Description
本发明属于互联网广告应用技术领域,尤其是涉及 一种根据时间段插入广告时的 信息提醒 方法以及广告系统 。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请
/ 权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 /
申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《根据时间段插入广告的方法以及广告插入系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种根据时间段插入广告时的信息提醒方法,目的能够增强广告的投放效果,同时保护、彰显权利人的权益 。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据时间段插入广告时的 信息提醒 方法,包括以下步骤:
记录为各个广告设置的适宜时间段标签;
在向用户推送广告时,查询当前的时间;
根据当前的时间,推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种广告系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录为各个广告设置的适宜时间段标签;
查询单元,在向用户推送广告时,用于查询当前的时间 ;
广告推送单元,根据当前的时间,用于推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述广告推送单元的输出端连接,用于在所述广告推送单元推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告时,向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过针对时间段灵活插入广告,从而能够极大地增强广告的投放效果,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益

在步骤 S101 中,记录为各个广告设置的适宜时间段标签。
时间时间段标签即按照时间段和特殊日期进行广告促销。和电视广告一样,网络媒体更加能够通过标准的计算机系统时间来决定广告投放的内容。正如儿童食品广告常常在下午 6
点左右的动画片前后投放,可以将其时间段标签定位为 17:30~18:00 ,商务类的广告适合在白天上班的时间出现,可以将其时间段标签定位为
9:00~10:00 ,休闲娱乐类的广告适合在晚上出,可以将其时间段标签定位为 18:30~19:00
现。甚至有一部分广告适合在某些特定时刻出现,如一些通过网络订购快餐的服务最适合出现在午间和晚间用餐的时间,因此可以将餐饮广告的时间段标签定位为
12:00~13:00 和 17:30~18:30 。
对于广告的标签不限于时间段,也可以加入年龄段标签、地域标签等,同时限定人群和地域。比如限时抢购活动的广告,可以将其加入时间段标签和年龄段标签,可以针对赋闲在家的人群,并且具有时效性。
在步骤 S102 中,在向用户推送广告时,查询当前的时间。
在步骤 S103
中,根据当前的时间,推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告,同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 /
权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 /
专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过针对时间段灵活插入广告,从而能够极大地增强广告的投放效果,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

- 一种广告系统,其特征在于,所述广告系统包括:记录单元,用于记录为各个广告设置的适宜时间段标签;查询单元,在向用户推送广告时,用于查询当前的时间 ;广告推送单元,根据当前的时间,用于推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告;信息推送单元,其输入端与所述广告推送单元的输出端连接,用于在所述广告推送单元推送适宜时间段包括当前时间的带有所述适宜时间段标签的广告时,向用户推送专利信息。
