化学蓄熱装置は、反応媒体との化学反応により発熱しかつ吸熱により反応媒体を脱離する蓄熱材と、蓄熱材を内部に収容するとともに加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置された反応器と、反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、反応器と貯蔵器とを連通し、反応器と貯蔵器との間で反応媒体を流通させる接続管と、を備え、反応器は、蓄熱材を収容する複数の蓄熱材収容部と、蓄熱材収容部に隣接して設けられ、加熱対象流体と蓄熱材収容部の蓄熱材との間で熱交換を行う複数の熱交換部と、を備え、蓄熱材収容部と熱交換部とが、交互に積層されており、複数の熱交換部の各々は、隣接する蓄熱材収容部に熱的に接続されるとともに加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィンを備え、加熱対象流体が流通する流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低い。

Description

化学蓄熱装置
 本発明は、化学蓄熱装置に関する。
 従来の化学蓄熱装置として、特許文献1に示されるものが知られている。特許文献1に示される化学蓄熱装置は、反応媒体との化学反応により発熱しかつ吸熱により反応媒体を脱離する蓄熱材を内部に収容する反応器と、反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、を備えている。また、反応器は、蓄熱材が収容された複数の蓄熱材収容部と、加熱対象となる流体(以下、加熱対象流体)と蓄熱材との間で熱交換を行う複数の熱交換部と、を備えており、複数の蓄熱材収容部と複数の熱交換部とが、交互に積層されている。これにより、反応器の熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体と当該熱交換部に隣接する蓄熱材収容部に収容された蓄熱材との間で熱交換が行われる。

 ここで、上述の化学蓄熱装置のように、加熱対象流体が流れる流路配管(流路)に熱交換部と蓄熱材収容部とが積層配置された反応器を設置する場合、反応器における各熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体の流量は、流路配管の中心からの位置により異なる。すなわち、流路配管の中心に近い位置に配置される熱交換部に対しては加熱対象流体が流れやすいが、流路配管の中心から遠い位置、例えば、流路配管の周縁部に近い位置に配置される熱交換部に対しては加熱対象流体が流れにくくなっている。従って、1つの反応器であっても熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体の流量が位置によって不均一になるという問題が生じる。このように、加熱対象流体の流量が不均一となる場合、蓄熱材の反応の進行度合いが位置によって不均一になり、所望の加熱が行われなくなってしまう。
 本発明は、複数の熱交換部を備える反応器において、各熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体の流量のバラつきを低減できる化学蓄熱装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明の一側面に係る化学蓄熱装置は、反応媒体との化学反応により発熱しかつ吸熱により反応媒体を脱離する蓄熱材と、蓄熱材を内部に収容するとともに加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置された反応器と、反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、反応器と貯蔵器とを連通し、反応器と貯蔵器との間で反応媒体を流通させる接続管と、を備え、反応器は、蓄熱材を収容する複数の蓄熱材収容部と、蓄熱材収容部に隣接して設けられ、加熱対象流体と蓄熱材収容部の蓄熱材との間で熱交換を行う複数の熱交換部と、を備え、蓄熱材収容部と熱交換部とが、交互に積層されており、複数の熱交換部の各々は、隣接する蓄熱材収容部に熱的に接続されるとともに加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィンを備え、加熱対象流体が流通する流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低い。
 本発明の一側面に係る化学蓄熱装置では、反応器において、蓄熱材収容部と熱交換部とが、交互に積層されている。また、熱交換部は、隣接する蓄熱材収容部に熱的に接続されるとともに加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィンを備える。従って、熱交換部を通過する加熱対象流体は、フィンを介して蓄熱材収容部の蓄熱材と熱交換を行うことができる。反応器は、加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置されている。このような熱交換部では、加熱対象流体が流通する流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低い。従って、流路の中心に近い位置に比して加熱対象流体が向かい難い位置である遠い位置では、近い位置に比して加熱対象流体が流れ易くなっている。これによって、流路の中心から遠い位置における加熱対象流体の流れ易さを向上し、当該位置での加熱対象流体の流量を増加できる。以上により、複数の熱交換部を備える反応器において、各熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体の流量のバラつきを低減できる。
