现有技术中将柔性屏应用于折叠终端上以获得可折叠的折叠终端,发明人在使用现有的可折叠终端时,发现终端弯折时的外表面和内表面存在半径差,外表面于弯折位置的长度较大,使得终端在展平时,终端的弯折位置容易出现褶皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种展开时不会出现褶皱的折叠终端。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种折叠终端,包括主体和柔性屏组件;
所述主体包括第一结构件、第二结构件和弯折组件;所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件的端面分别开设第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔;
所述弯折组件包括固定件和两个滑杆;两个所述滑杆的第一端分别转动连接于所述固定件的两个侧壁,两个所述滑杆的第二端分别滑动连接于所述第一滑动腔和所述第二滑动腔;所述柔性屏组件设置于所述主体的折叠内侧表面上,所述柔性屏组件的弯折区正对所述固定件;
当所述主体折叠时,所述固定件在所述弯折区的顶靠下朝着远离所述弯折区的方向滑动;当所述主体展开时,所述固定件的两个侧壁分别与所述第一结 构件和所述第二结构件的端面相互靠近,以使所述主体的折叠外侧表面展平。
本发明还提供另一种折叠终端,包括:
主体,包括两个结构件和连接于两个所述结构件之间的弯折组件,所述弯折组件包括固定件和两个滑杆,两个所述滑杆的第一端分别转动连接于所述固定件相背的两个侧壁,两个所述滑杆的第二端分别滑动连接于两个所述结构件;和
柔性屏组件,设置于所述主体的折叠内侧表面上,所述柔性屏组件的弯折区正对所述固定件;
两个所述结构件相互靠近以折叠所述主体时,所述固定件在所述弯折区的顶靠下朝着远离两个所述结构件的方向滑动;两个所述结构件相互远离以展平所述主体时,所述固定件与两个所述结构件相互靠近,以使所述主体的折叠外侧表面展平。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明实施例涉及的折叠终端可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer, PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。
本发明实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内翻”“外翻”“纵向”“横向”“厚度”“上”、“下”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是暗示或指示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
第一实施例
请参考图1至图5,为本发明提供的一种折叠终端100,包括主体1和柔性屏组件2,
主体1包括第一结构件11、第二结构件12和弯折组件13;第一结构件11和第二结构件12通过弯折组件13连接在一起;柔性屏组件2设置于主体1的折叠内侧表面1a上;
其中,弯折组件13包括固定件131和两个滑杆132;通过将两个滑杆132的第一端1321转动连接于固定件131的侧壁1313上,两个滑杆132的第二端1322分别滑动连接于第一结构件11和第二结构件12上,使得固定件131与第一结构件11和第二结构件12之间具有可滑动的位移;进而使得随着主体1的逐渐展开,两个滑杆132的第二端1322能够分别逐渐靠近第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a的底部而使得主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的长度逐渐变小,实现折叠终端100的展开后,主体1的折叠外侧表面1b为平直的表面,不存在褶皱;而由于柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a接触固定件131,使得柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a有平整的部件支撑,提高了柔性屏组件2弯折区2a的按压灵敏度。
在本实施例中,优选的,主体1还包括主板,主板设置于第一结构件11和第二结构件12中。当然,在其它实施例中,主板还可以只设置于第一结构件11中,或者只设置于第二结构件12中。
其中,第一结构件11和第二结构件12的外部结构基本相同,第一结构件11和第二结构件12内部设置的电子元器件可以相同,也可以不同。
具体的,第一结构件11包括相背设置的第一内端面111和第一外端面112、相背设置的第一内表面113和第一外表面114,第一结构件11的内部形成沿着第一内端面111至第一外端面112方向的第一滑动腔111a,第一滑动腔111a的开口 位于第一内端面111上;
具体的,第二结构件12包括相背设置的第二内端面121和第二外端面122、相背设置的第二内表面123和第二外表面124,第二结构件12的内部形成沿着第二内端面121至第二外端面122方向的第二滑动腔121a,第二滑动腔121a的开口位于第二内端面121上。
可以理解的,第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a的数量与弯折组件13的滑杆132的数量相对应。
在本实施例中,固定件131为长矩形,便于为柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a提供平整的支撑;固定件131包括相背设置的内侧表面1311和外侧表面1312、相背设置的两个侧壁1313、相背设置的上端面1314和下端面1315;其中,上端面1314至下端面1315的方向定义为纵向,固定件131纵向的长度与第一内端面111的纵向的长度相同,以保证柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a的任意部位的按压皆有平整的支撑。
