进一步地,所述驱动装置还包括:检测所述样本盒架位置的第二传感器13,用于样本盒架17转动时的定位。第二传感器13优选U型传感器,适合检测样本盒架17转动位置。此外,如图1和图4,主轴3上还安装有定位盘15,定位盘15位于大齿轮上方,与U型传感器配合,用于样本盒架17转动时的定位。
进一步地,所述样本盒架还设有:检测所述样本盒是否已经被载入到所述样本盒架上的第三传感器4,以保证检测效果。第三传感器4例如为光电传感器,检测迅速。
进一步地,所述转盘式便隐血检测分析仪包括:底板20,用于支撑各个检测装置和部件,例如所述样本盒架17、驱动装置、下压装置和信息采集装置均设置在所述底板上。底板20便于放在桌面等平面上。
进一步地,所述转盘式便隐血检测分析仪还包括:控制装置,连接所述驱动装置、所述下压装置和所述信息采集装置,控制样本盒架的转动和信息采集。进一步地,所述控制 装置为可编程控制器或集成电路板。这样,结构简单,便于携带。
开始时,样本盒架17转动一圈,传感器检测样本盒是否已经被载入到样本盒架上,然后,样本盒架17转动第二圈,下压杆逐个压下各样本盒,由于要考虑到下压后,样本盒中的稀释液流出,和试纸条接触形成反应的时间,以便有足够的时间完成反应,得到检测结果,然后再转动一圈,完成扫码和拍照。自第一个样本盒下压开始至第一个样本盒采集信息完毕,此段时间精确控制为5分钟,自第一个样本盒下压开始至最后一个样本盒采集信息完毕,此段时间精确控制为10分钟,既保证反应时间,又保证一定的检测速度。
本分析仪的主要优势在于:1、机构在最大程度上进行了简化,分析仪结构简单,稳定性提高。2、由于分析仪机构简化,分析仪体积减小,更加轻便。3、本分析仪采用齿轮传动,提高了传动精度,定位也因此更加精确。4、样本盒容纳在样本盒架中,便于加载和卸载样本盒,便于医疗废弃物的处理或者回收。同时样本盒架也有效的避免了样本盒的倾倒、侧翻等问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,用于检测样本盒,所述样本盒包括透明套筒和置于透明套筒中的采便器和试纸条,其特征在于,所述转盘式便隐血检测分析仪包括:
    承载多个样本盒的样本盒架,所述样本盒架为圆盘状;
    驱动装置,驱动所述样本盒架转动;
    下压装置,将所述样本盒压下;以及
    信息采集装置,采集所述样本盒中的试纸条上所呈现的色带信息和所述样本盒上的标签信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述样本盒架能够做360°回转运动,所述样本盒架底部设有多个夹持或承载样本盒的夹持槽,夹持槽的侧上方为用于对所述样本盒的正面和背面拍照和扫码的开窗。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括:样本盒架驱动电机、与所述样本盒架驱动电机连接的齿轮组、以及与所述齿轮组连接的主轴,所述样本盒架连接在所述主轴上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述下压装置包括:支架、设置在所述支架上的下压驱动电机、受所述下压驱动电机驱动的下压杆、以及将所述下压杆铰接在所述支架上的铰轴。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述信息采集装置包括:设置在所述样本盒架内侧的扫码器、以及设置在所述样本盒架外侧的相机,所述扫码器和所述相机的连线与所述样本盒架的径向方向相同。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述下压装置还包括:检测所述下压杆位置的第一传感器。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述驱动装置还包括:检测所述样本盒架位置的第二传感器。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述样本盒架还设有:检测所述样本盒是否已经被载入到所述样本盒架上的第三传感器。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述转盘式便隐血检测分析仪包括:底板,所述样本盒架、驱动装置、下压装置和信息采集装置均设置在所述 底板上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的转盘式便隐血检测分析仪,其特征在于,所述转盘式便隐血检测分析仪还包括:控制装置,连接所述驱动装置、所述下压装置和所述信息采集装置。
