課題　大事にしたい装飾シート部が汚れることが防止でき、清掃の手間が掛からない装飾品を提供する。 解決手段　装飾品１０は、装飾シート部２０がケース部３０に収納され、前面パネル部４０がケース部３０に設けられている。装飾シート部２０は、シート部材に印刷された造形物２１として、手形イメージ部２２と、全身イメージ部２３と、数字部２４とが、造形物２１が形成された範囲以外の他の範囲から膨出している。ケース部３０は、前面が開口した箱状または枠状に形成されている。前面パネル部４０は、ケース部３０に装飾シート部２０を収納した状態で開口を塞ぐ、透明の板状体である。造形物２１が形成された装飾シート部２０がケース部３０に収納され、ケース部３０の開口を前面パネル部４０が蓋となって塞いでいるため、装飾シート部２０に埃が溜まることが防止できる。また、埃が溜まっても前面パネル部４０を清掃するだけなので清掃が容易である。

Description

装飾品
　本発明は、シート部材に印刷された造形物の範囲をシート部材の他の範囲から膨出させた装飾シート部を備えた装飾品に関するものである。
　シート部材に印刷された写真や絵が浮き上がるように形成されて半立体的に見えるようにした装飾品が知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。
　特許文献１に記載の装飾プレートは、写真を表示する写真部と、一又は複数の装飾部とをプレート本体の表面に備えている。プレート本体は、熱可塑性樹脂からなるシート状材をもって構成されており、写真部は、プレート本体表面より写真表示面部が浮き上がるようにシート状材を台状に膨出させて形成されている。
　また、この特許文献１では、プレート本体の外縁部を額縁に嵌め込み、額縁の前面開口部にプレート本体の表面部を露出させた状態で使用することが記載されている。
特開２０１５－１３９９４３号公報
　しかし、特許文献１に記載の装飾プレートでは、装飾プレートを、直接、壁に貼り付けたり、額縁に入れて嵌め込み、額縁の前面開口部にプレート本体の表面部を露出させた状態で飾ったりすると、写真表示面部がプレート本体表面より膨出しているため、膨出部分の傾斜面に埃が溜まりやすい。そうなると、記念の装飾プレートや、趣味の装飾プレートなど、大事に扱っていたものが汚れてしまうため、埃を振るい落としたり、払い除けたりする必要があり、清掃作業が煩雑である。
　そこで本発明は、大事にしたい装飾シート部が汚れることが防止でき、清掃の手間が掛からない装飾品を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の装飾品は、シート部材に印刷された造形物の範囲を有し、上記造形物の範囲を造形物以外の範囲から膨出させた装飾シート部と、前記装飾シート部を収納するために、前面が開口した箱状または枠状に形成されたケース部と、前記ケース部に前記装飾シート部を収納した状態で開口を塞ぐ、透明の前面パネル部とを備えたことを特徴とする。
　本発明の装飾品によれば、造形物が形成された装飾シート部がケース部に収納され、ケース部の開口を前面パネルが蓋となって塞いでいるため、装飾シート部に埃が溜まることが防止できる。また、埃が溜まっても前面パネルを清掃するだけなので清掃が容易である。
　前記ケース部は、前記装飾シート部の輪郭形状に合わせて形成された底面部を有し、前記装飾シート部は、前記造形物以外の範囲が前記ケース部の底面部に接着されていることが望ましい。装飾シート部におけるシート部材の造形物以外の他の範囲が、装飾シート部の輪郭形状に合わせて形成されたケース部の底面部に接着されているため、しっかりとケース部の底面部に貼り付けることができる。従って、前面パネルがケース部から外れても、装飾シート部が落下しない。
　前記ケース部における周壁部の開口縁部に、前記前面パネル部を支持担持する段差部と、前記段差部に配置された前記前面パネル部を前記段差部と共に挟み込む突起部とが形成されていることが望ましい。前面パネルを、ケース部における周壁部の開口縁部に形成された段差部に支持させ、突起部にて挟み込むことで、簡単に前面パネルをケース部に取り付けることができる。
　前記造形物は、人物または人物の一部の写真または絵であり、前記前面パネル部には、前記人物のサインまたは前記人物のメッセージが印刷されていることが望ましい。装飾シート部に造形物が形成され、他に空いたスペースが無くても、前面パネルにサインまたはメッセージを印刷することにより、装飾品全体の大きさを抑えることができる。
　前記人物のサインまたはメッセージは、前記前面パネル部の内側面に印刷されていることが望ましい。サインまたはメッセージが前面パネルの内側面に形成されていると、所有者や観察者が、サインまたはメッセージを直接触ってしまうことが回避できる。
　本発明の装飾品によれば、ケース部の開口を前面パネルが蓋となって塞いでいるため、装飾シート部に埃が溜まることが防止でき、また、埃が溜まっても前面パネルを清掃するだけであるため、大事にしたい装飾シート部が汚れることが防止でき、清掃の手間が掛からない。

