Abstract
一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将钢材坯料经过外圆打磨、热处理、酸洗、烘干、切削沟槽,分别制成加长铣刀坯料和加长刀柄坯料;2)在12.5质量份去离子水中投入3.5质量份二乙醇胺、2.5质量份聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份硼酸盐、1.7质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,搅拌混合充分,再依次加入1.3质量份硼酸、2.6质量份纤维素羟乙基醚、2.9质量份油酸酰胺,充分搅拌均匀,得研磨切削工作液;3)对铣刀坯料进行研磨切削,研磨切削过程中使用上述研磨切削液;4)行光波加热,消除热应力;5)将加工好的加长铣刀和加长刀柄焊接在一起。这种螺旋铣刀的制备方法,制备的铣刀具有较高的表面质量,使用寿命长。
Description
本发明涉及一种加长铣刀的加工工艺。
现有铣刀的制备方法,其制备的铣刀,尺寸精度、稳定性、表面质量都有待提高,使用寿命还有继续提供的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,该工艺加工的加长铣刀具有较高的表面质量和使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将钢材坯料经过外圆打磨、热处理、酸洗、烘干、切削沟槽,分别制成加长铣刀坯料和加长刀柄坯料;
2)在12.5质量份去离子水中投入3.5质量份二乙醇胺、2.5质量份聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份硼酸盐、1.7质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,搅拌混合充分,再依次加入1.3质量份硼酸、2.6质量份纤维素羟乙基醚、2.9质量份油酸酰胺,充分搅拌均匀,得研磨切削工作液;
3)对铣刀坯料进行研磨切削,研磨切削过程中使用上述研磨切削液;4)行光波加热,消除热应力;
5)将加工好的加长铣刀和加长刀柄焊接在一起。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,该工艺加工的加长铣刀具有较高的表面质量和使用寿命长。
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将钢材坯料经过外圆打磨、热处理、酸洗、烘干、切削沟槽,分别制成加长铣刀坯料和加长刀柄坯料;
2)在12.5质量份去离子水中投入3.5质量份二乙醇胺、2.5质量份聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份硼酸盐、1.7质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,搅拌混合充分,再依次加入1.3质量份硼酸、2.6质量份纤维素羟乙基醚、2.9质量份油酸酰胺,充分搅拌均匀,得研磨切削工作液;
3)对铣刀坯料进行研磨切削,研磨切削过程中使用上述研磨切削液;4)行光波加热,消除热应力;
5)将加工好的加长铣刀和加长刀柄焊接在一起。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种加长铣刀的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)将钢材坯料经过外圆打磨、热处理、酸洗、烘干、切削沟槽,分别制成加长铣刀坯料和加长刀柄坯料;2)在12.5质量份去离子水中投入3.5质量份二乙醇胺、2.5质量份聚丙烯酰胺、0.8质量份硼酸盐、1.7质量份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,搅拌混合充分,再依次加入1.3质量份硼酸、2.6质量份纤维素羟乙基醚、2.9质量份油酸酰胺,充分搅拌均匀,得研磨切削工作液;3)对铣刀坯料进行研磨切削,研磨切削过程中使用上述研磨切削液;4)行光波加热,消除热应力;5)将加工好的加长铣刀和加长刀柄焊接在一起。
