具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种伞具。
参照图1至11,图1为本发明伞具一实施例的结构示意图;图2为图1中伞具的另一视角的的结构示意图;图3为图1中伞具的又一视角的的结构示意图;图4为图3中A处的局部放大图;图5为图4中的伞骨与定位扣件的分解示意图;图6为图2中伞具的伞架和定位扣件的结构示意图;图7为图6中B处的局部放大图;图8为图7中的伞骨与定位扣件的分解示意图;图9为本发明伞具另一实施例的结构示意图;图10为本发明伞具又一实施例的结构示意图;图11为图10中伞具的伞布未缝合前的结构示意图。
请参阅图1至图3,在本发明实施例中,该伞具包括伞架100、伞布200及数个定位扣件300;伞架100上设有数个与定位扣件300相配合的安装部101;伞布200对应安装部101(请参阅图5和图8,并结合图4及图7进行理解)的位置设置让位孔(未图示);定位扣件300包括头部320(请参阅图5和图8,并结合图4及图7进行理解)和杆部340(请参阅图5和图8,并结合图4及图7进行理解),定位扣件300的杆部340贯穿让位孔后与安装部101锁合固定,伞布200夹持在定位扣件300的头部320与伞架100之间,以将伞布200固定于伞架100上上。
本发明技术方案采用定位扣件300,并在伞架100上设置与定位扣件300相配合的安装部101,通过定位扣件300的杆部340由外向内贯穿伞布200的让位孔、并与安装部101锁合固定,定位扣件300的头部320压在伞布200外,以将伞布200固定于伞架100上;伞架100与伞面连接牢固,且定位扣件300与安装部101的设置方式,使得伞布200与伞架100的固定可以在伞布200的外侧进行操作,且该固定操作仅仅涉及伞布200与伞架100的定位,定位扣件300与安装部101的锁合,相对于传统安装方法中在伞布200内侧进行的缝合操作和伞布200内侧的连接件的连接操作,由伞布200外侧面定位和锁合操作都较为简单,而且均可以利用机械设备自动化完成,进而能够大大提高伞具的生产效率。
定位扣件300和安装部101的设置方式有很多,例如安装部101是一深孔,定位扣件300的杆部340与该深孔过盈配合并粘合固定;或,安装部101是一个安装孔,定位扣件300的杆部340外端可以设有数个具有导向面的卡扣,卡扣在导向面的作用下伸入安装孔中并扣持于安装孔远离伞布200一侧的周缘;或,安装部101是一个具有导向面的锁舌,定位扣件300的杆部340外端设有与锁舌配合的配合孔,定位扣件300的杆部340的配合孔套设于锁舌上。在本实施例中,优选地,安装部101为设于伞架100上的通孔,定位扣件300的杆部340的外端呈锥形设置,杆部340的中部设有外螺纹,定位扣件300的杆部340贯穿让位孔后后与安装部101锁合连接。本实施例中定位扣件300的杆部340的外端呈锥形设置,更有利于直接贯穿伞布200并在伞布200上形成让位孔,无需事先在伞布200上开设让位孔,且通过旋转穿过伞布200纱缝中而不会损伤布料,避免发生抽纱、断纱的现象。通过设置螺纹,因为伞架较薄,通孔的厚度一般都小于螺纹的螺距,定位扣件300可以旋入通孔中与通孔锁合,锁合结构的可靠性更好。为了使得定位扣件300旋转更顺利,两者的锁合效果更好,进一步的,通孔的孔径和杆部340的直径相等或者通孔的孔径略大于杆部340的直径。
因为伞布200上设置让位孔,所以雨水有可能由让位孔流入而导致伞布200漏水,请参阅图5和图8,并结合图3、图4、图6及图7进行理解,优选地,定位扣件300的头部320与伞布200之间设有防水垫360。防水垫360呈环形,并环绕杆部340设置,其可以防止水由伞布200的让位孔流到伞布200内侧,防水垫360可以由橡胶等软质材料制得。
请参阅图1至图3,优选地,伞布200为一片式伞布200。伞布200为一片式伞布,由于其是一体成型制得,所以伞布200上没有拼接的接缝,因此雨水无法渗入,防水效果好。为了适应伞具的形状,需要将该一片式伞布200设置为碗型。
请参阅图9,在本发明另一实施例中,优选地,伞布200’为拼接式伞布。拼接式伞布由数块三角形伞布拼接形成,为最常见的伞布类型,其能够很好的适应伞具的形状,形成不同弧度的伞面,拼接式伞布可以也应用于本发明中,此时,优选让位孔设于拼接式伞布的拼接线上。
请参阅图3和图6,优选地,伞架100包括支杆120、滑环140、数个撑开杆160及数个伞骨180,滑环140滑设于支杆120上,伞骨180包括第一折杆182、第二折杆184及第三折杆186,第一折杆182的一端连接于支杆120的末端,第二折杆184的一端枢接于第一折杆182的另一端,第二折杆184的另一端则枢接于第三折杆186的一端,数个撑开杆160的一端共同连接于滑环140上,数个撑开杆160的另一端一一对应连接于数个第一折杆182上,伞布200的中心与支杆120的顶部相固定且伞布200覆盖于伞骨180外,安装部101设置于伞骨180上。伞布200与伞架100的伞骨180相接触,安装部101设置在伞骨180上,适应伞布200与伞架100的安装需要;更具体的,在本实施例中,安装部101为设于伞骨180上的由朝向伞布200的端面向内延伸的通孔。
请参阅图10和图11,并结合图6进行理解,优选地,在本发明又一实施例中,伞布200为一片式伞布200’’,伞布200上设有由伞布200的周缘沿径向朝向伞布200中心延伸的缺口201,缺口201的深度与第三折杆186的长度相适应,缺口201宽度沿径向朝向伞布200周缘渐扩设置,缺口201的两边沿缝合固定,以使得伞布200呈碗状设置,缺口201的缝合线的外端固定在第三折杆186的外端。通过设置缺口201,并对缺口201进行缝合,可以使得一片式伞布200呈碗型,以更好的适应伞具的形状。
