本申请基于申请号为201511001356.8、申请日为2015年12月28日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种用户信息的获取方法、装置、终端设备和服务器。
背景技术
随着时代发展,经济和社会环境的变化使得人与人之间的交往显得更加重要,用户只有不断地与各类用户进行交往和信息沟通,才能不断地丰富自己和发展自己。因此,用户需要不断地扩展自身的人脉。
相关技术中,当用户A需要获知用户B的用户信息时,通常需要先获知所述用户B的相关信息(如名字等信息),进一步地,根据所述用户B的相关信息通过网络或者其它渠道(如经过熟人打听)获取所述用户B的其它更多的信息。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种用户信息的获取方法、装置、终端设备和服务器。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种用户信息的获取方法,包括:
获取目标用户的头像信息;
根据所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息;所述预设的获取策略集合包括至少一个获取策略;每个所述获取策略用于指示获取所述目标用户的用户信息的方式。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:通过获取目标用户的头像信息,并根据所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息;可见,能获取到准确的目标用户的用户信息,进而提升用户体验。

可选地,如图1C所示,通过步骤S102获取到的所述用户信息包括:所述目标用户的头像信息和所述用户的介绍信息,例如所述用户的名称或昵称、联系方式(如微信账号、QQ账号或者微博账号等联系方式)和其它相关描述信息等,以便所述用户A可根据所述介绍信息联系所述目标用户;其中,通过步骤S102获取到的所述目标用户的头像信息与所述终端设备在步骤S101中获取到的头像信息虽然描述方式可能不同,但都能唯一标识所述目标用户,例如这两个头像信息分别为目标用户在不同时刻对应的头像信息,都唯一标识所述目标用户。
本实施例提供的一种用户信息的获取方法,通过获取目标用户的头像信息,并根据所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息;可见,能获取到准确的目标用户的用户信息,进而提升用户体验。

可选地,若所述服务器接收到的所述目标用户的头像信息为所述第一终端设备加密后的目标用户的头像信息,对应地,步骤402之前还包括:对接收到的所述加密后的目标用户的头像信息进行解密处理,得到解密后的目标用户的头像信息,对应地,步骤S402包括:根据解密后的所述目标用户的头像信息查询服务器中是否包括所述目标用户的用户信息。

在步骤S501中,接收第一终端设备广播的目标用户的头像信息。
在步骤S502中,根据所述目标用户的头像信息和第二终端设备中存储的头像信息,判断所述第二终端设备是否为所述目标用户对应的目标终端设备。
在步骤S503中,在所述第二终端设备为所述目标终端设备时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第三响应信息。

本公开实施例中,在步骤S501中,所述第二终端设备接收第一终端设备在被操作打开基于头像信息的用户识别软件之后广播的目标用户的头像信息。可选地,所述第一终端设备可通过蓝牙设备或者WIFI等方式在预设范围内广播所述目标用户的头像信息,对应地,所述第二终端设备通过对应方式(即与所述第一终端设备的广播方式相同的方式)接 收所述目标用户的头像信息。可选地,若所述第二终端设备中的基于头像信息的用户识别软件还未开启,当所述第二终端设备接收到其它终端设备广播的目标用户的头像信息时,则可自动开启所述第二终端设备中的基于头像信息的用户识别软件,以便进一步判断所述第二终端设备是否为所述目标终端设备。可选地,所述第二终端设备接收到的所述目标用户的头像信息可为所述第一终端设备加密后的目标用户的头像信息。

多媒体组件1208包括在所述终端设备1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个麦克风(MIC),当终端设备1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1212为处理组件1202和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。
传感器组件1214包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端设备1200提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1214可以检测到终端设备1200的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为终端设备1200的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1214还可以检测终端设备1200或终端设备1200一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端设备1200接触的存在或不存在,终端设备1200方位或加速/减速和终端设备1200的温度变化。传感器组件1214 可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1214还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1214还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1216被配置为便于终端设备1200和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端设备1200可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1216经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1216还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息,包括:
    将所述目标用户的头像信息发送给服务器,所述目标用户的头像信息用于指示所述服务器根据所述目标用户的头像信息查询所述服务器中是否包括所述目标用户的用户信息;其中,所述用户信息包括:所述用户的头像信息和所述用户的介绍信息;
    接收所述服务器返回的第一响应信息;其中,所述第一响应信息中包括:所述目标用户的用户信息。

