Description

食品包裝用膜及帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜
本發明是有關於一種食品包裝用膜及帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜。
先前,食品包裝用膜於飯店、餐廳等中用作業務用膜,或於家庭中在食品保存時、烹飪時等廣泛使用。近年來,為了容易以目視辨認膜的碎片朝食品中的混入,提出有一種將熱塑性樹脂作為主成分,進而含有銅酞菁系著色劑等著色劑的食品包裝用膜(專利文獻1)。
另一方面,於食品包裝用膜中,為了防止食品中的水分以水滴的形式附著於膜上,通常添加防霧劑。 [現有技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題]根據本發明者等人的研究,判明若將藍色著色劑與防霧劑一同使用,則存在藍色著色劑於膜中未均勻地分散,膜的著色變得不均勻的情況。
因此,本發明的目的在於提供一種藍色著色劑的分散性優異的食品包裝用膜及帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜。 [解決課題之手段]
本發明提供一種食品包裝用膜,其包括:熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑、及聚甘油脂肪酸酯。
以膜總量基準計,聚甘油脂肪酸酯的含量較佳為0.5質量%以上。
熱塑性樹脂可為選自由聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂、聚烯烴系樹脂、聚苯乙烯系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂及聚醯胺系樹脂所組成的群組中的至少一種。
以膜總量基準計,膜可含有70質量%以上的選自由聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂及聚烯烴系樹脂所組成的群組中的至少一種作為熱塑性樹脂。
另外,本發明提供一種帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜,其包括所述食品包裝用膜、小卷有食品包裝用膜的芯材、以及收納有食品包裝用膜及芯材的彩箱,且於彩箱設置有用以切斷食品包裝用膜的刃部。 [發明的效果]
根據本發明,可提供一種藍色著色劑的分散性優異的食品包裝用膜及帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜。
本實施形態的膜含有熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑、及聚甘油脂肪酸酯,可適宜地用作食品包裝用膜。
熱塑性樹脂可為聚氯乙烯等聚氯乙烯系樹脂;聚偏二氯乙烯等聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂;聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物皂化物等聚烯烴系樹脂;丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物等聚苯乙烯系樹脂;聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯等聚酯系樹脂;6-尼龍、6,6-尼龍、12-尼龍等聚醯胺系樹脂等。就處理性優異的觀點而言,熱塑性樹脂較佳為聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂或聚烯烴系樹脂,更佳為聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂或聚乙烯系樹脂。就藍色著色劑的分散性優異的觀點而言,熱塑性樹脂較佳為聚氯乙烯系樹脂。
作為聚氯乙烯系樹脂,就膜的成形性、耐熱性及流動性優異的觀點而言,較佳為平均聚合度為700~1300的聚氯乙烯系樹脂。本說明書中的平均聚合度是指依據日本工業標準(Japanese Industrial Standards,JIS)K6720-2所測定的平均聚合度。
就機械特性優異的觀點而言,聚氯乙烯系樹脂可為氯乙烯均聚物(聚氯乙烯樹脂),就賦予其他特性的目的而言,可為氯乙烯與可與其進行共聚的其他單體的共聚物。共聚物可為接枝共聚物、嵌段共聚物或無規共聚物。作為其他單體的例子,可列舉:乙烯、丙烯、聚丁烯等烯烴;乙酸乙烯酯、月桂酸乙烯酯等飽和酸的乙烯酯;丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等不飽和酸的烷基酯;月桂基乙烯基醚等烷基乙烯基醚;順丁烯二酸、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯、偏二氟乙烯等。當聚氯乙烯系樹脂為共聚物時,以單體單元總量基準計,共聚物中的氯乙烯單元的含量可為10質量%以上,就機械特性優異的觀點而言,較佳為30質量%以上,更佳為50質量%以上。共聚物中的氯乙烯單元的含量的上限並無特別限定,例如以單體單元總量基準計,可為99質量%以下。
