Description

点播广告时的信息推送方法以及推送系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及 一种点播广告时的信息推送方法以及推送系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 根据点播推送广告的方法以及推送系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施针对当前点播视频时植入广告时间长而且投放不精确的情况,需要提供一种 通过匹配视频类型与广告类型,当用户点播视频时推送与视频相匹配的广告,从而使广告推送更加有针对性,也使广告投放更精确,同时用户也能在收看视频的同时了解视频相关的消费咨询,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种点播广告时的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系 ;
检测用户点播的视频;
根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了推送系统,所述推送系统包括:
记录单元,检测单元,广告推送单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系;
检测单元,其输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于检测用户点播的视频;
广告推送单元,其输入端与检测单元输出端连接,用于根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与广告推送单元输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过匹配视频类型与广告类型,当用户点播视频时推送与视频相匹配的广告,从而使广告推送更加有针对性,也使广告投放更精确,同时用户也能在收看视频的同时了解视频相关的消费咨询,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益。

在步骤 S100 中 , 记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系。
例如设置足球类型视频,对应足球装备相关广告,设置户外类型视频,对应户外装备相关广告。
在步骤 S101 中 , 检测用户点播的视频。
在步骤 S102 中,根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过匹配视频类型与广告类型,当用户点播视频时推送与视频相匹配的广告,从而使广告推送更加有针对性,也使广告投放更精确,同时用户也能在收看视频的同时了解视频相关的消费咨询,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益。

广告推送单元 23 ,其输入端与检测单元 22 输出端连接,用于根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告;
专利信息推送单元 24 ,其输入端与广告推送单元 23 输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系,检测单元 22 检测用户点播的视频,广告推送单元 23 根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告,同时,专利信息推送单元 24 向用户推送专利信息。

    记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系 ;
    检测用户点播的视频;
    根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种推送系统,其特征在于,所述推送系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,广告推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录视频对应的类型标签,记录广告对应的类型标签,记录视频类型标签与广告类型标签的匹配关系;
    检测单元,其输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于检测用户点播的视频;
    广告推送单元,其输入端与检测单元输出端连接,用于根据用户点播视频的类型标签匹配出广告类型标签,并推送该类型标签的广告;
    专利信息推送单元,其输入端与广告推送单元输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
