Description
本发明涉及SMT封装装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种器件位置指示系统及器件位置指示方法。
电子电路表面组装技术(Surface Mount Technology,SMT),称为表面贴装或表面安装技术。它是一种将无引脚或短引线表面组装元器件(简称SMC/SMD,中文称片状元器件)安装在印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)的表面或其它基板的表面上,通过回流焊或浸焊等方法加以焊接组装的电路装连技术。目前在SMT加工制造的尾部工序时,制造过程中会因为产生大量散料没有及时清理,而造成结单时间超长,并且,各种规格的物料较多,进行贴片或插装时无法在多次操作中确保准确找到位置,容易贴错位置,导致错料。另外,DIP在制作首件或小批量样板遇到单板元件种类多时,同样容易出现位置误判,导致错料的问题发生,从而极大地影响生产效率,增加企业的生产成本。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种器件位置指示系统及器件位置指示方法,提高PCB/PCBA板上位置器件的查找效率,降低错料和漏件的问题发生频次,且其操作简单、可靠。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

进一步地,还包括设有滑动通道362的位置调节机构364,所述位置调节机构364包括相对设置于所述滑动通道362上的两个滚动件366、连接两个所述滚动件366的联动件368、与其中一个所述滚动件366固定连接的转动把手367,所述图像撷取装置400和所述位置指示装置500均与所述联动件368固定。具体的,将所述图像撷取装置400和所述位置指示装置500均与所述联动件368固定连接,且所述联动件368套装于两个所述滚轮366上,同时将所述转动把手367与其中一个所述滚轮366固定,当转动所述转动把手367时,所述滚轮366转动,此时带动所述联动件368移动,从而带动所述图像撷取装置400和所述位置指示装置500在所述滑动通道362上的移动,以实现横向方向上的位置调节,以满足工作要求,实现高精高效贴装电子器件,且上述调整结构简单易操作,成本低。当然,在其他的实施方式中也可以采用其他的调节结构以实现位置改变,也都在本发明的保护范围内。
在另一个实施例中,相较于上述手动实施所述承载横架360高度方向上的改变的不同之处在于,本实施例中上述器件位置指示系统还包括驱动装置,
所述驱动装置包括驱动件,及与所述驱动件连接的传动件,所述承载横架360与所述传动件连接并可滑动地固定于所述支撑立柱340。其中所述驱动装置与所述操作装置100电性连接,通过所述操作装置100端的操控,给出相应的指令信号就可以实现所述承载横架360高度位置的自动调节,极大地提高了工作效率,节省了人力的同时,通过选取高精度移动器件还可以实现高精度位移,更加适合对安装精度要求高的工作场合。
如图3所示,所述承载件600包括均设有台阶660的固定板边620及活动板边640,所述活动板边640可滑动的固定于所述固定板边620的台阶660上,且所述活动板边640与所述固定板边620配合形成置放区域680。其中,所述承载件包括所述固定板边620和所述活动板边640两部分拼接而成,且两者均设有台阶,以便于放置及固定待安装板件,另外所述活动板边640为活动式的,即其可以自由相对于所述固定板边620滑动,因此两者可以根据实际板件的大小灵活地调整围成的所述置放区域680的大小,以使其使用范围更广,灵活度更高。
所述置放区域680的长度范围为0~400mm,宽度范围为0~350mm。在本优选的实施例中,所述置放区域680优选为矩形结构,且限定其长度范围为0~400mm,宽度范围为0~350mm的,以控制板子的大小在合适范围内,以提高激光指示位置的准确性。当然,在使用板件的尺寸较大时,也可以配置两个或以上的激光指示器协同工作,以补偿单个激光指示器造成的坐标失真问题,也在本发明的保护范围内。
上述器件位置指示系统还包括工作台900,所述置放区域680的底面与所述工作台900的台面之间的垂直距离不小于50mm。其中,所述置放区域680的底面保持与所述工作台900的台面之间的垂直距离不小于50mm,以确保在进行DIP元件插件时,预留出足够的安装区域以满足较大元件安装于板件底部的需要,避免因高度过小造成无法正常安装的问题产生。在其他的实施例中,所述置放区域680的底面与所述工作台900之间的距离还可以根据实际情况进行调整,也在本发明发保护范围内。
