在上述实施例的基础上,视频通信结束方法还包括:检测用户是否点击了第二结束按钮;若用户点击了所述第二结束按钮,则向所述对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以使所述对方设备根据对方设备用户对所述用户请求断开信息的确认生成确认用户断开信息;接收所述对方设备发送的所述确认用户断开信息。
在本发明实施例中,视频通信界面中包括三个结束按钮,一个是现有技术中的关闭按键,一个是上述实施例涉及的第一结束按钮,另一个是本发明实施例涉及的第二结束按钮,本发明实施例以甲用户为主动结束视频通信的一方,甲用户的移动终端中的视频通信结束装置实时检测甲用户是否点击了该第二 结束按钮。若甲用户的移动终端中的视频通信结束装置检测到甲用户点击了第二结束按钮,则向乙用户的移动终端发送用户请求断开信息例如甲用户请求断开信息,乙用户根据甲用户请求断开信息点击确认,乙用户的移动终端根据该点击确认操作生成确认用户断开信息,并将该确认用户断开信息发送给甲用户的移动终端。
所述向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接,包括:依据所述确认用户断开信息向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
甲用户的移动终端接收到该确认用户断开信息后随即向乙用户的移动终端发送连接断开请求,以便与乙用户的移动终端断开视频通信连接。
所述向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接之后,还包括:接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求;丢弃所述连接建立请求,并向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
在甲用户的移动终端和乙用户的移动终端之间断开视频通信连接后的一端时间内,若乙用户的移动终端向甲用户的移动终端发起连接建立请求,以便与甲用户的移动终端重新建立视频通信连接时,甲用户的移动终端中的视频通信结束装置接收到该连接建立请求后选择丢弃该连接建立请求,并向乙用户的移动终端发送上述实施例中的网络故障提示信息,以使乙用户认为是网络故障问题导致了与甲用户之间的视频通信无法重新建立。
所述接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求,包括:接收所述对方设备在预设时间内发送的多个连接建立请求;所述丢弃所述连接建立请求,并向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息,包括:丢弃所述多个连接建立请求中的每一个连接建立请求,在丢弃所述连接建立请求的同时向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
在甲用户的移动终端和乙用户的移动终端之间断开视频通信连接后的一端时间内,乙用户的移动终端可能多次向甲用户的移动终端发起连接建立请求,对于每次连接建立请求,甲用户的移动终端中的视频通信结束装置均选择丢弃该连接建立请求,并向乙用户的移动终端发送上述实施例中的网络故障提示信息,以使乙用户认为是网络故障问题导致了与甲用户之间的视频通信无法重新建立。
本发明实施例通过增加又一个新的结束按钮,当用户点击该新的结束按钮后向对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以请示对方设备用户同意视频通信中断,增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性;另外,通过丢弃对方设备发送的连接建立请求,并向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息,以使对方设备用户认为是网络故障问题导致了与甲用户之间的视频通信无法重新建立,进一步增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性。
图2为本发明实施例提供的视频通信结束装置的结构图。本发明实施例提供的视频通信结束装置可以执行视频通信结束方法实施例提供的处理流程,如图2所示,视频通信结束装置20包括检测模块21和发送模块22,其中,检测模块21用于检测用户是否点击了第一结束按钮;发送模块22用于当用户点击了所述第一结束按钮时向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息;向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
本发明实施例通过增加一个新的结束按钮,当用户点击该新的结束按钮后向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息,以使对方设备用户认为是网络故障问题导致了视频通信出现中断,相比于直接点击视频通信界面中的关闭按键,同时另一方的视频通信界面中显示对方已挂断,增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性。
图3为本发明另一实施例提供的视频通信结束装置的结构图。在上述实施例的基础上,检测模块21还用于检测用户是否点击了第二结束按钮;发送模块22还用于当用户点击了所述第二结束按钮时向所述对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以使所述对方设备根据对方设备用户对所述用户请求断开信息的确认生成确认用户断开信息;视频通信结束装置20还包括接收模块23,接收模块23用于接收所述对方设备发送的所述确认用户断开信息。
发送模块22具体用于依据所述确认用户断开信息向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
接收模块23还用于接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求;丢弃所述连接建立请求;发送模块22还用于向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
接收模块23具体用于接收所述对方设备在预设时间内发送的多个连接建立请求;丢弃所述多个连接建立请求中的每一个连接建立请求;发送模块22具体用于在接收模块23丢弃所述连接建立请求的同时向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
本发明实施例提供的视频通信结束装置可以具体用于执行上述图1所提供的方法实施例,具体功能此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过增加又一个新的结束按钮,当用户点击该新的结束按钮后向对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以请示对方设备用户同意视频通信中断,增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性;另外,通过丢弃对方设备发送的连接建立请求,并向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息,以使对方设备用户认为是网络故障问题导致了与甲用户之间的视频通信无法重新建立,进一步增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过增加一个新的结束按钮,当用户点击该新的结束按钮后向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息,以使对方设备用户认为是网络故障问题导致了视频通信出现中断,相比于直接点击视频通信界面中的关闭按键,同时另一方的视频通信界面中显示对方已挂断,增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性;通过增加又一个新的结束按钮,当用户点击该新的结束按钮后向对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以请示对方设备用户同意视频通信中断,增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性;另外,通过丢弃对方设备发送的连接建立请求,并向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息,以使对方设备用户认为是网络故障问题导致了与甲用户之间的视频通信无法重新建立,进一步增加了视频通信结束方式的灵活性。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的装置的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频通信结束方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测用户是否点击了第一结束按钮;
    若用户点击了所述第一结束按钮,则向对方设备发送网络故障提示信息;
    向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测用户是否点击了第二结束按钮;
    若用户点击了所述第二结束按钮,则向所述对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以使所述对方设备根据对方设备用户对所述用户请求断开信息的确认生成确认用户断开信息;
    接收所述对方设备发送的所述确认用户断开信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接,包括:
    依据所述确认用户断开信息向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接之后,还包括:
    接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求;
    丢弃所述连接建立请求,并向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求,包括:
    接收所述对方设备在预设时间内发送的多个连接建立请求;
    所述丢弃所述连接建立请求,并向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息,包括:
    丢弃所述多个连接建立请求中的每一个连接建立请求,在丢弃所述连接建立请求的同时向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
  6. 一种视频通信结束装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测用户是否点击了第一结束按钮;
    发送模块,用于当用户点击了所述第一结束按钮时向对方设备发送网络故 障提示信息;向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的视频通信结束装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于检测用户是否点击了第二结束按钮;
    所述发送模块还用于当用户点击了所述第二结束按钮时向所述对方设备发送用户请求断开信息,以使所述对方设备根据对方设备用户对所述用户请求断开信息的确认生成确认用户断开信息;
    所述视频通信结束装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述对方设备发送的所述确认用户断开信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的视频通信结束装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于依据所述确认用户断开信息向所述对方设备发送连接断开请求,以便与所述对方设备断开视频通信连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的视频通信结束装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于接收所述对方设备发送的连接建立请求;丢弃所述连接建立请求;
    所述发送模块还用于向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的视频通信结束装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块具体用于接收所述对方设备在预设时间内发送的多个连接建立请求;丢弃所述多个连接建立请求中的每一个连接建立请求;
    所述发送模块具体用于在所述接收模块丢弃所述连接建立请求的同时向所述对方设备发送所述网络故障提示信息。
