Description

一种洗衣机内桶及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣设备技术领域,具体地,涉及一种洗衣机内桶及洗衣机。
背景技术
家用电动全自动洗衣机的内外桶套装,其工作过程是衣物放在内桶中,桶中注水加入洗涤剂,自动进行洗涤、漂洗和脱水程序。使用过程中,用于洗衣机桶需要经常性地和洗涤水、衣物、线屑等接触,同时洗衣机一般放置于潮湿、通风性差的卫生间内,长时间使用的过程中内外桶之间不可避免的会聚集污垢。对于目前的洗衣机来说,内外桶之间间隙较小,且外桶上部设计有外桶盖,用户很难对内桶进行清洗。于是长时间的使用后,内桶上的污垢进而产生霉菌、细菌等,不但影响衣物的洗涤效果,更会造成二次污染,影响用户的健康。
现有的一种应对方法是在内外桶之间放置橡胶球颗粒,专利号为200820183308.4的中国专利公开了一种“一种带有桶间清洁的套桶洗衣机”,在内外桶间放置多个圆形硅胶球,利用洗衣机内桶旋转带动水的流动,从而带动洗衣机内桶、外桶之间的硅胶球运动并不断碰撞内外桶的两壁以达到清洁内外桶壁的目的。橡胶球颗粒的密度与水相当或者略低于水的密度。用户在使用洗衣机进行常规洗涤时,橡胶球颗粒漂浮于水中,在洗涤过程中与内桶外壁以及外桶内壁碰撞摩擦,可以有效清除上面的污垢。
另外,为了提高波轮洗衣机内桶的强度,内桶底一般设计有很多加强筋,这些加强筋相互交叉,就在内桶底构成了很多凹槽。由于凹槽结构的存在,使得污垢极易堆积于此,再加上加强筋较多,凹槽结构多且小,采用橡胶球颗粒进行桶壁清洁时,橡胶球颗粒根本无法进入到凹槽结构中,无法实现内桶底的清洁,影响清洁效果。
现有专利号为201120554753.9,名称为洗衣机内桶及洗衣机的中国实用新型专利,该专利提供了一种洗衣机内桶,包括平衡环、桶体、桶底,在桶底还安装有护罩,护罩由环状立侧壁和带排水孔的平底面组成,所述护罩侧壁位于桶底侧壁外面,护罩与内桶底之间通过螺钉连接或卡接。该实用新型还涉及使用该洗衣机内桶结构的带自清洁功能的洗衣机。该实用新型在洗衣机内桶底部安装护罩,有效阻止橡胶球进入内桶底凹槽,在提高橡胶球对内外桶壁清洗效果的同时,降低了脱水时由于橡胶球和内桶碰撞而产生噪音,提高洗衣机产品质量。
上述实用新型专利在洗衣机内桶底部安装护罩,避免橡胶球进入凹槽,确保桶壁清洁效果,防止脱水时橡胶球撞击产生噪音,但是护罩上带排水孔,洗涤水还是会进入凹槽中,并在凹槽中产生积垢,而且积垢一旦产生,很难或者根本无法被清理。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供一种洗衣机内桶,更易于对桶底进行自清洁,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种洗衣机内桶,包括桶底和与之连接的桶体,所述的桶底包括桶底本体和桶底护盖,所述的桶底护盖密封盖装在桶底本体的底部使桶底的整个外表面成为光滑面。
进一步地,所述的桶底本体的底部设置加强筋结构,桶底护盖的外表面为光滑面;所述的桶底护盖与桶底本体的底部密封连接形成一体结构,桶底护盖完全盖住加强筋结构,使加强筋结构处于封闭空间。
进一步地,所述桶底本体的底壁外侧上设置第一连接面,桶底护盖的底壁内侧上设置第二连接面,第一连接面与第二连接面密封连接;所述桶底本体的侧壁上设置第三连接面,桶底护盖的侧壁端部为第四连接面,第三连接面与第四连接面密封连接。
进一步地,所述桶底本体的底壁上开设第一开口,第一开口向内桶外侧延伸形成第一连接面,桶底护盖的底壁上对应第一开口开设第二开口,第二开口向内桶内侧延伸形成第二连接面。
进一步地,所述桶底本体的侧壁下部以及底壁上设置加强筋结构,桶底本体的侧壁上与加强筋结构的连接处设置第三连接面,所述桶底护盖的侧壁端部为第四连接面。
进一步地,所述的桶底上安装法兰结构,所述的法兰结构设置在桶底护盖的底壁外侧。
进一步地,所述桶底本体的底壁设置螺钉柱,桶底护盖的底壁上对应螺钉柱设置螺钉孔,所述的法兰结构采用螺钉与螺钉柱连接固定在内桶底上。
进一步地,所述桶底护盖的底壁内侧位于螺钉孔的外围设置凸起结构,凸起结构的端部为第五连接面,所述桶底本体的底壁上位于螺钉柱的外围设置一圈环形加强筋,环形加强筋的端部为第六连接面;所述的第五连接面与第六连接面密封连接。
进一步地,所述的桶底护盖通过融敷方式与桶底本体连接为一体,所述的第一连接面、第二连接面、第三连接面、第四连接面、第五连接面和第六连接面分别为融敷面。
