本发明涉及一种金属装饰制品,特别涉及运用于酒、化妆品等高级品的包装的、采用金属光泽感的金属装饰制品。
背景技术
在酒、化妆品等高级品的盒子、高级服装的标牌等中,为体现商品的高级感,有时会使用采用金属光泽感的设计。作为形成该金属光泽感的技术,以往采用层压有铝箔等金属箔的纸、层压有铝蒸镀等金属蒸镀薄膜的纸等。
另一方面,以这样的高级品为对象,为了进行品牌保护、跟踪和追查(track&trace)、预防偷盗,需要利用RFID标签、防盗标签等使用电磁波的器件。

本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能实现金属光泽而不影响电磁波器件的性能、并能以较低的成本容易地进行制造的金属装饰制品。
用于解决技术问题的技术手段
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一方面所涉及的金属装饰制品在基材的至少一个面上具有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装,并将配置有电磁波器件的部件内包于其中,所述金属装饰制品的特征在于,所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装通过涂布混合有金属粉的油墨来生成,在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,利用所述油墨使所述金属粉及由所述金属粉所形成的金属粉连结体分别绝缘独立。
另外,本发明的第二方面所涉及的金属装饰制品在基材的至少一个面上具有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装,所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装的表面粘贴有电磁波器件,所述金属装饰制品的特征在于,所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装通过涂布混合有金属粉的油墨来生成,在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,利用所述油墨使所述金属粉及由所述金属粉所形成的金属粉连结体分别绝 缘独立。
另外,本发明的第三方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,由所述金属粉及所述金属粉连结体所构成的电气长度为5mm以下。
另外,本发明的第四方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,所述基材是树脂薄膜。
另外,本发明的第五方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,所述基材是涂层纸,所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装以涂膜方式形成于所述涂层纸的涂层面上。
另外,本发明的第六方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,所述金属装饰制品是盒状制品。
另外,本发明的第七方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,所述金属装饰制品是袋状制品。
另外,本发明的第八方面的特征在于,在本发明的第一或第二方面中,所述金属装饰制品是层压状制品。
发明效果
本发明的金属装饰制品具有以下效果:即,能实现金属光泽而不影响电磁波器件的性能,并能以较低的成本容易地进行制造。

具体实施方式
下面,参照图1~图3对本发明的实施方式1进行说明。
[实施方式1]
图1是用于对本发明的实施方式1所涉及的金属装饰制品的结构进行说明的示意图,图2是图1的X区域的放大图,图3是本发明的实施方式1所涉及的金属装饰制品的局部剖视图。如图1所示,金属装饰制品10例如是酒等高级品的盒子,将粘贴有RFID标签等电磁波器件21的酒瓶等部件20内包于其内部。另外,如图3所示,金属装饰制品10由纸等的基材11构成,基材11的表面形成有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31,金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31上形成有印刷层。
图2表示生成金属装饰制品的金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的油墨的状态。如图2所示,生成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的油墨2中分散有大量金属粉1,所述金属粉1呈紧密状态进行配置。然而,由于以覆盖各个金属粉1表面的状态存在大量绝缘的油墨2,因此,能基本确保金属粉1间的绝缘。
另外,如图2所示,存在一部分的金属粉间紧密接触而形成金属粉连结体3的情况。以往会积极利用这样的连结而使金属粉1和金属粉连结体3彼此进一步连结来形成导电油墨,并印刷上述导电油墨来形成导电回路。与之相对,本发明则极力避免这种连结状态,利用油墨2来使金属粉1和金属粉连结体3分别绝缘独立。
根据上述结构,能实现金属光泽,并能使电磁波器件21所产生的电磁波通过金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31而如图1的箭头所示那样辐射至金属装饰制品10的外部,从而能利用读写器(未图示)来进行读取。
另外,为了更有效地使由电磁波器件21所产生的电磁波透过,从电气性的角度来看,需要以电气长度(electrical length)非常短的状态分离而独立地形成由油墨所形成的金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31,所述油墨中混合有金属粉1及由金属粉1所形成的金属粉连结体3。作为上述电气长度的条件,例如在电磁波器件21是电波器件的情况下,要求由金属粉1及其所形成的金属粉 连结体3所构成的上述电气长度与上述电波器件的使用电波波长相比足够短。另外,在电磁波器件21是磁式器件的情况下,要求由金属粉1及其所形成的金属粉连结体3的物理长度非常短。因此,无论在哪种情况下,由金属粉1及由上述金属粉1所形成的金属粉连结体3所构成的上述电气长度都优选为5mm以下。