 本発明の他の側面に係る化学蓄熱装置において、フィンのピッチは、流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が粗くてよい。フィンのピッチを粗くするほど流通抵抗を低くし、ピッチを密にするほど流通抵抗を高めることができる。従って、流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方の流通抵抗を低くできる。
 本発明の他の側面に係る化学蓄熱装置において、フィンの高さは、流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が高くてよい。フィンの高さを高くするほど流通抵抗を低くし、高さを低くするほど流通抵抗を高くすることができる。従って、流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方の流通抵抗を低くできる。
 本発明の他の側面に係る化学蓄熱装置において、熱交換部は、蓄熱材収容部と熱交換部とを積層する積層方向において、流路の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされてよい。これにより、積層方向における加熱対象流体の流量の均一性を向上できる。
 本発明の他の側面に係る化学蓄熱装置において、熱交換部は、熱交換部が広がる幅方向において、流路の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされていてよい。これにより、幅方向における加熱対象流体の流量の均一性を向上できる。
 本発明の他の側面に係る化学蓄熱装置において、反応器は、複数の熱交換部へ加熱対象流体を分配する分配空間を備えてよい。これによって、それぞれの熱交換部へ加熱対象流体を分配できる。
 本発明によれば、複数の熱交換部を備える反応器において、各熱交換部を流れる加熱対象流体の流量のバラつきを低減できる。

 以下、本発明を実施するための形態について、添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。なお、同一又は同等の要素については同一の符号を付し、説明が重複する場合にはその説明を省略する。
 まず、図1を参照して、化学蓄熱装置1の詳細な構成について説明する。化学蓄熱装置1は、可逆的な化学反応を利用して、外部エネルギレスで加熱対象を加熱(暖機)する装置である。具体的には、化学蓄熱装置1は、加熱対象から供給される熱により蓄熱材から脱離する反応媒体を蓄えておき、その蓄えられた反応媒体を必要なときに蓄熱材に供給することで、蓄熱材と反応媒体とを化学反応させて化学反応時の反応熱(放熱)を利用して加熱対象を暖める装置である。即ち、化学蓄熱装置1は、可逆的な化学反応を利用して、加熱対象からの熱を蓄えるとともに、加熱対象に熱を供給する装置である。加熱対象(以下の説明では「加熱対象流体」と称する)として、排気ガス、エンジンオイル、冷却水等が適用される。また、本実施形態では、反応媒体としてアンモニアが例示されているが、水蒸気であってもよい。
 化学蓄熱装置1は、熱交換部付き反応器2と、貯蔵器3と、接続管L1と、バルブ4とを備えている。熱交換部付き反応器2は、ヒータとして機能し、熱交換部を介して加熱対象流体を加熱する。熱交換部付き反応器2は、加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置されている。本実施形態では、熱交換部付き反応器2には、上流側に入口流路(流路)L2が接続され、下流側に出口流路(流路)L3が接続されている。入口流路L2から流入して昇温された加熱対象流体は、出口流路L3を介して下流側へ流れる。
 熱交換部付き反応器2は、複数の熱交換部10及び複数の蓄熱材21を収容する蓄熱材収容部が積層された積層部26(詳細な構成は後述)と、積層部26の各熱交換部10へ加熱対象流体を分配する分配空間23と、積層部26の各熱交換部からの加熱対象流体を集約する集約空間24と、を備える。本実施形態では、入口流路L2は、分配空間23に対して積層方向及び幅方向における略中央位置に接続される。なお、「積層方向」とは、積層部26において熱交換部10及び蓄熱材21を収容する蓄熱材収容部が積層される方向である。「幅方向」とは、積層部26において熱交換部10が延びる方向である。入口流路L2から供給された加熱対象流体は分配空間23において積層方向及び幅方向へ拡散した状態で、積層部26の各熱交換部10へ入り込む。出口流路L3は、集約空間24に対して積層方向及び幅方向の略中央位置に設けられる。積層部26の各熱交換部10から排出された加熱対象流体は、集約空間24内へ供給され、当該空間内で合流して、出口流路L3から排出される。
