Abstract

La présente invention concerne un cadre de cuisson à la vapeur destiné à un cuiseur à vapeur jetable pour aliments, comprenant : une plaque support comportant une extrémité inférieure maintenue de manière à tenir verticalement à l'intérieur d'un récipient ; et une plaque supérieure, formée horizontalement sur la partie supérieure de la plaque support de manière à comporter une zone prédéfinie, de multiples trous traversants étant formés sur la plaque supérieure. La plaque support est collée à la surface inférieure de la plaque supérieure ou comporte une partie d'accouplement formée sur l'extrémité supérieure de celle-ci, de sorte que ladite plaque est insérée et couplée à une fente formée sur la plaque supérieure afin d'assurer que la plaque support et la plaque supérieure puissent être séparées l'une de l'autre ou couplées entre elles, ou que la plaque support puisse être pliée.
