进一步地限定,所述卡爪的至少一个外壁与加强筋的外壁之间的距离小于0.5mm。经过多次重复试验检测,当卡爪的外壁与加强筋的外壁之间的距离小于0.5mm时,可以确保水流无法进入卡爪,即无法进入波轮的下表面的加强筋形成的凹槽,完全实现防水,进而实现防垢。
实施例三
如图1-5所示,本实施例为实施例一和实施例二的进一步限定,所述密封部的上表面设有与波轮下表面的环形加强筋相配合的环形连接筋4,在环形连接筋4围合的范围内沿其径向设置有径向连接筋5,所述密封部的最内圈环形连接筋和最外圈环形连接筋分别与波轮下表面相应的环形加强筋6熔敷连接,形成密闭空间。
密封部为水平的盘面,盘面上设有环形连接筋,与波轮下表面的环形加强筋相配合。密封部可以为环形盘面,密封部的最内圈环形连接筋和最外圈环形筋分别与波轮下表面相应的环形加强筋熔敷连接,形成密闭空间。一方面将波轮护罩与波轮固定连接,另一方面将波轮下表面的熔敷的环形加强筋围合的区域覆盖,并形成密闭空间,防水防垢。
实施例四
波轮护罩上,卡接部和连接部可以有多种组合连接方式,只要能够使波轮护罩覆盖波轮下表面的区域形成防止水流进入的密闭空间即可。例如,卡接部设置在波轮护罩中央,与波轮中心的加强筋配合卡接,密封部的环形盘面环绕在卡接部外周,与波轮较外圈的环形筋密封连接;或者密封部设置在波轮护罩中央,卡接部的卡爪环绕密封部外周。
如图1-5所示,本实施例提供的洗衣机波轮,所述卡爪3设置在波轮护罩的上表面中央,卡爪3的外围设置密封部1,所述卡爪3和密封部1密封连接。
波轮的下表面中心位置的环形加强筋和径向加强筋高度较高,相交形成的凹槽较深,采用熔敷密闭时不易操作,将卡爪设置在波轮护罩中央,与波轮下表面中心较深的凹槽相配合,易于安装操作,防水效果也较好。
所述波轮的中心设有用于安装波轮转轴的轴孔10,所述的卡爪3沿着波轮护罩的上表面中央周向设置形成圆环形结构,所述圆环形结构的内圆周与轴孔10外径相配合,所述圆环形结构的外圆周与环形的密封部1密封连接。
卡爪沿着波轮护罩的上表面中央周向设置形成圆环形结构,圆环形结构的内圆周与轴孔外径相配合,用于安装穿过波轮护罩和波轮的波轮转轴。密封部为环形,其内圆周与圆环形结构的外圆周密封连接,同时密封部的内圆周和外圆周均设有环形连接筋,分别与波轮下表面相匹配的环形加强筋熔敷,形成固定的密闭空间。
另外一种方案,所述波轮的中心设有用于安装波轮转轴的轴孔10,所述波轮护罩的上表面中央设置环形的密封部1,所述环形的密封部1的内圆周与轴孔外径相配合,所述密封部1的外圆周环绕设置多个卡爪3。
密封部设置在波轮护罩中央,卡爪环绕密封部的外圆周设置时,也可以实现卡接和密封连接结合的方式,形成防水空间,且将波轮护罩与波轮固定连接。
实施例五
如图6所示,本实施例的波轮为塑料波轮102,所述塑料波轮下表面连接波轮护罩101,所述塑料波轮上表面设置有钣金波轮103,所述钣金波轮上表面设置有转轮104。
本发明在不改变塑料波轮的结构的前提下,增加波轮护罩,并可结合卡接和熔敷密封连接将波轮护罩固定在塑料波轮的下表面,形成防止水流进入的密闭空间,易于安装,也避免污垢在波轮下表面堆积。
钣金波轮的形状与塑料波轮相匹配,安装并覆盖在塑料波轮的上表面,表面光滑,不易磨损衣物,增加波轮的使用寿命,也增强波轮的美观性。
实施例六
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,安装有本发明所述的波轮。
本发明的洗衣机,洗衣机的塑料波轮102下表面安装有波轮护罩101,波轮护罩的卡接部的卡爪3沿着波轮护罩的上表面中央周向设置形成圆环形结构,所述圆环形结构的内圆周与轴孔10外径相配合,所述圆环形结构的外圆周与环形的密封部1密封连接。
密封部的内圆周和外圆周均设有环形连接筋,分别与波轮下表面相匹配的环形加强筋熔敷,形成固定的密闭空间。卡接部的卡爪凸出于密封部平面设置,卡爪插入波轮下表面中心的环形加强筋和径向加强筋相交形成的凹槽中,径向加强筋卡在相邻卡爪之间,形成卡接的防水空间。
如此,波轮下表面被波轮护罩覆盖的区域形成防止水流进入的空间,避免污垢和细菌在波轮下表面的加强筋处堆积,保持波轮底部的整洁,避免衣物的二次污染。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,包括波轮和波轮护罩,所述波轮护罩包括密封部和卡接部,所述密封部与波轮下表面密封连接,所述卡接部与波轮下表面卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述卡接部包括多个间隔设置的卡爪,所述波轮的下表面设置有与卡爪配合卡接的加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述波轮的下表面设置环形加强筋和径向加强筋,所述环形加强筋和径向加强筋相交形成凹槽,所述卡爪凸出于密封部平面设置,卡爪插入凹槽中,径向加强筋卡在相邻卡爪之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述卡爪设置在波轮护罩的上表面中央,卡爪的外围设置密封部,所述卡爪和密封部密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述波轮的中心设有用于安装波轮转轴的轴孔,所述的卡爪沿着波轮护罩的上表面中央周向设置形成圆环形结构,所述圆环形结构的内圆周与轴孔外径相配合,所述圆环形结构的外圆周与环形的密封部的内圆周密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述波轮的中心设有用于安装波轮转轴的轴孔,所述波轮护罩的上表面中央设置环形的密封部,所述环形的密封部的内圆周与轴孔外径相配合,所述密封部的外圆周环绕设置多个卡爪。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述卡爪的至少一个外壁与加强筋的外壁之间的距离小于0.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述密封部的上表面设有与波轮下表面的环形加强筋相配合的环形连接筋,在环形连接筋围合的范围内沿其径向设置有径向连接筋,所述密封部的最内圈环形连接筋和最外圈环形筋分别与波轮下表面相应的环形加强筋熔敷连接,形成密闭空间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机波轮,其特征在于,所述波轮为塑料波轮,所述塑料波轮下表面连接波轮护罩,所述塑料波轮上表面设置有钣金波轮,所述钣金波轮上表面设置有转轮。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,安装有权利要求1-9任一项所述的波轮。
