本发明属于智能餐饮领域,尤其是涉及一种智能过滤菜单时的信息提醒方法和电子点餐牌。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。

这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 / 申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《根据人员过滤菜单的方法和电子点餐牌》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法 。

本发明实施例提供了一种智能过滤菜单时的信息提醒方法 , 目的能够使顾客可以根据自己的个体需求直接选择相应的菜品 , 同时保护、彰显权利人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种智能过滤菜单时的信息提醒方法,包括以下步骤:
记录饭店所提供的菜品,以及各个菜品对应的适宜人群标签;
读取用户点击的标签;
根据所述用户点击标签,展示具有与用户点击的标签相同标签的菜品,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子点餐牌,包括:
记录单元,用于记录饭店所提供的菜品,以及各个菜品对应的适宜人群标签;
读取单元,用于读取用户点击的标签 ;
展示 单元, 其输入端与所述记录单元以及读取单元连接,用于展示具有与用户点击的标签相同标签的菜品。;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述展示单元的输出端连接,用于在所述展示单元展示具有与用户点击的标签相同标签的菜品时,向用户推送专利信息。

在步骤 S101 中,记录饭店所提供的菜品,以及各个菜品对应的适宜人群标签。
一般饭店的菜单只会将菜品按种类划分,如汤类、蔬菜类、肉类、鱼类等,这样不满足个性化的需求,因此本发明对这些菜品加入一些个性化的标签,如:将麻辣火锅对应的人群设定上青年标签、中年标签;将西红柿炒鸡蛋设定上儿童、孕妇、青年、中年、老年等标签,这样可以让顾客点菜节省时间,同时也能照顾到不同人群的口味。
这里不限于年龄段标签,饭店可以根据用餐人数推出推荐的套餐类菜品,如用餐人数 4 人,在电子菜单上就会显示 4 菜一汤菜品,菜品荤素搭配,营养均衡。同时可以再用餐人数上加入口味的限制,如不辣、微辣、麻辣等,在电子菜单上就会根据顾客的设置推荐出适合的菜品。

本发明在电子菜单上会展示各个标签种类,供用户点击选择。

  2. 一种电子点餐牌,其特征在于,所述电子点餐牌包括:
    记录单元,用于记录饭店所提供的菜品,以及各个菜品对应的适宜人群标签;
    读取单元,用于读取用户点击的标签 ;
    展示 单元, 其输入端与所述记录单元以及读取单元连接,用于展示具有与用户点击的标签相同标签的菜品。;
