Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sealed container with an inner lid. Specifically, the present invention relates to an airtight container with an inner lid that is sealed in an airtight state by attaching an inner lid to the opening of the container body.
- the sealed container with an inner lid targeted by the present invention includes a container main body, an outer lid that covers the opening of the container main body and also functions as an exterior body of the container, and an attachment / detachment for sealing the opening of the container main body in an airtight state. It has a possible inner lid.
- the inner lid has a dish-like structure in which a partition wall portion serving as a bottom surface is integrally formed inside a frame body having a flange formed at the upper end.
- the inner lid is fitted in the opening of the container main body, and when the inner lid is fitted in the opening, the outer peripheral surface of the frame body in the inner lid is in close contact with the inner surface of the opening side end of the container main body, and the flange The lower surface of the container abuts on the upper peripheral surface around the opening of the container body.
- the container main body is shallow, or the container main body is filled with liquid or gel-like contents to the vicinity of the opening
- the compression ratio of the air in the container body before and after the inner lid is attached is increased. That is, as the frame of the inner lid is inserted into the container main body, the pressure in the container main body increases, and the inner lid is urged upward by the internal pressure so that the inner lid can be easily attached to the container main body. Cannot be installed. Even if it can be mounted, the inner lid may come off due to impact or vibration because the internal pressure is still involved. Of course, if the inner lid is carefully attached while allowing air in the container body to escape, the inner lid may be securely attached. However, in this case, the inside lid cannot be easily removed because the inside of the container has a negative pressure.
- Patent Document 1 describes a compact container including an inner plate and a soft elastic material seal portion having a thin central deformation portion curved in a spherical arc shape.
- this seal body When this seal body is attached to the opening of the intermediate dish body, the central deformation portion is deformed as the internal pressure of the intermediate dish body increases, and the increased internal pressure is absorbed. That is, the central deformation part functions as a diaphragm.
- the inner lid is made into a container body by providing a bottom surface that functions as a diaphragm on a dish-shaped inner lid having a flange like the compact container described in Patent Document 1. It is considered that the increase in the internal pressure at the time of mounting in the opening is absorbed, and attachment / detachment becomes easy.
- the sealing body has a substantially disk shape, and a complex uneven structure is formed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the outer peripheral region of the central deformation portion. In addition, unevenness that engages with the uneven shape is also formed on the lower surface of the outer lid and the upper end surface of the opening periphery of the inner tray.
- the compact container includes a main body, an outer lid that opens and closes by a hinge on the main body, and an assembly ring body that is a separate object from the inner tray, and the assembly ring body engages with an engagement circumferential groove of the seal body.
- the shape of the sealing body made of a soft elastic material is maintained.
- the inner lid of an airtight container with an inner lid has a simple structure with a partition wall inside the frame with a flange, and if the partition wall functioning as a diaphragm is provided, the opening periphery of the container body is special. It is not necessary to form in a shape, and cost reduction is easy.
- the simple structure of the inner lid there is a concern that the contents may leak if the inner lid is attached to the container body under atmospheric pressure and then placed in a decompressed environment such as an altitude or an aircraft luggage compartment. Is done. Specifically, when the atmospheric pressure around the container body in a sealed state decreases, the internal pressure relatively increases, and the diaphragm tends to bend further upward.
- the flange may be the end face of the opening edge of the container body or the outside. Since it is not formed so as to engage with the inner shape of the lid, it can be said that liquid leakage is more likely to occur than the compact container described in Patent Document 1.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an airtight container with an inner lid that has a simple structure that can be manufactured at low cost and has a high function that can prevent leakage of contents even under a reduced pressure environment.
- a sealed container with an inner lid provided,
- a partition wall portion that is easily elastically deformed with respect to the frame body is formed on the inner side of the frame body having a flange at an upper end, and the outer peripheral side surface of the frame body is in a state of being attached to the container body.