进一步地,所述的内桶可转动的设置在外桶中,内桶与外桶之间设置用于清洁内桶外 壁和外桶内壁的清洁颗粒;所述的桶底护盖为中空的环形盖体,法兰结构对应封堵桶底护盖的中空位置;所述的法兰结构对应该中空位置处设置透水通道,透水通道可用于洗涤水流出和阻挡清洁颗粒进入。
本发明的洗衣机内桶,特别适用于内桶和外桶之间具有清洁颗粒的洗衣机,桶底包括桶底本体和桶底护盖两部分,桶底护盖盖在桶底本体的加强筋结构上,桶底护盖的外表面为光滑平整面,这样,更有利于清洁颗粒对内桶桶底的清洁效果。另外,桶底护盖与桶底本体的底部密封连接,使加强筋结构处于封闭空间,避免洗涤水进入到加强筋结构中,从根本上杜绝了桶底加强筋结构处滋生细菌或者积累污垢的问题。
因此,本发明的洗衣机内桶更加有利于清洁颗粒对内桶的桶底进行清洁,避免了桶底加强筋结构处滋生细菌或者积累污垢,桶壁自清洁效果良好,具有广阔的市场前景。
本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种具有如上述任意一项所述洗衣机内桶的洗衣机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种洗衣机内桶及洗衣机进行详细描述:
如图1及图2所示,一种洗衣机内桶,包括桶底300和与之连接的桶体200,所述的桶底300包括桶底本体310和桶底护盖320,所述的桶底护盖320密封盖装在桶底本体310的底部使桶底的整个外表面成为光滑面。
本发明的桶体200与桶底300围成桶状结构,用于盛放洗涤衣物。桶体200一般采用 金属材料制成,桶底300一般为塑料结构。因此,为了确保桶底300的强度,桶底本体310的底部设置一系列的加强筋结构。
加强筋结构包括径向加强筋312和环形筋位313,径向加强筋312和环形筋位313交叉形成多个凹槽结构。
本发明的桶底300包括桶底本体310和桶底护盖320,桶底护盖320的外表面为光滑平整面;所述的桶底护盖320与桶底本体310的底部密封连接,桶底护盖320完全盖住加强筋结构,使加强筋结构处于封闭空间。
本发明的洗衣机内桶,特别适用于内桶和外桶之间具有清洁颗粒的洗衣机,桶底300包括桶底本体310和桶底护盖320两部分,桶底护盖320盖在桶底本体310的加强筋结构上,桶底护盖320的外表面为光滑平整面,这样,更有利于清洁颗粒对内桶的桶底300的清洁效果;桶底护盖320与桶底本体310的底部密封连接,使加强筋结构处于封闭空间,避免洗涤水进入到加强筋结构中,从根本上杜绝了桶底加强筋结构处滋生细菌或者积累污垢的问题。
本发明的桶底本体310为底部中空的环形盆体结构,包括呈封闭圆环形的桶底本体侧壁311和与其连接的桶体本体底壁,桶底护盖320的外部轮廓与桶底本体310的外部轮廓相匹配,用于桶底护盖320盖装在桶底本体310上,以盖住加强筋结构。
由于现有的桶底本体310的桶底本体侧壁311和桶体本体底壁上都设置有加强筋结构,为了实现桶底护盖320与桶底本体310的底部密封连接,且使加强筋结构处于封闭空间。
如图4及图5所示,本发明的桶底本体310的底壁外侧上设置第一连接面314,桶底护盖320的底壁内侧上设置第二连接面328,第一连接面314与第二连接面328密封连接;所述桶底本体310的侧壁上设置第三连接面315,桶底护盖320的侧壁端部为第四连接面321,第三连接面315与第四连接面321密封连接。这样,使得本发明的桶底本体310与桶底护盖320的两个边缘连接处都实现密封连接,从而使得位于两个边缘连接处之间的加强筋结构处于封闭空间。
如图3所示,本发明的第一连接面314与第二连接面328密封连接形成图中C处的密封面,第三连接面315与第四连接面321密封连接形成图中A处的连接面,而桶底本体310上的加强筋结构全都位于图中A与C之间的密闭空间内,完全与外界隔绝,避免了洗涤水与其接触,从根本上杜绝了桶底加强筋结构处滋生细菌或者积累污垢的问题。
具体地,如图4及图5所示,本发明的桶底本体310的底壁上开设第一开口,第一开口向内桶外侧延伸形成第一连接面314,桶底护盖320的底壁上对应第一开口开设第二开口, 第二开口向内桶内侧延伸形成第二连接面328。
桶底本体310上的第一开口是为了安装洗衣机波轮,因此,第一开口即为桶底本体310的最内侧边缘。桶底护盖320上开设第二开口是为了匹配桶底本体310,不影响波轮的安装,第二开口即为桶底护盖320的最内侧边缘。因此,本发明将第一连接面314设置在第一开口上,第二连接面328设置在第二开口上,使得桶底本体310的最内侧边缘与桶底护盖320的最内侧边缘密封连接。