以下,对作为本发明的实施例的金属装饰制品与作为比较例的现有品的比较进行说明。
首先,为实现金属光泽感,需要确保基材表面上的平滑度,因此,对板纸的单面实施涂覆加工来形成涂层,从而形成涂层纸。作为基材的上述板纸为80g/m2~300g/m2左右。通过凹板印刷方式在单面具有涂层的上述涂层纸的涂层面上涂布银色油墨而形成为薄膜状,制成金属感的银色纸,所述银色油墨包含由铝所构成的鳞片状的金属粉。上述油墨中的铝粉的粒子直径尺寸为2μm~50μm左右,优选为20μm以下。另外,一片上述金属粉的厚度优选为50nm以下。将该银色纸作为基材,进一步以胶版印刷方式实施用于装饰的设计印刷,再通过压箔或丝网印刷来实施各种装饰,然后利用合纸机来进行合纸,并实施脱模等其它加工,从而制成作为本发明实施例的金属装饰制品。此外,在上述涂布银色油墨的过程中,尝试进行1次涂刷和2次涂刷(重叠涂刷)。
接着,作为比较例,利用现有的层压而成的银纸来制成作为金属装饰制品的铝箔纸制品。
然后,将作为本发明实施例的金属装饰制品与作为上述比较例的铝箔纸制品进行比较,在金属装饰制品的内部内包有UFH频带的RFID标签的状态下对RFID的通信性能进行确认。其结果是,走位比较例的现有的铝箔纸制品中的RFID无法进行通信,另一方面,作为本发明实施例的金属装饰制品中的RFID的通信性能未发生劣化,能进行通信。另外,无论是1次涂刷还是2次涂刷,上述结果都相同。
另外,再对作为本发明实施例的金属装饰制品与作为上述比较例的铝箔纸制品的外观的金属光泽感进行比较。其结果是,两者实现了相同的金属光泽感。
下面,参照图4对本发明的实施方式2进行说明。
[实施方式2]
图4是用于对本实施方式2所涉及的金属装饰制品的结构进行说明的示意图。与图3相同,金属装饰制品10由纸等基材11构成,在基材11的表面上形成有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31,在金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31上形成有印刷层。RFID标签等电磁波器件21’隔着印刷层粘贴于金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的表面。
另外,生成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的油墨的状态与实施方式1相同,因此省略说明。
例如在将RFID标签等电磁波器件贴于使用金属箔的作为现有的金属装饰制品的盒子的金属箔表面的情况下,RFID标签所产生的电磁波会导致金属箔中产生涡电流,从而电磁波器件无法进行通信。
另一方面,在本实施方式2所涉及的金属装饰制品10的金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31中,通过涂布混合有金属粉1及由金属粉1所形成的金属粉连结体3的油墨来生成所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31,利用油墨2使金属粉1及由金属粉1所形成的金属粉连结体分别绝缘独立,因此,能抑制金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31中产生涡电流。由此,如图4的箭头所示,即使将RFID标签等电磁波器件21’粘贴于金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的表面,也能使由电磁波器件21’所产生的电磁波辐射出来,从而电磁波器件21’能进行通信。
以上对本发明的实施方式1、2进行了说明,但在不脱离本发明的思想的范围内,也可以进行各种省略、替换、变更。
另外,在实施方式1、2中,作为本发明的金属装饰制品的方式的一个示例,列举了作为盒状制品的酒盒包装,但并不局限于此,也可以适用于袋状制品及层压状制品等。例如,作为上述层压状制品的一个示例,存在用具有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装的片状基材从正反两面对作为部件的RFID插入物进行层压状态下的“IC卡”或“IC票”等。
另外,在实施方式1、2中,作为在基材11表面形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的方法,可以举出立体印刷、网点印刷等印刷方法。
另外,作为金属装饰制品的基材,除了“涂层纸”以外,也可以考虑 “树脂薄膜”(例如PET、PVC、PE、PP等)、“木材”。
作为在基材上形成有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装的结构的一个示例,例如,在作为延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯(PP)树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜的树脂薄膜的至少一个面上,以涂膜方式形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装。
另外,也可以将作为延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯(PP)树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜的树脂薄膜与其它基材进行层叠,在该层叠而成的复合基材的薄膜一侧的外表面、即树脂薄膜与其它基材相对一侧的相反侧表面上,以涂膜方式形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装。
