- the connection wire 63 is installed to pass between the bus bars 22, the pressure jig and the ICB housing 20 are pressed between the bus bars 22 and the electrode leads 16 by using the pressure jig. As the connection wire 63 is interposed therebetween, the connection wire 63 may be damaged or a welding failure may occur between the bus bar 22 and the electrode lead 16.
- connection wire 63 is fixedly installed in the wire fixing groove 27a recessed toward the inner surface of the ICB housing 20 compared with the above-mentioned connection point P, the connection wire 63 is connected between the pressing jig and the ICB housing 20. Interference with 63 is prevented. Therefore, the battery module 1 can prevent the bus bar 22 and the electrode lead 16 from coming into close contact with each other, thereby preventing welding defects from occurring, and the connection wire 63 is damaged to measure the secondary battery 10. The electrical connection between the circuits can be prevented from breaking.
- the transfer connector assembly 60 may include a temperature sensor 66 that is in contact with a predetermined temperature measuring position of the cartridge stack 10 and may sense the temperature of the secondary batteries 12.
- the temperature sensor 66 may further include a conductive wire 67 for electrically connecting the main connector.

Claims (9)
- 전극 리드를 각각 갖는 복수의 이차 전지들과, 상기 이차 전지들 중 적어도 하나의 이차 전지를 각각 수용하며, 다단으로 적층되는 복수의 카트리지를 구비하는 카트리지 적층체;상기 전극 리드와 미리 정해진 접속점에서 접속되는 버스바를 구비하며, 상기 카트리지 적층체의 일면에 결합되는 ICB 하우징; 및상기 ICB 하우징을 경유하도록 배치되는 연결 와이어를 구비하며, 상기 이차 전지들의 전압을 센싱 가능하도록 상기 버스바와 접속되는 센싱 유닛을 포함하고;상기 ICB 하우징은, 상기 접속점에 비해 상기 ICB 하우징의 내면 쪽에 위치하도록 상기 ICB 하우징의 외면이 상기 ICB 하우징의 내면 쪽을 향해 요입되어 형성되며 상기 연결 와이어의 적어도 일부분이 삽입되어 고정되는 와이어 고정홈을 갖는 와이어 고정부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ICB 하우징은 상기 전극 리드의 단부가 통과되도록 천공된 리드홀을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 버스바는, 상기 ICB 하우징의 외면에 결합되며,상기 전극 리드는, 상기 리드홀을 통과하여 상기 ICB 하우징의 외부로 돌출된 단부가 미리 정해진 각도만큼 절곡되어 형성되며 상기 버스바와 상기 접속점에서 접속되는 접속부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 버스바와 상기 접속부는, 상기 접속점에서 레이저 용접되어 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 와이어 고정부는, 상기 연결 와이어가 상기 와이어 고정홈에 끼움 결합되도록 미리 정해진 간격을 두고 상기 와이어 고정홈으로부터 돌출 형성되는 복수의 끼움 돌기들을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센싱 유닛은,상기 버스바와 접속되는 센싱 와이어와, 상기 센싱 와이어의 단부에 결합되는 센싱 커넥터를 갖는 센싱 커넥터 조립체; 및상기 센싱 커넥터와 체결 및 접속되는 서브 커넥터와, 외부의 계측 회로가 구비하는 회로 커넥터와 체결 및 접속되며, 상기 연결 와이어에 의해 상기 서브 커넥터와 전기적으로 연결되는 메인 커넥터를 갖는 연결 커넥터 조립체;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 전극 리드를 각각 갖는 복수의 이차 전지들과, 상기 이차 전지들 중 적어도 하나의 이차 전지를 각각 수용하며, 다단으로 적층되는 복수의 카트리지를 구비하는 카트리지 적층체;상기 전극 리드와 미리 정해진 접속점에서 접속되는 버스바를 구비하며, 상기 카트리지 적층체의 외면에 결합되는 ICB 하우징; 및상기 ICB 하우징을 경유하도록 배치되며, 상기 버스바와 접속되는 연결 와이어를 포함하고,상기 ICB 하우징은, 상기 접속점에 비해 상기 ICB 하우징의 내면 쪽에 위치하도록 상기 ICB 하우징의 외면이 상기 ICB 하우징의 내면 쪽을 향해 요입되어 형성되며 상기 연결 와이어의 적어도 일부분이 삽입되어 고정되는 와이어 고정홈을 갖는 와이어 고정부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제8항에 따른 배터리 팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