在本实施例中,优选的,两个滑杆132对称设置,进一步优化弯折组件13的结构。
具体的,两个滑杆132的第一端1321分别绕着固定件131的纵向转动连接于两个侧壁1313上,以使两个滑杆132之间的开合角度能够达到180度;
两个滑杆132的第二端1322分别滑动连接于第一结构件11和第二结构件12中,且分别位于第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a中;其中,第二端1322为矩形块,其尺寸大于第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a的开口的尺寸,因此两个第二端1322只能分别位于第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a中,而无法脱离。当然,在其它实施例中,第二端1322还可以为球形、椭圆形或梯形,等等。当然,在其它实施例中,两个滑杆132还可以非对称设置于侧壁1313上,比如,两个滑杆132一上一下的排布。
可以理解的,第一结构件11的第一外表面114、固定件131的外侧表面1312、第二结构件12的第二外表面124形成主体1的折叠外侧表面1b;第一结构件11的第一内表面113和第二结构件12的第二内表面123形成主体1的折叠内侧表面1a。
在本实施例中,柔性屏组件2设置于主体1的折叠内侧表面1a上,其中,第一结构件11和第二结构件12的连接处为柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a;柔性屏组件2 的弯折区2a接触固定件131,使得随着主体1的折叠角度逐渐变小,而柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a的曲率逐渐变大,弯折区2a不断靠近固定件131的内侧表面1311直至将贴合至固定件131的内侧表面1311,将固定件131朝着远离柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a的方向顶出,来增大主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的长度,使得第一结构件11能够贴合于第二结构件12上,实现折叠终端100的折叠。
优选的,不管主体1处于展平状态或者折叠状态,柔性屏组件2始终贴合固定件131,即柔性屏组件2与固定件131的内侧表面1311之间的间隙为零,从而使得主体1折叠时,柔性屏组件2给予固定件131的顶出力更大,进一步保证折叠终端100的折叠。当然,在其它实施例中,柔性屏组件2在主体1处于展开状态时,柔性屏组件2与固定件131的内侧表面1311之间具有间隙,而在主体1逐渐折叠时,柔性屏组件2与固定件131的内侧表面1311不断靠近,直至两者接触。
综上,需要折叠该折叠终端100时,逐渐分别向内翻转第一结构件11和/或第二结构件12,带动滑杆132相对固定件131转动,使得主体1的折叠角度逐渐变小,柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a的曲率逐渐变大,弯折区2a不断贴合至固定件131的内侧表面1311以逐渐增大顶靠于固定件131外力,以将固定件131朝着远离柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a的方向顶出,来增大主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的长度,使得第一结构件11能够贴合于第二结构件12上,实现折叠终端100的折叠;需要展开该折叠终端100时,逐渐分别向外翻转第一结构件11和/或第二结构件12,带动滑杆132相对固定件131转动,使得主体1的折叠角度逐渐变大,滑杆132的第二端1322能够逐渐的靠近第一滑动腔111a和第二滑动腔121a的底部而使得主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的长度逐渐变小,实现折叠终端100的展开后,主体1的折叠外侧表面1b为平直的表面,不存在褶皱。
为了更进一步的改进,弯折组件13具有两组滑杆132,一对滑杆132为一组,两组滑杆132的第一端1321沿着固定件131的纵向依次设置于固定件131上。
通过将弯折组件13设置为两组滑杆132,以进一步保证主体1折叠时的平稳度。
在本实施例中,第一结构件11和第二结构件12分别与固定件131具有两个连接部位,第一结构件11和第二结构件12分别通过两个滑杆132转动连接于侧壁1313上;其中,由于一个第一结构件11滑动连接有两个滑杆132的第二端 1322,对应的,第一结构件11上开设两个第一滑动腔111a,使得两个滑杆132的第二端1322能分别位于两个第一滑动腔111a中;第二结构件12亦如此。通过将弯折组件13设置为两组滑杆132,提高了第一结构件11和结构件分别与固定件131的连接强度,从而进一步保证了主体1折叠时的平稳度。
为了更进一步的改进,侧壁1313开设凹槽1313a;滑杆132的第一端1321通过转轴转动连接于凹槽1313a中。
通过将滑杆132的第一端1321通过转轴转动连接于凹槽1313a中,进一步优化弯折组件13的结构。