- the partition wall Adhering closely to the inner surface of the container body on the open end side,
- the partition wall is formed in a dome shape protruding downward in an initial state where the inner lid is not attached to the container body, and is formed to be deformable into a dome shape protruding upward
- the outer lid has a central area formed of a dome-shaped recess inside the top surface and a peripheral area that circulates around the recess annularly, and the outer lid is mounted on the container body while the outer lid is mounted on the container.
- the central region In the closed state covering the opening of the main body, the central region faces the partition wall portion and the peripheral region abuts on the upper surface of the flange portion,
- the inner surface of the central region is formed in a shape that regulates the surface area of the partition wall in the deformed state to be equal to or less than the surface area of the partition wall in the initial state when the partition wall is deformed so as to protrude upward.
- It is set as the airtight container with an inner lid characterized by the above.
- the height difference between the peripheral edge position of the partition wall and the upper end of the central area in the closed state is not more than the height difference between the lower edge of the partition wall and the peripheral edge, and the surface area of the central area facing the partition wall Is not more than the surface area of the upper surface of the partition wall in the initial state.
- the inner lid is preferably an airtight container with an inner lid having a shape in which a peripheral edge of the partition wall portion is connected to an inner peripheral upper end of the flange portion.
- the vent is a groove extending in the radially outward direction formed in at least one of the peripheral region or the upper surface of the flange.
- the sealed container with an inner lid according to any one of the above, wherein the outer lid has a mounting mechanism that engages with an upper end surface shape of the container body inward, and closes the opening at the top surface portion.

Specifically, the initial shape of the partition wall portion 51 is a dome shape with a deep bottom as shown by the chain line in the figure, but the lower surface 56 of the partition wall portion 51 is pushed upward by the increase in the internal pressure of the container body 2. And elastically deforms.
- the bottom is elastically deformed so as to have a shallow dome shape. That is, the increase in internal pressure is absorbed by expanding the volume of the closed space 8 formed by the upper surface 7 of the contents 6 and the lower surface 56 of the partition wall 51 in the container body 2.
- the partition wall portion 51 exceeds the upper end position of the outer peripheral portion 53 and protrudes upward.
- the upper surface 57 of the partition wall portion 51 comes into contact with the inner surface 11 of the top surface portion 10.
- the height difference (hereinafter referred to as initial depth D) from the vertical position of the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall 51 to the initial lower end of the partition wall 51 is the dome-shaped center of the top surface 10 from the upper end position of the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall 51.
- the top surface height H When the difference in height to the highest point of the region 12 (hereinafter referred to as the top surface height H) is smaller, if the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container body 2 is extremely large, the upper surface of the partition wall portion 51 after deformation from the upper end position of the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51. There is a possibility that the difference in height (hereinafter referred to as deformation height h) up to the highest point of 57 exceeds the height of the same distance as the initial depth D and deforms. When the deformation height h is deformed beyond the same distance as the initial depth D, the partition wall portion 51 becomes larger than the initial surface area.
- peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51 is connected to the outer peripheral portion 53, a force in the direction of diameter reduction is applied to the flat cylindrical outer peripheral portion 53, and the outer surface 55 of the outer peripheral portion 53 and the inner surface 23 of the container body 2 May be reduced, and the contents 6 may leak due to a large pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container body 2.
- the top surface height H is the initial depth D or less (D ⁇ H), and the deformation height h is always D or less. . Therefore, the original dome-shaped partition wall portion 51 protruding downward is deformed into a dome shape protruding upward, and the upper surface 57 of the partition wall portion 51 abuts against the inner surface 11 of the top surface portion 10 and conforms to the inner surface shape of the central region 12. Even if it is deformed, stress in the diameter reducing direction is not applied to the outer peripheral portion 53. That is, if the surface area of the upper surface 57 or the lower surface 56 of the partition wall portion 51 is small before and after the deformation, the outer peripheral portion 53 is applied with force only in the diameter increasing direction.
