技术领域
本发明涉及熔炼炉设备,尤其涉及一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置。
背景技术
熔炼炉采用200-2500Hz中频电源进行感应加热,功率范围为20-2500KW,根据其特点亦可称为中频电炉。主要用于贵金属如黄金、铂金、银,铜,铁,不锈钢,铝合金,铝等其它金属的熔炼和提温,是大学实验室,研究所,手饰加工,精铸件加工的理想设备。电源采用IGBT进口功率器件,更加集成化小型化,有效输出功率达到90%以上,省电节能,比传统可控硅中频节能60%!
整套熔炼炉电炉设备包含中频电源柜,补偿电容,炉体(两个)及水冷电缆、减速机。炉体由炉壳、感应圈、炉衬、倾炉减速箱等四个部分组成,炉壳用非磁性材料制成,感应线圈是由矩形空心管制成的螺旋状筒体,熔炼时管内通冷却水。线圈引出铜排与水冷电缆连通,炉衬紧靠感应圈,由石英砂打实烧结而成,炉体的倾动由倾炉减速箱直接转动。倾炉减速箱系二级涡轮变速,自锁性能好,转动平稳可靠,出现紧急断电时看收工倾炉,避免危险。可以通过选炉开关对两台炉体的倾炉减速箱电动机的控制进行选择,带有四芯橡皮线的开关盒能使操作者站在合适位置对炉体的倾动,复位进行点动控制。
传统的熔炼炉在加料时,由于碎料上附着的灰尘过多而产生的烟尘污染环境,并且会对操作者的身体健康造成不良的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防止由于熔炼炉在加料时,由于碎料上附着的灰尘过多而产生的烟尘污染环境的技术方案:
一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架,除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分,除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在熔炼炉入料口正上方。
进一步的,除尘管道包括滤网及活动门,滤网设置在除尘管道的除尘罩连接端,活动门设置在安装滤网位置,打开活动门以进行滤网的更换,活动门上设有透明的可视窗口。
进一步的,除尘管道还包括进水口,洒水管道,集水槽和排水管道,洒水管道与进水口连通,固定设置在除尘管道与抽风机连接端内部上表面,洒水管道正下方设有集水槽,集水槽下沿与排水管连通。
进一步的,集水槽底面为坡面,自近除尘罩一侧向近抽风机一侧以10-30°的倾角倾斜。
进一步的,洒水管道设有N≥10个直径为0.1~0.5mm洒水口,洒水口两两之间间距相等,均匀分布在面向集水槽方向的洒水管道上。
进一步的,除尘罩背面设有检修门,所述检修门位置与抽风机位置对应。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架,除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分,除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在熔炼炉入料口正上方,结构简单,成本低廉。
(2)通过此设计的集尘装置可有效吸附空气中悬浮的颗粒,降低环境污染,为操作人员的身体健康提供保障。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的发明目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
熔炼炉1主要用于贵金属如黄金、铂金、银,铜,铁,不锈钢,铝合金,铝等其它金属的熔炼和提温,现有的熔炼炉1是暴露在外部空间的,没有集尘装置。
针对此情况本发明提供一种熔炼炉1专用集尘装置,如图1~2所示,包括除尘罩2、抽风机3、除尘管道4和支架5。除尘罩2通过除尘管道4与抽风机3固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分,除尘装置主体部分以支架5固定设置在开放式炼胶机正上方。
在上述结构的基础上,除尘管道包括滤网6及活动门7,滤网6设置在除尘管道4的除尘罩2连接端,活动门7设置在安装滤网6位置,打开活动门7以进行滤网6的更换。本实施例中滤网6为2个,滤网6在除尘管道4中相互叠加,以增加装置的过滤效果。活动门7为上下推拉式拉门,活动门7上设有透明的可视窗口8,可以随时对除尘管道4内部进行观察,了解滤网6使用情况,是否需要更换。
同时,由于在滤网6过滤后空气中可能还存在细小的颗粒,导致抽风机3阻塞,除尘管道4还包括进水口9,洒水管道10,集水槽11和排水管道12,洒水管道10与进水口9连通,固定设置在除尘管道4与抽风机3连接端内部上表面,洒水管道10正下方设有集水槽11,集水槽11下沿与排水管12连通。集水槽10底面为坡面,自近除尘罩2一侧向近抽风机3一侧以15°的倾角倾斜。洒水管道10设有10个直径为0.1mm洒水口13,洒水口13两两之间间距相等,均匀分布在面向集水槽11方向的洒水管道10上。通过对空气洒水使得炭黑颗粒沉积,沿排水管道12排出。除尘罩2背面设有检修门13,检修门13位置与抽风机3位置对应,方便设备的日常维护与检修。
上述实施例只是本发明的较佳实施例,并不是对本发明技术方案的限制,只要是不经过创造性劳动即可在上述实施例的基础上实现的技术方案,均应视为落入本发明专利的权利保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:包括除尘罩、抽风机、除尘管道和支架;所述除尘罩通过除尘管道与抽风机固定连接构成除尘装置主体部分,除尘装置主体部分以支架固定设置在熔炼炉入料口正上方。
  2. 据权利要求1所述一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:所述除尘管道包括滤网及活动门;
    所述滤网设置在除尘管道的除尘罩连接端,活动门设置在安装滤网位置,打开活动门以进行滤网的更换;
    所述活动门上设有透明的可视窗口。
  3. 据权利要求1所述一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:所述除尘管道还包括进水口,洒水管道,集水槽和排水管道;
    所述洒水管道与进水口连通,固定设置在除尘管道与抽风机连接端内部上表面,洒水管道正下方设有集水槽,集水槽下沿与排水管连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:所述集水槽底面为坡面,自近除尘罩一侧向近抽风机一侧以10-30°的倾角倾斜。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:所述洒水管道设有N≥10个直径为0.1~0.5mm洒水口,所述洒水口两两之间间距相等,均匀分布在面向集水槽方向的洒水管道上。
  6. 据权利要求1所述一种铝锭生产专用熔炼炉入料口集尘装置,其特征在于:所述除尘罩背面设有检修门,所述检修门位置与抽风机位置对应。
