우산대의 걸림볼(121)이 상부손잡이(131)의 관통구(131a) 일단으로 관통하고, 하부손잡이(132) 돌출삽입부(134)가 상부손잡이 관통구(131a) 타단으로 삽입된 후 돌출삽입부(134)의 회동체결부(134a) 및 관통구의 회동결합부(131b)를 이용하여 상하부손잡이(131, 132)가 결합될 수 있으며, 우산대(120)의 걸림볼(121)은 돌출삽입부(134)의 볼고정부(134b)에 의하여 우산대(120)의 차양각을 조절하고 고정할 수 있다.
즉, 차양각을 조절할 때에는, 하부손잡이(132)를 상부손잡이(131)로부터 분리한 후 우산대의 차양각을 조절하고 하부손잡이를 상부손잡이에 회동체결하여, 우산대의 걸림볼(121)이 볼고정부(134b)에 의하여 고정될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기 거치부(200)는 판형태의 삽결부(211)가 전면에 일체 형성되어 있는 2기 전면프레임(210)과; 상기 각각의 전면프레임 상단에 경첩(250)으로 결합되는 2기의 굽은 분절형 상면프레임(220)과; 상기 각각의 상면프레임의 사이 후면에 경첩으로 결합될 수 있는 후면프레임(270)으로; 구성되어 있다.
상기 후면프레임(270)은 각각의 후면사이드프레임(230)과; 상기 후면사이드프레임사이에 결합되는 후면중앙프레임(240)으로; 구성될 수 있다.
상기 후면사이드프레임(230)은 후면사이드프레임이 상면프레임(220)과 경첩으로 결합된 일측의 타단에 성형되어 있으며 핀체결구(232)가 형성된 핀체결부(231)와; 상면프레임(220)과 경첩으로 결합된 일측의 타단에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부(233)로; 구성되어 있다.
상기 후면사이드프레임(230) 사이에 결합되는 후면중앙프레임(240)은 그 양단에 형성된 핀체결돌출부(241)와; 상기 슬라이더삽결부(233)에 삽입되거나 분리될 수 있도록 일체로 형성된 슬라이더(242)로; 구성되어 있다. 즉, 후면중앙프레임(240)은 후면중앙프레임 양단의 핀체결돌출부(241)와 후면사이드프레임의 핀체결부(231)에 회전핀(235)을 체결하여 결합할 수 있으며 후면중앙프레임의 양단에 성형된 슬라이더(242)가 후면사이드프레임(230)에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부(233)에 삽입되거나 분리됨으로써 회전핀(235)을 축으로 한 안정적인 회전을 도모할 수 있도록 제작하였다.
상기 경첩은 도면에 도시된 형태에 한정되지 아니하며 다양한 회전축을 가질 수 있는 구성으로 제작될 수 있으며 이는 공지된 기술로부터의 유추가 자명하므로 별도로 설시하지 아니하기로 한다.
삽결부(211)는 체결버튼고정홈(211a)이 형성되어 있어, 상기 우산부의 하부손잡이의 결속구(133a)에 전면프레임의 삽결부(211)가 삽입되어 거치될 때, 결속구(133a)를 관통하여 설치되어 있는 체결버튼(133b)을 이용하여 체결버튼고정홈(211a)에 체결버튼을 고정시킴으로써, 우산부(100)를 거치부(200)에 고정하여 거치한다.
상기 체결버튼고정홈에 체결버튼을 이용하여 고정하는 것은 공지된 기술로부터의 유추가 자명하므로 별도로 설시하지 아니하기로 한다.
상기 벨트부(260)는 전면거치대(210)의 하단부를 관통하여 삽결될 수 있으며, 각기 상이한 사용자의 신체에 유연하게 대응하여 사용자의 신체와 거치부의 이격 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 벨트부의 길이를 조절할 수 있는 제1조절부(261) 또는 제2조절부(262) 중 1이상으로; 구성되어 있으며
바람직하게는 제1조절부는 전면프레임간 간격을 조절할 수 있고 제2조절부는 신체에 거치부를 밀착할 수 있도록 제작되어 있으며 벨트부의 길이 조절은 공지된 기술로부터의 유추가 자명하므로 별도로 설시하지 아니하기로 한다.
