Abstract
Description
吸収体及び該吸収体の肌対向面側に配された表面シートを有する吸収性本体と、該吸収性本体の非肌対向面側に位置して該吸収性本体を固定している外装体とを有し、前記腹側部における該外装体及び前記背側部における該外装体それぞれの縦方向に沿う両側縁部どうしが接合されてウエスト開口部及び一対のレッグ開口部が形成されているパンツ型使い捨ておむつである。
前記外装体は、前記吸収性本体から相対的に遠い側に位置する外層シートと、該吸収性本体から相対的に近い側に位置する内層シートとを含んで構成され、且つ前記腹側部及び前記背側部の少なくとも一方に、横方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮部を有している。
前記伸縮部における前記外層シートと前記内層シートとの間に、複数の胴回り弾性部材が横方向に伸長した状態で縦方向に間欠的に配されており、それら複数の胴回り弾性部材のうちの一部は、平面視において前記吸収体の縦方向端部と重なる部分を通って該縦方向端部を横方向に横断している。
前記伸縮部の前記胴回り弾性部材の収縮により、該伸縮部が横方向に収縮した外装体収縮領域が形成され、該外装体収縮領域の肌対向面側に、縦方向に延びる畝部と溝部とが横方向に交互に配された凹凸構造が形成されている。
前記外装体収縮領域における前記外層シート及び前記内層シートの少なくとも一方は、前記吸収体の縦方向端部より縦方向外方に存する前記溝部に、厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を有している。
前記表面シートの肌対向面に、着用者の肌側に向かって突出する凸部が複数形成されていると共に、横方向において隣り合う該凸部どうしの間に位置して縦方向に延びる凹部が複数形成されており、複数の該凹部の少なくとも一部は、前記外装体収縮領域の前記溝部と横方向において同位置に存している。
即ち、図4に示すように、表面シート21は、吸収性コア24の縦方向端部より縦方向Xの外方に延出する延出部21Eを有し、図2に示す如き平面視においてその延出部21Eと胴回り弾性部材5とが重なっている。より具体的には、本実施形態においては図4に示すように、表面シート21のみならず、裏面シート22及びコアラップシート25も、吸収性コア24の縦方向端部より縦方向Xの外方に延出する延出部を有している。そして、それら各シート21,22,25の延出部の延出方向先端は縦方向Xにおいて互いに同位置にあり、吸収性本体2の縦方向端2Xを形成している。また、吸収体23の縦方向端は、吸収体23の構成部材のうちで最も縦方向Xの外方に位置するコアラップシート25の縦方向端であり、これは吸収性本体2の縦方向端2Xに一致する。つまり、吸収体23における縦方向端及びその近傍(吸収性本体2における縦方向端2X及びその近傍)には、剛性の高い吸収性コア24が配されていない領域があるところ、その吸収性コア非配置領域を胴回り弾性部材5が横方向Yに横断している。斯かる構成により、吸収体23における縦方向端及びその近傍は、おむつ1の自然状態又は着用状態において胴回り弾性部材5が横方向Yに収縮したときに、同方向により一層収縮しやすくなるため、吸収体23の縦方向端部230の配置領域及びその近傍に、畝部36及び溝部37の高低差がよりはっきりした凹凸構造を有する外装体収縮領域35が形成されやすくなる。そして、そのような凹凸構造の高低差が明確な外装体収縮領域35の形成は、後述する表面シート21の肌対向面の凸部210及び凹部211からなる凹凸構造と相俟って、おむつ1の通気性の一層の向上に寄与し得る。
貫通孔33の平面視における最大長さ(貫通孔33が平面視円形状の場合は直径)は、好ましくは1mm以上、さらに好ましくは1.5mm以上、そして、好ましくは5mm以下、さらに好ましくは4mm以下である。
外装体収縮領域35における貫通孔33の単位面積当たりの数は、平面視10mm四方の正方形形状の領域の面積を基準とした場合に、好ましくは1個以上、さらに好ましくは2個以上、そして、好ましくは15個以下、さらに好ましくは12個以下である。
表面シート21の肌対向面において、横方向Yにおいて隣り合う凸部210,210それぞれの頂部(凸部において最も着用者の肌側に突出している部分)間の離間距離は、好ましくは1.5mm以上、さらに好ましくは2mm以上、そして、好ましくは5mm以下、さらに好ましくは4.5mm以下である。斯かる凸部210の頂部の横方向Yにおける離間距離は、凹部211の横方向Yの長さ即ち幅に密接に関係するものである。
凹部211の縦方向Xの長さは、好ましくは7mm以上、さらに好ましくは10mm以上、そして、好ましくは60mm以下、さらに好ましくは50mm以下である。
おむつ1の自然状態又は着用状態において、吸収性本体2の縦方向端2X位置での表面シート21の凹部211の数は、好ましくは15本以上、さらに好ましくは20本以上、そして、好ましくは50本以下、さらに好ましくは40本以下である。
腹側部1A又は背側部1Cにおいて、平面視において吸収体23と重なる部分を通って該吸収体23を横方向Yに横断する胴回り弾性部材5の数は、好ましくは1本以上、そして、好ましくは15本以下、さらに好ましくは12本以下である。
