Description

装配式地下管廊 技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,涉及一种装配式地下管廊。
背景技术
地下管廊又称共同沟,它是实施统一规划、设计、施工和维护,建于城市地下用于敷设市政公用管线的市政公用设施。是指在城市地下用于集中敷设电力、通信、广播电视、给水、排水、热力、燃气等市政管线的公共隧道。
早在上世纪二十年代,日本首都东京市政机构就在市中心九段地区的干线道路下,将电力、电话、供水和煤气等管线集中铺设,形成了东京第一条地下综合管廊。此后,1963年制定的《关于建设共同沟的特别措施法》,从法律层面规定了日本相关部门需在交通量大及未来可能拥堵的主要干道地下建设“共同沟”。国土交通省下属的东京国道事务所负责东京地区主干线地下综合管廊的建设和管理,次干线的地下综合管廊则由东京都建设局负责。
北京早在1958年就在天安门广场下铺设了1000多米的综合管廊。2006年在中关村西区建成了我国大陆地区第二条现代化的综合管廊。该综合管廊主线长2公里,支线长1公里,包括水、电、冷、热、燃气、通讯等市政管线。1994年,上海市政府规划建设了大陆第一条规模最大、距离最长的综合管廊——浦东新区张杨路综合管廊。该综合管廊全长11.125公里,收容了给水、电力、信息与煤气等四种城市管线。上海还建成了松江新城示范性地下综合管廊工程一期和“一环加一线”总长约6公里的嘉定区安亭新镇综合管廊系统。中国与新加坡联合开发的苏州工业园基础设施建设,经过10年的开发,地下管线走廊也已初具规模。
国务院高度重视推进城市地下综合管廊建设,2013年以来先后印发了《国务院关于加强城市基础设施建设的意见》、《国务院办公厅关于加强城市地下管线建设管理的指导意见》,部署开展城市地下综合管廊建设试点工作。
中国专利文献公开了一种带补偿装置的集成式地下管廊[申请号:201410559745.1],包含若干管节密封条和若干首尾相接的管节单元,所述管节密封条设于相邻所述管节单元之间,所述管节单元包括管节和若干平行设置的管道,所述管道通过固定座设于所述管节内部的底面上,所述管节两端分别设有与所述管节形状相适配的管节伸缩连接管,所述管道两端分别设有管道伸缩连接管,所述管节伸缩连接管远离所述管节的一端设有法兰一,所述管道伸缩连接管远离所述管道的一端设有法兰二。上述方案有效降低了施工安装的难度,提高了管廊和管道的安装效率,节省大量施工时间和费用,同时预制成型的管节承载能力大,抗压效果好。但是,预制成型的管节重量大,体型大,不便于运输,在安装时,需要用负荷量较大的起重器械,施工成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种运输、安装方便,能提高施工效率的装配 式地下管廊。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种装配式地下管廊,包括中空的管廊本体,所述的管廊本体包括至少两块相互连接的预制件,所述的预制件相互连接后形成周向封闭的管廊本体。
在上述的装配式地下管廊中,所述的管廊本体内固定有若干预制件,所述的预制件把管廊本体内部分隔成若干相互独立的工作间。
在上述的装配式地下管廊中,每两块相邻的预制件用连接件相互连接。
在上述的装配式地下管廊中,所述的管廊本体内部并呈水平方向设置有若干块隔板。
在上述的装配式地下管廊中,所述的连接件包括连接在其中一块预制件上的连接套和连接在另一块预制件上的连接头,所述的连接套和连接头相互配适并能形成固定连接,当连接套和连接头固定连接时,两块相邻的预制件固定连接。
在上述的装配式地下管廊中,所述的连接套和连接头分别连接在两块相邻的预制件上,所述的连接套连接在其中一块预制件内部,所述的连接头突出在另一块预制件外部,连接头与连接套插接配合。

与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用装配式结构,将地下管廊分成若干预制件,方便了运输,在安装时,预制件的体型较小、重量较轻,安装方便,尤其采用连接件连接的方式,使预制件之间的连接方便快捷,从而能极大的提高施工效率,实现地下管廊的快速安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种装配式地下管廊,包括中空的管廊本体1,所述的管廊本体1包括至少两块相互连接的预制件2,所述的预制件2相互连接后形成周向封闭的管廊本体1。也即管廊本体1是装配式的,在装配后能形成封闭的管道结构。管廊本体1的横截面形状不做限定,可以是矩形、圆形或其他形状,当然,优选为正方形。预制件2可以是如图6所示的形状,也可以是其他形状如“Z”字型,“U”字型等等。每两块相邻的预制件2的连接处设有密封机构。密封机构包括在两块相邻的预制件2的连接处填设的密封胶如环氧乙烷树脂或止水带或混凝土凝固物,其中混凝土可以在在接缝处现浇,固化后即成为混凝土凝固物,具有防水效果。
结合图1和图3所示,管廊本体1内固定有若干预制件2,所述的预制件2把管廊本体1内部分隔成若干相互独立的工作间3,各个工作间3各自独立,相互不干扰,方便检修和线路铺设。如图2所示,管廊本体1内部并呈水平方向设置有若干块隔板5,隔板5上可以放置小管道或线路,为管廊本体1内部的铺线提供方便。
预制件2之间可以现浇连接,作为一种优选的方案,如图1所示,每两块相邻的预制件2用连接件4相互连接。
如图1和图4所示,连接件4包括固定在其中一块预制件2上的连接套41和固定在另一块预制件2上的连接头42,所述的连接套41和连接头42相互配适并能形成固定连接,当连接套41和连接头42固定连接时,两块相邻的预制件2固定连接。

如图1和图2所示,预制件2内部固定有若干连接筋6,连接筋6为钢棒、钢筋、钢绞线、化工型材如碳纤维棒等,所述的连接套41和连接头42分别与连接筋6固定连接,如图2所示,所述的呈水平方向设置的连接筋6靠近管廊本体1外壁的一端设有能与管廊本体1外部的连接机构进行固定连接的外联机构7,外联机构7通常为连接套41,也可以是其他的连接螺母等,固定在预制件2内部,当预制件2外部具有其他加固机构100时,加固机构100可通过外联机构7与管廊本体1实现固定连接,从而提高管廊本体1在土层中的固定效果,防止发生沉降或变位,加固机构100可以是水泥土搅拌桩或预制桩等。
本发明的管廊本体1采用装配式形成,便于运输、安装,提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装配式地下管廊,其特征在于,所述的连接套(41)和连接头(42)分别连接在两块相邻的预制件(2)上,所述的连接套(41)连接在其中一块预制件(2)内部,所述的连接头(42)突出在另一块预制件(2)外部,连接头(42)与连接套(41)插接配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装配式地下管廊,其特征在于,所述的连接套(41)和连接头(42)分别连接在两块相邻的预制件(2)上,且连接套(41)和连接头(42)分别突出在预制件(2)外部,所述的连接套(41)和连接头(42)螺接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的装配式地下管廊,其特征在于,所述的预制件(2)内部固定有若干连接筋(6),所述的连接套(41)和连接头(42)分别与连接筋(6)固定连接,所述的呈水平方向设置的连接筋(6)靠近管廊本体(1)外壁的一端设有能与管廊本体(1)外部的连接机构进行固定连接的外联机构(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式地下管廊,其特征在于,每两块相邻的预制件(2)的连接处设有密封机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装配式地下管廊,其特征在于,所述的密封机构包括在两块相邻的预制件(2)的连接处填设的环氧乙烷树脂、止水带或混凝土凝固物。
