食品包装用フィルム及び化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルム
 本発明は、食品包装用フィルム及び化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルムに関する。
 従来、食品包装用フィルムは、ホテル、レストラン等において業務用として、あるいは家庭において食品保存時、調理時等に幅広く使用されている。近年では、フィルムの破片の食品への混入を目視で見分けることを容易にするために、熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とし、銅フタロシアニン系着色剤等の着色剤を更に含有する食品包装用フィルムが提案されている(特許文献1)。
 一方、食品包装用フィルムにおいては、食品中の水分が水滴としてフィルムに付着することを防止する目的で、一般的に防曇剤が添加されている。

 本発明者らの検討によれば、青色着色剤と共に防曇剤を用いると、フィルム中で青色着色剤が均一に分散せず、フィルムの着色が不均一となってしまう場合があることが判明した。
 そこで、本発明は、青色着色剤の分散性に優れる食品包装用フィルム及び化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルムを提供することを目的とする。
 本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂と、青色着色剤と、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルと、を含有する食品包装用フィルムを提供する。
 ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの含有量は、好ましくはフィルム全量基準で0.5質量%以上である。
 熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂及びポリアミド系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であってよい。
 フィルムは、熱可塑性樹脂として、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂及びポリオレフィン系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種をフィルム全量基準で70質量%以上含有してよい。
 また、本発明は、上記の食品包装用フィルムと、食品包装用フィルムが小巻された芯材と、食品包装用フィルム及び芯材が収納された化粧箱とを備え、化粧箱には、食品包装用フィルムを切断するための刃部が設けられている、化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルムを提供する。
 本発明によれば、青色着色剤の分散性に優れる食品包装用フィルム及び化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルムを提供することができる。

 熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリ塩化ビニル等のポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂;ポリ塩化ビニリデン等のポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂;ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物等のポリオレフィン系樹脂;ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体、ポリスチレン、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレン共重合体、スチレン-アクリル酸共重合体等のポリスチレン系樹脂;ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル系樹脂;6-ナイロン、6,6-ナイロン、12-ナイロン等のポリアミド系樹脂;などであってよい。熱可塑性樹脂は、取扱い性に優れる観点から、好ましくは、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂又はポリオレフィン系樹脂であり、より好ましくは、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂又はポリエチレン系樹脂である。熱可塑性樹脂は、青色着色剤の分散性に優れる観点からは、好ましくはポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂である。
 ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂としては、フィルムの成形性、耐熱性及び流動性に優れる観点から、平均重合度700~1300のポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂が好ましい。本明細書における平均重合度は、JIS K6720-2に準じて測定された平均重合度を意味する。
 ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂は、機械特性に優れる観点から、塩化ビニルホモポリマー(ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂)であってもよく、他の特性を付与する目的から、塩化ビニルとこれに共重合可能なその他のモノマーとの共重合体であってもよい。共重合体は、グラフト共重合体、ブロック共重合体又はランダム共重合体であってよい。その他のモノマーの例としては、エチレン、プロピレン、ポリブテン等のオレフィン;酢酸ビニル、ラウリン酸ビニル等の飽和酸のビニルエステル;アクリル酸メチルエステル、メタクリル酸メチルエステル等の不飽和酸のアルキルエステル;ラウリルビニルエーテル等のアルキルビニルエーテル;マレイン酸、アクリロニトリル、スチレン、メチルスチレン、フッ化ビニリデン;などが挙げられる。ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂が共重合体である場合、共重合体における塩化ビニル単位の含有量は、モノマー単位全量基準で、10質量%以上であってよく、機械特性に優れる観点から、好ましくは30質量%以上、より好ましくは50質量%以上である。共重合体における塩化ビニル単位の含有量の上限は、特に限定されず、例えば、モノマー単位全量基準で99質量%以下であってよい。
 ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂は、例えば、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレンの三次元ポリマー等とのポリマーブレンド、アルコール等による後処理物、含塩素化合物による後処理物であってもよい。これらの場合、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂における塩化ビニル単位の含有量は、樹脂全量基準で10質量%以上であってよい。
 ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂は、塩化ビニリデンホモポリマー(ポリ塩化ビニリデン樹脂)であってもよく、例えば、塩化ビニリデンと、塩化ビニリデンと共重合可能なその他のモノマーとをモノマー単位として含む共重合体であってよい。その他のモノマーは、塩化ビニル、アクリル酸と炭素数1~8のアルコールとのアクリル酸エステル、メタクリル酸と炭素数1~8のアルコールとのメタクリル酸エステル、脂肪族カルボン酸のビニルエステル、不飽和脂肪族カルボン酸、オレフィン、ビニルエーテル等であってよい。なお、塩化ビニリデンと塩化ビニルとの共重合体は、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂に属するものとする。
 ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂における塩化ビニリデン単位の含有量は、フィルムの成形性及び耐熱性の観点から、モノマー単位全量基準で、例えば、60質量%以上、70質量%以上、又は80質量%以上であってよい。ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂における塩化ビニリデン単位の含有量の上限は、特に限定されず、例えば、モノマー単位全量基準で99質量%以下であってよい。塩化ビニリデン単位の含有量は、核磁気共鳴(NMR)装置により測定することができる。
 ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂の重量平均分子量は、例えば、40000~180000、60000~160000、又は80000~140000であってよい。ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂の重量平均分子量は、GPC法により、分子量既知のポリスチレンを標準物質として測定することができる。
 ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂の重量平均分子量測定に用いるGPC法の条件は、以下のとおりである。測定装置としてウォーターズ社製ゲルクロマトグラフAlliance GPC2000型を使用する。ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂を0.5重量%となるようにテトラヒドロフランに溶解させたものを、試料として用いる。
 カラム:東ソー株式会社製TSKgel GMHHR-H(S)HT 30cm×2、TSKgel GMH6-HTL 30cm×2
 移動相:テトラヒドロフラン
 検出器:示差屈折計
 流速:1.0mL/分
 カラム温度:20℃
 注入量:500μL
 熱可塑性樹脂がポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂又はポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂である場合、フィルムは、可塑剤を更に含有していてよい。可塑剤としては、エポキシ化アマニ油、エポキシ化大豆油、エポキシ化脂肪酸アルキルエステル等のエポキシ化油、炭素数6~10個の直鎖又は分岐アルキル基を有するアジピン酸エステル、アセチルクエン酸トリブチル、アセチル化トリエチル等のヒドロキシ多価カルボン酸エステル、セバシン酸ジノルマルブチル等の脂肪酸族二塩基酸エステル、ペンタエリスリトールエステル、ジエチレングリコールベンゾエート等のグリコールエステル、トリフェニルホスフェート、トリクレジルホスフェート等のリン酸エステル、グリセリンジアセトモノラウレート、塩素化パラフィン、ポリエステル系可塑剤などが挙げられる。これらの可塑剤は、1種単独又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられる。可塑剤の含有量は、包装される食品の種類、包装形態、包装方法等の用途に応じて、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂100質量部に対して例えば20~50質量部の範囲で適宜調整される。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、ポリエチレン系樹脂等が挙げられ、ポリエチレン系樹脂は、低密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、線状超低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、エチレン等をモノマー単位とする共重合体であってよい。具体的には、ポリエチレン系樹脂は、エチレンと、プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン等の炭素数3~10のα-オレフィン、酢酸ビニル、プロピオン酸ビニル等のビニルエステル、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル等の不飽和カルボン酸エステル、共役ジエン、非共役ジエン等の不飽和化合物;などから選ばれる1種又は2種以上との共重合体であってよい。ポリエチレン系樹脂におけるエチレン単位の含有量は、モノマー単位全量基準で50質量%以上であってよい。
 熱可塑性樹脂の含有量は、生産性に優れる観点から、フィルム全量基準で、70質量%以上又は75質量%以上であってよく、また、85質量%以下又は80質量%以下であってよい。ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂又はポリオレフィン系樹脂の含有量が上記の範囲であることが好ましく、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂又はポリエチレン系樹脂の含有量が上記の範囲であることがより好ましい。
 青色着色剤は、例えば、可視光領域(380~750nm)における最大吸収波長が600~750nmに存在する着色剤である。青色着色剤の可視光領域における最大吸収波長での吸光度は、470nmでの吸光度の好ましくは2倍以上、より好ましくは3倍以上である。具体的には、青色着色剤は、銅フタロシアニン(銅フタロシアニンブルー)、ヘキサシアノ鉄(ii)酸鉄(III)、酸化第一コバルト・酸化アルミニウム混合物、インジゴ、ウルトラマリン等であってよい。青色着色剤は、分散性の観点から、好ましくは銅フタロシアニンである。
