도 11과 같이 보행기로 사용할 수도 있다. 보행기로 사용시 유아를 좌판(50)에 앉힌다. 좌판(50)에 구비된 좌우 양쪽 구멍(51)에 유아의 다리가 삽입될 수 있다. 이 상태에서 등받이(보행기로 사용시 미끄럼대(10)가 등받이가 됨)을 밀면 바닥에 닿은 바퀴(70)가 구르면서 보행기가 움직인다.
의자로 사용할 때는 계단부(20)를 측판(30)에 연결된 힌지를 중심으로 좌판(50) 쪽으로 회전하여 계단부(20)의 일면이 좌판(50)에 구비된 구멍(51)을 가리게 하는 것이 바람직하다. 보행기로 사용시에는 계단부(20)를 뒤로 젖혀 등받이에 밀착되게 한다.
살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대를 접으면 아동 식탁으로 사용할 수 있고, 미끄럼대를 펼치면 미끄럼틀로 사용할 수 있으며, 바퀴가 있어 보행기로도 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 미끄럼틀, 식탁 및 보행기를 모두 구매하지 않아도 되므로 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 하나의 제품으로 복수의 기능을 가지므로 미끄럼틀, 식탁 및 보행기 각각 독립된 보관 공간을 필요로 하지 않은 장점이 있다. 또한, 하나의 제품으로 미끄럼틀, 식탁 및 보행기를 겸용으로 사용할 수 있는 등 가변성이 뛰어나다. 또한, 유아 식탁 의자 및 보행기로도 사용 가능한 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은 세상에 없는 새로운 개념의 제품으로 전 세계에서 유아용품의 한 축을 형성할 것이다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시를 위한 형태를 실시예로 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성 요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 이하에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명할 것이나, 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 이에 한정하거나 제한되지 않고 당업자에 의해 변형되어 다양하게 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 의자, 식탁의자, 미끄럼틀 및 보행기로 사용할 수 있다. 의자에서 접혀있는 식판을 내리면 식탁 의자로 사용할 수 있다. 식탁을 접은 다음 제품을 뒤집으면 미끄럼틀로 사용할 수 있다. 계단부를 뒤로 접으면 보행기로 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀에는, 안전벨트, 바퀴, 투명 등받이, 좌판지지구조 이동장치, 낙서판, 소리 출력장치, 불빛 발산장치, 스마트폰 연동 센서, 미끄럼대의 높낮이 조절 기능 등이 더 추가될 수 있다.
먼저, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀의 구성과 형태를 설명한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 경사지게 설치되는 미끄럼대(10), 미끄럼대(10) 후방에 구비되는 계단부(20), 미끄럼대(10)와 계단부(20)를 지지하는 측판(30), 미끄럼대(10)의 저면에 구비되는 식판(40) 및 좌판(50)을 포함한다.
구체적으로 미끄럼대(10)는 미끄럼틀로 사용시 미끄럼 면이 되는 상면(11)과 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 저면(12)을 포함한다. 미끄럼대(10)는 미끄럼 놀이를 즐길 수 있도록 선단은 바닥에 닿고 후단은 바닥으로부터 일정 높이에 위치하도록 경사지게 설치된다. 미끄럼대(10) 저면(12)은 미끄럼대(10)를 세워 의자로 사용할 때 좌판(50)에 앉는 유아의 등을 받쳐주는 등받이로 사용된다.
계단부(20)는 바닥으로부터 일정 높이에 위치하는 미끄럼대(10) 후방에 구비된다. 계단부(20)는 복수의 계단으로 이루어진다. 계단부(20)를 통해 경사면을 이루는 미끄럼대(10)에 쉽게 오를 수 있다.
미끄럼대(10)와 계단부(20)의 좌우 측면은 측판(30)에 의해 지지된다. 측판(30)의 후방 부위는 유아들이 좋아하는 다양한 캐릭터 형상일 수 있다. 예컨대 측판(30)의 후방 부위는 사람 얼굴 형상 또는 강아지 얼굴 등과 같은 동물 얼굴 형상일 수 있다.
도 3, 4에 도시된 바와 같이 미끄럼대(10) 저면 부위에는 식판(40)이 구비될 수 있다. 식판(40)은 힌지축(60)에 의해 측판(30)에 결합된다. 식판(40)은 힌지축(60)을 중심으로 회전하여 미끄럼대(10)와 멀어지도록 펴지거나 미끄럼대(10)와 근접 또는 밀착하도록 접힌다.