本发明的桶底本体310的侧壁下部以及底壁上设置加强筋结构,桶底本体310的侧壁上与加强筋结构的连接处设置第三连接面315,所述桶底护盖320的侧壁端部为第四连接面321。本发明的第三连接面315和第四连接面321设置在桶底本体310与桶底护盖320连接处的最外侧边缘,使得桶底本体310的最外侧边缘与桶底护盖320的最外侧边缘密封连接。
洗衣机的内桶底300还与传动轴连接,传动轴在电机的带动下实现内桶的转动,由于内桶底300一般为注塑成型制成,为了确保内桶底300与传动轴的连接强度,一般在内桶底300上安装法兰结构300,法兰结构300一般采用金属材料制成。具体地,本发明的桶底300上安装法兰结构330,所述的法兰结构330设置在桶底护盖320的底壁外侧。本发明将法兰结构330安装在桶底护盖320底壁外侧,使得法兰结构330的安装不会影响桶底本体310与桶底护盖320之间的密封面,确保密封连接的效果。
具体地,本发明的桶底本体310为桶底300的主要结构,而桶底护盖320主要是为了将桶底本体310上的加强筋结构盖住,因此,为了保证其整体的强度,本发明的桶底本体310的厚度大于桶底护盖320。为了保证法兰结构330的安装稳定行,本发明桶底本体310的底壁设置螺钉柱317,桶底护盖320的底壁上对应螺钉柱317设置螺钉孔325,所述的法兰结构330采用螺钉与螺钉柱317连接固定在内桶底300上。
由图4可知,设置在桶底本体310的底壁上的螺钉柱317位于加强筋结构之间,因此,法兰结构330的安装可能会导致洗涤水由螺钉孔325处进入到加强筋结构之中,为了进一步的杜绝洗涤水由螺钉孔325渗入到加强筋结构,本发明桶底护盖320的底壁内侧位于螺钉孔325的外围设置凸起结构,凸起结构的端部为第六连接面327,所述桶底本体310的底壁上位于螺钉柱317的外围设置一圈环形加强筋,环形加强筋的端部为第五连接面316;所述的第六连接面327与第五连接面316密封连接。这样,如图3所示,本发明在螺钉柱317的外围又形成了一圈密封面B,密封面B与密封面A之间的加强筋结构仍处于完全封闭的空间,即实现了绝大部分的加强筋结构密封。
进一步地,本发明桶底护盖320的底壁内侧位于螺钉孔325的内侧也设置凸起结构, 凸起结构的端部为第八连接面,所述桶底本体310的底壁上位于螺钉柱317的内侧设置一圈环形加强筋,环形加强筋的端部为第七连接面;所述的第六连接面与第五连接面密封连接。这样,使得在螺钉柱317的内侧也形成了一圈密封面,将螺钉柱317内侧与密封面C之间的加强筋结构也密封了起来。进而使得,桶底本体310的底壁上只有螺钉柱317所设置的一圈加强筋结构没被完全密封,其它均处于完全密封状态,以实现杜绝桶底加强筋结构处滋生细菌或者积累污垢的技术效果。
本发明的内桶可转动的设置在外桶中,内桶与外桶之间设置用于清洁内桶外壁和外桶内壁的清洁颗粒;所述的桶底护盖320为中空的环形盖体,法兰结构330对应封堵桶底护盖320的中空位置;所述的法兰结构330对应该中空位置处设置透水通道332,透水通道332可用于洗涤水流出和阻挡清洁颗粒进入。具体地,本发明的法兰结构330为圆盘状结构。
本发明的透水通道332用于保证排水的需求,而且透水通道332需要阻挡清洁颗粒进入,如图4所示,透水通道332包括多个,为沿着法兰结构330径向设置的长条狭缝结构,长条狭缝结构的宽度小于清洁颗粒的直径。
另外,法兰结构330上还设置多个用于加强其整体强度的凸起筋位331。
为了实现桶底本体310与桶底护盖320之间的密封连接,本发明的桶底护盖320通过融敷方式与桶底本体310连接为一体,所述的第一连接面314、第二连接面328、第三连接面315、第四连接面321、第五连接面316和第六连接面327分别为融敷面。采用融敷方式,使得各个连接面之间能够熔融连接为一体,确保了连接紧密性,具有良好的密封效果。
为了融敷工艺的操作,本发明在桶底护盖320的底壁上设置用于融敷工装的融敷定位孔326。
而应该被本领域技术人员所知的其它连接方式,只要能实现桶底本体310与桶底护盖320之间的密封连接都能被应用,例如粘接,或者螺栓连接,在密封面处加装密封条。
本发明的桶底护盖320的内壁上设置用于加强其整体强度的加强筋329。加强筋329包括多个,沿着桶底护盖320的径向设置一周。