　本発明の実施の形態に係る装飾品を図面に基づいて説明する。
　図１に示す装飾品１０は、装飾シート部２０と、ケース部３０と、前面パネル部４０とを備えている。
　装飾シート部２０は、矩形状に形成された輪郭形状を有している。装飾シート部２０は、ＰＶＣ（ポリ塩化ビニル）製である。装飾シート部２０は、シート部材に印刷された造形物２１の範囲を、造形物以外の他の範囲（造形物２１の残余部分）から膨出させている。本実施の形態では、装飾品１０が野球選手の記録達成記念として作製されたものであるため、装飾シート部２０の造形物２１として、左側に野球選手の手形を象った手形イメージ部２２、右側に野球選手の全身を象った全身イメージ部２３および達成の数字を象った数字部２４が浮き上がるように凸状に膨らませている。
　造形物以外の装飾シート部２０は膨出していない平坦なシート状であり、装飾シート部２０は、造形物２１以外の範囲平坦なシート部にて、ケース部３０の底面部３１に接着材により貼り付けられ、固定されている。
　ケース部３０は、装飾シート部２０を収納するものである。ケース部３０は、装飾シート部２０の前記輪郭形状（外形）に合わせて矩形状に形成されている。ケース部３０は、前面が開口した箱状に形成されている。
　ケース部３０は、矩形状の底面部３１と、底面部３１の周囲縁部に立設された矩形枠状の周壁部３２とを備えている。
　図２に示すように周壁部３２の開口縁部３２ａには、周壁部３２の下部３２ｂより厚みを薄くすることでできた段差部３２ｃが形成されている。また、周壁部３２の開口縁部３２ａは、前面パネル部４０を段差部３２ｃに配置したときに段差部３２ｃと共に挟み込む突起部３２ｄが形成されている。
　突起部３２ｄは、ケース部３０の長辺側の一対の周壁部３２に２ヵ所ずつ、合計４ヵ所に形成されている。図２に示したように、突起部３２ｄは段差部３２ｃの内面よりも僅かながら内方に突出しており、より抜け出し難くなっている。
　前面パネル部４０は、ケース部３０の開口に合わせて矩形状に形成されている。前面パネル部４０は、透明なアクリル製である。前面パネル部４０は、嵌め込みによりケース部３０に取り付けられる。前面パネル部４０には、野球選手のサイン４１が印刷されている。サイン４１は、前面パネル部４０の内側面（裏面）に印刷されている。
　以上のように構成された本発明の実施の形態に係る装飾品１０は、装飾シート部２０に半立体形状の造形物２１が形成されているため、装飾品１０の価値を高いものとすることができる。
　また、造形物２１が形成された装飾シート部２０がケース部３０に収納され、ケース部３０の開口を前面パネル部４０が蓋となって塞いでいるため、装飾シート部２０に埃が溜まることが防止できる。また、埃が溜まっても前面パネル部４０を清掃するだけなので清掃が容易である。
　装飾シート部２０におけるシート部材の造形物２１以外の他の範囲が、装飾シート部２０の輪郭形状に合わせて形成されたケース部３０の底面部３１に接着されている。そのため、しっかりとケース部３０の底面部３１に貼り付けることができるので、前面パネル部４０がケース部３０から外れても、装飾シート部２０が落下しない。
　前面パネル部４０を、ケース部３０における周壁部３２の開口縁部３２ａに形成された段差部３２ｃに支持させ、突起部３２ｄにて挟み込むことで、簡単に前面パネル部４０をケース部３０に取り付けることができ、取り外しも容易である。
　更に、装飾シート部２０に手形イメージ部２２と全身イメージ部２３と、数字部２４とが形成され、他に空いたスペースが無くても、前面パネル部４０にはサイン４１が印刷されているため、装飾品１０全体の大きさを抑えることができ、装飾品１０としてサイン４１を加えることで装飾品１０の価値を、更に高めることができる。
　また、サイン４１は前面パネル部４０の内側面に形成されているため、所有者や観察者が、サイン４１を直接触ってしまうことが回避できる。従って、サイン４１が剥がれてしまうことを防止することができる。
　本実施の形態では人物として野球選手を例に造形物２１を説明したが、造形物としてアニメーションのキャラクタとしたり、風景画、風景写真としたりすることができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、ケース部３０を開口した箱状としているが、枠状の額縁としてもよい。また、前面パネル部４０にサイン４１を印刷していたが、造形物２１に関連したメッセージとしてもよい。
　本発明の装飾品は、装飾シートの造形物として、スポーツ選手、俳優や女優、歌手、モデル、アイドル、お笑いタレントなどの芸能人の写真やイラスト、アニメーションのキャラクタ、風景写真や絵、静物写真や絵などの、愛好者のアイテムとして好適である。

  1. 　シート部材に印刷された造形物の範囲を有し、上記造形物の範囲を造形物以外の他の範囲から膨出させた装飾シート部と、
    　前記装飾シート部を収納するケース部であり、前面が開口した箱状または枠状に形成されたケース部と、
    　前記ケース部に前記装飾シート部を収納した状態で開口を塞ぐ、透明の前面パネル部とを備えた装飾品。
  2. 　前記ケース部の底面部は、前記装飾シート部の輪郭形状に合わせて形成され、
    　前記装飾シート部は、前記シート部材の他の範囲が前記ケース部の底面部に接着されて
    いる請求項１記載の装飾品。
