技术领域
本发明属于汽车全钢子午线轮胎领域,尤其涉及 一种子午线轮胎胎圈。
背景技术
现有的轮胎在路况不佳、超载严重、气压偏高等使用条件下,胎圈结构变形大且在轮辋凸缘上弯曲,轮辋凸缘区域附近位置的胎体帘布反包部分、子口钢丝包布压缩变形,形成应力集中,同时大变形导致胎体回抽,轮胎出现圈空、圈裂、爆破等质量问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明提出了提供一种抵抗变形、消除应力集中与提升耐久性能的全钢子午线轮胎胎圈结构,满足超长使用周期市场的要求。
本发明主要采用以下技术方案 :一种子午线轮胎胎圈 ,包括胎圈钢丝圈,胎圈钢丝圈外部依次包裹有胎体帘布层和子口钢丝包布;胎体帘布层 2 从胎圈钢丝圈内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈底部再向上反包,形成帘布反包部分;子口钢丝包布从胎圈钢丝圈内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈底部再向上反包,形成子口钢丝包布反包部分;所述胎圈钢丝圈上设有辅助钢丝圈;子口钢丝包布反包部分经过胎圈钢丝圈和辅助钢丝圈之间且沿辅助钢丝圈内侧向上延伸;帘布反包部分末端介于胎圈钢丝圈和辅助钢丝圈之间;辅助钢丝圈上部设有三角胶。
子口钢丝包布反包部分外侧设有子口补强材料。
所述的胎体帘布层、帘布反包部分、子口钢丝包布反包部分以及胎圈钢丝圈之间设有填充型胶 I 。
所述的三角胶、子口钢丝包布反包部分以及子口补强材料之间设有填充型胶 II 。
填充型胶 I 采用模量较高、抗永久变形性能强的胶料;填充型胶 II 采用低生热、抗撕裂性能强并具有极强黏合性能的胶料。
子口钢丝包布反包部分自由端与辅助钢丝圈上端距离为 10-25mm 。
本发明所述的全钢子午线轮胎新型胎圈结构,通过对轮胎圈部结构形式及材料分布创新设计,提升了轮胎圈部耐久性能。与现有技术相比,通过应用双钢丝圈结构、特种型胶,改变胎体与子口加强钢丝包布的结合等,提升轮胎胎圈位置抗变形性能,消除胎体反包端点应力集中对轮胎胎圈的破坏,提升胎圈部位的整体耐久性能。

一种子午线轮胎胎圈 ,包括胎圈钢丝圈 1 ,胎圈钢丝圈外部依次包裹有胎体帘布层 2 和子口钢丝包布 3 ;胎体帘布层 2 从胎圈钢丝圈 1 内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈 1 底部再向上反包,形成帘布反包部分 4 ;子口钢丝包布 3 从胎圈钢丝圈 1 内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈 1 底部再向上反包,形成子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 ;其特征在于:所述胎圈钢丝圈 1 上设有辅助钢丝圈 5 ;子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 经过胎圈钢丝圈 1 和辅助钢丝圈 5 之间且沿辅助钢丝圈 5 内侧向上延伸;帘布反包部分 4 末端介于胎圈钢丝圈 1 和辅助钢丝圈 5 之间;辅助钢丝圈 5 上部设有三角胶 6 。
子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 外侧设有子口补强材料 10 。
所述的胎体帘布层 2 、帘布反包部分 4 、子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 以及胎圈钢丝圈 1 之间设有填充型胶 I7 。
所述的三角胶 6 、子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 以及子口补强材料 10 之间设有填充型胶 II8 。
子口钢丝包布反包部分 9 自由端与辅助钢丝圈 5 上端距离 H1 为 10-25mm 。

1 、一种子午线轮胎胎圈 ,包括胎圈钢丝圈( 1 ),胎圈钢丝圈外部依次包裹有胎体帘布层( 2 )和子口钢丝包布( 3 );胎体帘布层( 2 )从胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )底部再向上反包,形成帘布反包部分( 4 );子口钢丝包布( 3 )从胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )内侧向外绕过胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )底部再向上反包,形成子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 );其特征在于:所述胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )上设有辅助钢丝圈( 5 );子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 )经过胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )和辅助钢丝圈( 5 )之间且沿辅助钢丝圈( 5 )内侧向上延伸;帘布反包部分( 4 )末端介于胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )和辅助钢丝圈( 5 )之间;辅助钢丝圈( 5 )上部设有三角胶( 6 )。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种轮胎胎圈结构,其特征在于:子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 )外侧设有子口补强材料( 10 )。
3 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种轮胎胎圈结构,其特征在于:所述的胎体帘布层( 2 )、帘布反包部分( 4 )、子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 )以及胎圈钢丝圈( 1 )之间设有填充型胶 I ( 7 )。
4 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种轮胎胎圈结构,其特征在于:所述的三角胶( 6 )、子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 )以及子口补强材料( 10 )之间设有填充型胶 II ( 8 )。
5 、根据权利要求 1 所述的一种轮胎胎圈结构,其特征在于:子口钢丝包布反包部分( 9 )自由端与辅助钢丝圈( 5 )上端距离为 10-25mm 。
