一种根据菜品储备食材时的信息提醒方法以及储备系统,所述方法包括:记录用户消费菜品及消费时间(S100);向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间(S101);根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品(S102);根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,并向用户推送专利信息(S103)。通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的提前准备食材,减少商家的储货压力,避免了浪费,同时也保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

Description

根据菜品储备食材时的信息提醒方法以及储备系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及 一种根据菜品储备食材时的信息提醒方法以及储备系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 餐厅自动食材储备的方法以及储备系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施针对当前餐饮店无法根据消费者的饮食习惯储备食材的情况,需要提供一种 通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的提前准备食材,减少商家的储货压力,避免了浪费,同时也保护专利(申请)权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种根据菜品储备食材时的信息提醒方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录用户消费菜品及消费时间 ;
向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间;
根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品 ;
根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了推荐系统,所述推荐系统包括:
记录单元,上传单元,分析单元,推荐单元,其中:
记录单元,位于本地,用于记录用户消费菜品及消费时间;
上传单元,位于本地,其输入端与记录单元输出端链接,用于向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间;
分析单元,位于云端,用于根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品;
推荐单元,位于云端,其输入端与分析单元输出端链接,用于根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,同时推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的提前准备食材,减少商家的储货压力,避免了浪费,同时也保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

在步骤 S100 中 , 记录用户消费菜品及消费时间。
该技术为现有技术,目前餐饮店普遍会采用会员制提供优惠的方式吸引消费者参加其会员,或者消费者会通过团购软件订餐,其中点菜记录都会存储在餐饮店的点餐系统中。
在步骤 S101 中 , 向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间。
因为餐饮店一般人流量都很大,且点餐记录等数据随时间增长会变得异常巨大,通过大数据的概念来存储这些数据不但会节省商家的硬件成本,同时也加快了运算速度。
在步骤 S102 中,根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品。
在步骤 S103 中,根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,并向用户推送专利信息。
餐饮店为了保持食材的新鲜,一般都会在早上订购食材,因此推荐提前准备的食材时,需在前一天向餐饮店提供需准备的食材数据。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的提前准备食材,减少商家的储货压力,避免了浪费,同时也保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录用户消费菜品及消费时间,上传单元 22 向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间,分析单元 23 根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品,推荐单元 24 根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,同时推送专利信息。

    记录用户消费菜品及消费时间 ;
    向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间;
    根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品 ;
    根据当前时间段以及所述用户的消费菜品,向餐厅推荐需提前准备的食材,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种储备系统,其特征在于,所述储备系统包括:
    记录单元,上传单元,分析单元,推荐单元,其中:
    记录单元,位于本地,用于记录用户消费菜品及消费时间;
    上传单元,位于本地,其输入端与记录单元输出端链接,用于向云端上传所述用户消费菜品及消费时间;
    分析单元,位于云端,用于根据所述用户在相同时间段消费菜品的重复次数,将在相同时间段内重复次数最多的菜品确定为用户的消费菜品;