聚氯乙烯系樹脂例如可為與丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯的三維聚合物等的聚合物摻合物、利用醇等的後處理物、利用含氯化合物的後處理物。於該些情況下,以樹脂總量基準計,聚氯乙烯系樹脂中的氯乙烯單元的含量可為10質量%以上。
聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂可為偏二氯乙烯均聚物(聚偏二氯乙烯樹脂),例如可為含有偏二氯乙烯、及可與偏二氯乙烯進行共聚的其他單體作為單體單元的共聚物。其他單體可為氯乙烯、丙烯酸與碳數1~8的醇的丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸與碳數1~8的醇的甲基丙烯酸酯、脂肪族羧酸的乙烯酯、不飽和脂肪族羧酸、烯烴、乙烯基醚等。再者,將偏二氯乙烯與氯乙烯的共聚物設為屬於聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂者。
就膜的成形性及耐熱性的觀點而言,以單體單元總量基準計,聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂中的偏二氯乙烯單元的含量例如可為60質量%以上、70質量%以上、或80質量%以上。聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂中的偏二氯乙烯單元的含量的上限並無特別限定,例如以單體單元總量基準計,可為99質量%以下。偏二氯乙烯單元的含量可藉由核磁共振(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,NMR)裝置來測定。
聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂的重量平均分子量例如可為40000~180000、60000~160000、或80000~140000。聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂的重量平均分子量可藉由凝膠滲透層析(Gel Permeation Chromatography,GPC)法,將分子量已知的聚苯乙烯作為標準物質來測定。
用於聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂的重量平均分子量測定的GPC法的條件如以下所述。作為測定裝置,使用沃特斯(Waters)公司製造的凝膠層析儀阿萊昂斯(Alliance)GPC2000型。將以成為0.5 wt%(重量百分比)的方式使聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂溶解於四氫呋喃中而成者用作試樣。 管柱:東曹股份有限公司製造的TSKgel GMHHR-H(S)HT 30 cm×2、TSKgel GMH6-HTL 30 cm×2 流動相:四氫呋喃 檢測器:示差折射計 流速:1.0 mL/min 管柱溫度:20℃ 注入量:500 μL
當熱塑性樹脂為聚氯乙烯系樹脂或聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂時,膜可進而含有塑化劑。作為塑化劑,可列舉:環氧化亞麻籽油、環氧化大豆油、環氧化脂肪酸烷基酯等環氧化油,具有碳數6個~10個的直鏈烷基或分支烷基的己二酸酯、乙醯基檸檬酸三丁酯、乙醯基化三乙酯等羥基多元羧酸酯,癸二酸二正丁酯等脂肪酸族二元酸酯,季戊四醇酯、二乙二醇苯甲酸酯等二醇酯,磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯(tricresyl phosphate)等磷酸酯,甘油二乙醯單月桂酸酯,氯化石蠟,聚酯系塑化劑等。該些塑化劑可單獨使用一種、或將兩種以上組合使用。對應於被包裝的食品的種類、包裝形態、包裝方法等用途,相對於聚氯乙烯系樹脂100質量份,例如於20質量份~50質量份的範圍內適宜調整塑化劑的含量。
作為聚烯烴系樹脂,可列舉聚乙烯系樹脂等,聚乙烯系樹脂可為低密度聚乙烯、線狀低密度聚乙烯、線狀超低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、將乙烯等作為單體單元的共聚物。具體而言,聚乙烯系樹脂可為乙烯與選自丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯等碳數3~10的α-烯烴,乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯等乙烯酯,丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯等不飽和羧酸酯,共軛二烯、非共軛二烯等不飽和化合物等中的一種或兩種以上的共聚物。以單體單元總量基準計,聚乙烯系樹脂中的乙烯單元的含量可為50質量%以上。