在本实施例中,固定件131开设两个第一转动孔1314a,第一转动孔1314a的两个开口分别位于上端面1314和下端面1315,侧壁1313沿着纵向依次对称开设两组凹槽1313a,一组凹槽1313a为两个,两个凹槽1313a分别位于固定件131的两侧壁1313上;滑杆132的第一端1321为半圆头,以便于在凹槽1313a中转动时更为圆滑;滑杆132的第一端1321开设第二转动孔,使滑杆132的第一端1321位于凹槽1313a中,且第二转动孔对准第一转动孔1314a,接着将转轴穿过第一转动孔1314a,从而实现第一端1321转动连接于固定件131上。当然,在其它实施例中,滑杆132还可以通过以下方式转动连接于固定件131上:侧壁1313开设球形槽;滑杆132的第一端1321为球头,滑杆132的第一端1321活球连接于球形槽中。
为了更进一步的改进,第一结构件11和第二结构件12的端面上分别凸设第一挡板111b和第二挡板121b,第一挡板111b的外表面与第一结构件11的第一外表面114平齐,第二挡板121b的外表面与第二结构件12的第二外表面124平齐;弯折组件13位于第一挡板111b和第二挡板121b之间。
通过在第一结构件11和第二结构件12的端面上分别凸设第一挡板111b和第二挡板121b,进一步提高主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的平整度。
在本实施例中,优选的,第一挡板111b和第二挡板121b沿着固定件131的横向的长度之和等于固定件131的外侧表面1312沿着自身的横向的长度,当第一结构件11和第二结构件12之间的夹角为180度时,主体1的折叠外侧表面1b平齐,固定件131位于第一挡板111b、第二挡板121b与柔性屏组件2的弯折区2a 形成的密闭腔中,以进一步提高主体1的折叠外侧表面1b的平整度。
具体的,第一内端面111上凸设第一挡板111b,与第一内端面111形成台阶状。第二内端面121上凸设第二挡板121b,与第二内端面121形成台阶状。第一挡板111b的第一内端面111至第一外端面112的方向定义为第一挡板111b的宽度,第二挡板121b类似;固定件131的一个侧壁1313至另一个侧壁1313的方向定义为固定件131的宽度;其中,固定件131的宽度等于第一档板111b和第二挡板121b的宽度之和,主体1展开为180度时,主体1的折叠外侧表面1b不存在缝隙。当然,在其它实施例中,第一挡板111b和第二挡板121b沿着固定件131的横向的长度之和还可以小于固定件131的外侧表面1312沿着自身的横向的长度。
第二实施例
请参照图6,为本发明实施例提供的另一种折叠终端200,本发明实施例提供的第一种折叠终端100基本相同,其不同之处在于,第一滑动腔2111a具有与第一滑动腔2111a的开口相对的第一底壁,第二滑动腔2121a具有与第二滑动腔2121a的开口相对的第二底壁,弯折组件213还包括两个弹性件214,一弹性件214弹性连接于滑杆2132的第二端21322和第一底壁之间;另一弹性件214弹性连接于另一滑杆2132的第二端21322和第二底壁之间。
在本实施例中,优选的,为了提供更佳形变空间,弹性件214为弹簧。具体的,通过在滑杆2132的第二端21322和第一底壁之间弹性连接弹性件214;另一滑杆2132的第二端21322和第二底壁之间弹性连接弹性件214,以使第一结构件211和第二结构件212亦提供外力将固定件2131顶出,从而进一步提高折叠终端200的开合可靠性。当然,在其它实施例中,弹性件214还可以为硅胶。
当折叠终端需要折叠至主体之间的夹角为0度时,逐渐分别向内翻转第一结构件和第二结构件,带动滑杆相对固定件转动,使得主体的折叠角度逐渐变小,柔性屏组件的弯折区的曲率亦逐渐变大,弯折区不断贴合固定件的内侧表面,将固定件朝着远离柔性屏组件的弯折区的方向顶出,来增大主体的折叠外侧表面的长度,使得第一结构件能够贴合于第二结构件上,实现折叠终端的折叠;
当折叠终端需要展平至主体之间的夹角为180度时,逐渐分别向外翻转第一结构件和第二结构件,带动滑杆相对固定件转动,使得主体的折叠角度逐渐变大,滑杆的第二端能够逐渐的靠近第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔的底部而使得主体的折叠外侧表面的长度逐渐变小,实现折叠终端的展开后,主体的折叠外侧表面为平直的表面,不存在褶皱。
本发明提供的折叠终端通过将滑杆的第一端转动连接于固定件的侧壁上,两个滑杆的第二端分别滑动连接于第一结构件和第二结构件上,使得固定件与第一结构件和第二结构件之间具有可滑动的位移;进而使得随着主体的逐渐展开,滑杆的第二端能够逐渐的靠近滑动腔的底部而使得主体的折叠外侧表面的长度逐渐变小,实现折叠终端的展开后,主体的折叠外侧表面为平直的表面,不存在褶皱;而由于柔性屏组件的弯折区接触固定件,使得柔性屏组件的弯折区有平整的部件支撑,提高了柔性屏组件弯折区的按压灵敏度。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠终端,其特征在于,包括主体和柔性屏组件;
    所述主体包括第一结构件、第二结构件和弯折组件;所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件的端面分别开设第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔;
    所述弯折组件包括固定件和两个滑杆;两个所述滑杆的第一端分别转动连接于所述固定件的两个侧壁,两个所述滑杆的第二端分别滑动连接于所述第一滑动腔和所述第二滑动腔;所述柔性屏组件设置于所述主体的折叠内侧表面上,所述柔性屏组件的弯折区正对所述固定件;