另外,上述器件位置指示系统还包括条形固定件900a,所述支撑装置300
与所述条形固定件900a固定连接,且所述条形固定件900a设有滑槽920a,所述承载件600嵌装于所述滑槽920a。为了保证较高的定位精度和安装精度,采用所述条形固定件900a用以固定连接所述支撑装置300和所述承载件600,以固定两者相对于工作台的位置坐标及它们两者之间的相对坐标位置,从而保证整个器件安装过程的精度一致性,此外,在所述条形固定件900a上设置所述滑槽920a,可以便于所述承载件600与其的装配固定,提高工作效率。另外,所述条形固定件900a与所述支撑装置300以及所述承载件600之间可以采用例如粘结、螺栓螺母连接、卡接等各种连接方式。
本发明还提供一种器件位置指示方法,其应用如上述任意一项所述的器件位置指示系统,该器件位置指示方法包括如下步骤:
S100:以所述承载件600的左下角为原点将加工板件放置于所述承载件600上;
S200:所述操作装置100接收指令将预存的坐标系和物料信息进行整合,并形成物料位号、物料坐标点及物料规格信息;
S300:所述操作装置100接收指令进入调试模式,并输出指令给所述控制装置200,所述控制装置200调用所述图像撷取装置400拍摄的加工板件图像回传至所述操作装置100,由所述操作装置100进行编辑,使加工板件图像与物料位号、物料坐标点及物料规格信息匹配,并将匹配后的加工板件图像存储为加工生产信息;
S400:所述操作装置100调用加工生产信息进行模拟加工校验;
S500:模拟加工校验完毕,所述操作装置100锁定加工生产信息,进行物料安装。
上述器件位置指示方法步骤中,坐标系为待加工板件位于以左下角为原点所述承载件600上的理论坐标系;物料信息具体是指需要安装于待加工板件上各种类型零件的例如名称、种类、大小等信息;整合后形成的物料位号、物料坐标点及物料规格信息等具体是指通过所述操作装置100内置软件进行编辑后将各种零件按安装要求设置于待加工板件上之后形成的对应安装信息,以便于后续实际加工使用。之后,通常需要将实际待加工板件的图像与
形成的带有物料位号等信息进行匹配,并操作软件将整个物料安装过程模拟运行一遍,以便于检查错误或漏件问题,确保实际加工的正确和完整性,上述加工生产信息具体是指实际加工中,加工板件上每一个物料所对应的坐标点、物料种类等信息按安装加工顺序先后排布的信息流,即按照最佳的安装顺序实现先安装什么物料然后在安装什么物料,操作人员同时可以在所述操作装置100上清楚的观察到没一步安装的物料种类、坐标点等,从而起到人工协助查错查漏的目的,实现高精高效的加工目的。
具体的操作过程如下:将各配件组装好,打开校正程序,启动激光指示器,在居中位置发射一束集中光束,对正400mm*350mm的校正板的中心点,将所述承载件600固定。在所述承载件600上设计四个校准点,激光指示器发射四束校正光束,以照射点左右偏差判断所述位置指示装置500高度是否合适。打开相机,拍摄板件全景,在软件中将照片形成光栅阵列,mark点亮点对应设备坐标系统初始设置,内部进行细微补偿,校正完成。
将gerber文件与BOM文件导入系统,内部整合,形成位号、坐标、物料规格对应,保存程序并命名。此步骤在对应SMT/DIP时应将不需要的位置滤除。
将PCB/PCBA板放置于所述承载件上,以左下角为原点,靠左放置。使用“程序员”权限进入“调试模式”,使用相机拍摄PCBA实物,使用软件裁剪功能,设置板子长、宽和原点。若无相机,亦可对应软件模板进行设置。
使用遥控手柄操作进行位置指示跑点,将所有需确认方向的点过一遍,光标锁定在角度栏跳动,对应修改不正确的角度;检查自动翻动位置时长设置,确保位号自动变动时长足够放置一个物料。确认OK后,正式保存。
使用中,退出“程序员”权限,进入“操作员”权限,打开“生产模式”,此时程序不可调,实现防呆。在自动换位置指示期间完成一个物料位置放置(贴片、插件),亦可使用键盘“↑”/“↓”键或无线遥控手柄控制位号上下翻动,当有手动控制信号时,优先手动控制。
通过上述工作方法可以将所述图像撷取装置400安装于所述支撑装置300上,并保证位于其正上方,之后将所述图像撷取装置300将拍摄到的安装于