安装部101的设置位置可以根据需要进行选取,请参图6,在本实施例中,优选地,第一折杆182靠近第一折杆182与第二折杆184的枢接处的位置设有一安装部101,第三折杆186靠近第三折杆186与第二折杆184枢接处的位置设有一安装部101。每一伞骨180设置两个安装部101,分别实现第一折杆182与伞布200的固定及第三折杆186与伞布200的固定,进而将伞布200可靠的安装到伞骨180上。
安装部101的设置位置并不仅仅限于上述实施例,请结合图10进行理解,在本发明又一实施例中,优选地,第一折杆182靠近第一折杆182与第二折杆184的枢接处的位置设有一安装部101,伞布200与第一折杆182通过定位扣件300固定;而第三折杆186的固定方式可以选取现有技术中的固定方式,例如:第三折杆186与伞布200’’缝合固定;或,第三折杆186设有第一连接部(未图示),伞布200内侧对应第一连接部的位置设有第二连接部(未图示),第一连接部与第二连接部相连接,以将伞布200与第三折杆186进行固定。虽然本实施例中,仅仅第一折杆182上设置了安装部101,但也能在一定程度上提高安装效率,同时对第三折杆186与伞布200的固定使用传统的固定方式,可以兼顾传统固定方式的优点。
请参阅图12,本发明还提出一种伞具的制造方法,该伞具的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此该伞具具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,伞具的制造方法包括:
S1,将伞布200覆盖到伞架100外,并将让位孔与安装部101对准;
S2,将定位扣件300的杆部340贯穿让位孔后与安装部101锁合连接。
伞布200与伞架100的固定可以在伞布200的外侧进行操作,使得该方法简单,容易实现,其中,S1的对准操作和覆盖操作可以使用机械设备完成,S2的锁合操作也可以使用机械设备完成,进而能够大大提高本发明的伞具的生产效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伞具,其特征在于,包括伞架、伞布及数个定位扣件;其中,
    所述伞架上设有数个与所述定位扣件相配合的安装部;
    所述伞布对应所述安装部的位置设置让位孔;
    所述定位扣件包括头部和杆部,所述定位扣件的杆部贯穿所述让位孔后与所述安装部锁合固定,所述伞布夹持在所述定位扣件的头部与伞架之间,以将所述伞布固定于所述伞架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述安装部为设于伞架上的通孔,所述定位扣件的杆部的外端呈锥形设置,所述杆部的中部设有外螺纹,所述定位扣件的杆部贯穿所述让位孔后与所述安装部锁合连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述定位扣件的头部与所述伞布之间设有防水垫。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述伞布为一片式伞布。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述伞布为拼接式伞布。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述伞架包括支杆、滑环、数个撑开杆及数个伞骨;
    所述滑环滑设于所述支杆上;
    所述伞骨包括第一折杆、第二折杆及第三折杆,所述第一折杆的一端连接于所述支杆的末端,所述第二折杆的一端枢接于所述第一折杆的另一端,所述第二折杆的另一端则枢接于所述第三折杆的一端;
    所述数个撑开杆的一端共同连接于所述滑环上,所述数个撑开杆的另一端一一对应连接于所述数个第一折杆上;
    所述伞布的中心与支杆的顶部相固定且所述伞布覆盖于所述伞骨外,所述安装部设置于所述伞骨上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述伞布为一片式伞布,所述伞布上设有由伞布的周缘沿径向朝向伞布中心延伸的缺口,所述缺口的深度与所述第三折杆的长度相适应,所述缺口宽度沿径向朝向伞布周缘渐扩设置,所述缺口的两边沿缝合固定,以使得所述伞布呈碗状设置,所述缺口的缝合线的外端固定在所述第三折杆的外端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述第一折杆上靠近所述第一折杆与所述第二折杆的枢接处的位置设有一所述安装部,所述第三折杆上靠近所述第三折杆与所述第二折杆的枢接处的位置设有一所述安装部。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的伞具,其特征在于,所述第一折杆上靠近所述第一折杆与所述第二折杆的枢接处的位置设有一所述安装部,所述伞布与所述第一折杆通过定位扣件固定;
    所述第三折杆与所述伞布缝合固定;或,
    所述第三折杆设有第一连接部,所述伞布内侧对应第一连接部的位置设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相连接,以将所述伞布与所述第三折杆进行固定。
  10. 一种伞具的制造方法,其特征在于,所述伞具为权利要求1所述的伞具,所述伞具的制造方法包括:
    将所述伞布覆盖到所述伞架外,并将所述让位孔与所述安装部对准;
    将所述定位扣件的杆部贯穿所述让位孔后与所述安装部锁合连接。
