Description

一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及新能源电动汽车辅助装置设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车。新能源汽车包括纯电动汽车、增程式电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池电动汽车、氢发动机汽车和其他新能源汽车等。纯电动汽车是一种采用单一蓄电池作为储能动力源的汽车,它利用蓄电池作为储能动力源,通过电池向电动机提供电能,驱动电动机运转,从而推动汽车行驶。然而,现有的新能源电动汽车电源检测装置上缺少有助于提供不同功能的检测控件分类安装及实现检测液过滤的装置,有些新能源电动汽车电源检测装置上缺少有助于快速安装固定检测箱及连接辅助检测元件的装置,不能满足实际情况的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置,包括检测箱、底盒、卡座和插杆,所述检测箱的上端设有过滤筒,所述过滤筒的上端安装有卡套和长螺纹套,所述长螺纹套的右端与箱体连接,所述长螺纹套与箱体之间安装有分向座。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述卡座和插杆安装在检测箱的两侧。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述长螺纹套与箱体通过螺纹相连接。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述箱体的材质为不锈钢。
现场使用时,操作人员将装置整体移动到合适位置,再将装置整体固定,即可进行新能源电动汽车电源检测控件安装工作。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过设置检测箱、底盒、过滤筒和箱体有助于提供不同功能的检测控件分类安装及实现检测液过滤,通过设置卡座、插杆、卡套、长螺纹套和分向座有助于快速安装固定检测箱及连接辅助检测元件,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

所述过滤筒5的上端安装有卡套6和长螺纹套7,卡座3、插杆4、卡套6、长螺纹套7和分向座8有助于快速安装固定检测箱及连接辅助检测元件,所述长螺纹套7的右端与箱体8连接,所述箱体8的材质为不锈钢,所述长螺纹套7与箱体8通过螺纹相连接,所述长螺纹套7与箱体8之间安装有分向座9。
现场使用时,操作人员将装置整体移动到合适位置,再将装置整体固定,即可进行新能源电动汽车电源检测控件安装工作。

  1. 一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置,其特征在于:包括检测箱(1)、底盒(2)、卡座(3)和插杆(4),所述检测箱(1)的上端设有过滤筒(5),所述过滤筒(5)的上端安装有卡套(6)和长螺纹套(7),所述长螺纹套(7)的右端与箱体(8)连接,所述长螺纹套(7)与箱体(8)之间安装有分向座(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置,其特征在于:所述卡座(3)和插杆(4)安装在检测箱(1)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源电动汽车电源检测装置,其特征在于:所述长螺纹套(7)与箱体(8)通过螺纹相连接。