    当所述主体折叠时,所述固定件在所述弯折区的顶靠下朝着远离所述弯折区的方向滑动;当所述主体展开时,所述固定件的两个侧壁分别与所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件的端面相互靠近,以使所述主体的折叠外侧表面展平。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,当所述主体展开时,所述固定件的内侧表面接触所述弯折区,用于支撑所述弯折区。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述弯折区始终贴合所述固定件的内侧表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一滑动腔具有与所述第一滑动腔的开口相对的第一底壁,所述第二滑动腔具有与所述第二滑动腔的开口相对的第二底壁,所述弯折组件还包括两个弹性件,一所述弹性件弹性连接于所述滑杆的第二端和所述第一底壁之间;另一所述弹性件弹性连接于另一所述滑杆的第二端和所述第二底壁之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧;或者,
    所述弹性件为硅胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,两个所述滑杆对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1或4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述弯折组件具有两组所述滑杆,一对所述滑杆为一组,两组所述滑杆的第一端沿着所述固定件的纵向间隔设置于所述固定件上。
  8. 根据权利要求1或4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述固定件包括相 背设置的两个侧壁,所述侧壁开设凹槽;所述滑杆的第一端通过转轴转动连接于所述凹槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求1或4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述固定件包括相背设置的两个侧壁,所述侧壁开设球形槽;所述滑杆的第一端为球头,所述滑杆的第一端活球连接于所述球形槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求1或4所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件的端面上分别凸设第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板的外表面与所述第一结构件的第一外表面平齐,所述第二挡板的外表面与所述第二结构件的第二外表面平齐;所述弯折组件位于所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板沿着所述固定件的横向的长度之和等于所述固定件的外侧表面沿着自身的横向的长度,当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件之间的夹角为180度时,所述主体的折叠外侧表面平齐,所述固定件位于所述第一挡板、所述第二挡板与所述柔性屏组件的弯折区形成的密闭腔中。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述主体还包括主板,所述主板设置于所述第一结构件和/或所述第二结构件中。
  13. 一种折叠终端,其特征在于,包括:
    主体,包括两个结构件和连接于两个所述结构件之间的弯折组件,所述弯折组件包括固定件和两个滑杆,两个所述滑杆的第一端分别转动连接于所述固定件相背的两个侧壁,两个所述滑杆的第二端分别滑动连接于两个所述结构件;和
    柔性屏组件,设置于所述主体的折叠内侧表面上,所述柔性屏组件的弯折区正对所述固定件;
    两个所述结构件相互靠近以折叠所述主体时,所述固定件在所述弯折区的顶靠下朝着远离两个所述结构件的方向滑动;两个所述结构件相互远离以展平所述主体时,所述固定件与两个所述结构件相互靠近,以使所述主体的折叠外侧表面展平。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述固定件包括相背设置的上端面和下端面,在所述上端面至所述下端面方向上,所述固定件的 长度与两个所述结构件的长度相同。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述弯折区接触所述固定件,所述固定件呈长矩形,用于为所述弯折区提供平整的支撑。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,两个所述结构件均包括朝向彼此的内端面和远离彼此的外端面,两个所述结构件内均开设有沿所述内端面至所述外端面方向延伸的滑动腔,所述滑杆的第二端滑动连接所述滑动腔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述弯折组件具有多对对称设置的所述滑杆,多对所述滑杆在所述上端面至所述下端面方向上间隔连接于所述固定件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,所述滑动腔的数量与所述滑杆的数量相同。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,两个所述结构件的内端面上分别凸设一挡板,所述挡板的外表面与所述结构件的外表面平齐,所述主体展平时,两个所述挡板彼此抵接,所述固定件位于两个所述挡板与所述弯折区之间。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠终端,其特征在于,在所述内端面至所述外端面方向上,两个所述挡板的长度之和等于所述固定件的长度。
