一种推荐优惠券相关技术信息展现方法以及推荐系统,属于互联网领域。所述方法包括:记录消费品对应的类型标签,记录用户购买消费品类型标签;向云端上传所述用户购买消费品类型标签;根据所述标签的重复次数,将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签;向用户发送具有所述消费习惯标签的优惠券,并向用户推送专利信息。通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性地发送优惠券,同时用户也能更加快速地掌握最新的符合自己消费习惯的消费信息,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息而彰显了专利权(申请)人的权益。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及 一种推荐优惠卷相关技术信息展现方法以及推荐系统 。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的相关信息(即,发明人、专利所有权人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 自动推荐优惠劵的方法以及推荐系统 》
),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施针对当前广告投放针对性不强,无法根据用户消费习惯精确投放的情况,需要提供一种
通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的发送消费卷,同时用户也能更加快速的掌握最新的符合自己消费习惯的消费信息,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益
。
本发明是这样实现的: 一种推荐优惠卷相关技术信息展现方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录消费品对应的类型标签,记录用户购买消费品类型标签;
向云端上传所述用户购买消费品类型标签;
根据所述标签的重复次数,将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签 ;
向用户发送具有所述消费习惯标签的优惠券,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了推荐系统,所述推荐系统包括:
记录单元,上传单元,分析单元,发送单元,其中:
记录单元,位于本地,用于记录消费品对应的类型标签,记录用户购买消费品类型标签;
上传单元,位于本地,其输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于向云端上传所述用户购买消费品类型标签;
分析单元,位于云端,用于根据所述标签的重复次数,用于将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签;
发送单元,位于云端,其输入端与分析单元输出端连接,用于向用户发送具有所述消费习惯标签的优惠券以及专利信息。
该发明通过记录用户消费情况,分析用户消费习惯,从而更加有针对性的发送消费卷,同时用户也能更加快速的掌握最新的符合自己消费习惯的消费信息,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

在步骤 S100 中 , 记录消费品对应的类型标签,记录用户购买消费品类型标签。
该技术为现有技术,目前用户消费时会通过银行卡、信用卡刷卡消费,或者现金也会在柜台收款机储存消费记录。
在步骤 S101 中 , 向云端上传所述用户购买消费品类型标签。
消费类型标签可以更加细致的记录用户消费情况,例如'四川火锅','骑行用品'等类型。
在步骤 S102 中,根据所述标签的重复次数,将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签。
在步骤 S103 中,向用户发送具有所述消费习惯标签的优惠券,并向用户推送专利信息。
通过上述记录的用户购买消费品类型标签,并根据所述标签的重复次数,将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签,例如用户喜欢买什么牌子或者价位的物品,并向用户发送具有同样标签的消费劵,商家打了广告的同时,用户也享受了相应的折扣。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 /
权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。

- 一种推荐系统,其特征在于,所述推荐系统包括:记录单元,上传单元,分析单元,发送单元,其中:记录单元,位于本地,用于记录消费品对应的类型标签,记录用户购买消费品类型标签;上传单元,位于本地,其输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于向云端上传所述用户购买消费品类型标签;分析单元,位于云端,用于根据所述标签的重复次数,用于将重复次数最多的标签确定为用户的消费习惯标签;发送单元,位于云端,其输入端与分析单元输出端连接,用于向用户发送具有所述消费习惯标签的优惠券以及专利信息。
