一种脚踏车座垫,结合一于脚踏车本体的座管上,该脚踏车座垫包含:一支撑座,固定于该于脚踏车本体的座管上,于两侧皆向上延伸有一支撑件;一中轴管,与支撑座的支撑件相固定结合,而该中轴管上具有一穿透孔;一连动杆,于两端上各具有至少一个的调整孔,而两端的调整孔之间更具有一开孔,该连动杆的开孔能够对应于该中轴管的穿透孔、并通过一第一连接件使该连动杆能够与中轴管连接;以及一座垫组,包含一第一座垫及一第二座垫,该第一座垫与该第二座垫之间具有一定距离,其中该第一座垫与该第二座垫相对应的边为一短边,而该第一座垫及第二座垫的短边两侧能够向外延伸为一长边,另外该第一座垫及第二座垫的底部皆具有一枢接座,该枢接座上具有一中轴容置部及一定位孔,该枢接座的中轴容置部能够分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫套于该中轴管两端上,且该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔能够分别对应于该连动杆两端的调整孔、并通过两个第二连接件分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够与该连动杆两端连接。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该支撑座的底面设置有一套管,该套管与脚踏车座管相固定结合。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该第一连接件包含有一连接组件、一螺帽及一锁固件,而该锁固件表面仅于前端处具有螺纹。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该第二连接件包含有一垫片、及一锁固件,而该锁固件表面仅于前端处具有螺纹。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该第一座垫及第二座垫接近中央处设置有一凹陷部,该凹陷部分别对应于人体的坐骨处,使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够随着左右臀部的坐骨下压而造成前后翻转。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该第一座垫及第二座垫上更能够结合一泡棉层。
一种脚踏车座垫,结合于一脚踏车本体的座管上,该脚踏车座垫包含:一底座,固定于该于脚踏车本体的座管上,而该底座表面上具有至少一个的固定孔;一支撑座,于两侧皆向上延伸有一支撑件,而两侧的支撑件上皆具有一轴孔及对应该轴孔的插入孔,且两侧的支撑件中间具有一平面,并于该平面上具有一开孔,且该支撑座的开孔能对设应于该底座表面上的任一个固定孔、并使该支撑座锁固于该底座表面上;一中轴管,用以穿过该支撑座两侧的支撑件上的轴孔,而该中轴管上具有一穿透孔,且邻近该穿透孔更具有两个对应于该支撑座的插入孔的定位孔;两个插入定位件,用以于该中轴管穿入该支撑座的轴孔后,该插入定位件能够通过该支撑座的插入孔、并插入该中轴管的定位孔内,以固定该中轴管与该支撑座之间的连接;一连动杆,于两端上各具有至少一个的调整孔,而两端的调整孔之间更具有一开孔,该连动杆的开孔能够对应于该中轴管的穿透孔、并通过一第一连接件使该连动杆能够与中轴管连接;以及一座垫组,包含一第一座垫及一第二座垫,该第一座垫与该第二座垫之间具有一定距离,其中该第一座垫与该第二座垫相对应的边为一短边,而该第一座垫及第二座垫的短边两侧能够向外延伸为一长边,另外该第一座垫及第二座垫的底部皆具有一枢接座,该枢接座上具有一中轴容置部及一定位孔,该枢接座的中轴容置部能够分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫套于该中轴管两端上,且该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔能够分别对应于该连动杆两端的调整孔、并通过两个第二连接件分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够与该连动杆两端连接。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该底座表面的固定孔两侧具有一轨道,且该支撑座底部对应于该轨道设置有一凹槽,以使该支撑座能够于该底座表面上前后移动,并使该支撑座的开孔能对设应于该底座表面上的任一个固定孔。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该中轴管上更能够形成有一与该穿透孔邻接的定位板,该定位板上具有一调整孔,该调整孔对应于该支撑件外侧面上的定位孔,并借助一垫片及一锁固件穿入该调整孔及该定位孔,使该定位板能够贴合锁固于该支撑件外侧面上,借助调整该定位板的松紧来调整该中轴管的转动角度。
