Claims (9)
- 一种助力回复磁性接近开关,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的内腔中设有磁铁(4)、第一端子(11)和第二端子(12),第一端子(11)和第二端子(12)并列间隔设置且分别竖直穿设于壳体(1)下端板上;所述第二端子(12)的上端横向设有弹性触片(2),弹性触片(2)的活动端设于第一端子(11)的上方;其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设有助力杆(3),助力杆(3)外端与壳体(1)铰接;所述弹性触片(2)上设有弹力舌片(21),弹力舌片(21)的自由端抵设于助力杆(3)里端上;所述助力杆(3)的外端设有与其呈“L”形一体结构的限行插板(31),助力杆(3)外端上方的壳体(1)内设有与限行插板(31)配合的助力复位机构;所述磁铁(4)设于助力杆(3)与壳体(1)上端板之间且磁铁(4)与助力杆(3)一体联动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的助力回复磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述助力复位机构包括止行板(41)和助力弹片(42),止行板(41)竖直设置且固定在壳体(1)内壁上,助力弹片(42)相对间隔地设于止行板(41)的一侧且助力弹片(42)与壳体(1)配合连接;所述限行插板(31)可左右活动地穿设于止行板(41)和助力弹片(42)之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的助力回复磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述助力弹片(42)两端分别设有固定端片(43)和导向端片(44),助力弹片(42)、固定端片(43)、导向端片(44)一体连接呈“Ω”形结构设置,且助力弹片(42)的开口方向背离限行插板(31);所述壳体(1)的内壁上设有固定卡位,固定端片(43)插设于固定卡位内,所述固定卡位的下方设有伸缩卡位(45),导向端片(44)可上下活动地穿设于伸缩卡位(45)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的助力回复磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述固定卡位包括两个相对间隔设置的定位板(46),两个定位板(46)相对的内侧面上均设有齿条(47),且两个定位板(46)上的齿条(47)上下交错呈配对设置;所述固定端片(43)穿设于两个齿条(47)之间且固定端片(43)与定位板(46)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的助力回复磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述助力杆(3)活动端的上侧面上设有托盘(33),磁铁(4)设于托盘(33)和壳体(1)上端板之间,所述托盘(33)上端面设有安装口(34),磁铁(4)下端 穿设于安装口(34)内且与其为过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的助力型磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述安装口(34)底面与托盘(33)上端面之间的高度差为A,磁铁(4)的高度为H,则A:H的比值范围在0.2-1之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的助力型磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述第一端子(11)上方的壳体(1)内侧壁上设有支点(13),助力杆(3)的外端设有套环(32),且套环(32)套设于支点(13)上与其转动配合;所述限行插板(31)设于套环(32)上,且限行插板(31)、套环(32)、助力杆(3)呈“L”形的一体结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的助力型磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述第一端子(11)上端设有横向的折页(16),折页(16)上设有静触点(14),弹性触片(2)的活动端设于折页(16)上方且弹性触片(2)上设有与静触点(14)配合的动触点(22)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的助力型磁性接近开关,其特征在于:所述折页(16)与助力杆(3)之间的壳体(1)内侧壁上设有“J”形的导弧条(17),导弧条(17)横向设置且导弧条(17)的“J”形勾部与动触点(22)对应设置。