실시예로는,
우산부(100)는 우산대(120)의 걸림볼(121)과 결합하기 위한 우산손잡이부(130)를 구비하고 있으며, 상부손잡이 관통구(131a)에 우산대의 걸림볼(121)을 삽입하고, 하부손잡이(132)를 회동결합함으로써, 하부손잡이(132)의 돌출삽입부(134)에 형성되어 있는 볼고정부(134b)를 이용하여, 우산대의 차양각을 조절하거나 고정시킬 수 있도록 제작되어 있으며, 하부손잡이(132)에 체결버튼(133b)이 설치된 결속구(133a)에 거치부(200)의 전면프레임의 삽결부(211)를 삽입하고 체결버튼(133b)을 삽결부(211)의 체결버튼고정홈(211a)에 고정함으로써 우산부(100)를 거치부(200)에 거치할 수 있다.
또한, 거치부(200)는 전면프레임(210), 상면프레임(220) 및 후면프레임(270)을 결합하여 제작될 수 있으며, 더욱이, 후면프레임은 후면사이드프레임(230)과 후면중앙프레임(240)으로 구성될 수 있다. 후면사이드프레임(230)을 경첩(250)으로 상면프레임에 결합하고, 후면사이드프레임 사이에 후면중앙프레임을 결합하여 분절형으로 제작될 수 있다. 전면프레임과 상면프레임 또한, 분절형으로 제작될 수 있어, 착용자의 신체사이즈에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있으며, 피복, 가방 또는 벨트의 형태에 따라 우산거치대를 피복에 결합하여 착용할 수 있어 그 활용성을 극대화시켰다.
경첩(250)을 이용한 결합을 통하여, 착용자 몸체의 두께에 대응할 수 있도록 신체의 전면에 전면프레임과 어깨에 걸쳐지는 상면프레임(220)의 이격간격이 확장될 수 있으며, 후면사이드프레임(230)사이에 회전핀(235)으로 결합되는 후면중앙프레임(240)을 이용하여, 착용자 몸체 너비에 대응할 수 있도록 제작하였다.
또한, 거치부는 의복, 가방에 삽결되거나 일체로 제작되어 의복과 같이 착용할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 체형에 따라 착용할 수 있도록 상기 전면프레임 하단을 관통하여 설치되는 벨트부를 구비하고 있어, 거치부를 착용자 몸체사이즈에 대응하여 고정할 수 있도록 하였다.
본 발명은 당해 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음이 자명함으로 상기한 실시 예로 한정되지 아니하고 변형된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산에 있어서,
    구형의 걸림볼이 일단에 성형되어 있는 우산대와; 상기 우산대의 걸림볼이 성형되어 있는 일단의 타단에 설치되는 캐노피와; 상기 걸림볼이 관통되어 결합될 수 있도록 형성된 관통구가 천공되어 있는 상부손잡이와; 본체부로부터 상향 돌출된 돌출삽입부를 이용하여 상기 상부손잡이에 회동체결되는 하부손잡이로; 구성되어 있어, 걸림볼이 상부손잡이를 관통하고 상기 상부손잡이에 하부손잡이가 회동체결되어 우산손잡이부로 조립되며 우산손잡이부, 우산대 및 캐노피가 우산부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    돌출삽입부는 그 상면에 우산대의 걸림볼을 고정할 수 있는 함몰된 반구형 볼고정부가; 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상부손잡이 관통구 하단 내벽에 형성된 회동결합부와;
    하부손잡이 돌출삽입부 하단에 형성된 회동체결부를; 더 포함하여, 하부손잡이가 상부손잡이에 결합될 때, 상기 회동결합부 및 회동체결부를 이용하여 회동결합함으로써 우산손잡이부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  4. 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산에 있어서,
    2기의 전면프레임과;
    상기 전면프레임 상단에 결합되는 2기의 상면프레임과;
    상기 각각의 상면프레임의 사이 후면에 결합될 수 있는 후면프레임으로; 구성되어 분절형 거치부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    후면프레임은 각각의 상면프레임사이에 결합할 수 있는 후면사이드프레임과;
    상기 후면사이드프레임사이에 결합되는 후면중앙프레임으로; 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    후면사이드프레임은 상면프레임과 결합된 일측의 타단에 성형되어 있고 핀체결구가 형성된 핀체결부 및 상면프레임과 결합된 일측의 타단에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부로 구성되며,
    후면중앙프레임은 그 양단에 형성된 핀체결돌출부 및 상기 슬라이더삽결부에 삽입되거나 분리될 수 있도록 일체로 형성된 슬라이더로 구성되며,
    상기 핀체결돌출부와 핀체결부에 체결되는 회전핀을 더 포함하여,
    후면중앙프레임의 양단에 성형된 슬라이더가 후면사이드프레임에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부에 삽입되거나 분리됨으로써 회전핀을 축으로 한 회전을 도모할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산.