于一较佳实施例中,其中能够借助调整该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔相对于该连动杆两端上不同调整孔的位置,来调整该第一座垫及第二座垫之间的距离。
于一较佳实施例中,其中该底座可于座管上翻转180度,以调整垫组前相对于把手的前、后的距离。
本发明所提供的脚踏车座垫,与其他现有技术相互比较时,其优点如下:
1. 本发明为一种能够横向乘坐且左右边分离、并随脚踩踏板同步连动的脚踏车座垫,而该左右边分离的脚踏车座垫中具有一合适宽度的中心通道,用以避免会阴处受到挤压。
2. 本发明的脚踏车座垫的长度仅约为现有跨坐式1/3,故采横向乘坐将不会压迫到骑乘者的会阴部,长时间骑乘不会疼痛不适,因此有益健康。
3. 本发明的脚踏车座垫横向加宽乘坐面积,故符合人臀部曲线的造型,并于骑乘时能够提高舒适感,因此最适合长时间和远距离骑乘。
4. 本发明的第一座垫及第二座垫能够随脚踩踏板而与踏板同步连动,使臀部与座垫间无摩擦,所以踩踏动作顺畅无阻力,且可利用连动座垫摆动身体,将身体重心加在踩踏板的脚上,如此骑乘更省力。

请参阅图2~图4,为本发明脚踏车座垫的分解结构示意图、部份结合结构示意图及完整结合结构示意图,由图中可知,该脚踏车座垫结合于一脚踏车本体1的座管11上,该脚踏车座垫包含一底座31、一支撑座32、一中轴管33、一连动杆34、一包含第一座垫35及第二座垫36的座垫组、两个插入定位件37,其中该底座31固定于该于脚踏车本体1的座管11上,而该底座31表面上具有至少一个的固定孔311,且该底座31表面上具有该支撑座32,该支撑座32于两侧皆向上延伸有一支撑件321,322,而两侧的支撑件321,322上皆具有一轴孔3211,3221及一对应并贯通入该轴孔3211,322的插入孔3213,3222,且于该支撑件321外侧面上更具有一定位孔3212,另外两侧的支撑件321,322中间具有一平面,并于该平面上具有一开孔323,且该支撑座32的开孔323能对设应于该底座31表面上的任一个固定孔311,因此能够借助一锁固件325穿入该开孔323及该固定孔311,以使该支撑座32能够锁固于该底座31表面上;
另外,该底座31表面的固定孔311两侧具有一轨道312,且该支撑座32底部对应于该轨道312设置有一凹槽324,以使该支撑座32能够于该底座31表面上前后移动,并使该支撑座32的开孔323能对应设于该底座31表面上的任一个固定孔311。
而该中轴管33上具有一穿透孔331,且邻近该穿透孔331更具有两个对应于该支撑座32的插入孔331的定位孔335,336,而该中轴管33能够用以穿过该支撑座32两侧的支撑件321,322上的轴孔3211,3221,之后,该中轴管33的定位孔335,336能够对准该支撑座32的插入孔3213,3222,以使该插入定位件37(插销件)能够通过该支撑座32的插入孔3213,3222、插入该中轴管33的定位孔335,336内,以固定该中轴管33与该支撑座32之间的连接;
而该中轴管33上更能够形成有一与该穿透孔331邻接的定位板332,其中该定位板332上具有一调整孔3321,该调整孔3321能够对应于该支撑件321外侧面上的定位孔3212,并借助一垫片333及一锁固件334穿入该调整孔3321及该定位孔3212,使该定位板332能够贴合锁固于该支撑件321外侧面上(于本实施例中,即使没有该支撑件321外侧面上的定位孔3212与该定位板332亦可进行实施);
