- 액체 내용물이 저장되는 압착용기(10)의 네크(11)에 장착되며 상기 압착용기(10)를 압착함에 따라 빠져나오는 액체 내용물에 공기를 혼합시켜 거품형태로 배출시키는 압착용기용 거품발생기에 있어서;상기 압착용기용 거품발생기(100)는;상기 압착용기(10)의 네크(11)에 나사 결합방식으로 체결되는 대캡부(111)와, 상기 대캡부(111)의 외곽에 원통형상으로 이루어진 승하강-가이드벽(112)과, 상기 대캡부(111)의 상부에서 하단부가 단차턱(113)을 형성하면서 직경이 축소된 관형상으로 돌출되게 이루어지며 상부가 개방된 거품배출부(114)를 구비하고, 상기 단차턱(113)에는 외부공기의 유입을 허용하기 위한 에어홀(115)이 천공된 캡 본체(110)와;상기 캡 본체(110)의 대캡부(111) 상단 내부에 가장자리(121)가 끼워져 수용 배치되면서 상기 캡 본체(110)의 단차턱(113) 하부와 이격되며, 중앙부위에는 오목하게 함몰되면서 액체 배출구(123)가 천공된 배출안내부(122)가 형성되며, 상기 배출안내부(122) 저면 중앙에는 상기 압착용기(10)에 저장된 액체 내용물을 배출시키기 위한 배출튜브(130)가 결합되는 튜브 결합구(124)가 마련되고, 상기 배출안내부(122)의 가장자리에는 상기 압착용기(10)의 압착시 내부공기가 상기 배출안내부(122) 상측으로 빠져나갈 수 있는 에어배출구(125)와 상기 압착용기(10)의 복원시 외부공기가 상기 압착용기(10) 내부로 유입되게 하는 에어유입구(126)가 형성된 내용물 배출가이드(120)와;탄성 재질로 이루어지며, 하단은 상기 내용물 배출가이드(120)의 상면에 밀착되고 상단은 상기 캡 본체(110)의 단차턱(113) 하부에 밀착되어 상기 거품배출부(114) 내부에 기액혼합실(S)을 형성하는 링 형태의 구획벽(141)과, 상기 구획벽(141)의 내측에서 중앙부를 향해 하향 연장되고 끝단부가 상기 내용물 배출가이드(120)의 배출안내부(122)에 탄성적으로 밀착되며 상기 압착용기(10) 압착시 상기 압착용기(10) 내부공기가 상기 에어배출구(125)를 통해 상기 기액혼합실(S)로 빠져나가는 것을 선택적으로 허용하는 제1체크밸브부(142)와, 상기 구획벽(141)의 외측에서 바깥측을 향해 상향 연장되고 끝단부가 상기 캡 본체(110)의 단차턱(113) 바깥측에 탄성적으로 밀착되어 상기 압착용기(10)의 압착시에는 상기 에어홀(115)을 폐쇄하고 상기 압착용기(10)의 복원시에는 상기 에어홀(115)을 개방하여 외부로부터 공기 유입을 허용하는 제2체크밸브부(143)를 포함하는 체크밸브유닛(140)과;상기 캡 본체(110)의 거품배출부(114) 내부에 끼워져 수용 배치되며 상,하부가 개방된 원통 형상으로 이루어지고 상면과 하면에는 거름망(152)(153)이 마련되어 상기 기액혼합실(S)에서 액체 내용물과 공기가 혼합되어 형성된 거품을 균질화시키면서 배출 안내하는 거름부재(150)와;원통형 벽면(161) 하단이 상기 캡 본체(110)의 승하강-가이드벽(112) 내측에 승하강 가능하게 수용 결합되며, 상기 캡 본체(100)의 상부를 덮는 상면(162)에는 상기 거름부재(150)를 빠져나온 거품이 외부로 분산되어 빠져나가는 복수개의 거품 분산홀(163)이 천공되고, 상면(162) 중앙에는 승하강 조작에 따라 상기 거품배출부(114)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 원통형 차단벽(164)이 마련된 승하강-캡(160)을; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착용기용 거품발생기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압착용기용 거품발생기(100)는;상기 승하강-캡(160)의 상부에 끼워져 장착되며 상기 거품 분산홀(163)들과 개별로 연통되도록 복수개의 연통구(172)가 마련된 베이스(171)와,상기 연통구(172)들을 통해 빠져나온 거품을 피부에 고르게 바르기 위해 상기 베이스(171)의 상면에 마련된 마사지모(173)를 갖춘 마사지부재(170)를; 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착용기용 거품발생기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 승하강-가이드벽(112) 내측에는 상호 대향되게 지지축(116)이 돌출되게 형성되며;상기 승하강-캡(160)의 벽면(161) 외측에는 상기 지지축(116)이 각각 수용되는 나선홈(165)이 일정구간에 걸쳐 대향되게 형성되어 상기 승하강-캡(160)의 정역방향 회전조작에 따라 정위치에서 승강 또는 하강되게 배치되어;상기 승하강-캡(160)의 정방향 회전으로 상기 승하강-캡(160)이 최대로 승강하면 상기 원통형 차단벽(164)이 상기 거품배출부(114)를 개방하고, 상기 승하강-캡(160)의 역방향 회전으로 상기 승하강-캡(160)이 최대로 하강하면 상기 원통형 차단벽(164)이 상기 거품배출부(114)를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착용기용 거품발생기.