- the outer surface 55 of the outer peripheral portion 53 tends to be in close contact with the inner surface 23 of the container body 2 as the partition wall portion 51 is deformed. Therefore, in the sealed container 1a according to the first embodiment, the structure for attaching the inner lid 5a and the inner lid 5a to the container body 2 is simple, but the leakage of the contents 6 is surely prevented even under a reduced pressure environment. can do.
- transforms into an up-down direction is provided, and the opening 24 of the container main body 2 can be easily sealed in an airtight state by the inner lid 5a, or the attached inner lid 5a can be easily removed.
- the peripheral region 13 of the top surface portion 10 of the cap 3 is the inner lid. Since it is in contact with the upper surface of the flange 52 of 5a, the dome-shaped central region 12 is sealed.
- the cap 3 in the first embodiment has a constant positional relationship with the container body 2 in the vertical direction, and the contact state between the lower surface 16 of the peripheral region 13 and the flange 52 is kept constant. .
- the cap 3 is pressed downward or the like, and the peripheral region 13 and the flange 52 are in a tight contact state, the air in the central region 12 may be difficult to escape outward.
- the cap is a screw cap.
- the contact state changes depending on the depth of screwing, and when the cap is tightened strongly, the screw cap strongly contacts and the communication path between the central region 12 and the outside air is blocked.
- the partition wall 51 is difficult to deform. For example, when the sealed container 1a is placed in a reduced pressure environment after the partition wall 51 is deformed and the cap 3 is strongly pressed downward, the space formed by the central region 12 and the partition wall 51 is negative pressure. Is maintained.
- FIG. 5 shows the structure of the sealed container cap 103 according to the second embodiment.
- FIG. 5 shows an exploded perspective view of the cap 103 as viewed from below.
- the sealed container according to the second embodiment is the same as the sealed container of the first embodiment except for a part of the structure of the top surface portion 110.
- the structure and operation of the top surface portion 110 in the second embodiment will be described below.
- the cap 103 is configured by the top surface portion 110, the body portion 31, and the mounting mechanism 4, as in the first embodiment, but the cap 103 has a dome-shaped central region 12 and A vent 111 for communicating with outside air is formed.
- a groove 111 extending from the outer peripheral side of the central region 12 in the radial outward direction and crossing the peripheral region 13 to reach the outside of the top wall 14 is formed as a vent.
- the outer side of the top wall portion 14 is the inner surface of the barrel portion 31, and communicates with the outside by a lower end opening of the barrel portion 31 and a hole 32 through which the push button 41 of the mounting mechanism 4 is led out.
- the container body may have any external shape or internal structure as long as the inner surface is in close contact with the outer surface of the outer peripheral portion in the region where the outer peripheral portion of the inner lid is inserted from the opening.
- the central region of the inner lid partition and top surface may be a dome shape and need not be part of a spherical shell.
- the cross-sectional shape of the partition wall 51 may be corrugated, such as a shape in which the vicinity of the center of the partition wall 51 protrudes upward.
- the peripheral edge 54 of the partition part 51 may be connected to the inner surface of the outer peripheral part 53 below the flange part like the inner lid 5c shown in FIG. In this example, the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51 is connected to the lower end of the outer peripheral portion 53.
- FIG. 8 is a view showing a mechanism by which the contents in the container body leak due to the shape of the inner lid 5c shown in FIG.
- the constituent members of the cap other than the top surface portion 210 are omitted.
- FIG. 8A the pressure in the container body 2 rises and the partition wall 51 protrudes upward as shown in FIG. 8B, whereas the partition wall 51 protrudes downward.
- the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51 is moved toward the lower end side of the outer peripheral portion 53 by the pressure indicated by the white arrow 101 in the figure.
- a force is applied in the direction of diameter reduction.
- the deformation speed of the partition wall 51 cannot catch up with the increase in pressure, and the force in the direction of diameter reduction cannot be ignored.
- FIG. 8C in which the inside of the circle 200 in FIG. 8B is enlarged, the lower end side of the outer peripheral portion 53 bends inward, and the outer surface 55 of the outer peripheral portion 53 and the inner surface 23 of the container body 2. The degree of adhesion decreases.