由于该支撑座32的插入孔3213,3222的半径大于该插入定位件37的半径,因此当该插入定位件37插入固定于该中轴管33的定位孔335,336内时,由于该支撑座32的插入孔3213,3222不会卡死该插入定位件37,如此该插入定位件37能够于该支撑座32的插入孔3213,3222处微动,并带动该中轴管33亦能够微动,而该一垫片333及一锁固件334穿入该调整孔3321及该定位孔3212以进行锁固(但并非锁紧),由于该定位板33锁紧后,该中轴管33则无法微转动,故若要使该中轴管的能够微转动,则必须保持该锁固件334是进行锁入该定位孔3212、但并未锁紧。
而该连动杆34于两端上各具有至少一个的调整孔342,343,而两端的调整孔342,343之间更具有一开孔341,该连动杆34的开孔341能够对应于该中轴管33的穿透孔331,而该连动杆34与该中轴管33能够通过一第一连接件进行连接,该第一连接件包含有一连接组件344、一螺帽345及一锁固件346,其中该连接组件344一面为弧面、另一面为平面,且该锁固件346表面仅于前端处具有螺纹,因此该锁固件346前端处则能够穿过该螺帽345、连接组件344及穿透孔331,并借助转动该螺帽345,则能够使该连接组件344与该中轴管33表面紧贴,以达到该连动杆34与该中轴管33连接的目的。
而该座垫组包含一第一座垫35及一第二座垫36,该第一座垫35与该第二座垫36之间具有一定距离,其中该第一座垫35与该第二座垫36相对应的边为一短边,而该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的短边两侧皆能够向外延伸为一长边,且该第一座垫35及第二座垫36中央处具有一凹陷部352,362;
另外该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的底部皆具有一枢接座351,361,该枢接座351,361上具有一中轴容置部3511,3611、一定位部3512,3612、能够容置于该定位部3512,3612内的定位部3512,3612定位座3513,3613,该定位座3513,3613顶部为一环圈,且该定位座3513,3613底部为一螺固锁定孔,其中该枢接座351,361上更具有一开孔,该中轴容置部3511,3611的开孔用以使一锁固件3613能够穿过该定位座3513,3613顶部的环圈,并将该定位座3513,3613固定于该定位部3512,3612内;
而该中轴容置部3511,3611上的开孔能够分别使该第一座垫35及第二座垫36套于该中轴管33两端上,且该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的枢接座351,361上的定位部3512,3612定位座3513,3613的螺固锁定孔能够分别对应于该连动杆34两端的调整孔342,343,并再通过两个第二连接件分别使该第一座垫及35第二座垫36能够与该连动杆34两端连接,其中第二连接件包含有一垫片348及一锁固件347,其中该锁固件347表面仅于前端处具有螺纹,因此仅有该锁固件347前端处穿过该垫片348、并锁入该定位部3512,3612定位座3513,3613内,以达到该第一座垫及35第二座垫36分别与该连动杆34两端连接的目的;
另外更能够借助调整该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的枢接座351,361上的定位部3512,3612定位座3513,3613相对于该连动杆34两端上不同调整孔342,343的位置,由图3中可知,该调整孔342,343内的空间有一定长度,因此该锁固件347越往该调整孔342,343靠近该开孔341处锁固,则能够使该第一座垫35及第二座垫36之间的距离越短,反之则越长,而于本实施例中亦能够设置多个调整孔342,343,以更明确的能够准确调整该第一座垫35及第二座垫36之间的距离;
另外该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的宽度随每个人坐骨宽度的不同来调整,可调整范围110mm~135mm,一般男生约115mm,女生约130mm。
另外,该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的表面为塑胶材质所包覆,但该塑胶材质表面亦能够再包覆一层泡棉层(该泡棉层能够设计为可更换式),以让骑乘者能够更舒服的乘坐。
