中国台湾第M402879号专利案揭露一种吊架装置,其是一吊架座上设有一吊夹,该吊夹具有相对的第一夹部及第二夹部,该第一、第二夹部各其有夹臂及触动臂,在夹臂及触动臂间则设有轴接部,该第一、第二夹部以轴接部可转动地轴设在吊架座上。当吊架经过一触动装置时,会触动吊夹之触动臂,使夹臂打开;吊架通过触动装置后,吊夹之夹臂恢复到夹持位置。

本发明的目的在于提供一种可调整偏摆角度的夹吊器,其为一种连接于一输送装置且随该输送装置移动的夹吊器。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可调整偏摆角度的夹吊器,,其特征为更包含一第二夹持组,该第二夹持组是安装在该基板的另一侧且平行该第一夹持组,该第二夹持组是包含一第三夹臂及一第四夹臂,该第三夹臂与该第四夹臂相对且各自枢设在该基板,该第三夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第三推动部,该第四夹臂的一侧向外延伸有凸出的一第四推动部,藉由推动该第三推动部及该第四推动部可使该第三夹臂与该第四夹臂相对地呈张开状。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可调整偏摆角度的夹吊器,其特征为更包含一第一定位轴、一第二定位轴及一第一辅助挡杆,其中该第一定位轴安装在该第一夹臂的一端,该第二定位轴安装在该第二夹臂的一端,该第一辅助挡杆是配置在该基板且相对该第一夹持组的一端,且该第一辅助挡杆用以止挡位在该第一夹臂一端的该第一定位轴及位在该第二夹臂一端的该第二定位轴。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可调整偏摆角度的夹吊器,其特征为更包含一第三定位轴、一第四定位轴及一第二辅助挡杆,其中该第三定位轴安装在该第三夹臂的一端,该第四定位轴安装在该第四夹臂的一端,该第二辅助挡杆是配置在该基板且相对该第二夹持组的一端,且该第二辅助挡杆用以止挡位在该第三夹臂一端的该第三定位轴及位在该第四夹臂一端的该第四定位轴。
