Description

一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及聚苯乙烯栈板领域,特别是涉及一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法。
背景技术
在工业运输中,栈板是必不可少的运输工具之一。目前市场中主要包括铁质栈板、木质栈板和塑料栈板,铁质栈板的质量大,加大了运输成本;木质栈板的质量小,但是容易受潮腐烂,降低使用寿命;注塑塑料栈板的质量较重且成本较高,泡塑托盘重量轻但是承压强度相对铁质栈板和木质栈板来说较小。本发明的带筋发泡聚苯乙烯托盘,既有重量轻的优点又因内含加强筋而强度大增。因此,将达到节省资源、节约物流成本的效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法,通过采用聚苯乙烯材料作为本体材质,重量轻,表面包覆高强度工程塑料薄膜底托并用特殊生产工艺在本体中增加了加强筋,承重性能好,产品经济实用,大大节省物流成本,在复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法,包括:本体和底托,所述底托包覆所述本体的底面和侧面,所述本体的材质为发泡聚苯乙烯,所述本体包括栈板面平台和若干支撑脚,所述若干支撑脚一体设置在所述栈板面平台的底部,所述栈板面平台的内部平行设置有若干 加强筋,所述若干加强筋分别相对于所述若干支撑脚设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述底托包括侧板和与所述栈板面平台的底部相吻合的底托本体,所述侧板分别设置在所述本体的侧面的内部,用以阻止液体渗入。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述侧板的高度小于所述本体的厚度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述底托为高强度工程塑料薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述若干加强筋上设置有若干工艺孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述若干加强筋的横截面的形状为工形、T形或者L形。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述若干加强筋的材质为工程塑料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)依据所述本体的底部的形状预制高强度工程塑料薄膜底托;
(2)把所述底托放置在与所述底托相匹配的凹模内;
(3)把所述若干加强筋放置在凸模的支承架上;
(4)利用合模装置将带有所述若干加强筋的所述凸模与所述凹模合并形成模具型腔;
(5)往模具型腔内注入预发好的聚苯乙烯粒子制成所述本体,同时所述本体与所述底托结合形成所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中的所述若干加强筋通过加强筋支撑架固定,所述加强筋支撑架的一端固定在所述凸模上,另一端设置有弹簧片且抵接所述加强筋,所述弹簧片的自由端设置有一定弯曲,生产时所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片插入所述加强筋的所述工艺孔中,利用其弯曲端支承 并定位所述加强筋,成型完成后,所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片产生弹性变形面随着所述凸模退出所述工艺孔并退出所述本体,所述加强筋则留在所述本体的内部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法采用聚苯乙烯材料作为本体材质,重量轻,表面包覆高强度工程塑料薄膜底托并用特殊生产工艺在本体中增加了加强筋,承重性能好,产品经济实用,大大节省物流成本,在复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法,包括:本体1和底托2。
所述底托2包覆所述本体1的底面和侧面,所述底托2与所述本体1大小匹配并与所述本体1紧密结合,所述本体1的材质为发泡聚苯乙烯,既增加产品的美感,又有利于用户的使用于不同的用途,所述本体1包括栈板面平台101和若干支撑脚102,所述栈板面平台101的上部为一个平面,所述若干支撑脚102与所述栈板面平台101一体成形,所述若干支撑脚102一体设置在所述栈板面平台101的底部,所述栈板面平台101的内部平行设置有若干加强筋3,所述若干加强筋3分别相对于所述若干支撑脚102设置,所述若干加强筋3或为“口”字形,“井”字形。
优选地,所述底托2包括侧板和与所述栈板面平台的底部相吻合的底托本体,所述侧板分别设置在所述本体1的侧面的内部,用以阻止液体渗入,可以避免上部有水或其它液体渗入所述底托2与所述本体1之间的缝隙而影响所述底托2与所述本体1之间的结合强度,并有效防止脱壳,从而保证了栈板的强 度。
优选地,所述侧板的高度小于所述本体1的厚度。
优选地,所述底托2为高强度工程塑料薄膜。
优选地,所述若干加强筋3上设置有若干工艺孔。
优选地,所述若干加强筋3的横截面的形状为工形、T形或者L形。
优选地,所述若干加强筋3的材质为工程塑料。
优选地,所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)依据所述本体1的底部的形状预制高强度工程塑料薄膜底托;
(2)把所述底托2放置在与所述底托2相匹配的凹模6内;
(3)把所述若干加强筋3放置在凸模5的支承架上;
(4)利用合模装置将带有所述若干加强筋3的所述凸模5与所述凹模6合并形成模具型腔;
(5)往模具型腔内注入预发好的聚苯乙烯粒子制成所述本体,同时所述本体1与所述底托2结合形成所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的所述若干加强筋3通过加强筋支撑架4固定,所述加强筋支撑架4的一端固定在所述凸模5上,另一端设置有弹簧片401且抵接所述加强筋3,所述弹簧片401的自由端设置有一定弯曲,生产时所述加强筋支撑架4的所述弹簧片401插入所述加强筋3的所述工艺孔中,利用其弯曲端支承并定位所述加强筋3,成型完成后,所述加强筋支撑架4的所述弹簧片401产生弹性变形面随着所述凸模5退出所述工艺孔并退出所述本体1,所述加强筋3则留在所述本体1的内部。
本发明复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法的有益效果是:
通过采用聚苯乙烯材料作为本体材质,重量轻,表面包覆高强度工程塑料 薄膜底托并用特殊生产工艺在本体中增加了加强筋,承重性能好,产品经济实用,大大节省物流成本,生产工艺简单,生产效率高,产品的成本低廉,质量小承重大,重量不足5KG,尤其适合在航空物流中,经济实用。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,包括:本体和底托,所述底托包覆所述本体的底面和侧面,所述本体的材质为发泡聚苯乙烯,所述本体包括栈板面平台和若干支撑脚,所述若干支撑脚一体设置在所述栈板面平台的底部,所述栈板面平台的内部平行设置有若干加强筋,所述若干加强筋分别相对于所述若干支撑脚设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述底托包括侧板和与所述栈板面平台的底部相吻合的底托本体,所述侧板分别设置在所述本体的侧面的内部,用以阻止液体渗入。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述侧板的高度小于所述本体的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述底托为高强度工程塑料薄膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述若干加强筋上设置有若干工艺孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述若干加强筋的横截面的形状为工形、T形或者L形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板,其特征在于,所述若干加强筋的材质为工程塑料。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的制造方法,其特征在于,复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的生产方法包括以下步骤:
    (1)依据所述本体的底部的形状预制高强度工程塑料薄膜底托;
    (2)把所述底托放置在与所述底托相匹配的凹模内;
    (3)把所述若干加强筋放置在凸模的支承架上;
    (4)利用合模装置将带有所述若干加强筋的所述凸模与所述凹模合并形成 模具型腔;
    (5)往模具型腔内注入预发好的聚苯乙烯粒子制成所述本体,同时所述本体与所述底托结合形成所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的所述若干加强筋通过加强筋支撑架固定,所述加强筋支撑架的一端固定在所述凸模上,另一端设置有弹簧片且抵接所述加强筋,所述弹簧片的自由端设置有一定弯曲,生产时所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片插入所述加强筋的所述工艺孔中,利用其弯曲端支承并定位所述加强筋,成型完成后,所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片产生弹性变形面随着所述凸模退出所述工艺孔并退出所述本体,所述加强筋则留在所述本体的内部。