 貯蔵器3は、吸着材3aを有している。吸着材3aは、アンモニアを物理吸着により保持し、かつ、圧力に応じてアンモニアを脱離(分離)する。吸着材3aとしては、例えば、活性炭が用いられる。貯蔵器3では、暖機時にアンモニアを吸着材3aから脱離させて熱交換部付き反応器2(蓄熱材21)に供給するとともに、暖機終了後には蓄熱材21から脱離したアンモニアを吸着材3aに物理吸着させることで回収する。なお、吸着材3aとしては、活性炭に限られず、例えば、メソポーラスシリカ、メソポーラスカーボン、メソポーラスアルミナなどのメソ孔を有するメソポーラス材、または、ゼオライト、シリカゲルを用いてもよい。
 接続管L1は、熱交換部付き反応器2と貯蔵器3とを接続する管である。接続管L1は、熱交換部付き反応器2と貯蔵器3との間でアンモニアを流通させる流路となる。接続管L1の熱交換部付き反応器2側の一端部は、積層部26に対して接続されている。バルブ4は、熱交換部付き反応器2と貯蔵器3との間のアンモニアの流路を開閉するバルブである。バルブ4は、接続管L1の途中に配設されている。バルブ4が開かれると、接続管L1を介して熱交換部付き反応器2と貯蔵器3とが連通し、アンモニアの移動が可能となる。バルブ4の開閉制御は、化学蓄熱装置1の専用のコントローラ、あるいは化学蓄熱装置1の適用先の装置を制御するECU[Electronic Control Unit]などで行われる。バルブ4は、例えば、電磁式のノーマリクローズのバルブであり、電圧印加時に開く。
 この化学蓄熱装置1では、入口流路L2の加熱対象流体の温度が所定温度(触媒の活性温度に基づいて設定された温度)より低いときに、ECUなどによる制御によりバルブ4が開かれる。これにより、アンモニアが充填された圧力の高い貯蔵器3と貯蔵器3よりも圧力の低い熱交換部付き反応器2とが連通されることになり、貯蔵器3の吸着材3aからアンモニアが脱離する。吸着材3aから脱離したアンモニアは、接続管L1内を流れて熱交換部付き反応器2側に移動し、熱交換部付き反応器2内に供給される。熱交換部付き反応器2では、供給されたアンモニアと各蓄熱材21とがそれぞれ化学反応し、熱を発生させる(発熱反応)。このとき、下記の反応式(A)の左辺から右辺への反応が起きる。なお、下記の反応式のMは、蓄熱材21の材質である。「M」は、アルカリ金属、Mg、Ca、Srなどのアルカリ土類金属、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Znなどの遷移金属、アルミニウム、及び前記金属の組み合わせから選択された1つ以上のカチオンである。「X」は、フッ化物イオン、塩化物イオン、臭化物イオン、ヨウ化物イオン、硝酸イオン、チオシアン酸イオン、硫酸イオン、モリブデン酸イオン、及びリン酸イオンから選択された1つ以上のアニオンである。「X」は、例えば、Cl、Br、Iなどであってよい。「a」は、塩分子1つあたりのカチオンの数である。「z」は、塩分子1つあたりのアニオンの数である。

 この各蓄熱材21で発生した熱は、各熱交換部10に伝導される。各熱交換部10では、蓄熱材21からの熱が加熱対象流体に与えられる。即ち、熱交換部10は、蓄熱材21と加熱対象流体との間で熱交換する。これにより、加熱対象流体が、昇温する。この化学蓄熱装置1により昇温された加熱対象流体が出口流路L3を介して下流側の装置等へ流れる。
 暖機終了後、ある程度継続すると、循環系の加熱対象流体の温度が高くなる。この温度が高くなった加熱対象流体の熱(排熱)は、各熱交換部10に伝導される。加熱対象流体の熱により加熱された各熱交換部10によって、蓄熱材21が加熱される。即ち、熱交換部10は、加熱対象流体と蓄熱材21との間で熱交換する。このとき、アンモニアを化学吸着している蓄熱材21は、加熱対象流体の熱を吸熱してアンモニアを脱離する。これにより、熱交換部付き反応器2内では、アンモニアが発生する(再生反応)。このとき、上記の反応式(A)の右辺から左辺への反応が起きる。この再生反応に伴い、ECUなどによる制御により、バルブ4が開かれる。これにより、熱交換部付き反応器2内で発生したアンモニアは、接続管L1内を流れて貯蔵器3側に移動し、貯蔵器3に回収される。貯蔵器3では、吸着材3aでアンモニアを吸着して貯蔵する。
 次に、図2を参照して、熱交換部付き反応器2の構成について詳細に説明する。