식판(40)의 후단 부위에는 받침 편(41)이 구비된다. 받침 편(41)은 식판(40)이 미끄럼대(10)와 둔각을 이루도록 펼쳐진 상태에서 식판(40)이 펼쳐진 상태를 그대로 유지할 수 있도록 미끄럼대(10)에 밀착되어 식판(40)이 움직이지 않도록 한다.
의자로 사용하기 위해 미끄럼대(10)를 세웠을 때 식판(40)은 좌판(50) 위쪽에 위치한다. 식판(40)의 상면에는 유아의 몸이 들어갈 수 있는 삽입 구멍(42)이 구비된다.
미끄럼대(10) 저면에는 좌판(50)이 구비된다. 좌판(50)은 의자로 사용시 유아가 앉는 자리이다. 좌판(50)은 미끄럼대(10)와 둔각을 이룬다.
측판(30)은 판자 또는 봉 형태 프레임으로도 구성될 수 있으며 바퀴(70)가 구비된다. 의자로 사용하기 위해 미끄럼대(10)를 세웠을 때 바퀴(70) 부위는 바닥에 닿는다. 바퀴(70)는 좌우 2개씩 4개로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
좌판(50) 부위에는 안전벨트(80)가 구비될 수 있다. 안전벨트(80)는 좌판(50)에 앉은 유아의 허리를 감싸 유아를 좌판(50)에 고정하는 역할을 하며 잠금장치가 구성된다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 좌판(50), 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대(10), 계단부(20), 측판(30)으로 구성되어 의자로 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은 식판(40)을 더 구성하여 유아용 식탁 의자로 사용할 수 있다. 식판(40)은 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대(10)에 힌지로 연결되어 접고 펼 수도 있으며 복수 홈이 구비되어 좌판(50)에 끼워 길이를 조절할 수도 있다. 식판(40)은 측판(30)에 힌지로 연결되거나 또는 "ㄷ" 형태로 거리를 조절하며 사용할 수 있는 슬라이스 홈이 구비된 좌판(50)에 끼움 연결되어 식탁 기능을 할 수 있다. 좌판(50)을 분리 후 또는 접은 후 도 6과 같이 뒤집으면 미끄럼틀로 사용할 수 있다. 도 7과 같이 계단부(20)를 뒤로 접으면 보행기로 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 안전벨트, 바퀴, 투명 등받이, 좌판지지구조 이동장치, 낙서판, 소리 출력장치, 일정부위 불빛 발산장치, 스마트폰 연동 센서, 미끄럼틀 높낮이 조절 기능 등이 더 추가 구성될 수 있다.
도 11과 같이 구체적으로 유아 탁자 의자로 사용 시 벨트나 끝으로 아기를 묶어 고정해 줄 수 있는 이탈방지장치의 용도로 안전벨트(80)를 더 구성할 수 있다. 측판(30)에 바퀴(70)가 구비될 수 있다. 바퀴(70)가 숨어 있다 들어 올려지는 기능이 추가로 구성될 수 있으며 제어장치가 구성되어 장착될 수도 있다. 보행기로 사용 시 아기가 뒤를 볼 수 있도록 등받이(의자로 사용시 미끄럼대(10)가 등받이가 됨) 전체 또는 등받이 일부를 투명한 재질로 구성할 수도 있다. 좌판(50) 지지구조는 동물 얼굴 모양이나 형상으로 제품을 구성할 수 있는데 의자나 식탁의자로 사용 후 미끄럼틀로 사용 시 뒤집었을 때 동물 얼굴이 바로 되도록 회전 등 이동장치로 구성할 수도 있다. 아기들은 낙서를 좋아하므로 등받이에 낙서판을 더 구성할 수도 있다. 아기들은 동물 소리 등 소리나 음악을 좋아하며 호기심이 많으므로 좌판(50) 또는 측판(30) 등을 강아지 디자인으로 만들 경우 누르면 강아지 짓는 소리가 들리도록 소리나 음악이 나오는 소리 출력장치를 더 구성할 수 있다. 소리 출력장치는 스피커 등과 같은 장치일 수 있다. 아기들은 시각에도 잘 반응하며 호기심이 많으므로 좌판(50) 또는 측판(30) 등을 동물 모양이나 형상의 디자인으로 구성할 경우 동물의 눈이나 코에서 불빛이 나오도록 구성하거나 또는 등받이, 측판, 좌판, 계단부 중 어느 하나의 일정 부위에서 빛이 나오도록 하는 불빛 발산장치를 더 구성할 수도 있다. 불빛의 광원은 엘이디인 것이 바람직하다. 앱(App 애플리케이션)을 만들고 소리 출력장치 또는 불빛 발산장치에 스마트폰과 연동되는 센서를 달아 스마트폰으로 소리나 불빛을 발산하도록 사물 인터넷 기능을 더 추가할 수 있다. 미끄럼대(10) 길이가 조절되도록 미끄럼대(10) 조절기능을 더 추가할 수 있다. 좌판(50)과 등받이에 쿠션 기능이 들어있는 구조물 또는 구조물에 안전벨트 기능이 들어있는 구조물을 더 추가할 수 있다. 