一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,包括配料仓(1)、主通道(2)、出料板(9)和收料箱(10),所述配料仓连接主通道,所述主通道分别连接分通道a(3)、分通道b(4)和分通道c(5),所述分通道a、b、c分别连接相对应的搅拌仓a(6)、搅拌仓b(7)和搅拌仓c(8),所述搅拌仓a、b、c均连接出料板,所述出料板底部设置有一收料箱,所述搅拌仓a、b、c内均上下分为一级搅拌室(11)和二级搅拌室(12),一、二级搅拌室内均设置有搅拌装置(13)。该装置采用配料和搅拌一体化结构,简化了工作流程,同时计量器(20)的设置能够测量和控制饲料的量,自动化程度高,而且能够对搅拌室边缘的物料进行搅拌,搅拌效果好。

Description

一种自动化饲料搅拌装置 技术领域
本发明涉及了自动化技术领域,尤其涉及了一种自动化饲料搅拌装置。
背景技术
随着我国机械行业的不断地发展,目前为止饲料机械在向成套化、自动方向发展,饲料机械加工厂家也逐渐形成规模化、集团化的特点,提供饲料加工机组和环模颗粒机等单机设备的各种饲料机械,形成了多层次、全方位的饲料机械生产团体,保证了饲料加工行业的稳定健康发展,饲料加工企业的不断壮大和饲料需求量的增加要求饲料机械更加自动化和高质量,这对饲料机械行业的发展是一个机遇和挑战。但是现有技术的饲料搅拌装置一般和饲料配制机械是两个分开的独立机械,也就是将饲料配制完成后再送入到搅拌机械进行搅拌,工作量大,而且缺少计量装置,难以对饲料的量实现把控,自动化程度较低,而且在搅拌过程中难以对边缘的饲料进行搅拌,搅拌效果较差。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种配料与搅拌一体化结构、搅拌效果好的自动化饲料搅拌装置。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,包括配料仓、主通道、出料板和收料箱,所述配料仓连接主通道,所述主通道分别连接分通道a、分通道b和分通道c,所述分通道a、b、c分别连接相对应的搅拌仓a、搅拌仓b和搅拌仓c,所述搅拌仓a、b、c均连接出料板,所述出料板底部设置有一收料箱,所述搅拌仓a、b、c内均上下分为一级搅拌室和二级搅拌室,一、二级搅拌室内均设置有搅拌装置。
进一步地,搅拌装置包括动力轴、搅拌轴a和搅拌轴b,动力轴安装在一、二级搅拌室的中心位置上,搅拌轴a、b的一端分别安装在动力轴上,搅拌轴a、b的另一端分别设置有滚球a和滚球b,滚球a、b均啮合一、二级搅拌室的滚道上。
进一步地,所述动力轴驱动搅拌轴a和搅拌轴b通过对应的滚球a、b在滚道上做圆周运动。
进一步地,所述主通道内还设置有计量器。
进一步地,所述收料箱通过门栓活动连接出料板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用配料和搅拌一体化结构,简化了工作流程,大大的提高了工作效率,同时计量器的设置能够测量和控制饲料的量,自动化程度高,而且能够对搅拌室边缘的物料进行搅拌,搅拌效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,包括配料仓1、主通道2、出料板9和收料箱10,配料仓1连接主通道2,主通道2分别连接分通道a3、分通道b4和分通道c5,分通道a3、b4、c5分别连接相对应的搅拌仓a6、搅拌仓b7和搅拌仓c8,搅拌仓a6、b7、c8均连接出料板9,出料板9底部设置有一收料箱10,搅拌仓a6、b7、c8内均上下分为一级搅拌室11和二级搅拌室12,一、二级搅拌室11、12内均设置有搅拌装置13。
其中,搅拌装置13包括动力轴14、搅拌轴a15和搅拌轴b16,动力轴14安装在一、二级搅拌室11、12的中心位置上,搅拌轴a15、b16的一端分别安装在动力轴14上,搅拌轴a15、b16的另一端分别设置有滚球a17和滚球b18,滚球a17、b18均啮合一、二级搅拌室11、12的滚道19上,动力轴14驱动搅拌轴a15和搅拌轴b16通过对应的滚球a17、b18在滚道19上做圆周运动,在旋转过程中对物料进行360度无死角的搅拌,而且能够对边缘的物料进行搅拌,有效的提高了搅拌效率,搅拌效果好。
另外,主通道2内还设置有计量器20,能够测量和控制饲料的量,收料箱10通过门栓21活动连接出料板9,操作简单,使用方便。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用配料和搅拌一体化结构,简化了工作流程,大大的提高了工作效率,自动化程度高,搅拌效果好。

  1. 一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,包括配料仓、主通道、出料板和收料箱,其特征在于:所述配料仓连接主通道,所述主通道分别连接分通道a、分通道b和分通道c,所述分通道a、b、c分别连接相对应的搅拌仓a、搅拌仓b和搅拌仓c,所述搅拌仓a、b、c均连接出料板,所述出料板底部设置有一收料箱,所述搅拌仓a、b、c内均上下分为一级搅拌室和二级搅拌室,一、二级搅拌室内均设置有搅拌装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于:搅拌装置包括动力轴、搅拌轴a和搅拌轴b,动力轴安装在一、二级搅拌室的中心位置上,搅拌轴a、b的一端分别安装在动力轴上,搅拌轴a、b的另一端分别设置有滚球a和滚球b,滚球a、b均啮合一、二级搅拌室的滚道上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述动力轴驱动搅拌轴a和搅拌轴b通过对应的滚球a、b在滚道上做圆周运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述主通道内还设置有计量器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化饲料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述收料箱通过门栓活动连接出料板。