  7. 제 4항에 있어서,
    전면프레임의 하단부를 관통하여 삽결될 수 있으며, 각기 상이한 사용자의 신체에 유연하게 대응하여 사용자의 신체와 거치부의 이격 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 전면프레임간 간격을 조절할 수 있는 제1조절부 또는 신체에 거치부를 밀착할 수 있는 제2조절부 중 1이상으로 구성된 벨트부를; 더 포함하여 벨트부의 길이와 전면프레임간의 간격을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  8. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상면프레임과 후면프레임은 분절형으로 제작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  9. 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산에 있어서,
    구형의 걸림볼이 일단에 성형되어 있는 우산대, 상기 우산대의 걸림볼이 성형되어 있는 일단의 타단에 설치되는 캐노피, 상기 걸림볼이 관통되어 결합될 수 있도록 형성된 관통구가 천공되어 있는 상부손잡이 및 체결버튼이 설치되어 있는 결속구가 형성되어 있는 본체부로부터 상향 돌출된 돌출삽입부를 이용하여 상기 상부손잡이에 회동체결되는 하부손잡이로 구성되어 있는 우산부와;
    체결버튼고정홈이 형성되어 있는 판형 삽결부가 전면에 일체형성되어 있는 2기의 분절형 전면프레임, 상기 각각의 전면프레임 상단에 결합되는 2기의 분절형 상면프레임, 상기 각각의 상면프레임의 사이 후면에 결합될 수 있는 후면프레임으로 구성되어 있는 거치부를; 구비하고 있어, 상기 하부손잡이 본체부의 결속구에 삽결부를 삽입하고, 체결버튼 및 체결버튼고정홈을 이용하여 우산부와 거치부를 결속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    전면프레임의 하단부를 관통하여 삽결될 수 있으며, 각기 상이한 사용자의 신체에 유연하게 대응하여 사용자의 신체와 거치부의 이격 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 전면프레임간 간격을 조절할 수 있는 제1조절부 또는 신체에 거치부를 밀착할 수 있는 제2조절부 중 1이상으로 구성된 벨트부를; 더 포함하여 벨트부의 길이와 전면프레임간의 간격을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  11. 제 4항에 있어서,
    거치부는 의복 또는 배낭에 삽결되거나 의복 또는 배낭과 일체로 제작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  12. 제 9항에 있어서,
    후면프레임은 각각의 상면프레임사이에 결합할 수 있는 후면사이드프레임과;
    상기 후면사이드프레임사이에 결합되는 후면중앙프레임으로; 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절우산.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    후면사이드프레임은 상면프레임과 결합된 일측의 타단에 성형되어 있고 핀체결구가 형성된 핀체결부 및 상면프레임과 결합된 일측의 타단에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부를 포함하고 있으며,
    후면중앙프레임은 그 양단에 형성된 핀체결돌출부 및 상기 슬라이더삽결부에 삽입되거나 분리될 수 있도록 일체로 형성된 슬라이더를 포함하고 있으며,
    상기 핀체결돌출부와 핀체결부에 체결되는 회전핀을 더 포함하여,
    후면중앙프레임의 양단에 성형된 슬라이더가 후면사이드프레임에 형성된 슬라이더삽결부에 삽입되거나 분리됨으로써 회전핀을 축으로 한 회전을 도모할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상체착용거치대에 거치할 수 있는 차양각 조절 우산.