    接收所述目标终端设备返回的第三响应信息;其中,所述第三响应信息中包括:所述 目标终端设备本地存储的用户信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预设范围内广播所述目标用户的头像信息之后,还包括:
    接收所述目标终端设备返回的第四响应信息;其中,所述第四响应信息用于指示:所述目标用户拒绝发送所述目标用户的用户信息;
    将所述目标用户的头像信息发送给服务器,所述目标用户的头像信息用于指示所述服务器根据所述目标用户的头像信息查询所述服务器中是否包括所述目标用户的用户信息;其中,所述用户信息包括:所述用户的头像信息和所述用户的介绍信息;
    接收所述服务器返回的第一响应信息;其中,所述第一响应信息中包括:所述目标用户的用户信息。

    接收第一终端设备发送的目标用户的头像信息;

    在所述服务器中包括所述目标用户的用户信息时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第一响应信息;其中,所述第一响应信息中包括:所述目标用户的用户信息。

    在所述服务器中未包括所述目标用户的用户信息时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第二响应信息;其中,所述第二响应信息用于指示:所述服务器中未包括所述目标用户的用户信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一终端设备发送的目标用户的头像信息之前,还包括:
    获取至少一个用户的用户信息,并保存。
  9. 一种用户信息的获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一终端设备广播的目标用户的头像信息;
    根据所述目标用户的头像信息和第二终端设备中存储的头像信息,判断所述第二终端设备是否为所述目标用户对应的目标终端设备;
    在所述第二终端设备为所述目标终端设备时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第三响应信息;其中,所述第三响应信息中包括:所述目标终端设备本地存储的用户信息;所述用户信息包括:所述目标用户的头像信息和所述目标用户的介绍信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标用户的头像信息和第二终端设备中存储的头像信息,判断所述第二终端设备是否为所述目标用户对应的目标终端设备之后,还包括:
    在所述第二终端设备为所述目标终端设备,且所述目标用户拒绝向所述第一终端设备发送所述目标用户的用户信息时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第四响应信息;其中,所述第四响应信息用于指示:所述目标用户拒绝向所述第一终端设备发送所述用户信息。
  11. 一种用户信息的获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,被配置为获取目标用户的头像信息;
    第二获取模块,被配置为根据所述第一获取模块获取的所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息;所述预设的获取策略集合包括至少一个获取策略;每个所述获取策略用于指示获取所述目标用户的用户信息的方式。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块,包括:
    第一发送子模块,被配置为将所述第一获取模块获取的所述目标用户的头像信息发送给服务器,所述目标用户的头像信息用于指示所述服务器根据所述目标用户的头像信息查询所述服务器中是否包括所述目标用户的用户信息;其中,所述用户信息包括:所述用户的头像信息和所述用户的介绍信息;

  21. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备为第一终端设备,所述终端设备包括:处理器以及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器被配置为:
    获取目标用户的头像信息;
    根据所述目标用户的头像信息和预设的获取策略集合,获取所述目标用户的用户信息;所述预设的获取策略集合包括至少一个获取策略;每个所述获取策略用于指示获取所 述目标用户的用户信息的方式。
  22. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:接收器、发送器、处理器以及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述接收器被配置为:接收第一终端设备发送的目标用户的头像信息;
    所述处理器被配置为:根据所述目标用户的头像信息查询服务器中是否包括所述目标用户的用户信息;其中,所述用户信息包括:所述用户的头像信息和所述用户的介绍信息;
    所述发送器被配置为:在所述服务器中包括所述目标用户的用户信息时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第一响应信息;其中,所述第一响应信息中包括:所述目标用户的用户信息。
  23. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备为第二终端设备,所述终端设备包括:接收器、发送器、处理器以及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述接收器被配置为:接收第一终端设备广播的目标用户的头像信息;
    所述处理器被配置为:根据所述目标用户的头像信息和第二终端设备中存储的头像信息,判断所述第二终端设备是否为所述目标用户对应的目标终端设备;
    所述发送器被配置为:在所述第二终端设备为所述目标终端设备时,则向所述第一终端设备发送第三响应信息;其中,所述第三响应信息中包括:所述目标终端设备本地存储的用户信息;所述用户信息包括:所述目标用户的头像信息和所述目标用户的介绍信息。