就生產性優異的觀點而言,以膜總量基準計,熱塑性樹脂的含量可為70質量%以上或75質量%以上,另外,可為85質量%以下或80質量%以下。較佳為聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂或聚烯烴系樹脂的含量為所述範圍,更佳為聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂或聚乙烯系樹脂的含量為所述範圍。
藍色著色劑例如是於600 nm~750 nm中存在可見光區域(380 nm~750 nm)中的最大吸收波長的著色劑。藍色著色劑的可見光區域中的最大吸收波長中的吸光度為470 nm中的吸光度的較佳為2倍以上,更佳為3倍以上。具體而言,藍色著色劑可為銅酞菁(銅酞菁藍)、六氰基鐵(ii)酸鐵(III)、氧化亞鈷×氧化鋁混合物、靛藍、群青等。就分散性的觀點而言,藍色著色劑較佳為銅酞菁。
以膜總量基準計,藍色著色劑的含量可為0.5質量%以上,另外,可為2.0質量%以下。
聚甘油脂肪酸酯是由下述式(1)所表示的化合物。
式(1)中,R1 、R2 及R3 分別獨立地表示氫原子或脂肪酸殘基(烷基羰基),且R1 、R2 及R3 的至少一個表示脂肪酸殘基(烷基羰基)。該脂肪酸殘基(烷基羰基)的一部分可由羥基等取代。n表示3以上的整數。多個R2 相互可相同,亦可不同。
構成聚甘油脂肪酸酯的脂肪酸殘基的碳數例如可分別獨立地為8~24。構成聚甘油脂肪酸酯的脂肪酸殘基可為飽和脂肪酸,亦可為不飽和脂肪酸。作為構成聚甘油脂肪酸酯的脂肪酸殘基的飽和脂肪酸,例如可列舉:辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一酸、月桂酸、十三酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五酸、棕櫚酸、十七酸、硬脂酸、十九酸、花生酸、二十一酸、二十二酸、二十三酸及二十四酸。作為構成聚甘油脂肪酸酯的脂肪酸殘基的不飽和脂肪酸,例如可列舉:α-次亞麻油酸、十八碳四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳五烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸、亞麻油酸、γ-次亞麻油酸、雙同-γ-次亞麻油酸、花生油酸、二十二碳五烯酸、棕櫚油酸、異油酸、二十烯酸、油酸、反油酸、芥子酸及二十四碳烯酸。該些飽和脂肪酸及不飽和脂肪酸的一部分可由羥基等取代。作為脂肪酸的一部分經羥基取代的化合物,例如可列舉:篦麻油酸、亞麻油酸、次亞麻油酸、鰶油酸及桐酸。
n可為3~20的整數。聚甘油脂肪酸酯亦可為n互不相同的兩種以上的聚甘油脂肪酸酯的混合物。
就藍色著色劑的分散性更優異的觀點而言,以膜總量基準計,聚甘油脂肪酸酯的含量較佳為0.5質量%以上,更佳為1.0質量%以上,進而更佳為1.5質量%以上。以膜總量基準計,聚甘油脂肪酸酯的含量可為2.5質量%以下、或2.0質量%以下。
除熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑及聚甘油脂肪酸酯以外,膜可進而含有其他成分。作為其他成分,可列舉:熱穩定劑、光穩定劑、聚甘油脂肪酸酯以外的防霧劑、潤滑劑、填充劑、抗析出劑、抗氧化劑、脫模劑、黏度下降劑、界面活性劑、藍色著色劑以外的著色劑、螢光劑、表面處理劑、交聯劑、加工助劑、黏著劑、抗靜電劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗結塊劑等。
膜可包含一層含有熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑及聚甘油脂肪酸酯的層,亦可包含多層。當膜包含多層時,膜例如可依次具備第1表面層、中間層、及第2表面層。於此情況下,例如第1表面層及第2表面層可含有熱塑性樹脂及聚甘油脂肪酸酯,中間層可含有藍色著色劑。為了提昇各層間的接著性,膜例如可進而具備含有酸改質聚烯烴樹脂等的接著層,為了提昇膜的耐熱性,可進而具備含有聚醯胺系樹脂的耐熱層。當熱塑性樹脂為聚氯乙烯系樹脂時,膜較佳為包含一層含有熱塑性樹脂(聚氯乙烯系樹脂)、藍色著色劑及聚甘油脂肪酸酯的層。
就高效率地阻斷外部氣體接觸食品的觀點而言,膜的厚度較佳為5 μm以上,更佳為6 μm以上,另外,就處理性優異的觀點而言,較佳為25 μm以下,更佳為12 μm以下。