 図2に示すように、積層部26は、複数の熱交換部10と複数個の蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ(蓄熱材収容部)22とを交互に積層することによって構成されている。また、各層において、熱交換部10及び蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ22は、積層方向D1及び加熱対象流体の流通方向に垂直な幅方向D2に沿って広がっている。本実施形態では、積層部26の積層方向D1における両端部(積層方向の最外部)には、熱交換部10が配置されている。また、両端部の熱交換部10の積層方向D1外側の端部は、カバー部材6,7によってそれぞれ塞がれている。なお、図2に示す例においては、積層方向D1における最も紙面上側に配置される熱交換部10を「熱交換部10A」と称する場合があり、当該熱交換部10Aに対して積層方向D1における一段下側に配置される熱交換部10を「熱交換部10B」と称する場合がある。また、積層方向D1における最も紙面下側に配置される熱交換部10を「熱交換部10D」と称する場合があり、当該熱交換部10Dに対して積層方向における一段上側に配置される熱交換部10を「熱交換部10C」と称する場合がある。なお、図2においては、熱交換部10Bと熱交換部10Cとの間に存在する熱交換部10は省略されている。熱交換部10の積層数は特に限定されない。熱交換部10は4層以上でもよく、4層でもよく、3層であってもよい。なお、説明の便宜上、図面の紙面の向きに応じて「上」「下」の語を用いているが、実際の使用時においては、上下方向が限定されるものではない。
 熱交換部10は、加熱対象流体を流通させる熱交換用流路12内に、所定のピッチ及び高さで断面波形状のフィン11を配置することによって構成される。これにより、熱交換部10は、隣接するチューブ22に熱的に接続されるとともに加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィンを備える。熱交換用流路12は、互いに積層方向D1に平行に対向する上壁面及び下壁面との間に形成される。熱交換用流路12は、上流側の端部が分配空間23内に開口しており、下流側の端部が集約空間24内に開口している(図1参照)。
 フィン11は、排気ガスと蓄熱材21との熱交換を促進するための部材である。フィン11は、ステンレス鋼、アルミ等の金属によって構成される金属製の部材である。フィン11の断面形状は、一定のパターンで幅方向D2へ向かって広がる波形をなしている。また、本実施形態では、フィン11は、角形状の波形状をなしている。具体的には、フィン11は、熱交換用流路12の下側の内壁面に沿って幅方向D2に真っ直ぐ延びる第1の部分11aと、部分11aの幅方向D2における端部から積層方向D1における上側へ真っ直ぐに延びる第2の部分11bと、第2の部分11bの上端部から熱交換用流路12の上側の内壁面に沿って幅方向D2に真っ直ぐに延びる第3の部分11cと、第3の部分11cの幅方向D2における端部から積層方向D1における下側へ真っ直ぐに延びる第4の部分11dと、を備えている。フィン11は、このような部分11a,11b,11c,11dのパターンが幅方向D2に沿って連続している。このとき、第2の部分11bの中立軸と第4の部分11dの中立軸との間の幅方向D2における距離が波形状の「ピッチ」に該当する。また、第1の部分11aの中立軸と第3の部分11cの中立軸との間の積層方向D1における距離が波形状の「高さ」に該当する。なお、フィン11は、加熱対象流体が流れる方向に対しては、一定な断面形状で延びている。フィン11の上流側の端部は、熱交換用流路12の上流側の端部まで延びており、フィン11の下流側の端部は熱交換用流路12の下流側の端部まで延びている。ただし、フィン11の端部の位置は特に限定されず、熱交換用流路12の上流及び下流側の端部よりも熱交換用流路12の内側に配置されていてもよい。フィン11は、熱交換用流路12を構成する壁面に対して、溶接又はろう付けなどにより接合されている。
 蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ22は、積層部26の積層方向D1に隣り合う熱交換部10と熱交換部10との間に配置されている。なお、蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ22は、積層方向の端部に配置されていてもよい。蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ22の幅方向D2の各長さは、熱交換部10と同じであってよい。蓄熱材21は、例えば、ペレット状にプレス成型されたプレス成型体である。チューブ22に収容された蓄熱材21は、扁平な略直方体形状であってよい。蓄熱材21は、反応媒体としてのアンモニアを供給すると、アンモニアと化学反応(化学吸着)して発熱する。また、アンモニアが化学吸着された蓄熱材21は、高温となった加熱対象流体により熱交換部10を介して加熱されると、その熱を吸熱してアンモニアを脱離する。蓄熱材21としては、反応式(A)で説明したように、組成式Mで表されるハロゲン化合物が用いられる。なお、蓄熱材21には、熱伝導性を向上させる添加物が混合されていてもよい。添加物としては、例えば、カーボンファイバ、カーボンビーズ、SiCビーズ、金属ビーズ、高分子ビーズ、高分子ファイバである。金属ビーズの金属材料としては、例えば、Cu、Ag、Ni、Ci-Cr、Al、Fe、ステンレス鋼である。