而如图5所示,该支撑座32的凹槽324能够于该底座31表面上前后移动,以调整使该支撑座32的开孔323要对应底座31表面上哪一个固定孔311,且该底座31更能够于该座管11上左右反转180度,如此则能够使该支撑座32的支撑件321,322不论于该底座31表面上哪一个固定孔311、皆能够达到更往前延伸调整的目的,借以调整与脚踏车把手间的距离。
再如图6所示,则是将本发明的脚踏车座垫结合该脚踏车本体1的座管11上,由图中可知,本发明的脚踏车座垫是一种横向乘坐且左右边分离,且能够随脚踩踏板而同步连动的自行车座垫,其中该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的凹陷部352,362分别对应于人体左右臀部的坐骨处,且长度约跨坐式座垫2的1/3,而该第一座垫35及第二座垫36之间更具有一定空间,因此当骑乘者骑乘时,将不会压迫到骑乘者的会阴部,故长时间骑乘不会疼痛不适, 有益健康;
再由图7A及图7B中可知,当该脚踏车本体1的踏板12受到踩踏时,由于该锁固件346串入该连动杆34,且于该第一连接件与该第二连接件仅有部份锁紧、部份未锁紧的情况下(而该定位板332亦是处于未锁紧情况下,该中轴管33才能够微转动),因此通过该中轴管33能够微转动的情况下,将能够适应骑乘者的重量变化而进行微调整,该连动杆34能够连动带动该第一座垫35及第二座垫36分别进行不同方向的前后翻移,且当该踏板12受到踩踏时,而骑乘者的左右臀部的坐骨则会下压于该第一座垫35及第二座垫36的凹陷部352,362上,并使该第一座垫35及第二座垫36会随着左右臀部的坐骨下压而造成前后翻动,例如第一座垫35向前下压时,与该第一座垫35连接的连动杆34一端则会向前,反之,与该第二座垫36连接的连动杆34另一端则会向后,因此会使该第二座垫36会向后翻动;
因此于陆续骑乘的过乘中,该第一座垫35及第二座垫36则能够随着左右臀部的坐骨下压而自然产生前后翻动,故该第一座垫35及第二座垫36能够随脚踩踏板12而与踏板12同步连动,并使臀部与第一座垫35及第二座垫36间无摩擦,所以踩踏动作顺畅无阻力,且可利用连动座垫来摆动身体,并将身体重心加在踩踏板12的脚上,如此骑乘更省力。
另外,如图8所示,于该连动杆34两端上更能够设置多个调整孔342,343,以更明确的能够准确调整该第一座垫35及第二座垫36之间的距离,而由图中可知,该定位部3512,3612上仅设置有一底部开孔(不需使用定位座3513,3613),用以能够与该锁固件347锁固。
另外,如图9A及图9B所示,则能够于该定位部3512,3612内的弧状凹口内置放一万向接头组件3514,3614,如图9B所示,该万向接头组件3514,3614的能够于该定位部3512,3612内的弧状凹口内转动,因此当该锁固件347锁固于该万向接头组件3514,3614另一端上时,将使该连动杆34与该第一座垫35及第二座垫36之间具有连动效果,而不会因为该锁固件347锁紧而无法连动。
请参阅图10所示,其中该支撑座32底面可延伸一套管326,该套管326与座管11直接套设固定结合,使支撑座32不具调整功能。
本发明所提供的脚踏车座垫,与其他现有技术相互比较时,其优点如下:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脚踏车座垫,结合于一脚踏车本体的座管上,其特征在于,该脚踏车座垫包含:
    一支撑座,固定于该于脚踏车本体的座管上,于两侧皆向上延伸有一支撑件;
    一中轴管,其接近中段部位与支撑座的支撑件相固定结合,而该中轴管上具有一穿透孔;
    一连动杆,于两端上各具有至少一个的调整孔,而两端的调整孔之间更具有一开孔,该连动杆的开孔能够对应于该中轴管的穿透孔、并通过一第一连接件使该连动杆能够与中轴管连接;以及