- the peripheral portion of the dome-shaped central region 12 in the top surface portion 310 is formed so as to contact the upper surface of the peripheral portion 54 of the partition wall portion 51, as in the sealed container 1 c in which a part of the cap configuration shown in FIG. 9 is omitted. If this is the case, the entire area of the upper surface 57 of the partition wall 51 abuts against the inner surface 11 of the top surface 310 when the partition wall 51 is deformed into an upwardly convex shape. (FIG. 8, reference numeral 101) is not generated. In the case where the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51 is connected to the peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 53 below the flange 52 as in the inner lid 5 c shown here, the top surface portion 310 is the peripheral portion of the central region 12.
- the thickness of the top surface portion 310 differs greatly between the central region 12 and the peripheral region 13 that abuts against the upper surface of the flange 52. Therefore, when the top surface portion 310 is manufactured as an integrally molded product by injection molding, if the molding conditions are not strictly controlled, the so-called “sinking” in which the thickness of the portion where the thickness changes is reduced, and the aesthetic appearance may be impaired. There is sex. Therefore, ideally, the peripheral edge 54 of the partition wall portion 51 is desirably connected to the outer peripheral portion 53 at the upper end position of the flange 52.
- the inner surface shape of the central region is not limited to a simple spherical shell-shaped dome shape, and a flat cylindrical dome shape that opens downward is also conceivable. Moreover, it is good also as a dome shape with an unevenness
- the partition wall is made of a very soft material, even if it is deformed to the maximum extent, the surface shape of the upper surface cannot follow the uneven shape, and generally has a dome shape. Therefore, if the surface area of the central region facing the partition wall portion is equal to or less than the initial surface area of the partition wall portion, the diameter reduction of the outer peripheral portion of the inner lid due to the action shown in FIG. 8 can be prevented. If the inner surface of the central region has a shape that crosses the inner surface of the spherical shell, the surface area of the central region facing the partition wall is the area of the lower end surface of the beam and the sphere exposed between adjacent beams. If the total surface area is equal to or less than the initial surface area of the partition wall portion, the diameter of the outer peripheral portion can be prevented from being reduced.
- the inner surface of the central region is shaped so that the surface area ratio before and after the deformation of the partition wall is 1 or less, in principle, it is difficult to generate a force to reduce the outer diameter of the inner lid.
- the central region has a flat cylindrical dome shape that opens downward, there is a difference in height between the peripheral edge of the partition wall and the peripheral edge of the central region, and the outer peripheral portion is similar to the operation shown in FIG.
- the force in the direction of reducing the diameter cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is better to deform the partition wall so that it smoothly continues from the periphery to the inner surface shape of the central region. That is, it is desirable that the partition wall and the central region have a dome shape that smoothly goes from the center of the plane toward the periphery.
- a hole communicating with the central region may be formed in the top surface portion as a vent.
- a vent when a vent is made into a hole, it can be said that it is more preferable to use a groove formed radially outward from the central region as a vent because there is a possibility that the hole is closed by hand when the cap is attached.
- the vent is not limited to the outer lid, but may be formed in the inner lid.
- a groove extending radially outward can be formed on the upper surface of the flange portion, and the groove can be used as a vent.
- vents can be formed on both the outer lid and the upper surface of the flange portion.
- the structure for engaging the cap with the container main body is not limited to the above embodiment, and for example, a screw cap method or the like is also conceivable.
- the outer lid does not need to be configured as a cylindrical cap or detachable, and may be a hinged outer lid such as a compact container.
- the difference in height between the peripheral position of the partition wall portion when the cap is closed and the upper end of the central region is equal to or lower than the difference in height between the lower end of the partition wall portion of the inner lid in the initial state and the peripheral position of the partition wall portion.
- the surface area of the central region may be equal to or less than the surface area of the upper surface of the partition wall in the initial state.