 次に、各熱交換部10におけるフィン11の態様について説明する。フィン11が配置された熱交換用流路12は、入口流路(加熱対象流体が流通する流路)L2の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされている。熱交換部10の流通抵抗とは、加熱対象流体が熱交換部10の熱交換用流路12を流通する際の流れ易さの度合いを示しており、流通抵抗が高いほど加熱対象流体が流れにくく、流通抵抗が低いほど加熱対象流体が流れやすいことを示している。熱交換部10の流通抵抗は、フィン11のピッチを変更することによって調整されてよく、または、フィン11の高さを変更することによって調整されてもよく、あるいは両方を変更することによって調整されてもよい。本実施形態においては、フィン11の高さは各熱交換部10において等しく、フィン11のピッチを変更することで流体抵抗が調整されている。また、本実施形態では、フィン11が配置された熱交換用流路12は、積層方向D1において、入口流路L2から近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされている。
 具体的には、図2において仮想線で示すように、入口流路L2が積層部26に対し、積層方向D1及び幅方向D2における略中央位置に接続されている場合(二点鎖線で入口流路L2の位置を表示している)、入口流路L2の中心に近い熱交換部10Bに比して、遠い位置の熱交換部10Aの方が流通抵抗が低くされている。具体的には、熱交換部10Aのフィン11Aは、熱交換部10Bのフィン11Bよりもピッチが大きい。また、入口流路L2の中心に近い熱交換部10Cに比して、遠い位置の熱交換部10Dの方が流通抵抗が低くされている。具体的には、熱交換部10Dのフィン11Dは、熱交換部10Cのフィン11Cよりもピッチが大きい。なお、設計時においては、中央側のフィンのピッチを既存のフィンのピッチより密となるように設定してもよく、外側のフィンのピッチを既存のフィンのピッチより粗くなるように設定してもよい。
 次に、本実施形態に係る化学蓄熱装置1の作用・効果について説明する。
 本実施形態に係る化学蓄熱装置1では、反応器2において、複数のチューブ22と複数の熱交換部10とが、交互に積層されている。また、熱交換部10は、隣接するチューブ22に熱的に接続されるとともに加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィン11を備える。従って、熱交換部10を通過する加熱対象流体は、フィン11を介してチューブ22に収容された蓄熱材21と熱交換を行うことができる。反応器2は、加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置されている。ここでは、反応器2は、複数の熱交換部10へ加熱対象流体を供給する入口流路L2に接続されている。このような熱交換部10では、加熱対象流体が流通する流路である入口流路L2の中心に近い位置(具体的には、図2に示す熱交換部10B,10C)に比して遠い位置(熱交換部10A,10D)の方が流通抵抗が低い。従って、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して加熱対象流体が向かい難い位置である遠い位置(熱交換部10A,10D)では、近い位置(熱交換部10B,10C)に比して加熱対象流体が流れ易くなっている。これによって、入口流路L2の中心から遠い位置における加熱対象流体の流れ易さを向上し、当該位置での加熱対象流体の流量を増加できる。以上により、複数の熱交換部10を備える反応器2において、各熱交換部10を流れる加熱対象流体の流量のバラつきを低減できる。例えば、各熱交換部10に対する加熱対象流体の流量が不均一であった場合、流量の多い熱交換部10では蓄熱材21での反応が早期に完了する。その一方で、流量の少ない熱交換部10では蓄熱材21での反応に時間がかかる。従って、反応器2全体としての熱の出力に対して反応時間が長くなるという問題が生じる。
 本実施形態に係る化学蓄熱装置1において、フィン11のピッチは、流路である入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が粗い。フィン11のピッチを粗くするほど流通抵抗を低くし、ピッチを密にするほど流通抵抗を高めることができる。従って、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方の流通抵抗を低くできる。
 本実施形態に係る化学蓄熱装置1において、フィン11が配置された熱交換部10は、蓄熱材21を収容するチューブ22と熱交換部10とを積層する積層方向D1において、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされていている。これにより、積層方向D1における加熱対象流体の流量の均一性を向上できる。
 なお、積層方向D1において最も外側の熱交換部10A,10Dのフィン11A,11Dは外部に露出するカバー部材6,7と接触している。流通抵抗を低くするためにフィン11A,11Dのピッチを粗くすることで、フィン11A,11D及びカバー部材6,7を介して外部に放熱される熱量を低減することもできる。
 本実施形態に係る化学蓄熱装置1において、反応器2は、複数の熱交換部10へ加熱対象流体を分配する分配空間23を備える。これによって、それぞれの熱交換部10へ加熱対象流体を分配できる。
 本発明は、上述の実施形態に限定されるものではない。
