信息与终端中提供的该控制器对应的程序版本信息是否相同,若不相同,则终端控制硬件刷写工具将终端中的程序版本所对应的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中,以更新该控制器中的程序,以使控制器运行更加稳定,进而可为提供更加稳定的服务。
为了保证程序文件的安全,在向上位机软件导入文件例如控制器的程序文件时,如果上位机软件监控到程序文件被加密了,此时,上位机软件基于预先设置的密钥对已加密的程序文件进行自动解密,并将解密后的程序文件进行存储。其中,需要说明的是,上位机软件中的密钥是根据实际情况进行预先标定的。
在使用具有上位机软件的终端的过程中,有时需要向上位机软件导入一些文件例如刷写流程文件、程序文件,在向上位机软件导入文件的过程中,如果上位机软件监控到当前文件是以压缩包的形式进行导入,则上位机软件还可以自动对压缩包进行解压,并存储解压后的程序文件。
需要理解的是,在用户从上位机软件导出一些文件例如通信日志的过程中,可自动将要导出的文件压缩并导出,或者根据用户的压缩请求对导出的文件进行压缩并导出。
根据本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,终端获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并控制硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种汽车控制器的程序刷写装置。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置的结构示意图。
如图5所示,该汽车控制器的程序刷写装置可以包括第一获取模块210、通信模块220、接收模块230、第二获取模块240和发送模块250,其中:
第一获取模块210用于获取硬件刷写工具的通信协议。
通信模块220用于根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信。
接收模块230用于接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息。
其中,上述基础信息可以包括控制器的型号信息、硬件标识码、硬件版本和软件版本等信息。
第二获取模块240用于根据基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件。
其中,程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。由于不同的控制器所支持的程序文件的格式不同,因此,第二获取模块240在获得控制器组的基础信息后,第二获取模块240可根据基础信息确定每个程序所支持的程序文件的格式,并将对应格式的程序文件刷写至对应的控制器中。
发送模块250用于向硬件刷写工具发送程序文件,以使硬件刷写工具将程序文件刷写至汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
上述获取模块210,具体用于:获取硬件刷写工具的型号信息,并根据型号信息确定硬件刷写工具所支持的通信协议,并获取通信协议。
其中,上述硬件刷写工具可以为PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具等硬件刷写工具中的一种。
需要说明的是,前述对汽车控制器的程序刷写系统以及方法实施例的解释说明也适用于该实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,其实现原理类似,此不不再赘述。
根据本发明实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,通过第一获取模块获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并通信模块根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收模块接收汽车控制器组通过硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并第二获取模块根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并发送模块将对应的程序文件发送给硬件刷写工具,以使硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种终端。
一种终端,包括本发明第三方面实施例的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置。
根据本发明实施例的终端,先获取与硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据通信协议与硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据汽车控制器组的基础信息获取汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件,并控制 硬件刷写工具将对应的程序文件刷写至控制器组中相应的控制器中,由此,方便用户对汽车控制器的程序进行刷写或者更新,减少刷写车辆所有控制器的程序所消耗的时间,提高程序刷写效率,进而可提高整车生产效率。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括汽车控制器组、硬件刷写工具和终端,所述汽车控制器组通过高速通信链路与所述硬件刷写工具连接,所述硬件刷写工具与所述终端连接,其中:
    所述终端,用于获取与所述硬件刷写工具对应的通信协议,并根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信,以及接收所述汽车控制器组通过所述硬件刷写工具发送的所述汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;
    所述硬件刷写工具,用于接收所述汽车控制器组发送的所述基础信息,并将所述基础信息发送至所述终端,以及接收所述终端根据所述基础信息返回的程序文件,并将所述程序文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,其特征在于,所述汽车控制器组挂接在集线器上,所述集线器一端与所述硬件刷写工具的接口相连,另一端与所述汽车控制器组的各个控制器的接口相连。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,其特征在于,所述汽车控制器组通过诊断串行接口与所述硬件刷写工具相连。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,其特征在于,所述硬件刷写工具包括PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写系统,其特征在于,所述程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
  6. 一种汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,其特征在于,汽车控制器组与所述硬件刷写工具连接,所述硬件刷写工具与所述终端连接,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    所述终端获取所述硬件刷写工具的通信协议,并根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信;
    所述终端接收所述汽车控制器组通过所述硬件刷写工具发送的所述汽车控制器组的基础信息,并根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;
    所述终端向所述硬件刷写工具发送所述程序文件,以使所述硬件刷写工具将所述程序文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,其特征在于,所述终端获取所述硬件刷写工具的通信协议,包括:
    所述终端获取所述硬件刷写工具的型号信息,并根据所述型号信息确定所述硬件刷写工具所支持的通信协议,并获取所述通信协议。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,其特征在于,所述硬件刷写工具包括PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。
  9. 如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写方法,其特征在于,所述程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
  10. 一种汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取硬件刷写工具的通信协议;
    通信模块,用于根据所述通信协议与所述硬件刷写工具进行通信;
    接收模块,用于接收所述硬件刷写工具发送的汽车控制器组的基础信息;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述基础信息获取所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器所对应的程序文件;
    发送模块,用于向所述硬件刷写工具发送所述程序文件,以使所述硬件刷写工具将所述程序文件刷写至所述汽车控制器组中相应的控制器中。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,具体用于:
    获取所述硬件刷写工具的型号信息,并根据所述型号信息确定所述硬件刷写工具所支持的通信协议,并获取所述通信协议。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,其特征在于,所述硬件刷写工具包括PCAN-USB硬件刷写工具、英特佩斯硬件刷写工具、Kvaser硬件刷写工具、Vector硬件刷写工具和周立功硬件刷写工具。
  13. 如权利要求10-12中任一项所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置,其特征在于,所述程序文件的格式包括HEX文件、S19文件、BIN文件和MOT文件。
  14. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求10-13任一项所述的汽车控制器的程序刷写装置。