測定対象のシート(不織布)の厚み方向に沿う断面が上面となるようにセットし、シートの厚み方向へシートの最表面から厚みの1/10までの区間の繊維をランダムに複数サンプリングし、水の接触角を測定する。測定装置として、協和界面科学株式会社製の自動接触角計MCA-Jを用いる。接触角の測定には蒸留水を用いる。インクジェット方式水滴吐出部(クラスターテクノロジー社製、吐出部孔径が25μmのパルスインジェクターCTC-25)から吐出される液量を15ピコリットルに設定して、水滴を、それぞれの繊維の中央の真上に滴下する。滴下の様子を水平に設置されたカメラに接続された高速度録画装置に録画する。録画装置は後に画像解析をする観点から、高速度キャプチャー装置が組み込まれたパーソナルコンピュータが望ましい。本測定では、17msecごとに画像が録画される。録画された映像において、繊維に水滴が着滴した最初の画像を、付属ソフトFAMAS(ソフトのバージョンは2.6.2、解析手法は液滴法、解析方法はθ/2法、画像処理アルゴリズムは無反射、画像処理イメージモードはフレーム、スレッシホールドレベルは200、曲率補正はしない、とする)にて画像解析を行い、水滴の空気に触れる面と繊維とのなす角を算出し、接触角とする。繊維は、繊維長1mm程度に裁断し、該繊維を接触角計のサンプル台に載せて、水平に維持する。N=5本の接触角を小数点以下1桁まで計測し、合計10箇所の測定値を平均した値(小数点以下第1桁で四捨五入)を接触角と定義する。接触角の低いものほど親水性が高いことを意味する。測定環境は、室温22±2℃、湿度65±2%RHとする。
測定対象のシートから長さ50mm、幅25mmのサンプル片を用意する。引張試験機(株式会社オリエンテックの「テンシロン」RTC-1150A)のチャック間(チャック間隔K0)にサンプル片を固定し、引張速度300mm/minでチャック間を拡げることでサンプル片を引っ張り、サンプル片の100%伸長時の長さK2(=K0×2)まで伸長させた後、引張速度と同速度でチャック間を狭めていき、引張応力が0になった時点でのサンプル片の長さを伸長回復後の長さK1とする。次式により、測定対象のシートの100%伸長時の伸長回復率を算出する。

例えば、前記実施形態では、表面シート21の肌対向面の凹凸構造を構成する凸部210及び凹部211は、表面シート21の縦方向Xの全長に亘って連続して畝溝構造をなしていたが、要は、横方向Yにおいて隣り合う凸部210,210どうしの間に位置して縦方向Xに延びる凹部211が複数形成されていれば良く、そのような畝溝構造に限定されない。
また前記実施形態では、表面シート21は、平面視において外装体収縮領域35に存する吸収体23の縦方向端部230と重なり、且つ外装体収縮領域35において表面シート21の肌対向面が疎水性シート31Eで被覆されていたが、本発明においては斯かる構成は必須ではない。しかしながら前述した通り、斯かる構成により、特に表面シート21の凹凸構造の肌対向面が疎水性シート31Eで被覆されることにより、尿などの排泄液がその凹凸構造を形成する凹部211を通って外部に漏れ出す不都合がより一層効果的に防止されるようになる。
また前記実施形態では、外層シート31は内層シート32と同様に1枚の連続したシートから構成されていたが、複数枚のシートが組み合わされて構成されていても良い。
また、外装体3は、腹側部に位置する外装体腹側領域及び背側部に位置する外装体背側領域とに分割されており、吸収性本体2は、前記外装体腹側領域及び前記外装体背側領域に架け渡して固定されていても良い。
前述した本発明の実施形態に関し、更に以下の付記を開示する。

前記凹部の縦方向長さは、好ましくは7mm以上、さらに好ましくは10mm以上、そして、好ましくは60mm以下、さらに好ましくは50mm以下である前記<1>~<30>の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。

前記腹側部又は前記背側部に存する前記胴回り弾性部材の数は、好ましくは10本以上、さらに好ましくは12本以上、そして、好ましくは35本以下、さらに好ましくは30本以下である前記<1>~<31>の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
<33>
前記腹側部又は前記背側部において、平面視において前記吸収体と重なる部分を通って該吸収体を横方向に横断する前記胴回り弾性部材の数は、好ましくは1本以上、そして、好ましくは15本以下、さらに好ましくは12本以下である前記<1>~<32>の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
Claims (33)
- 着用者の腹側に配される腹側部及び背側に配される背側部とそれらの間に位置する股下部とを有すると共に、該腹側部から該股下部を介して該背側部に延びる縦方向とこれに直交する横方向とを有し、且つ
吸収体及び該吸収体の肌対向面側に配された表面シートを有する吸収性本体と、該吸収性本体の非肌対向面側に位置して該吸収性本体を固定している外装体とを有し、前記腹側部における該外装体及び前記背側部における該外装体それぞれの縦方向に沿う両側縁部どうしが接合されてウエスト開口部及び一対のレッグ開口部が形成されているパンツ型使い捨ておむつであって、
前記外装体は、前記吸収性本体から相対的に遠い側に位置する外層シートと、該吸収性本体から相対的に近い側に位置する内層シートとを含んで構成され、且つ前記腹側部及び前記背側部の少なくとも一方に、横方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮部を有し、
