Description

一种气流加热组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种气流加热组件。
背景技术
在烟草、中药材或其它香料使用领域,均需要一个加热设备才能完成烟雾、香味散发的功能变化。在抽吸加热设备中,例如烟具领域,通常是使用一种持续不断加热方式;即没有抽吸动作时,加热设备仍然对加热物体进行工作,消耗被加热原料。类似:香烟被点燃后,虽没有抽吸动作,卷烟会自动燃烧,不停地消耗原料;造成不必要的原料浪费。
申请人已于2015年度分别申请了:“一种气流预热装置”申请专利号:201510233789.X;“一种新型气流预热装置”申请专利号:201510934148.7两种关于气流预热的发明专利。这两个专利技术均是在前端部分使用了气流预热原理,再加后段的直接传导加热,两者相互结合,共同完成对加热体(原料)的烘烤。虽解决了加热速慢问题,但起不到节省原料作用;不够人性化。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种气流加热组件,以解决现有用于烟草、香料等加热的加热类产品存在的不能节约原料、不够人性化的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种气流加热组件,包含加热装置、容器,所述加热装置用于加热流经的空气产生热气流;所述容器用于容纳原料;所述容器设置于加热装置的上方,所述容器的底部设有气孔与加热装置保持气流连通;所述加热装置包含外加热 管和内加热棒,所述内加热棒设置在所述外加热管的内腔,所述内加热棒的外壁和外加热管的内壁之间形成气流的加热空间;所述加热装置的底部进气在所述加热空间内受外加热管和内加热棒的加热形成热气流上升进入所述容器,对容器内的原料进行加热。
进一步的,所述容器与加热装置可拆卸式连接。
进一步的,还包含一耐高温螺旋导流槽,所述耐高温螺旋导流槽套设在内加热棒的外周并设置于外加热管内。
进一步的,所述螺旋导流槽为弹簧。

本发明实施例的气流加热组件,利用内、外发热体对经过的气流进行加热,对容器没有任何传导加热的情况下,只有当有抽吸动作产生负压作用时,才会拉动加热气流对容器内原料进行烘烤熏蒸加热;当没有负压作用时,气流能量立即停止对容器内原料烘烤熏蒸加热。从而最大程度起到了加热速度快,又节省原料的目的。

一种气流加热组件,如图1所示,包含加热装置10、所述加热装置10用于加热流经的空气产生热气流;容器20,用于容纳原料,通常采用具有良好隔热能力的玻璃等材质,或者在容器外壁设置隔热结构或隔热材料。所述容器20设置于加热装置10的上方,本发明中,优选所述容器20于加热装置10为可拆卸式连接,方便更换部件或者维修。如图1所示,所述容器20与加热装置10通过连接装置螺纹连接,所述连接装置为图1所示的螺纹连接座4。所述容器的底部设有气孔与加热装置保持气流连通。
具体来说,如图1所示,所述加热装置10包含外加热管1和内加热棒2,所述内加热棒2设置在所述外加热管1的内腔,所述内加热棒2的外壁和外加热管1的内壁之间形成气流的加热空间;所述加热装置10的底部在负压作用下进入冷空气,冷空气进入所述加热空间内,在外加热管1和内加热棒2同时发热的情况下冷空气迅速被加热形成热气流,所述热气流上升经过容器20底部的气孔进入容器20的内腔,容器20内腔设置有烟草或者香料或中药等原料,容器底部设置过滤网,所述原料在热气流的作用下被雾化产生挥发形成气雾,热气流进而降温与所述气雾混合后排出。
为了使进入加热组件的冷气流能被充分加热,在所述加热空间内设置一耐 高温螺旋导流槽,所述耐高温螺旋导流槽套设在内加热棒的外周并设置于外加热管内。本实施例中,如图1所示,所述耐高温螺旋导流槽为防锈耐高温弹簧3,体积小,吸热低、圈数多,温升快,冷空气进入加热空间后,沿螺旋上升,被快速加热。
所述陶瓷管壁内包含热敏电阻丝和发热丝,所述热敏电阻丝和发热丝与陶瓷管一体成型,所述内加热棒为陶瓷棒,所述陶瓷棒内设置有热敏电阻丝和发热丝,所述热敏电阻丝和发热丝与陶瓷棒一体成型。相比较现有技术在陶瓷管壁外侧绑热敏探头的方式,将热敏电阻丝和发热丝与陶瓷管一体成型,可以使热敏电阻丝探测范围更广,发热丝对陶瓷管的加热更均匀、温度测量更可靠。而且热敏电阻丝和发热丝与陶瓷管一体成型使生产装配过程更简易、产品更节省空间、无异味。
所述发热丝和热敏电阻丝连接加热电路,所述加热电路连接电池,所述加热电路设置于PCB板上,所述热敏电阻丝探测外加热管或内加热棒的温度并反馈到加热电路,所述加热电路根据预设加热温度增加或降低加热电路对发热丝的输出功率。即当超过预设温度的上限,则加热电路降低输出功率,使外加热管或内加热棒的温度回到设置范围,当热敏电阻丝探测到外加热管或内加热棒的加热温度低于设置温度的下限时,则加热电路提升加热功率,使外加热管或内加热棒的温度回到设置范围。通过这样的智能控制,使加热装置对气流的加热温度处于预设的最佳温度范围内,从而使容器内的原料得到最适当的雾化或挥发。
为保障所述气流加热组件的气流通道的密封性,在各部件的连接部位设置密封圈,密封圈采用耐热材质,以及在所述气流加热组件上设置的塑胶类器件,也优选耐热材质,比如PEEK。
以上实现的气流加热组件,通过内加热棒、外加热管共同作用对经过其中的气流进行加热,加热速度快,在负压动作的负压作用下,热气流上升经过被加热原料,利用热气流加热实现温度传递到被加热的原料,如果负压动作停止, 则无气流上升,即不会有热气流加热原料,避免了加热一直持续造成的原料浪费的问题。
本发明的气流加热组件,可以被典型的用于电子烟、香料熏蒸器等产品。
需要说明的是,上述方法实施例中的技术特征在本装置均对应适用,这里不再重述。