膜藉由如下方式來製造:利用V型攪拌器、帶式攪拌器、亨舍爾混合機、高速混合機等混合機將含有熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑及聚甘油脂肪酸酯的組成物混合,進而視需要利用混合輥、班布里混合機、捏合機等混練機進行混練,藉此獲得組成物後,例如進行擠出成形。具體而言,將該組成物供給至擠出機的漏斗中並利用膨脹法、T字模法等來獲得作為目標的膜。通常,膜是一面製作一面卷取,將經卷取的膜進一步重卷成20 m、50 m等各種所期望的長度(成為小卷狀),並裝入至彩箱中,藉此成為製品。即,本實施形態中的膜可為食品包裝用小卷膜的形態,亦可為帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜的形態。
具體而言,如圖1所示,帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜1可為如下的形態:具備食品包裝用膜2、小卷有食品包裝用膜2的芯材3、以及收納有食品包裝用膜2及芯材3的彩箱4,且於彩箱4設置有用以切斷食品包裝用膜2的刃部5。芯材3及彩箱4的材質並無特別限定。就容易自外部識別膜2的顏色的觀點而言,彩箱4的至少一部分較佳為透明、或以無損作為箱的功能的程度開孔。
當膜包含多層時,膜藉由如下方式來獲得:將各層的構成原料分別投入至不同的擠出機中並熔融擠出,藉由膨脹、T字模法等來將各層共擠出後進行積層。此時,較佳為直接利用鑄造輥等一面急速冷卻一面取回自T字模中擠出的熔融物而形成膜。
對應於減輕熱收縮率、自然收縮率等,抑制寬度收縮的產生等目的,可對以所述方式獲得的膜進行加熱輥間的縱向延伸、各種熱固定、老化等熱處理,為了賦予、促進防霧性、抗靜電性、黏著性等,亦可對以所述方式獲得的膜進行電暈處理,熟化等處理,印刷、塗佈等表面處理及表面加工等。
以上所說明的膜是可自外部視認經包裝的食品的膜。另外,膜為具有延伸性(亦稱為伸縮性)的膜(拉伸膜)。
本實施形態的膜可為用於食品的分類的食品的分類用膜。若使用本實施形態的膜,則可對應於食品的種類將兩種以上的食品分類成至少兩個組。即,例如可利用本實施形態的膜包裝第一種食品並分類成第1組,另一方面,利用具有與本實施形態的膜不同的顏色的膜或無色膜包裝第二種食品並分類成第2組。
具體而言,例如當存在含有第一種過敏性物質的第一種食品、及含有第二種過敏性物質的第二種食品時,將第一種食品分類成作為提供給對於第一種過敏性物質不具有過敏性症狀的人的食品群的第1組,另一方面,將第二種食品分類成作為提供給對於第二種過敏性物質不具有過敏性症狀的人的食品群的第2組。於所述例中,可抑制將該過敏性物質提供給對於第一種過敏性物質或第二種過敏性物質具有過敏性症狀的人的事故的產生。 [實施例]
以下,根據實施例來更具體地說明本發明,但本發明並不限定於實施例。
將表1、表2中所示的熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑、防霧劑及各種添加劑投入至高速混合機中後,一面進行攪拌一面將材料溫度自常溫昇溫至130℃為止,混合後,於冷卻至70℃為止的時間點取出來製備樹脂組成物,利用安裝有T字模(寬度為350 mm,間隙為0.4 mm)的f40 mm單軸擠出機(L/D=20),於樹脂溫度200℃下將各樹脂組成物擠出,而製作厚度為8 μm的膜。再者,表中的數值為固體成分換算的值,表示質量%。

(分散性的評價) 將所獲得的各膜切斷成20 cm×20 cm來作為試驗片。以目視觀察該試驗片,並觀察有無顏色不均,藉此評價藍色著色劑的分散性。評價基準如以下所述。再者,若評價為A、B或C,則可以說分散性優異。 A:於試驗片中看不到顏色不均。 B:於試驗片的1個部位看到顏色不均。 C:於試驗片的2個~3個部位看到顏色不均。 D:於試驗片的4個部位以上看到顏色不均。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種食品包裝用膜,其包括:熱塑性樹脂、藍色著色劑、及聚甘油脂肪酸酯。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的食品包裝用膜,其中以膜總量基準計,所述聚甘油脂肪酸酯的含量為0.5質量%以上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的食品包裝用膜,其中所述熱塑性樹脂為選自由聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂、聚烯烴系樹脂、聚苯乙烯系樹脂、聚酯系樹脂及聚醯胺系樹脂所組成的群組中的至少一種。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任一項所述的食品包裝用膜,其中以膜總量基準計,含有70質量%以上的選自由聚氯乙烯系樹脂、聚偏二氯乙烯系樹脂及聚烯烴系樹脂所組成的群組中的至少一種作為所述熱塑性樹脂。
  5. 一種帶彩箱的食品包裝用小卷膜,其包括如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項所述的食品包裝用膜、小卷有所述食品包裝用膜的芯材、以及收納有所述食品包裝用膜及所述芯材的彩箱,且 於所述彩箱設置有用以切斷所述食品包裝用膜的刃部。