另外,也可以将作为延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯(PP)树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜的树脂薄膜与纸制基材进行层叠,在该层叠而成的复合基材的薄膜一侧的内表面、即树脂薄膜的与纸制基材相对一侧的表面上,以涂膜方式形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装。
另外,在实施方式1、2中,为了确保电波透过性,涂膜的表面电阻率(表面电阻)优选为100Ω/sq以上。
另外,图1、4示出了在基材11的表面的整个面上形成有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31的情况,但并不局限于此,也可以在基材11的表面的一部分上形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31。另外,也可以在基材11的背面形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31,或在正反两面都形成金属光泽装饰涂膜封装31。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种金属装饰制品,该金属装饰制品在基材的至少一个面上具有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装,并将配置有电磁波器件的部件内包于其中,所述金属装饰制品的特征在于,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装通过涂布混合有金属粉的油墨来生成,
    在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,利用所述油墨使所述金属粉及由所述金属粉所形成的金属粉连结体分别绝缘独立。
  2. 一种金属装饰制品,该金属装饰制品在基材的至少一个面上具有金属光泽装饰涂膜封装,所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装的表面粘贴有电磁波器件,所述金属装饰制品的特征在于,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装通过涂布混合有金属粉的油墨来生成,
    在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,利用所述油墨使所述金属粉及由所述金属粉所形成的金属粉连结体分别绝缘独立。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    在所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装中,由所述金属粉及所述金属粉连结体所构成的电气长度为5mm以下。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    通过立体印刷来形成所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    通过网点印刷来形成所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述基材包括树脂薄膜。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述树脂薄膜是延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装以涂膜方式形成于所述树脂薄膜的至少一个面上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述树脂薄膜是延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜,
    所述基材是由所述树脂薄膜与其它基材层叠而成的复合基材,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装以涂膜方式形成于所述基材的所述树脂薄膜一侧的外表面上。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述树脂薄膜是延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂薄膜、延伸聚丙烯树脂薄膜、丙烯酸树脂薄膜、纤维素类树脂薄膜、氯乙烯树脂薄膜等透明薄膜,
    所述基材是由所述树脂薄膜与纸制基材层叠而成的复合基材,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装以涂膜方式形成于所述基材的所述树脂薄膜一侧的内表面上。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述基材是涂层纸,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装以涂膜方式形成于所述涂层纸的涂层面上。
  11. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述金属粉是铝颜料,粒子直径为20μm以下,一片的厚度为50nm以下。
  12. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述金属光泽装饰涂膜封装的表面电阻率为10Ω/sq以上。
  13. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述金属装饰制品是盒状制品。
  14. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述金属装饰制品是袋状制品。
  15. 如权利要求1或2所述的金属装饰制品,其特征在于,
    所述金属装饰制品是层压状制品。