더 잘 미끄러질 수 있도록 미끄럼대(10) 표면을 세라믹코팅으로 처리할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 4와 같이, 보행기 기능을 빼고 의자, 식탁의자 및 미끄럼틀 총 3가지 기능으로 사용할 수도 있다. 도 10과 같이 식탁의자 및 보행기 기능을 빼고 의자, 미끄럼틀 2가지 기능으로 사용할 수도 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예 및 첨부된 도면들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니며 발명의 설명 또는 첨부된 도면 어느 쪽이든 명시한 것은 다 본 발명의 보호 범위에 속한다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀은, 의자, 식탁의자, 미끄럼틀, 보행기 목적의 다용도 유아용 가구와 놀이기구로 이용할 수 있다. 의자에서 접혀있는 식판을 내리면 식탁 의자로 이용할 수 있다. 식탁을 접은 다음 제품을 뒤집으면 미끄럼틀로 이용할 수 있다. 계단부를 뒤로 접으면 보행기로 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 미끄럼틀로 사용시 상면이 경사 미끄럼 면이 되고 의자로 사용시 저면이 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대; 상기 미끄럼대 저면에 구비되는 것으로서 상기 미끄럼대와 둔각을 이루며 구성된 좌판; 상기 미끄럼대 후방에 구비되는 계단부; 및 상기 미끄럼대와 계단부의 좌우 측면에 판자 또는 봉 형태 프레임으로도 구성될 수 있는 측판; 을 포함하며, 세우면 의자 눕히면 미끄럼틀로 사용할 수 있는 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 미끄럼대 저면에는 식판이 구비되고, 상기 식판은 측판에 힌지로 연결되거나 또는 "ㄷ" 형태로 좌판에 끼움 연결되어 식탁 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
    상기 좌판에는 구멍이 구비되고, 상기 계단부는 측판에 힌지로 연결되어 힌지를 중심으로 회전하여 일면이 상기 좌판에 구비된 구멍을 가리고 보행기로 사용시 뒤로 젖혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식판; 이 구비된 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 식판은 상기 미끄럼대 저면에 위치하는 것으로서, 힌지축에 의해 측판에 결합되어 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하면서 미끄럼대와 멀어지도록 펴지거나 미끄럼대와 근접 또는 밀착하도록 접히며,
    상기 식판의 후단 부위에는 받침 편이 구비되며, 상기 받침 편은 식판이 미끄럼대와 둔각을 이루도록 펼쳐진 상태에서 식판이 더 이상 펴지지 않도록 미끄럼대에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    측판에는 바퀴가 구비되며, 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대는 전체 또는 일부가 투명체이고, 좌판은 사람 얼굴 또는 동물 얼굴 모양이며, 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대에는 낙서판이 구비되고, 미끄럼대, 좌판, 계단부, 측판 중 적어도 어느 하나의 일정 부위에는 측판 또는 좌판에 디자인된 동물 얼굴 모양에 부합하는 동물 소리 또는 음악이 출력되는 소리 출력장치가 구비되며, 동물 얼굴 모양으로 디자인된 측판 또는 좌판의 동물 눈, 코 또는 미끄럼대, 좌판, 계단부, 측판의 특정 부위에서 불빛이 나오도록 불빛 발산장치가 구비되고, 소리 출력장치와 불빛 발산장치에는 스마트폰과 연동되는 센서가 구비되어 스마트폰에 설치된 앱을 통해 소리 출력장치와 불빛 발산장치를 제어하는 사물 인터넷 기능이 구성되며, 미끄럼대의 높이나 길이를 조절하는 기능이 구비되고, 좌판 또는 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대에는 쿠션 기능이 구비되며, 좌판 또는 의자로 사용시 등받이가 되는 미끄럼대에는 안전벨트가 구비되고, 잘 미끄러질 수 있도록 미끄럼대는 세라믹코팅으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식탁 의자 겸용 미끄럼틀.
