Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (100), comportant des tiges de positionnement épineuses, pour la mise en place par cathéter d'une valvule aortique, ledit appareil de mise en place de valvule aortique (100) comprenant : une structure de support ; des feuillets valvulaires (104) fixés sur la face interne de la partie centrale de ladite structure de support ; et une jupe (102) fixée le long de la périphérie de la face interne de ladite structure de support et auxdits feuillets valvulaires (104) ; une structure d'ouverture évasée supérieure trilobée (105) est formée par l'extrémité supérieure de la structure de support ; à l'extrémité de ladite structure d'ouverture évasée supérieure (105), on trouve trois griffes de raccordement circulaires (106) utilisées pour la fixation de la structure de support ; des tiges de positionnement épineuses apparentes (103) se prolongeant dans la direction de l'extrémité inférieure de la structure de support sont disposées sur la face externe de la partie centrale de la structure de support ; l'extrémité inférieure de la structure de support est pourvue d'une structure d'ouverture évasée inférieure se dilatant vers l'extérieur (101) utilisée pour réduire les fuites périvalvulaires.