前記伸縮部における前記外層シートと前記内層シートとの間に、複数の胴回り弾性部材が横方向に伸長した状態で縦方向に間欠的に配されており、それら複数の胴回り弾性部材のうちの一部は、平面視において前記吸収体の縦方向端部と重なる部分を通って該縦方向端部を横方向に横断しており、
前記伸縮部の前記胴回り弾性部材の収縮により、該伸縮部が横方向に収縮した外装体収縮領域が形成され、該外装体収縮領域の肌対向面側に、縦方向に延びる畝部と溝部とが横方向に交互に配された凹凸構造が形成されており、
前記外装体収縮領域における前記外層シート及び前記内層シートの少なくとも一方は、前記吸収体の縦方向端部より縦方向外方に存する前記溝部に、厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を有しており、
前記表面シートの肌対向面に、着用者の肌側に向かって突出する凸部が複数形成されていると共に、横方向において隣り合う該凸部どうしの間に位置して縦方向に延びる凹部が複数形成されており、複数の該凹部の少なくとも一部は、前記外装体収縮領域の前記溝部と横方向において同位置に存しているパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記表面シートは、平面視において前記外装体収縮領域に存する前記吸収体の縦方向端部と重なる請求項1に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記吸収体は、吸収性材料を含む吸収性コアを有し、前記表面シートは、該吸収性コアの縦方向端部より縦方向外方に延出する部分を有し、平面視においてその表面シートの延出部と前記胴回り弾性部材とが重なる請求項1又は2に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記貫通孔は、複数の前記胴回り弾性部材のうちで平面視において前記吸収体の縦方向端部と重ならず且つ該吸収体の縦方向端部に最も近接する弾性部材と、該吸収体の縦方向端部との間に存している請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外層シート及び前記内層シートの双方が前記貫通孔を複数有し、双方の貫通孔の少なくとも一部どうしが重なっている請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域において、前記外層シート及び前記内層シートは、縦方向及び横方向の両方向において間欠的に配置された複数の外装体接合部にて互いに接合され、前記胴回り弾性部材は、該外装体接合部を通らないように配されている請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域において、前記外層シート及び前記内層シートは、縦方向及び横方向の両方向において間欠的に配置された複数の外装体接合部にて互いに接合され、前記貫通孔は、該外装体接合部を厚み方向に貫通している請求項5又は6に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外層シートは、前記内層シートと同形状・同寸法の部分に加えて更に、両シートを積層した際に該内層シートの前記腹側部側の縦方向端部から外方に延出する腹側延出部と、該内層シートの前記背側部側の縦方向端部から外方に延出する背側延出部とを有している請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腹側延出部及び前記背側延出部は、それぞれ、前記内層シート上に配置固定された前記吸収性本体の縦方向両端部を覆うように該内層シート側に折り返されて固定されている請求項8に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域において前記表面シートの肌対向面が疎水性シートで被覆されており、
前記疎水性シートが前記腹側延出部及び前記背側延出部である請求項8又は9に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記外装体収縮領域において前記表面シートの肌対向面が疎水性シートで被覆されている請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記疎水性シートは、前記表面シートと前記凸部で接合され、前記凹部では接合されていない請求項10又は11に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記疎水性シートと前記表面シートとの接合部は、縦方向に間欠的に配されている請求項12に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記疎水性シートの縦方向内方側の端部は、前記表面シートと接合されておらず、自由端部となっている請求項10~13の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記疎水性シートは、横方向に伸縮性を有する不織布からなる請求項10~14の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記疎水性シートは、前記表面シートと前記凸部の頂部で接合され、前記凹部では接合されていない請求項10~15の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腹側部及び前記背側部は、それぞれ縦方向において、前記吸収性本体が配されていない吸収性本体非存在領域と、該吸収性本体非存在領域より縦方向内方に位置する吸収性本体存在領域とに区分され、前記胴回り弾性部材は両領域に配されている請求項1~16の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域は、前記吸収性本体非存在領域及び前記吸収性本体存在領域それぞれの全域に形成され、該吸収性本体存在領域における平面視において前記吸収性本体と重なる部位にも形成される請求項17に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域の非肌対向面側に、縦方向に延びる畝部と溝部とが横方向に交互に配された凹凸構造が形成されている請求項1~18の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域においては、肌対向面側の前記畝部と非肌対向面側の前記畝部とが横方向において同位置にあると共に、肌対向面側の前記溝部と非肌対向面側の前記溝部とが横方向において同位置にある請求項19に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腹側部及び前記背側部それぞれにおける前記外装体の縦方向に沿う両側縁部どうしが接合されて一対のサイドシール部が形成されており、複数の前記胴回り弾性部材は、それぞれ、該サイドシール部又はその近傍に位置する部分のみにおいて、前記外層シート及び前記内層シートの両方に接合されており、それ以外の部分では両シートに接合されていない請求項1~20の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外層シート及び前記内層シートは、それぞれ、自然状態又は着用状態において、複数の前記胴回り弾性部材に跨って縦方向に連続して延びる複数本の襞を形成し、該襞が前記畝部となり、横方向に隣り合う該襞どうしの間が前記溝部となる請求項1~21の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 1個の前記溝部に複数の前記貫通孔が縦方向に所定間隔を置いて間欠的に配置されている請求項1~22の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外層シート及び前記内層シートの双方が前記貫通孔を複数有し、双方の該貫通孔の全部が1対1で互いに重なっている請求項1~23の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域において、前記外層シート及び前記内層シートは、縦方向及び横方向の両方向において間欠的に配置された複数の外装体接合部にて互いに接合され、両シートの双方が前記貫通孔を複数有し、該外層シートの1個の該貫通孔と該内層シートの1個の該貫通孔とが該外装体接合部位置にて重なっている請求項1~24の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記貫通孔の平面視における最大長さは、1mm以上5mm以下である請求項1~25の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記外装体収縮領域における前記貫通孔の単位面積当たりの数は、平面視10mm四方の正方形形状の領域の面積を基準とした場合に、1個以上15個以下である請求項1~26の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記表面シートの複数の前記凹部の少なくとも一部については、該凹部の縦方向の延長線上に前記外装体収縮領域の前記溝部が存している請求項1~27の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記表面シートの肌対向面の複数の前記凹部それぞれが、前記外装体収縮領域の複数の前記溝部と1対1で対応しており、対応する1個の該溝部と横方向において同位置に存している請求項1~28の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記表面シートの肌対向面において、横方向において隣り合う前記凸部それぞれの頂部間の離間距離は、1.5mm以上5mm以下である請求項1~29の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記凹部の縦方向長さは、7mm以上60mm以下である請求項1~30の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腹側部又は前記背側部に存する前記胴回り弾性部材の数は、10本以上35本以下である請求項1~31の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腹側部又は前記背側部において、平面視において前記吸収体と重なる部分を通って該吸収体を横方向に横断する前記胴回り弾性部材の数は、1本以上15本以下である請求項1~32の何れか一項に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
