- 根据权利要求1所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的一种复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的制造方法,其特征在于,复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的生产方法包括以下步骤:(1)依据所述本体的底部的形状预制高强度工程塑料薄膜底托;(2)把所述底托放置在与所述底托相匹配的凹模内;(3)把所述若干加强筋放置在凸模的支承架上;(4)利用合模装置将带有所述若干加强筋的所述凸模与所述凹模合并形成 模具型腔;(5)往模具型腔内注入预发好的聚苯乙烯粒子制成所述本体,同时所述本体与所述底托结合形成所述复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板及其制造方法。
- 根据权利要求8所述的复合带筋发泡聚苯乙烯栈板的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的所述若干加强筋通过加强筋支撑架固定,所述加强筋支撑架的一端固定在所述凸模上,另一端设置有弹簧片且抵接所述加强筋,所述弹簧片的自由端设置有一定弯曲,生产时所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片插入所述加强筋的所述工艺孔中,利用其弯曲端支承并定位所述加强筋,成型完成后,所述加强筋支撑架的所述弹簧片产生弹性变形面随着所述凸模退出所述工艺孔并退出所述本体,所述加强筋则留在所述本体的内部。
