본 발명은 우산 거치대에 관한 것으로, 우산장착부 및 우산지지받침부와 결합된 백팩형태의 우산장착본체를 등에 착용할 수 있도록 제작하여, 우산을 우산장착부에 삽입결합함으로써 작업자가 양손을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으며 또한, 상기 우산장착부를 좌우회전시키거나 전후면으로 이동시켜 고정함으로써 삽입결합된 장대우산의 차양각을 조절하여 차양 효과를 향상시켜 작업 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 우산 거치대를 제공하고자 한다.
일반적으로 농어민들은 실외에서 뜨거운 태양아래 혹은 우천시 비를 맞으며 장시간 작업을 하는 경우가 매우 빈번하다. 대부분 사람들은 모자나 수건 또는 우천시 우산을 이용하여 신체의 일부분을 가리지만 악천후에서는 피로감이 쉽게 누적될 수 있다는 문제점이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위하여, 출원번호 제10-2013-0055725호 “우산고정장치”에서는 상반신에 우산대를 밀착시킨 상태에서 신체 결속부로 우산대에서 우산 사용자의 상반신을 좌, 우측으로 감싸 결속함으로써, 우산 사용자의 양손을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 우산 고정장치에 관한 것을 제안하였으나, 이는 우산장착부의 각도의 조절이 불가능하다는 점에서 악천후로부터 작업자를 보호하는 효과를 극대화하기에 부족하였다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점으로부터 작업능률을 향상시키고 다양한 자연 환경으로부터 효과적으로 대처하거나 지속적인 작업을 할 수 있도록 우산장착부의 전후면이동 및 좌우회전이 가능하도록 제작하여 우산의 차양각을 최적화할 수 있는 우산 거치대를 제공하고자 한다.

도 3에 도시된 것과 같이, 상기 회전판(20)은 반원형이며 회전판의 중심부(22)을 기준으로 외경을 따라 일정배열의 걸림홈(21) 3~6기를 구비하고 있다. 즉, 중심점으로부터 각각의 걸림홈은 동일거리상에 형성되어 있다.

또한, 도 4b에서와 같이 상기 우산지지받침부(40)는 우산장대(70b)의 말단을 지지할 수 있도록 삽입홈(41)구비하고 있으며 우산장대(70b)의 말단에 핀삽입공(70c)이 형성되어 있어 고정핀(45)을 우산지지받침부(42)의 핀관통공(44) 통하여 상기 핀삽입공(70c)에 고정핀(45)을 설치함으로써 우산장대 말단의 탈리를 방지할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 상기 고정핀은 핀관통공 및 핀삽입공핀에 삽입되어 결합될 때, 그 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 말발굽형태의 탄성고리가 일체화되어 있다. 말발굽형태라고 함은 도 4b에 도시된 것과 같이 타원형 또는 원형의 원주에 1/3부분이 개방되어 있는 것이다. 더욱이 우산지지받침부(40)는 받침부볼(43)이 형성되어 있는 받침부 본체(40a)와 우산장착본체(10)에 결합되어 있으며 받침부볼삽입부(42)를 구비하고 있는 받침크레이들부(40b)로 구성되어 있다. 받침부본체의 받침부볼(43)은 받침 크레이들부(40b)에 형성된 받침부볼삽입부(42)에 결합설치되어 상기 받침부 본체(40a)는 360도 회전이 가능하도록 제작되었다.

또한, 상기 우산삽입부(31)는 360도 회전이 가능하도록 그 회전볼(31b)을 구비하고 있으며 차양각의 조절정도에 따라 회전이 가능하도록 하였다.

    삽입공이 형성되어 있는 우산삽입부, 상기 우산삽입부와 결합하는 제2조절대, 제 1조절대, 양단에 형성된 고정결합부에 의해 제 1, 2조절대 사이에 고정 설치될 수 있는 삼각나사형 확장체, 상기 삼각나사형 확장체에 장착될 수 있도록 일면에 개방부를 구비하고 있으며 확장체의 나선부와 맞물릴 수 있도록 내벽을 그 내벽을 따라 스크류 형태의 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 탄력고정체, 상기 회전판의 중심부에 설치되는 회전중심축 및 상기 회전판에 일정 배열의 걸림홈에 고정될 수 있는 걸림볼로 구성되어 있으며 상기 제1,2 조절대, 제1,2조절대 사이에 결합된 삼각나사형 확장체와 이에 장착되는 탄력고정체가 관통설치되는 조절봉과 상기 제 1조절대에 결합되는 손잡이부로 구성된 우산장착부와; 상기 삽입된 우산장대의 말단을 지지할 수 있도록 삽입홈이 구비된 우산지지받침부로; 구성되어 있어 상기 손잡이부를 좌우회전시키거나 전후면으로 이동 및 고정시켜 우산의 차양각을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산거치대.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 우산장착부의 차양각을 조절하기 위하여 손잡이부를; 더 포함할 수 있는 우산거치대.
  4. 제 1항 내지 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    우산지지받침부는 삽입홈을 구비하여 우산장대의 말단이 삽입될 수 있으며 받침부볼이 형성되어 있는 받침부본체와; 상기 받침부볼과 결합할 수 있는 받침부볼삽입부가 형성되어 있으며 우산장착본체에 부착결합되어 있는 받침크레이들부로; 구성되어 있어 받침부본체는 360도 회전을 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산거치대.
  5. 제 1항 내지 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    우산지지받침부는 그 일면에 구비된 핀관통공과; 핀관통공에 삽입되어 핀삽입공이 형성된 우산장대말단부를 삽입홈에 고정시킬 수 있도록 핀의 이탈을 방지하는 말발굽형태의 탄성고리가 일체화된 고정핀으로; 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 우산거치대.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서, 우산삽입부는 회전볼을 구비하고 있어 제2조절대 형성된 볼삽입부에 삽설될 수 있도록 구성하여 360도 회전이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산거치대.
