Description
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型气流预热装置。
在当今社会,电子烟作为传统香烟的替代品已逐渐发展起来;电子烟一般都是用烟油作为原料来雾化产生烟雾,其在口感上并不能替代传统香烟;而传统香烟在熏烤时不能充分熏烤,会产生过多的有害物质。通过加热装置可以对香烟进行熏烤蒸馏,可以减少有害物质的产生并达到吸食真烟的效果。
现有技术中,熏蒸香烟包含一个气流预热装置,使对进入的气流进行加热以进行下一步将热气流导入香烟进行蒸馏作用。但是现有的气流预热装置因为气流通道设计不合理,使电子烟的外壁温度过高,导致灼烫的感觉产生,给电子烟使用者带来不好的使用感觉。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型气流预热装置,旨在解决现有技术中气流预热装置气流通道不合理,导致电子烟外壁过热的问题。
为实现以上目的,提供一种新型气流预热装置,包含加热管、导流管,所述导流管下端开口上端封闭,所述加热管上下两端开口;所述导流管嵌套在所述加热管内,所述导流管的外壁设有导流装置,所述导流管下端壁上开有气流孔;所述导流管内部设置通气管,所述通气管为两端开口的空心管;所述通气管的外径小于导流管的内径,使通气管外壁与导流管内壁之间形成气流空间;所述导流管外壁的所述导流装置的最大外径小于等于加热管的内径;所述通气管从下端进气,气流经通气管顶端进入导流管内壁与通气管外壁之间的区域,再经导流管壁上的气流孔进入导流管外壁与加热管内壁形成的空间,经所述导
流装置引导气流自下而上从所述导流管的顶端流出。
进一步的,所述导流装置为螺旋状的导流叶。
进一步的,所述加热管、导流管、通气管全部为空心圆柱体结构。
进一步的,所述加热管的外壁或内部设有温度传感器。
进一步的,所述加热管为陶瓷、玻璃或金属发热体。
进一步的,所述加热管的外部还设有隔离管,所述隔离管与加热管之间设置隔热材料或者隔热装置。
进一步的,所述加热管连接加热电路,控制所述加热管的加热温度。
进一步的,还包含底座,所述底座设置在加热管、导流管、通气管的底部,并固定连接所述加热管、导流管、通气管的底部。
进一步的,所述底座下方还连接一进气管,所述进气管通过底座上的通孔连通所述通气管。
进一步的,所述导流管的长度小于或等于所述加热管的长度。
进一步的,所述加热管内位于导流管顶端的上方设置过滤网。
进一步的,所述加热管的顶端通过密封胶圈连接上托环,所述上托环采用PEEK材质。
本发明通过在加热管内壁设置双U形气流通道,使气体在预热装置内具有足够的加热时间,且由于气流通道全部处于加热管的内部,加热管外部设置隔热材料,热气流的温度不易传导到电子烟外壁,使电子烟的使用感觉更好。

以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实现过程以及实施效果进行详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种新型气流预热装置,包含加热管1、导流管2,所述加热管1和导流管2为空心圆柱体结构,所述导流管2的下端开口、上端封闭,所述加热管1上下两端开口;所述导流管2嵌套在所述加热管1内,所述导流管2的管壁长度小于或等于所述加热管1的长度,所述导流管2的长度由电子烟的产品特性决定。如图3所示,所述加热管1采用陶瓷、玻璃或金属等材质的发热体,加热管连接加热电路,并且在加热管1的外壁或内部设置温度传感器7,所述温度传感器7和加热电路共同控制所述加热管1的加热温度。
如图2和图3所示,导流管2的外壁设有导流装置,导流装置可以是螺旋状或其他样式的导流叶22,所述导流管下端壁上开有气流孔23。
进一步如图2所示,导流管2的内部设置通气管3,所述通气管3为两端开口的空心管;所述通气管3的外径小于导流管2的内径,使通气管3的外壁与导流管2的内壁之间形成气流空间;所述导流管2外壁的螺旋导流叶22的最大外径小于或等于加热管的内径,即所述导流管可以顺利塞入所示加热管内部,但是在螺旋导流叶22与加热管1内壁保留较小间隙或紧贴。
参考图2中的气流箭头流向,气流从通气管3下端进入,气流经通气管3顶端开口进入导流管2内壁与通气管3外壁之间的区域,再经导流管2下端的气流孔23进入导流管2的外壁与加热管1的内壁形成的空间,经所述螺旋状导流叶22引导气流自下而上从所述导流管的顶端流出,在此过程中,加热管1持续为所述气流加热,使所述气流从加热管顶端出去时为热气流。
为了进一步保障电子烟使用人在握持电子烟时不被加热中的电子烟烫坏,
所述加热管1的外部还设有隔离管6,所述隔离管6为不锈钢管材质,所述隔离管6与加热管1之间设置隔热材料或者隔热装置,所述隔热装置可选真空层,所述隔热材料可选耐热硅胶圈。
进一步的,还包含底座5,所述底座中心设有通孔,所述底座5设置在加热管1、导流管2、通气管3的底部,并固定连接所述加热管1、导流管2、通气管3的底部,为所述加热管1、导流管2、通气管3提供支撑作用,所述底座可以选择PEEK材质,美观且耐热。
为了进一步方便进气,所述底座5下方还连接一进气管4,所述进气管4通过底座上的通孔连通所述通气管3,气流从进气管4进入,经过底座上的通孔进入所述通气管3,然后经通气管3由下往上流通。
进一步的,为避免电子烟上方设置的香烟产生的渣滓漏到下方预热装置中,所述加热管1内位于导流管2顶端的上方设置过滤网8,所述加热管1的顶端通过密封胶圈连接上托环9,所述上托环采用PEEK材质。

- 一种新型气流预热装置,包含加热管、导流管,所述导流管下端开口上端封闭,所述加热管上下两端开口;所述导流管嵌套在所述加热管内,所述导流管的外壁设有的导流装置,所述导流管下端壁上开有气流孔;所述导流管内部设置通气管,所述通气管为两端开口的空心管;所述通气管的外径小于导流管的内径,使通气管外壁与导流管内壁之间形成气流空间;所述导流管外壁的所述导流装置的最大外径小于等于加热管的内径;所述通气管从下端进气,气流经通气管顶端进入导流管内壁与通气管外壁之间的区域,再经导流管壁上的气流孔进入导流管外壁与加热管内壁形成的空间,经所述导流装置引导气流自下而上从所述导流管的顶端流出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述导流装置为螺旋状的导流叶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管、导流管、通气管全部为空心圆柱体结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管的外壁或内部设有温度传感器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管为陶瓷、玻璃或金属发热体。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管的外部还设有隔离管,所述隔离管与加热管之间设置隔热材料或者隔热装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管连接加热电路,控制所述加热管的加热温度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:还包含底座,所述底座设置在加热管、导流管、通气管的底部,并固定连接所述加热管、导流管、通气管的底部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述底座下方还连 接一进气管,所述进气管通过底座上的通孔连通所述通气管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述导流管的长度小于或等于所述加热管的长度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型气流预热装置,其特征在于:所述加热管内位于导流管顶端的上方设置过滤网。