所述承载件600上的板件图形传输给所述操作装置100,通过专用软件完成对图片的自定义加工,从而实现与gerber坐标系的高精度整合,最后通过信号输出给所述控制装置200,从而控制所述位置指示装置500对待装配物料的高精度定位指示作用,从而实现器件安装的高效率及高精度,避免错料和漏件的问题发生,从而提高企业的生产效率及节省成本。
进一步地,在步骤S200之前还包括所述操作装置接收命令打开校正程序,并输出指令给所述控制装置200,所述控制装置200启动所述图像撷取装置400和所述位置指示装置500进行位置偏差校正操作。在进行实际物料的位置放置操作前,进行所述图像撷取装置400和所述位置指示装置500的校正操作,可以确保良好的工作状况,以获得更加精确的物料安装精度。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (11)
- 一种器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,包括操作装置、控制装置、支撑装置、图像撷取装置、位置指示装置以及承载件;所述操作装置与所述控制装置通信连接,所述图像撷取装置以及所述位置指示装置均可滑动地固定于所述支撑装置、并均与所述控制装置通信连接,所述图像撷取装置和所述位置指示装置均与所述承载件相对设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括底座、设于所述底座上的支撑立柱及承载横架,所述支撑立柱设有高度调节机构,所述承载横架通过所述高度调节机构可拆卸地固定于所述支撑立柱上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括驱动件,及与所述驱动件连接的传动件,所述承载横架与所述传动件连接并可滑动地固定于所述支撑立柱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,还包括设有滑动通道的位置调节机构,所述位置调节机构包括相对设置于所述滑动通道上的两个滚动件、连接两个所述滚动件的联动件、与其中一个所述滚动件固定连接的转动把手,所述图像撷取装置和所述位置指示装置均与所述联动件固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,还包括固定于所述滑动通道上的图像撷取装置定位件及位置指示装置定位件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,所述承载件包括均设有台阶的固定板边及活动板边,所述活动板边可滑动的固定于所述固定板边的台阶上,且所述活动板边与所述固定板边配合形成置放区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,所述置放区域的长度范围为0~400mm,宽度范围为0~350mm。
- 根据权利要求6所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,还包括工作台,所述置放区域的底面与所述工作台的台面之间的垂直距离不小于50mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的器件位置指示系统,其特征在于,还包括条形 固定件,所述支撑装置与所述条形固定件固定连接,且所述条形固定件设有滑槽,所述承载件嵌装于所述滑槽。
- 一种器件位置指示方法,其特征在于,其应用如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的器件位置指示系统,该器件位置指示方法包括如下步骤:S100:以承载件的左下角为原点将加工板件放置于承载件上;S200:操作装置接收指令将预存的坐标系和物料信息进行整合,并形成物料位号、物料坐标点及物料规格信息;S300:操作装置接收指令进入调试模式,并输出指令给控制装置,控制装置调用图像撷取装置拍摄的加工板件图像回传至操作装置,由操作装置进行编辑,使加工板件图像与物料位号、物料坐标点及物料规格信息匹配,并将匹配后的加工板件图像存储为加工生产信息;S400:操作装置调用加工生产信息进行模拟加工校验;S500:模拟加工校验完毕,操作装置锁定加工生产信息,进行物料安装。
- 如权利要求10所述的器件位置指示系统的工作方法,其特征在于在步骤S200之前还包括操作装置接收命令打开校正程序,并输出指令给控制装置,控制装置启动图像撷取装置和位置指示装置进行位置偏差校正操作。