 青色着色剤の含有量は、フィルム全量基準で、0.5質量%以上であってよく、また、2.0質量%以下であってよい。
 ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルは、下記式(1)で表される化合物である。

 式(1)中、R、R及びRは、それぞれ独立に水素原子又は脂肪酸残基(アルキルカルボニル基)を表し、かつR、R及びRの少なくとも一つは脂肪酸残基(アルキルカルボニル基)を表す。当該脂肪酸残基(アルキルカルボニル基)は、その一部が水酸基等で置換されていてもよい。nは、3以上の整数を表す。複数のRは、互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
 ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸残基の炭素数は、例えばそれぞれ独立に8~24であってよい。ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸残基は、飽和脂肪酸であっても不飽和脂肪酸であってもよい。ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸残基の飽和脂肪酸としては、例えば、カプリル酸、ペラルゴン酸、カプリン酸、ウンデシル酸、ラウリン酸、トリデシル酸、ミスチリン酸、ペンタデシル酸、パルミチン酸、マルガリン酸、ステアリン酸、ノナデシル酸、アラキジン酸、ヘンイコシル酸、ベヘン酸、トリコシル酸及びリグノセリン酸が挙げられる。ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸残基の不飽和脂肪酸としては、例えば、α-リノレン酸、ステアリドン酸、エイコサペンタエン酸、ドコサペンタエン酸、ドコサヘキサエン酸、リノール酸、γ-リノレン酸、ジホモ-γ-リノレン酸、アラキドン酸、ドコサペンタエン酸、パルミトレイン酸、バクセン酸、バウリン酸、オレイン酸、エライジン酸、エルカ酸及びネルボン酸が挙げられる。これらの飽和脂肪酸及び不飽和脂肪酸は、その一部が水酸基等で置換されていてもよい。脂肪酸の一部が水酸基で置換された化合物としては、例えばリシノール酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、イワシ酸及びエレオステアリン酸が挙げられる。
 nは、3~20の整数であってよい。ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルは、nが互いに異なる2種以上のポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの混合物であってもよい。
 ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの含有量は、青色着色剤の分散性に更に優れる観点から、フィルム全量基準で、好ましくは0.5質量%以上、より好ましくは1.0質量%以上、更に好ましくは1.5質量%以上である。ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの含有量は、フィルム全量基準で、2.5質量%以下、又は2.0質量%以下であってよい。
 フィルムは、熱可塑性樹脂、青色着色剤及びポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルに加えて、その他の成分を更に含有していてもよい。その他の成分としては、熱安定剤、光安定剤、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル以外の防曇剤、滑剤、充填剤、プレートアウト防止剤、抗酸化剤、離型剤、粘度低下剤、界面活性剤、青色着色剤以外の着色剤、蛍光剤、表面処理剤、架橋剤、加工助剤、粘着剤、帯電防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、アンチブロッキング剤等が挙げられる。
 フィルムは、熱可塑性樹脂、青色着色剤及びポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する層の一層からなっていてもよく、複数の層からなっていてもよい。フィルムが複数の層からなる場合、フィルムは、例えば第1の表面層と中間層と第2の表面層とをこの順に備えていてよい。この場合、例えば、第1及び第2の表面層は熱可塑性樹脂及びポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有し、中間層は青色着色剤を含有していてよい。フィルムは、例えば、各層間の接着性を向上させるために、酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂等を含有する接着層を更に備えていてもよく、フィルムの耐熱性を向上させるために、ポリアミド系樹脂を含有する耐熱層を更に備えていてもよい。熱可塑性樹脂がポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂である場合、フィルムは、好ましくは、熱可塑性樹脂(ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂)、青色着色剤及びポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する層の一層からなっている。
 フィルムの厚さは、食品を外気から効率良く遮断する観点から、好ましくは5μm以上、より好ましくは6μm以上であってよく、また、取扱い性に優れる観点から、好ましくは25μm以下、より好ましくは12μm以下であってよい。
 フィルムは、熱可塑性樹脂、青色着色剤及びポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する組成物を、V型ブレンダー、リボンブレンダー、ヘンシェルミキサー、スーパーミキサー等の混合機により混合し、更に必要に応じてミキシングロール、バンバリーミキサー、ニーダ等の混練機により混練することで組成物を得た後、例えば押出成形することにより製造される。具体的には、該組成物を押出機のホッパーに供給しインフレーション法、Tダイ法等で目的とするフィルムが得られる。一般に、フィルムは、作製しつつ巻き取られ、巻き取られたフィルムは、20m、50m等の所望の長さごとに更に巻き替えられ(小巻状とされ)、化粧箱に詰められることで製品とされる。すなわち、本実施形態におけるフィルムは、食品包装用小巻フィルムの形態であってもよく、化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルムの形態であってもよい。