    一座垫组,包含一第一座垫及一第二座垫,该第一座垫与该第二座垫之间具有一定距离,其中该第一座垫与该第二座垫相对应的边为一短边,而该第一座垫及第二座垫的短边两侧能够向外延伸为一长边,另外该第一座垫及第二座垫的底部皆具有一枢接座,该枢接座上具有一中轴容置部及一定位孔,该枢接座的中轴容置部能够分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫套于该中轴管两端上,且该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔能够分别对应于该连动杆两端的调整孔、并通过两个第二连接件分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够与该连动杆两端连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该支撑座的底面设置有一套管,该套管与脚踏车座管相固定结合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该第一连接件包含有一连接组件、一螺帽及一锁固件,而该锁固件表面仅于前端处具有螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该第二连接件包含有一垫片、及一锁固件,而该锁固件表面仅于前端处具有螺纹。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该第一座垫及第二座垫接近中央处设置有一凹陷部,该凹陷部分别对应于人体的坐骨处,使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够随着左右臀部的坐骨下压而造成前后翻转。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该第一座垫及第二座垫上更能够结合一泡棉层。
  7. 一种脚踏车座垫,结合一于脚踏车本体的座管上,其特征在于,该脚踏车座垫包含:
    一底座,固定于该于脚踏车本体的座管上,而该底座表面上具有至少一个的固定孔;
    一支撑座,于两侧皆向上延伸有一支撑件,而两侧的支撑件上皆具有一轴孔及对应该轴孔的插入孔,且两侧的支撑件中间具有一平面,并于该平面上具有一开孔,且该支撑座的开孔能对应设于该底座表面上的任一个固定孔、并使该支撑座锁固于该底座表面上;
    一中轴管,用以穿过该支撑座两侧的支撑件上的轴孔,而该中轴管上具有一穿透孔,且邻近该穿透孔更具有两个对应于该支撑座的插入孔的定位孔;
    两个插入定位件,用以于该中轴管穿入该支撑座的轴孔后,该插入定位件能够通过该支撑座的插入孔、并插入该中轴管的定位孔内,以固定该中轴管与该支撑座之间的连接;
    一连动杆,于两端上各具有至少一个的调整孔,而两端的调整孔之间更具有一开孔,该连动杆的开孔能够对应于该中轴管的穿透孔、并通过一第一连接件使该连动杆能够与中轴管连接;以及
    一座垫组,包含一第一座垫及一第二座垫,该第一座垫与该第二座垫之间具有一定距离,其中该第一座垫与该第二座垫相对应的边为一短边,而该第一座垫及第二座垫的短边两侧能够向外延伸为一长边,另外该第一座垫及第二座垫的底部皆具有一枢接座,该枢接座上具有一中轴容置部及一定位孔,该枢接座的中轴容置部能够分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫套于该中轴管两端上,且该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔能够分别对应于该连动杆两端的调整孔、并通过两个第二连接件分别使该第一座垫及第二座垫能够与该连动杆两端连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该底座表面的固定孔两侧具有一轨道,且该支撑座底部对应于该轨道设置有一凹槽,以使该支撑座能够于该底座表面上前后移动,并使该支撑座的开孔能对应设于该底座表面上的任一个固定孔。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:该中轴管上更能够形成有一与该穿透孔邻接的定位板,该定位板上具有一调整孔,该调整孔对应于该支撑件外侧面上的定位孔,并借助一垫片及一锁固件穿入该调整孔及该定位孔,使该定位板能够贴合锁固于该支撑件外侧面上,借助调整该定位板的松紧来调整该中轴管的转动角度。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的脚踏车座垫,其特征在于:能够借助调整该第一座垫及第二座垫的枢接座上的定位孔相对于该连动杆两端上不同调整孔的位置,来调整该第一座垫及第二座垫之间的距离。