 例えば、図3に示す反応器2を採用してもよい。図3に示す化学蓄熱装置1において、フィン31の高さは、流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が高い。フィン31の高さを高くするほど流通抵抗を低くし、高さを低くするほど流通抵抗を高くすることができる。従って、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方の流通抵抗を低くできる。具体的には、積層方向D1において、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に配置される熱交換部30B,30Cのフィン31B,31Cの高さに比して、遠い位置に配置される熱交換部30A,30Dのフィン31A,31Dの高さの方が高い。
 また、図3に示す化学蓄熱装置1において、熱交換部10は、当該熱交換部10が広がる幅方向D2において、入口流路L2の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされていている。これにより、幅方向D2における加熱対象流体の流量の均一性を向上できる。具体的には、熱交換部30A,30B,30C,30Dのフィン31A,31B,31C,31Dは、幅方向D2において、入口流路L2の中心から遠ざかるに従って、ピッチが粗くなっている。これにより、入口流路L2の中心から幅方向D2において遠い位置の流通抵抗を低くすることができる。
 また、図4に示す反応器2を採用してもよい。図4に示す化学蓄熱装置1の熱交換部40A,40B,40C,40Dでは、上述のような角形波形の形状に代えて、湾曲した波形のフィン41A,41B,41C,41Dが採用されている。
 なお、上述の実施形態では、積層方向D1において、熱交換部10の流通抵抗(すなわちフィンの態様)は、一段ずつ変更されていた。これに代えて、複数段ずつ流通抵抗を変更してもよい。例えば、積層方向D1に連続する二段分の熱交換部10の組については流通抵抗を同じにし、当該組と隣り合う他の熱交換部10の組の流通抵抗とは異なるようにしてよい。
 なお、入口流路L2及び出口流路L3の反応器2に対する取付位置は中央位置でなくともよく、積層方向D1や幅方向D2における一端側に寄った位置であってもよい。すなわち、加熱対象流体が流通する流路に反応器が配置されていれば、流路と反応器の位置や大きさ等の態様は特に限定されない。例えば、流路配管が延びており、当該流路配管の径を変えることなく、内部に反応器2を配置してもよい。
 1…化学蓄熱装置、2…反応器、3…貯蔵器、10,30,40…熱交換部、11,31,41…フィン、12…流路、21…蓄熱材、22…チューブ(蓄熱材収容部)、L1…接続管、L2…入口流路。

Claims (6)

  1.  反応媒体との化学反応により発熱しかつ吸熱により前記反応媒体を脱離する蓄熱材と、
     前記蓄熱材を内部に収容するとともに加熱対象流体が流通する流路に配置された反応器と、
     前記反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、
     前記反応器と前記貯蔵器とを連通し、前記反応器と前記貯蔵器との間で前記反応媒体を流通させる接続管と、
     を備え、
     前記反応器は、
      前記蓄熱材を収容する複数の蓄熱材収容部と、
      前記蓄熱材収容部に隣接して設けられ、前記加熱対象流体と前記蓄熱材収容部の前記蓄熱材との間で熱交換を行う複数の熱交換部と、
     を備え、
     前記蓄熱材収容部と前記熱交換部とが、交互に積層されており、
     前記複数の熱交換部の各々は、
      隣接する前記蓄熱材収容部に熱的に接続されるとともに前記加熱対象流体を流通可能な断面波形状のフィンを備え、
      前記加熱対象流体が流通する前記流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低い、化学蓄熱装置。
  2.  前記フィンのピッチは、前記流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が粗い、請求項1に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
  3.  前記フィンの高さは、前記流路の中心に近い位置に比して遠い位置の方が高い、請求項1又は2に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
  4.  前記熱交換部は、前記蓄熱材収容部と前記熱交換部とを積層する積層方向において、前記流路の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
  5.  前記熱交換部は、前記熱交換部が広がる幅方向において、前記流路の中心に近い位置に比して、遠い位置の方が流通抵抗が低くされている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
  6.  前記反応器は、前記複数の熱交換部へ前記加熱対象流体を分配する分配空間を備える、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