 具体的には、図1に示すように、化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルム1は、食品包装用フィルム2と、食品包装用フィルム2が小巻された芯材3と、食品包装用フィルム2及び芯材3が収納された化粧箱4とを備え、化粧箱4には、食品包装用フィルム2を切断するための刃部5が設けられている形態であってよい。芯材3及び化粧箱4の材質は、特に限定されない。フィルム2の色を外部から認識しやすい観点から、化粧箱4の少なくとも一部は、好ましくは透明であるか、箱としての機能を損なわない程度に穴が開いている。
 フィルムが複数の層からなる場合、フィルムは、各層の構成原料を、それぞれ別々の押出機に投入して溶融押出し、インフレーション、Tダイ法等により各層を共押出して積層することにより得られる。この際、Tダイより押出した溶融物をそのまま、キャスティングロール等で急冷しながら引き取るようにしてフィルムを形成することが好ましい。
 このようにして得られたフィルムに対して、熱収縮率、自然収縮率等の軽減、幅収縮の発生の抑制などの目的に応じて、加熱ロール間での縦延伸、各種の熱固定、エージング等の熱処理を行ってもよく、防曇性、帯電防止性、粘着性等を付与、促進させる目的で、コロナ処理、熟成等の処理、印刷、コーティング等の表面処理及び表面加工などを行ってもよい。
 以上説明したフィルムは、包装した食品を外部から視認可能なフィルムである。また、フィルムは、延伸性(伸縮性ともいう)を有するフィルム(ストレッチフィルム)である。
 本実施形態に係るフィルムは、食品の仕分けに用いられる食品の仕分け用フィルムであってよい。本実施形態に係るフィルムを用いると、2種類以上の食品を食品の種類に応じて少なくとも2つのグループに仕分けることができる。すなわち、例えば、第1の食品を本実施形態に係るフィルムで包装して第1のグループに仕分け、その一方で、第2の食品を、本実施形態に係るフィルムと異なる色を有するフィルム又は無色フィルムで包装して第2のグループに仕分けることができる。
 具体的には、例えば、第1のアレルギー物質を含む第1の食品と、第2のアレルギー物質を含む第2の食品とがある場合に、第1のアレルギー物質に対してアレルギー症状を有さない人に供される食品群である第1のグループに第1の食品を仕分け、その一方で、第2のアレルギー物質に対してアレルギー症状を有さない人に供される食品群である第2のグループに第2の食品を仕分ける。上記例では、第1又は第2のアレルギー物質に対してアレルギー症状を有する人に、当該アレルギー物質を供してしまう事故の発生を抑制できる。
 以下、実施例に基づいて本発明を更に具体的に説明するが、本発明は実施例に限定されるものではない。
 表1,2に示す熱可塑性樹脂、青色着色剤、防曇剤及び各種添加剤をスーパーミキサーに投入した後、攪拌しながら材料温度を常温から130℃まで昇温し、混合した後、70℃まで冷却した時点で取り出して樹脂組成物を調製し、各樹脂組成物をTダイ(幅350mm、ギャップ0.4mm)を装着したΦ40mm単軸押出機(L/D=20)にて、樹脂温度200℃で押出し、厚み8μmのフィルムを作製した。なお、表中の数値は固形分換算の値であり、質量%を表す。

熱可塑性樹脂a2:ポリエチレン系樹脂(株式会社プライムポリマー製、「ネオゼックス0234N」)
青色着色剤b1:銅フタロシアニン(銅フタロシアニンブルー、大日精化工業株式会社製、「NX-053ブルー」)
防曇剤c1:ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(理研ビタミン株式会社製、「ポエムPR-300」、ポリグリセリンポリリシノレート、式(1)におけるnが4~6の混合物)
防曇剤c2:ジグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(理研ビタミン株式会社製、「O-71-DE」、ジグリセリンオレエート)
防曇剤c3:グリセリン脂肪酸エステル(理研ビタミン株式会社製、「XO-100」、グリセリンモノオレエート)
防曇剤c4:ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル(理研ビタミン株式会社製、「L-250A」、ソルビタンラウレート)
添加剤d1:アジピン酸ジオクチル(新日本理化株式会社製、「サンソサイザーDOA」)
添加剤d2:エポキシ化大豆油(三和合成化学株式会社製、「ケミサイザーSE-100」)
添加剤d3:Ca/Zn系安定剤(株式会社ADEKA製、「SC-308E」)
(分散性の評価)
 得られた各フィルムを20cm×20cmに切断し、試験片とした。当該試験片を目視で観察し、色むらの有無を観察することで、青色着色剤の分散性を評価した。評価基準は、以下のとおりである。なお、評価がA、B又はCであれば、分散性に優れているといえる。
A:試験片に色むらが見られない。
B:試験片の1箇所に色むらが見られる。
C:試験片の2~3箇所に色むらが見られる。
D:試験片の4箇所以上に色むらが見られる。

Claims (5)

  1.  熱可塑性樹脂と、青色着色剤と、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルと、を含有する食品包装用フィルム。
  2.  前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの含有量が、フィルム全量基準で0.5質量%以上である、請求項1に記載の食品包装用フィルム。
  3.  前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂及びポリアミド系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載の食品包装用フィルム。
  4.  前記熱可塑性樹脂として、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂及びポリオレフィン系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種をフィルム全量基準で70質量%以上含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の食品包装用フィルム。
  5.  請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の食品包装用フィルムと、前記食品包装用フィルムが小巻された芯材と、前記食品包装用フィルム及び前記芯材が収納された化粧箱とを備え、
     前記化粧箱には、前記食品包装用フィルムを切断するための刃部が設けられている、化粧箱付食品包装用小巻フィルム。