本发明的洗衣机内桶的桶体200的开口上安装有平衡环100。
本发明的另一发明目的是提供一种具有上述洗衣机内桶的洗衣机,所述的内桶可转动的设置在外桶中,所述的内桶和外桶之间设置用于清洁内桶外壁和外桶内壁的清洁颗粒。因此,本发明的洗衣机采用了上述的洗衣机内桶后,内桶底整个外表面都为平滑的平整结构,清洁颗粒可更好的对内桶底进行清洁。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本 发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机内桶,包括桶底(300)和与之连接的桶体(200),其特征在于,所述的桶底(300)包括桶底本体(310)和桶底护盖(320),所述的桶底护盖(320)密封盖装在桶底本体(310)的底部使桶底(300)的外表面成为光滑面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述的桶底本体(310)的底部设置加强筋结构,桶底护盖(320)的外表面为光滑面;所述的桶底护盖(320)与桶底本体(310)的底部密封连接形成一体结构,桶底护盖(320)完全盖住加强筋结构,使加强筋结构处于封闭空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述桶底本体(310)的底壁外侧上设置第一连接面(314),桶底护盖(320)的底壁内侧上设置第二连接面(328),第一连接面(314)与第二连接面(328)密封连接;所述桶底本体(310)的侧壁上设置第三连接面(315),桶底护盖(320)的侧壁端部为第四连接面(321),第三连接面(315)与第四连接面(321)密封连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述桶底本体(310)的底壁上开设第一开口,第一开口向内桶外侧延伸形成第一连接面(314),桶底护盖(320)的底壁上对应第一开口开设第二开口,第二开口向内桶内侧延伸形成第二连接面(328)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述桶底本体(310)的侧壁下部以及底壁上设置加强筋结构,桶底本体(310)的侧壁上与加强筋结构的连接处设置第三连接面(315),所述桶底护盖(320)的侧壁端部为第四连接面(321)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述的桶底(300)上安装法兰结构(330),所述的法兰结构(330)设置在桶底护盖(320)的底壁外侧;
    优选地,所述桶底本体(310)的底壁设置螺钉柱(317),桶底护盖(320)的底壁上对应螺钉柱(317)设置螺钉孔(325),所述的法兰结构(330)采用螺钉与螺钉柱(317)连接固定在内桶底(300)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述桶底护盖(320)的底壁内侧位于螺钉孔(325)的外围设置凸起结构,凸起结构的端部为第六连接面(327),所述桶底本体(310)的底壁上位于螺钉柱(317)的外围设置一圈环形加强筋,环形加强筋的端部为第五连接面(316);所述的第六连接面(327)与第五连接面(316)密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述的桶底护盖(320)通过融敷方式与桶底本体(310)连接为一体,所述的第一连接面(314)、第二连接面(328)、第三连接面(315)、第四连接面(321)、第五连接面(316)和第六连接面(327)分别为 融敷面。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机内桶,其特征在于,所述的内桶可转动的设置在外桶中,内桶与外桶之间设置用于清洁内桶外壁和外桶内壁的清洁颗粒;所述的桶底护盖(320)为中空的环形盖体,法兰结构(330)对应封堵桶底护盖(320)的中空位置;所述的法兰结构(330)对应该中空位置处设置透水通道(332),透水通道(332)可用于洗涤水流出和阻挡清洁颗粒进入。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述内桶的洗衣机。
