Abstract

Le problème décrit par la présente invention consiste à amener un utilisateur à exécuter lui-même une procédure d'enregistrement d'un calendrier en vue d'un rappel téléphonique après la fin d'un appel, et à enregistrer ainsi de manière fiable la réservation d'un rappel. La solution selon l'invention est équipée d'une unité d'affichage 11, d'une unité d'entrée/sortie sonore 13, d'une unité de commande 19, d'une base de données de liste commerciale 22 dans laquelle sont enregistrées des informations commerciales, et d'une unité de détection d'appel 14 permettant de détecter le début et la fin d'un appel. L'unité de commande 19 affiche, sur l'unité d'affichage 11, un écran permettant de confirmer l'opportunité d'enregistrer un événement de calendrier en vue de rappeler l'autre personne au téléphone dans la base de données de liste commerciale 22 après la détection de fin d'un appel par l'unité de détection d'appel 14. Lorsque l'enregistrement d'événement de calendrier est sélectionné selon l'écran de confirmation, l'unité de commande 19 affiche sur l'unité d'affichage 11 un écran permettant un enregistrement sur la base de données de liste commerciale 22 et enregistre des informations de calendrier qui comprennent une date de rappel enregistrée dans la base de données de liste commerciale 22 selon l'écran d'enregistrement.
